[0027] As illustrated in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, FIG. 7, and FIG. 8, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, an atomizer 100 is provided. The atomizer 100 includes a base 10, an atomization cover 20, a heating assembly 30, and a conductive assembly 40.
[0028] The atomization cover 20 is fixed to the base 10. An atomization cavity 50 is formed between the atomization cover 20 and the base 10. The heating assembly 30 is arranged at the base 10 and located in the atomization cavity 50 and includes a heating member 301. The conductive assembly 40 includes a conductive post 401 configured to be connected to a power source of the atomizer 100. The conductive post 401 is fixed to the base 10 and has a contact terminal 4011 partially extending into the atomization cavity 50. The atomization cover 20 is configured to fix the contact terminal 4011 to the heating member 301 when the atomization cover 20 is fixed to the base 10, to enable the contact terminal 4011 to be electrically connected to the heating member 301.
[0029] In the above atomizer 100, the conductive post 401 is fixed to the base 10. By mounting the atomization cover 20 at the base 10, positions of the heating assembly 30 and the conductive assembly 40 are limited to realize an electrical connection between the heating member 301 and the power source of the atomizer 100 and stable electric contact. In addition, assembly between various components can be facilitated.
[0030] Specifically, the atomization cover 20 is fixed to the base 10. The atomization cavity 50 is formed between the atomization cover 20 and the base 10. The heating assembly 30 is disposed at the base 10 and located in the atomization cavity 50. The heating assembly 30 includes the heating member 301. The heating member 301 is connected to the power source through the conductive assembly 40 to generate heat. The conductive assembly 40 includes the conductive post 401 configured to be connected to the power source of the atomizer 100. The conductive post 401 is fixed to the base 10 and has the contact terminal 4011 partially extending into the atomization cavity 50. During assembly of the atomizer 100, the base 10 and the heating assembly 30 are stacked on each other, and then the atomization cover 20 is fixed to the base 10, as illustrated in FIG. 1. In this case, the atomization cover 20 can limit positions of the heating assembly 30 and the conductive assembly 40 fixed to the base 10, to enable the heating member 30 to be fixedly connected to the contact terminal 4011 of the conductive post 401, realizing the electrical connection between the heating member 301 and the power supply of the atomizer 100.
[0031] As illustrated in FIG. 2, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, in some embodiments, the conductive assembly 40 further includes an elastic sheet 402 fixed to the atomization cover 20 and located in the atomization cavity 50. The elastic sheet 402 includes a first free end 4021 and a second free end 4022. The first free end 4021 elastically abuts with the contact terminal 4011. The second free end 4022 elastically abuts with the heating member 301.
[0032] Specifically, the conductive assembly 40 includes the conductive post 401 and the elastic sheet 402. The conductive post 401 is configured to be connected to the power source of the atomizer 100. The conductive post 401 is fixed to the base 10 and partially extends into the atomization cavity 50. The elastic sheet 402 is fixed to the atomization cover 20 and located in the atomization cavity 50. The elastic sheet 402 includes the first free end 4021 and the second free end 4022. During mounting, the conductive post 401 is fixed to the base and partially extends into the atomization cavity 50. The base 10, the heating assembly 30, and the atomization cover 20 are stacked sequentially. When the atomization cover 20 is mounted to the base 10, the first free end 4021 of the elastic sheet 402 elastically abuts with the contact terminal 4011 of the conductive post 401, and the second free end 4022 of the elastic sheet 402 elastically abuts with the heating member 301. When the base 10 is mounted to the power source of the atomizer 100, the conductive post 401 is connected to the power source, and the power source is connected to the heating member 301 through the elastic sheet 402. In this way, the electrical connection between the heating member 301 and the power source of the atomizer 100 is realized, which makes the mounting simple and convenient and the electrical connection stable and reliable.
[0033] In some embodiments, the elastic sheet 402 includes a mounting portion 4023 fixed to an inner side surface of the atomization cover 20. The mounting portion 4023 includes a first end 40231 close to the base 10 and a second end 40232 away from the base 10. The first free end 4021 is connected to the first end 40231. The second free end 4022 is connected to the second end 40232.
[0034] In this way, as illustrated in FIG. 2, FIG. 4, and FIG. 5, the elastic sheet 402 is fixed to the atomization cover 20 by the mounting portion 4023, and the first free end 4021 and the second free end 4022 abut with the conductive post 401 and the heating member 301, respectively. Therefore, easy mounting and the stable connection are realized.
[0035] Specifically, the mounting portion 4023 is fixed to the inner side surface of the atomization cover 20. The heating assembly 30 is located above the conductive post 401. The first free end 4021 is connected to the first end 40231 of the mounting portion 4023. The second free end 4022 is connected to the second end 40232 of the mounting portion 4023. The heating assembly 30 is disposed at the conductive post 401. When the atomization cover 20 is mounted to the base 10, the first free end 4021 elastically abuts with the contact terminal 4011 of the conductive post 401, and the second free end 4022 elastically abuts with the heating member 301 of the heating assembly 30.
[0036] In some embodiments, the elastic sheet 402 includes a first bent portion 4024. The first bent portion 4024 is connected to the first end 40231 and extends towards a center of the atomization cavity 50 to form the first free end 4024.
[0037] In this way, manufacturing and molding of the elastic sheet 402 can be facilitated.
[0038] In some embodiments, as illustrated in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the elastic sheet 402 includes the first bent portion 4024. The first bent portion 4024 is connected to the first end 40231 and extends towards the center of the atomization cavity 50 to form the first free end 4024. The first bent portion 4024 is formed by bending the elastic sheet 402, in such a manner that the mounting portion 4023 and the first bent portion 4024 can be integrally formed, which facilitates the processing of the elastic sheet 402.
[0039] In some embodiments, the elastic sheet 402 includes a second bent portion 4025. The second bent portion 4025 is connected to the second end 40232 and extends towards the heating assembly 30 to form the second free end 4022.
[0040] In this way, the manufacturing and the molding of the elastic sheet 402 can be facilitated.
[0041] In some embodiments, as illustrated in FIG. 4 and FIG. 5, the elastic sheet 402 includes the second bent portion 4025. The second bent portion 4025 is connected to the second end 40232 and extends towards the heating assembly 30 to form the second free end 4022. The second bent portion 4025 is formed by bending the elastic sheet 402, in such a manner that the mounting portion 4023 and the second bent portion 4025 can be integrally formed, which facilitates the processing of the elastic sheet 402.
[0042] As illustrated in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9, in some embodiments, the conductive post 401 is fixed to the base 10, extends towards the atomization cavity 50, and bends towards the heating assembly 30 to form the contact terminal 4011. The contact terminal 4011 abuts with the heating member 301.
[0043] In this way, the contact terminal 4011 is in direct contact with the heating member 301 to realize the electrical connection. Such an electrical connection is simple and reliable.
[0044] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 8, the conductive post 401 is fixed to the base 10, extends towards the atomization cavity 50, and bends towards the heating assembly 30 to form the contact terminal 4011. With an end of the conductive post 401 extended towards the atomization cavity 50 and bent towards the heating assembly 30, an end face of the contact terminal 4011 is able to come into contact with the heating member 301. When the atomization cover 20 is fixedly mounted to the base 10, the conductive post 401 is fixed to the base 10, and the position of the heating member 301 is fixed by the atomization cover 20 and the base 10. A position of the contact terminal 4011 and the position of the heating member 301 are thereby determined. As a result, the end face of the contact terminal 4011 abuts with the heating member 301, which realizes the electrical connection between the contact terminal 4011 and the heating member 301. The electrical connection between the heating member 301 and the contact terminal 4011 can be achieved by mounting the atomization cover 20 at the base 10, which makes the mounting of the atomizer 100 simple and the electrical connection between the heating member 301 and the contact terminal 4011 reliable.
[0045] In some embodiments, the heating assembly 30 includes an atomization member 304. The atomization member 304 has a first surface 305. The heating member 301 is arranged at the first surface 305. The first surface 305 is substantially parallel to a first direction. The first direction is a direction in which the base 10 and the atomization cover 20 are stacked on each other.
[0046] In this way, a flow path of an atomized gas can be shortened to improve a gas exhaust efficiency of the atomizer 100.
[0047] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the heating assembly 30 is located in the atomization cavity 50 and includes the atomization member 304. The atomization member 304 includes the first surface 305. The heating member 301 is disposed at the first surface 305. An atomization liquid can be atomized through heating the heating member 301 to generate the atomized gas. The first surface 305 at which the heating member 301 is disposed may be defined as an atomization surface.
[0048] The direction in which the base 10 and the atomization cover 20 are stacked on each other is defined as the first direction, i.e., an up-down direction as illustrated in FIG. 1. After the atomization liquid is atomized by the atomization surface into the atomized gas, the atomized gas may flow directly towards the atomization cavity outlet 502. As illustrated in FIG. 1, the dotted line in the figure illustrates a gas path in the atomizer 100, and the arrow of the dotted line illustrates a flow direction of the atomized gas. The atomized gas may flow directly upwards, which shortens the flow path of the atomized gas. In this way, large aerosol particles in the atomized gas can be retained, and the gas exhaust efficiency of the atomizer 100 can be improved. In an embodiment, the atomization member 304 may be made of ceramic. The atomization member 304 made of ceramic is sintered integrally with the heating member 301. The ceramic not only enables the atomization member 304 to have satisfactory thermal conductivity and satisfactory atomization performance, but also provides guiding and storage for the atomization liquid. In other embodiments, the atomization member 304 may also be made of any one or any combination of ceramic, semiconductor ceramic, and silicon carbide.
[0049] In some embodiments, the atomization member 304 includes a second surface 307 substantially parallel to the first direction. An included angle is formed between the second surface 307 and the first surface 305. The first surface 305 has a greater area than the second surface 307.
[0050] Therefore, the heating member 301 is disposed at a larger surface of the atomization member 304, which can improve a heating efficiency and an atomization efficiency.
[0051] Specifically, the atomization member 304 includes the second surface 307. The second surface 307 is substantially parallel to the first direction. The included angle is formed between the second surface 307 and the first surface 305. The atomization member 304 is disposed in the atomization cavity 50. Since an overall size of the atomizer 100 needs to be ensured, in the illustrated embodiment, the included angle formed between the first surface 305 and the second surface 307 is 90°. That is, the heating member 301 is a cuboid. The first surface 305 and the second surface 307 are two surfaces perpendicular to each other and parallel to the first direction. Disposing the heating member 301 at the larger surface of the atomization member 304 can make a size of the heating member 301 relatively larger, enlarging a contact area with the atomization member 304 and improving the heating efficiency and the atomization efficiency.
[0052] In other embodiments, the included angle formed between the first surface 305 and the second surface 307 may be any other angle, and the heating member 301 is disposed at a relatively largest surface of the atomization member 304.
[0053] In some embodiments, the heating assembly 30 includes a silicone seal 306 arranged between the base 10 and the atomization cover 20 and wrapping the atomization member 304. The silicone seal 306 has a hollow part 3061 to expose the first surface 305.
[0054] In this way, the atomization cavity 50 can be ensured to have satisfactory sealing performance to prevent leakage of the atomization liquid.
[0055] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the heating assembly 30 includes the silicone seal 306 arranged between the base 10 and the atomization cover 20 and wrapping the atomization member 304. In this way, an empty space between the atomization member 304 and the atomization cover 20 and the base 10 is filled with the silicone seal 306 to ensure the sealing performance of the atomization cavity 50. The silicone seal 306 has the hollow part 3061 to expose the atomization surface to the atomization cavity 50, which facilitates atomization of the atomization liquid by the atomization surface.
[0056] In some embodiments, the hollow part 3061 is in a rectangular shape.
[0057] In this way, a large area of the atomization surface can be exposed while maintaining the sealing performance.
[0058] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 6, the hollow part 3061 of the silicone seal 306 is in the rectangular shape. That is, the silicone seal 306 wraps around corners of the atomization member 304 between the atomization cover 20 and the base 10 to improve the sealing performance of the atomization cavity 50, and to allow a large part of the atomization surface to be exposed to the atomization cavity 50, improving the atomization efficiency.
[0059] In some embodiments, the heating member 301 includes a heating segment 3011 and an electrode segment 3012 located at each of two ends of the heating segment 3011. The electrode segment 3012 is configured to be electrically connected to the contact terminal 4011.
[0060] Therefore, the heating member 301 is electrically connected to the power supply.
[0061] Specifically, the heating member 301 includes the heating segment 3011 and the electrode segments 3012 located at the two ends of the heating segment 3011. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 4, the electrode segment 3012 is electrically connected to the contact terminal 4011 by the elastic sheet 402. The electrode segment 3012 abuts with the second free end 4022 when the atomization cover 20 is mounted at the base 10. Therefore, the electrical connection between the heating member 301 and the power source is realized. Such an electrical connection is simple and reliable. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 9, the electrode segment 3012 is in direct contact with the bent contact terminal 4011 to realize the electrical connection. In this way, such an electrical connection is simpler, facilitating the mounting.
[0062] In some embodiments, the heating segment 3011 is in a serpentine shape.
[0063] In this way, a contact area between the heating member 301 and the atomization member 304 can be enlarged.
[0064] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 4, the two ends of the heating segment 3011 are connected to the electrode segments 3012, respectively. The heating segment 3011 may be in a serpentine shape to enlarge the contact area with the atomization member 304, improving a heat transfer efficiency. In other embodiments, the heating segment 3011 may be designed in other shapes that can enlarge the contact area with the atomization member 304. For example, the heating segment 3011 may be designed in an "N" shape or an "S" shape.
[0065] In some embodiments, the atomizer 100 further includes an upper housing 60. The upper housing 60 is connected to the base 10 and configured to enclose the atomization cover 20 between the upper housing 60 and the base 10. The atomization cavity 50 is defined by a bottom of the atomization cover 20 and a top of the base 10. The upper housing 60 has an air outlet 601 and an air outlet segment 602. The atomization cover 20 has an atomization cover gas passage 201 in communication with an atomization cavity outlet 502 and the air outlet segment 602. The base 10 has an air inlet 101 and an air inlet segment 102. The air inlet segment 102 is in communication with the air inlet 101 and the atomization cavity 50.
[0066] In this way, the atomization cavity 50, the air inlet 101, and the air outlet 601 are in communication with each other to form the gas path in the atomizer 100.
[0067] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 11, the atomizer 100 further includes the upper housing 60. The upper housing 60 is connected to the base 10 and configured to enclose the atomization cover 20 between the upper housing 60 and the base 10. The atomization cavity 50 is defined by the bottom of the atomization cover 20 and the top of the base 10. The upper housing 60 has the air outlet 601 and the air outlet segment 602. The atomization cover 20 has the atomization cover gas passage 201. As illustrated in FIG. 1 and FIG. 11, the atomization cover gas passage 201 is in communication with the atomization cavity outlet 502 and the air outlet segment 602. The base 10 has the air inlet 101 and the air inlet segment 102. The air inlet segment 102 is in communication with the air inlet 101 and the atomization cavity 50. In this way, the gas path in the atomizer 100 is formed. Air enters the atomizer 100 from the air inlet segment 102. The atomization liquid is heated in the atomization cavity 50 through the heating assembly 30 to generate the atomized gas. The atomized gas in the atomization cavity 50 flows upwardly out of the atomization cavity outlet 502, passes through the atomization cover gas passage 201 and the air outlet segment 602, and finally flows out from the air outlet 601. Therefore, an atomization process of the atomization liquid is completed.
[0068] In some embodiments, the atomizer 100 further includes a silicone base pad 70 arranged between the base 10 and the atomization cover 20.
[0069] In this way, a connection between the base 10 and the atomization cover 20 can be sealed to ensure the sealing performance of the atomization cavity 50.
[0070] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 10, the atomizer 100 further includes the silicone base pad 70 arranged between the base 10 and the atomization cover 20. The silicone base pad 70 is arranged around the base 10 during the mounting. As illustrated in FIG. 1, during the mounting, the upper housing 60 is tightly pressed downwards against the atomization cover 20. The atomization cover 20 is fixed between the upper housing 60 and the base 10. A bottom surface of the atomization cover 20 is tightly pressed against the silicone base pad 70. Therefore, the atomization cavity 50 can be ensured to have the satisfactory sealing performance to prevent leakage of the atomized gas or the leakage of the atomization liquid.
[0071] In some embodiments, the upper housing 60 has a liquid storage cavity 603 and a liquid discharge hole 604 in communication with the liquid storage cavity 603. The liquid storage cavity 603 is configured to store an atomization liquid. The heating assembly 30 includes the atomization member 304. The atomization cover 20 has a liquid inlet hole 202 in communication with the liquid discharge hole 604 and the atomization member 304.
[0072] In this way, the atomization liquid is stored and supplied to the atomization member 304 via the liquid storage cavity 603.
[0073] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 3 and FIG. 12, the upper housing 60 has the liquid storage cavity 603 and the liquid discharge hole 604 in communication with the liquid storage cavity 603. The atomization cover 20 has the liquid inlet hole 202. The liquid discharge hole 604 and the liquid inlet hole 202 are formed at positions corresponding to each other. The atomization liquid flows downwardly from the liquid storage cavity 603, and is capable of flowing onto the atomization member 304 for atomization through the liquid discharge hole 604 and the liquid inlet hole 202.
[0074] In some embodiments, the atomizer 100 further includes a silicone atomization cover pad 80 arranged between the upper housing 60 and the atomization cover 20.
[0075] In this way, sealing between the upper housing 60 and the atomization cover 20 can prevent leakage of the atomization liquid when the atomization liquid flows into the atomization cavity 50.
[0076] Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 11, the atomizer 100 further includes the silicone atomization cover pad 80 arranged between the upper housing 60 and the atomization cover 20. The silicone atomization cover pad 80 is located on the atomization cover 20 and has a hole at a position corresponding to the liquid storage cavity 603. The silicone atomization cover pad 80 is used for sealing between a periphery of the liquid discharge hole 604 formed at the upper housing 60 and a periphery of the liquid inlet hole 202 formed at the atomization cover 20 to prevent the leakage of the atomization liquid.
[0077] In summary, with the atomizer 100 according to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the electrical connection between the heating member 301, the conductive post 401, and the power source is realized by means of the elastic sheet 402 fixed to the atomization cover 20. Such an electrical connection is simple, stable, and reliable. Further, with such an electrical connection, the atomization surface is made substantially parallel to the first direction (the up-down direction in FIG. 1). Therefore, the flow direction of the atomized gas after the atomized gas is generated is also substantially parallel to the first direction (the up-down direction in FIG. 1), in such a manner that the atomized gas flows directly towards the air outlet 601 of the upper housing 60 through the atomization cavity outlet 502, which greatly shortens the gas path in the atomizer 100, retaining the large aerosol particles in the atomized gas to a large extent. Further, the gas exhaust efficiency of the atomizer 100 can be improved.
