[0001] The invention relates to a flan for packaging a portion of food, as well as a method of packaging a portion of food using such a flan.
[0002] It applies in particular to the packaging of individual food portions of fresh dairy products, such as for example fresh and / or processed cheese, which are packaged in an open envelope formed by folding a flan before closing said envelope.
