DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

[0022] Hereinafter, detailed embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the spirit of the present invention is not limited to the presented embodiments, and those skilled in the art who understand the spirit of the present invention may easily propose other regressive inventions or other embodiments included in the scope of the present invention through addition, change, deletion, and the like of other components within the same scope of the spirit. However, these embodiments are also included in the scope of the present invention.

[0023] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a state in which an interior material for a helmet is separated from a helmet according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the interior material for a helmet of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a view for describing an interior of the interior material for a helmet of FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is a view for describing a sliding phenomenon of a helmet when an external impact is applied in a state in which the interior material for a helmet is worn according to the first embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0024] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the interior material 100 for a helmet according to the present embodiment includes an interior material body 110 and protrusions 130.

[0025] The interior material body 110 is formed in an area that may be provided in an inner surface of a helmet 1, and a buffer part 120 is formed thereon. A location in which the interior material body 110 is provided on the inner surface of the helmet 1 is not limited, but in the present embodiment, the interior material body 110 is provided at a location in which an upper portion of the head of a user is positioned.

[0026] The buffer part 120 is provided as a plurality of buffer parts 120, which protrude from the interior material body 110. Meanwhile, since the interior material 100 for a helmet according to the present embodiment comes into contact with the upper portion of the head of the user, various widely known materials such as sponges that perform a buffer function may be used for the buffer part 120 for improving wearing comfort of the user.

[0027] Further, the buffer part 120 may be provided on the interior material body 110 in various shapes and arrangements to provide universal wearing comport for a size and shape of the head of the user. In detail, in the present embodiment, the buffer part 120 includes a central buffer member 121 located at a center of the interior material body 110 and a plurality of outer buffer members 122 arranged to surround the central buffer member 121 and spaced a certain distance from the central buffer member 121.

[0028] The central buffer member 121 improves wearing comfort when the helmet is worn while in contact with a central point of the upper portion of the head of the user. The central buffer member 121 may be provided as a plurality of central buffer members 121, which include a first central buffer member 121a and a second central buffer member 121b surrounding the first central buffer member 121a according to the present invention. Further, the second central buffer member 121b may be spaced a certain distance from the first central buffer member 121a.

[0029] Further, an opening hole 121c may be formed in the central buffer member 121, and in the present embodiment, four opening holes 121c may be formed in the second central buffer member 121b. The opening hole 121c functions to ventilate a space between inner surfaces of the interior material 100 and the helmet 1.

[0030] Further, protrusions 130, which will be described below, are provided on the first central buffer member 121a, and the protrusions 130 are not provided on the second central buffer member 121b.

[0031] The outer buffer member 122 may be disposed to be spaced a certain distance from the central buffer member 121 and may be provided as a plurality of outer buffer members 122. That is, in the present embodiment, in the interior material body 110, the plurality of outer buffer members 122 are spaced a certain distance from each other around the central buffer member 121, and effective wearing comfort is provided to correspond to the user's head having any of various sizes and shapes.

[0032] Further, the outer buffer member 122 according to the present invention includes a first outer buffer member 122a provided with the protrusions 130, which will be described below, and a second outer buffer member 122b not provided with the protrusions 130.

[0033] Meanwhile, as will be described below, the protrusion 130 may function to induce sliding between the head and the helmet 1 of the user against an external force applied to the helmet 1 in the event of an accident by minimizing an area in which the head of the user and the interior material 100 are in direct contact with each other, but may be uncomfortable for the user in terms of the wearing comfort.

[0034] Thus, in the present embodiment, the second outer buffer member 122b not provided with the protrusion 130 may be provided to increase the wearing comfort, the first outer buffer member 122a provided with the protrusion 130 for inducing slipping or sliding between the head of the user and the helmet 1 in the event of an accident may be provided, and thus both the wearing comfort and stability can be satisfied.

[0035] Furthermore, when the first outer buffer member 122a is provided as a plurality of first outer buffer members 122a and the second outer buffer member 122b is provided as a plurality of second outer buffer members 122b, the second outer buffer members 122b may be arranged between the plurality of first outer buffer members 122a. Accordingly, when the user wears the helmet 1, while a slipping or sliding function caused by the protrusion 130 is maintained, a foreign body sensation felt by the protrusion 130 can be minimized.

[0036] The protrusion 130 is provided on at least one of the central buffer member 121 and the outer buffer member 122. It is preferable that the protrusion 130 has a constant thickness and be made of a material that is more rigid than the buffer part 120. In detail, in the present embodiment, the protrusion 130 may be made of a silicone material.

[0037] Thus, a point at which the protrusion 130 is provided comes into contact with an upper surface of the head of the user prior to the buffer part 120. Accordingly, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the upper surface of the head H of the user is not in close contact with the buffer part 120.

[0038] In detail, referring to a case of FIG. 4A in which the protrusion 130 is provided and a case of FIG. 4B in which the protrusion 130 is not provided, when the protrusion 130 is not provided, the head of the user is in close contact with the buffer part 120, but when the protrusion 130 is provided, a small contact cross-section area or a minute area is formed between the head of the user and the interior material. As a result, when an external force is applied to the helmet, a contact area between the head of the user and the inner surface of the interior material 100 decreases, and a decreased frictional force is applied. Thus, a possibility of sliding or slipping between the head of the user and the inner surface of the interior material 100 may increase according to an external force applied to the helmet, and the external force is prevented from being directly transmitted to the head of the user, and thus the head of the user can be more effectively protected.

[0039] Meanwhile, as described above, the protrusion 130 is formed of a material that is more rigid than the buffer part 120 and has a constant thickness, and thus the user may feel the foreign body sensation as compared to a case in which the head of the user is in contact with the buffer part 120.

[0040] Thus, in the present embodiment, the protrusion 130 is provided on the first central buffer member 121a corresponding to a center of the inner surface of the interior material 100 and is not provided on the second central buffer member 121b surrounding the first central buffer member 121a.

[0041] Further, the plurality of outer buffer members 122 surrounding the central buffer member 121 include the first outer buffer member 122a provided with the protrusion 130 and the second outer buffer member 122b not provided with the protrusion 130.

[0042] Furthermore, when the first outer buffer member 122a is provided as a plurality of first outer buffer members 122a and the second outer buffer member 122b is provided as a plurality of second outer buffer members 122b, the second outer buffer members 122b may be arranged between the plurality of first outer buffer members 122a.

[0043] In detail, in the present embodiment, four first outer buffer members 122a and four second outer buffer members 122b are provided, and the first outer buffer members 122a are arranged between the second outer buffer members 122b.

[0044] As a result, five protrusions 130 including the one protrusion 130 at the center of the interior material 100 and the four protrusions 130 arranged at a central portion are arranged on the entire surface of the interior material 100 to face each other, and thus while the foreign body sensation that may be felt by the user is minimized, and a sliding effect is maximized when an impact is applied to the helmet.

[0045] The protrusion in the present embodiment may be formed in a cylindrical shape with a low height like a coin and may have various shapes as in the following embodiments to achieve a sliding effect while minimizing the foreign body sensation of the user as described above.

[0046] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a protrusion according to a second embodiment of the present invention.

[0047] Referring to FIG. 5, a protrusion 230 according to the second embodiment of the present invention includes a first part 231 having a first height h1 and a second part 232 having a second height h2 that is higher than the first height h1.

[0048] Further, as will be described below, when the protrusion 230 according to the present embodiment is provided on the outer buffer member 122, a distance between the first part 231 and the central buffer member 121 is smaller than a distance between the second part 232 and the central buffer member 121.

[0049] FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a protrusion according to a third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a view illustrating a front surface of the protrusion of FIG. 6.

[0050] Referring to FIGS. 6 and 7, the protrusion 330 of the third embodiment of the present invention includes a first part 331 having a first surface area A1, a second part 332 having a second surface area A2, and a third part 333 having a third surface area A3. Further, the second surface area A2 is formed larger than the first surface area A1, and the third surface area A3 is formed larger than the second surface area A2.

[0051] Furthermore, the first part 331 has a first height h3, the second part 332 has a second height h4, the third part 333 has a third height h5, and the second height h4 is formed higher than the first height h3 and the third height h5.

[0052] Further, as will be described below, when the protrusion 330 according to the present embodiment is provided on the outer buffer member 122, a distance between the first part 331 and the central buffer member 121 is smaller than a distance between the second part 332 and the central buffer member 121.

[0053] FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a protrusion according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a view illustrating a cross section of the protrusion according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

[0054] Referring to FIGS. 8 and 9, the protrusion 430 according to the present embodiment has a recessed portion 430a formed in a center thereof, and an inwardly downward inclined surface 430b is formed on the recessed portion 430a. The recessed portion 430a may be formed to pass through the protrusion 330 in a vertical direction or may be formed to be recessed to a certain depth from an upper surface thereof as illustrated.

[0055] Thus, while the entire size of the protrusion 430 is maintained, the recessed portion 430a and the inclined surface 430b are provided, and thus the foreign body sensation of the user can be minimized.

[0056] FIG. 10 is a perspective view of an interior material according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 11 is an exploded perspective view of the interior material according to the second embodiment of the present invention.

[0057] Referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, an interior material 200 of the second embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0058] Various combinations of the protrusions 130, 230, 330, and 430 according to the first embodiment to the fourth embodiment may be used for the interior material 200 according to the present invention.

[0059] In the present embodiment, the protrusion 230 including the first part 231 and the second part 232 having different heights may be provided on the four first outer buffer members 122a.

[0060] In particular, in the present embodiment, the protrusion 230 may be provided such that the first part 231 having a low height is located at a point close to the central buffer member 121.

[0061] That is, a height of the first part 231, which is provided in the protrusion 230 located in the first outer buffer member 122a and close to a central point of the head of the user, is formed low, and thus the foreign body sensation felt by the user can be reduced.

[0062] Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the first central buffer member 121a is also provided with the protrusion 230 having different heights according to the second embodiment, but this may be applied to the protrusion 130 according to the first embodiment, the protrusion 330 according to the third embodiment, or the protrusion 430 according to the fourth embodiment.

[0063] Meanwhile, an opening hole 110a for ventilation may be formed in the interior material body 110 according to the present embodiment.

[0064] FIG. 12 is a perspective view of an interior material according to the third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 13 is an exploded perspective view of the interior material according to the third embodiment of the present invention.

[0065] Referring to FIGS. 12 and 13, an interior material 300 of the third embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0066] Various combinations of the protrusions 130, 230, 330, and 430 according to the first embodiment to the fourth embodiment may be also used for the interior material 200 according to the present invention.

[0067] In the present embodiment, the four first outer buffer members 122a may be provided with the protrusion 330 including the first part 331, the second part 332, and the third part 333 having different cross-sectional areas.

[0068] In particular, in the present embodiment, the protrusion 330 may be provided such that the first part 331 having a smallest cross-sectional area is located at a point close to the central buffer member 121.

[0069] That is, the first surface area A1 of the first part 331, which is provided in the protrusion 330 located in the first outer buffer member 122a and close to a central point of the head of the user, is formed small, and thus the foreign body sensation felt by the user can be reduced.

[0070] Further, in this case, when the height h3 of the first part 331 is formed smaller than the height h4 of the second part 332, the foreign body sensation felt by the user can be further reduced.

[0071] Further, the third part 333 having the third surface area A3 that is larger than that of the second part 322 may have the height h5 that is lower than the height of the second part 332.

[0072] Meanwhile, in the present embodiment, the first central buffer member 121a is also provided with the protrusion 330 having different heights according to the third embodiment, but this may be applied to the protrusion 130 according to the first embodiment, the protrusion 230 according to the second embodiment, or the protrusion 430 according to the fourth embodiment.

[0073] FIG. 14 is a perspective view of an interior material according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 15 is an exploded perspective view of the interior material according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention.

[0074] Referring to FIGS. 14 and 15, the overall configuration of the present embodiment is similar to the interior material according to the second embodiment and the third embodiment, and different points therebetween will be mainly described.

[0075] The first central buffer member 121a according to the present embodiment is provided with the protrusion 430 according to the fourth embodiment in which the recessed portion 430a and the inclined surface 430b are formed. Further, the first outer buffer member 122a is provided with the protrusion 230 according to the second embodiment, which is provided with the first part 231 and the second part 232 having different heights. Further, the first part 231 provided in the second protrusion 230 and having a small height is disposed at a location close to the central buffer member 121.

[0076] Thus, a contact cross-sectional area of the protrusion 430 provided on the first central buffer member 121a in which the user feels the most foreign body sensation can be reduced, and a sliding effect similar to that according to the above embodiment against an external impact can be secured.

[0077] An interior material for a helmet and a helmet according to an embodiment of the present invention can provide an excellent wearing comport to a user and minimize injuries of the head of the user in the event of an accident.

[0078] The effect of the present invention is not limited to the above-described effects, and not-described effects will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains from the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
