[0046] As shown in Fig. 2, a first limiting post 2221 is provided on the seat portion plate 222. When the footrest assembly 21 is in the retracting position, the first footrest plate group 211 is in limiting fit with the first limiting post 2221, and when the footrest assembly 21 switches from the retracting position to the extending position, the first footrest plate group 211 and the first limiting post 2221 switch from a state in which they abut against each other to a state in which they are separated from each other. When the footrest assembly 21 is in the retracting position, the first limiting post 2221 is used to prevent the footrest assembly 21 from retracting excessively, and also prevent inconsistent retracting of the left and right side footrest assemblies 21 of the seat due to manufacturing tolerance, so that the consistency the left and right sides of the seat is better.
[0047] As shown in Fig. 3, the driving mechanism 30 further includes a driving curved link 33 and a lifting link 34; two ends of the driving member 31 are respectively hinged to the footrest driving plate 322 and a lower end of the driving curved link 33, a middle portion of the driving curved link 33 is hinged to the seat portion lifting plate 223, an upper end of the driving curved link 33 is hinged to an upper end of the lifting link 34, and a lower end of the lifting link 34 is hinged to the linkage plate 221. The driving curved link 33 and the lifting link 34 are used to lift the seat portion lifting plate 223, and the seat portion lifting plate 223 drives the backrest assembly 23 to move, which has the advantage of simple structure.
[0048] Specifically, when the footrest assembly 21 moves from the retracting position to the extending position, the slider of the slider motor continues to move backward, the distance between the front driving tube 312 and the rear driving tube 313 continues to increase, the rear driving tube 313 drives the seat portion lifting plate 223 to move upward, and the seat portion lifting plate 223 drives the seat portion plate 222 to ascend. Meanwhile, the rear driving tube 313 rotates counterclockwise, the rear driving tube 313 drives the driving curved link 33 to rotate counterclockwise relative to the seat portion lifting plate 223, and the seat portion lifting plate 223 rotates counterclockwise relative to the seat portion plate 222, thereby realizing the movement of the backrest assembly 23.
[0049] In the present embodiment, by providing the lifting link 34, in the process of the driving curved link 33 driving the seat portion plate 222 to move by the seat portion lifting plate 223, the lifting link 34 can be used to realize the operative connection between the seat portion plate 222 and the linkage plate 221, ensuring the stable operation of the seat frame.
[0050] As shown in Figs. 1-3, the backrest assembly 23 includes a backrest mounting plate 231, a backrest rotating plate 232, and a backrest hinge plate 233; a front end of the backrest mounting plate 231 is hinged to the seat portion lifting plate 223, a middle portion of the backrest mounting plate 231 is hinged to an upper end of the backrest hinge plate 233, and a lower end of the backrest hinge plate 233 is hinged to the linkage plate 221; the backrest assembly 23 is provided with a reclined position in which the backrest mounting plate 231 is inclined backward relative to the seat portion plate 222, and a restored position in which the backrest mounting plate is restored relative to the seat portion plate 222, and the driving member 31 is capable of driving the backrest assembly 23 to switch between the reclined position and the restored position by means of the driving curved link 33.
[0051] Specifically, when the seat portion lifting plate 223 rotates counterclockwise relative to the seat portion plate 222, the seat portion lifting plate 223 drives the backrest mounting plate 231 to rotate clockwise relative to the backrest rotating plate 232, thereby enabling the backrest assembly 23 to move from the restored position to the reclined position.
[0052] In the present embodiment, a reclining posture of the seat corresponds to the backrest assembly 23 being in the reclined position and the footrest assembly 21 being in the extending position. A TV posture of the seat corresponds to the backrest assembly 23 being in the restored position and the footrest assembly 21 being in the extending position. A sitting posture of the seat corresponds to the backrest assembly 23 being in the restored position and the footrest assembly 21 being in the retracting position.
[0053] As shown in Figs. 4 and 7, the linkage assembly 22 further includes a sequence link 224, a footrest link 225, and a hinge shaft; the lower end of the backrest rotating plate 232 is hinged to a rear end of the footrest link 225 by the hinge shaft, a front end of the footrest link 225 is hinged to the second footrest plate group 212, an upper end of the sequence link 224 is hinged to the backrest mounting plate 231, a lower end of the sequence link 224 is provided with a guide groove 2241, and the hinge shaft is slidably provided in the guide groove 2241 and passes through the guide groove 2241; when the footrest assembly 21 switches from the retracting position to the extending position, the rear end of the footrest link 225 slides from a lower end of the guide groove 2241 to an upper end of the guide groove 2241; and when the backrest assembly 23 switches from the restored position to the reclined position, the rear end of the footrest lifting plate 321 slides from the upper end of the guide groove 2241 to the lower end of the guide groove 2241. The rear end of the footrest link 225 slides in the guide groove 2241, the rear end of the footrest link 225 can be guided. Furthermore, when the seat is in a sitting posture, the footrest link 225 being located at the lower end of the guide groove 2241 can restrict the footrest assembly 21 in the retracting position; when the seat is in a TV posture, the footrest link 225 being located at the upper end of the guide groove 2241 can restrict the footrest assembly 21 in the extending position; and when the seat is in a reclining posture, the footrest link 225 being located at the lower end of the guide groove 2241 can restrict the backrest assembly 23 in the reclined position.
[0054] As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the seat frame further includes a swing support base 10 and a swing mechanism 40; the swing mechanism 40 includes a front swing plate 41 and a rear swing plate 42; an upper end of the front swing plate 41 is hinged to the swing support base 10, and a lower end of the front swing plate 41 is hinged to the front end of the linkage plate 221; an upper end of the rear swing plate 42 is hinged to the swing support base 10, and a lower end of the rear swing plate 42 is hinged to the rear end of the linkage plate 221. By using the swing mechanism 40, when the seat is in a sitting posture, the front swing plate 41 and the rear swing plate 42 can be used to drive the linkage plate 221 to swing relative to the swing support base 10, thus the linkage plate 221 is used to drive the backrest assembly 23, the seat portion plate 222, and the footrest assembly 21 to swing, thereby realizing the swinging function of the seat.
[0055] The swing support base 10 may be square, circular, or five support legs. In the present embodiment, the swing support base 10 is square. In other embodiments, the swing support base 10 may be configured as an armrest floor iron stand, or may be arranged between armrests to support the swing mechanism 40.
[0056] As shown in Fig. 7, the swing mechanism 40 further includes a swing limiting plate 43 and an adapter plate 44; a front end of the swing limiting plate 43 is hinged to the linkage plate 221, a rear end of the swing limiting plate 43 is hinged to a lower end of the adapter plate 44, and an upper end of the adapter plate 44 is hinged to the footrest link 225; a limiting groove 431 is arranged on the swing limiting plate 43, and a second limiting post 421 is arranged on the rear swing plate 42; when the seat frame moves from the retracting position to the extending position, the second limiting post 421 is snap-fitted in the limiting groove 431 to prevent the swing of the front swing plate 41 and the rear swing plate 42. By means of the limiting fit between the swing limiting plate 43 and the second limiting post 421, the seat can be prevented from swinging after switching from a sitting posture to a TV posture and in a TV posture and a reclining posture, thereby making the seat more stable.
[0057] Specifically, when the seat is in a sitting posture, the user shakes on the seat portion, which can drive the linkage plate 221 hinged to the front swing plate 41 and the rear swing plate 42 to swing relative to the swing support base 10, thus the linkage plate 221 can be used to drive the backrest assembly 23, the seat portion plate 222, and the footrest assembly 21 to swing. When the seat moves from a sitting posture to a TV posture, the upper end of the adapter plate 44 moves forward and downward along with the footrest link 225, thus the lower end of the adapter plate 44 drives the swing limiting plate 43 hinged to the adapter plate 44 to move backward and downward. Meanwhile, during the clockwise rotation, the footrest driving plate 322 drives the linkage plate 221 to move forward, and the linkage plate 221 drives the rear swing plate 42 hinged to the linkage plate 221 to rotate clockwise, such that the second limiting post 421 and the limiting groove 431 approach each other, and finally the second limiting post 421 is snap-fitted in the limiting groove 431, so as to prevent the swinging of the seat frame.
[0058] As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, the swing mechanism 40 further includes a first guide plate 45 and a second guide plate 46; an upper end of the first guide plate 45 is hinged to the footrest link 225, and a lower end of the first guide plate 45 is hinged to a lower end of the second guide plate 46; a guide protrusion 461 is provided at an upper end of the second guide plate 46; and the guide protrusion 461 is capable of fitting the front swing plate 41 to cause the second limiting post 421 to be snap-fitted in the limiting groove 431. During the transformation from a sitting posture to a TV posture, the guide protrusion 461 is capable of fitting the front swing plate 41, preventing excessive swing of the front swing plate 41 which would otherwise cause the second limiting post 421 to not successfully enter the limiting groove 431, thereby enabling the second limiting post 421 to be snap-fitted in the limiting groove 431. During the swinging of the front swing plate 41 and the rear swing plate 42, if the front swing plate 41 or the rear swing plate 42 is restricted in a relatively front position due to unsmoothness or interference, the fitting between the guide protrusion 461 and the front swing plate 41 enables the front swing plate 41 to move again, thus the front swing plate 41 and the rear swing plate 42 swing again to enable the second limiting post 421 and the limiting groove 431 to approach each other, such that the second limiting post is snap-fitted in the limiting groove 431.
[0059] As shown in Fig. 3, the first footrest plate group 211 includes a front footrest plate 2111 and an inner footrest plate 2112, and the second footrest plate group 212 includes a rear footrest plate 2121 and an outer footrest plate 2122; the footrest assembly 21 further includes a front footrest 213 and a rear footrest 214; a rear end of the front footrest plate 2111 is hinged to the linkage assembly 22, a front end of the front footrest plate 2111 is hinged to the inner footrest plate 2112; a rear end of the rear footrest plate 2121 is hinged to the linkage assembly 22, a front end of the rear footrest plate 2121 is hinged to the outer footrest plate 2122; the front footrest 213 is hinged to both a front end of the inner footrest plate 2112 and a front end of the outer footrest plate 2122; the rear footrest 214 is hinged to both a middle portion of the inner footrest plate 2112 and a middle portion of the outer footrest plate 2122; and the front end of the footrest lifting plate 321 is hinged to the front footrest plate 2111. By using the footrest assembly 21 having the described structure, when the footrest assembly 21 switches from the retracting position to the extending position, the footrest lifting plate 321 can drive the front footrest plate 2111 to rotate clockwise relative to the seat portion plate 222, such that the front footrest plate 2111 drives the inner footrest plate 2112 to move forward; meanwhile, the front footrest plate 2111 drives the rear footrest plate 2121 hinged to the front footrest plate 2111 to move forward, and the rear footrest plate 2121 drives the outer footrest plate 2122 hinged to the rear footrest plate 2121 to move forward, such that the footrest assembly 21 switches from the retracting position to the extending position.
[0060] As shown in Fig. 2, a third limiting post 2123 is provided on a side face of the outer footrest plate 2122; and when the footrest assembly 21 is in the extending position, the third limiting post 2123 abuts against the front footrest plate 2111. By using the third limiting post 2123, the footrest assembly 21 can be maintained in the extending position.
[0061] In the present embodiment, the left side and the right side of the seat frame are symmetrically arranged, both the left side and the right side of the swing support base 10 are provided with a linkage mechanism 20 and a swing mechanism 40, and the front swing plates 41 and the rear swing plates 42 on two sides are provided with a torque-resistant tube for connection.
[0062] It should be noted that the direction in which the footrest assembly 21 moves from the retracting position to the extending position is the front direction, and the direction in which the backrest assembly 23 moves from the restored position to the extended position is the rear direction.
[0063] The following describes a specific working process of the seat frame: When the seat frame switches from a sitting posture to a TV posture, the slider of the slider motor moves backward, and the distance between the front driving tube 312 and the rear driving tube 313 increases; meanwhile, the front driving tube 312 rotates clockwise, the front driving tube 312 drives the transmission plate 323 to rotate clockwise relative to the footrest driving plate 322, the transmission plate 323 drives the footrest driving plate 322 to rotate clockwise relative to the seat portion plate 222, the footrest driving plate 322 drives the footrest lifting plate 321 to rotate clockwise, the footrest lifting plate 321 drives the front footrest plate to rotate clockwise relative to the seat portion plate 222, such that the front footrest plate 2111 drives the inner footrest plate 2112 to move forward; meanwhile, the front footrest plate 2111 drives the rear footrest plate 2121 hinged to the front footrest plate 2111 to move forward, and the rear footrest plate 2121 drives the outer footrest plate 2122 hinged to the rear footrest plate 2121 to move forward, such that the footrest assembly 21 switches from the retracting position to the extending position. Meanwhile, while the rear footrest plate 2121 moving forward, the rear footrest plate 2121 drives the rear end of the footrest link 225 to move from the lower end to the upper end of the guide groove 2241, the footrest link 225 drives the upper end of the adapter plate 44 to move forward and downward, thus the lower end of the adapter plate 44 drives the swing limiting plate 43 hinged to the lower end of the adapter plate 44 to move backward and downward. Meanwhile, during the clockwise rotation of the footrest driving plate 322, the footrest driving plate 322 drives the linkage plate 221 to move forward, and the linkage plate 221 drives the rear swing plate 42 hinged to the linkage plate 221 to rotate clockwise, such that the second limiting post 421 and the limiting groove 431 approach each other, and finally the second limiting post 421 is snap-fitted in the limiting groove 431, so as to prevent the swinging of the seat frame.
[0064] When the seat frame switches from a TV posture to a reclining posture, the slider of the slider motor continues to move backward; at this time, since the third limiting post 2123 abuts against the front footrest plate 2111, the footrest assembly 21 cannot move anymore. The distance between the front driving tube 312 and the rear driving tube 313 increases; the rear driving tube 313 drives the driving curved link 33 to move upward, the driving curved link 33 drives the seat portion lifting plate 223 hinged to the driving curved link 33 to move upward, and the seat portion lifting plate 223 drives the seat portion plate 222 to move upward, thereby enabling the seat portion to move upward. At this time, the backrest mounting plate 231 drives the sequence link 224 to move upward, and the rear end of the footrest link 225 moves from the upper end to the lower end of the guide groove 2241.
[0065] As shown in Figs. 11 to 18, another embodiment of the present disclosure provides an electric rocking chair. The electric rocking chair includes a seat frame. The linkage assembly 22 includes a rocking plate 226, a seat plate 227, a seat lifting plate 228 and a lifting adapter plate 229; the linkage mechanism 20 further includes a back portion assembly 24; both the rear end of the first footrest plate group 211 and the rear end of the second footrest plate group 212 are hinged to a front end of the seat plate 227; a rear end of the seat plate 227 is hinged to a middle portion of the back portion assembly 24; the rear end of the footrest driving plate 322 is hinged to a middle of the seat plate 227; a front end of the seat lifting plate 228 is hinged to an upper end of the lifting adapter plate 229; a lower end of the lifting adapter plate 229 is hinged to a front end of the rocking plate 226; a rear end of the seat lifting plate 228 is hinged to a front end of the back portion assembly 24; a rear end of the back portion assembly 24 is hinged to a rear end of the rocking plate 226; a middle portion of the seat lifting plate 228 is hinged to the seat plate 227; and two ends of the driving member 31 are respectively hinged to the footrest transmission assembly 32 and the seat lifting plate 228. By using the linkage assembly 22 with the described structure, the rocking plate 226, the seat plate 227, and the lifting adapter plate 229 can be used to connect the footrest assembly 21 and the back portion assembly 24 into an integral whole, thereby realizing the operative connection between the footrest assembly 21 and the back portion assembly 24. Lifting of the seat plate 227 can be realized using the seat lifting plate 228 to cooperate with the operative connection between the footrest assembly 21 and the back portion assembly 24.
[0066] Specifically, once the footrest assembly 21 switches from the retracting position to the extending position, the seat lifting plate 228 can drive the seat plate 227 to ascend, and the movement of the back portion assembly 24 is realized by means of the seat lifting plate 228.
[0067] As shown in Figs. 11-13, the seat frame further includes a base 50; the base 50 includes a base body 51 and a rocking base 52; the lower end of the rocking plate 226 is connected with an upper end of the rocking base 52; a lower surface of the rocking base 52 is provided with an arcuate surface structure 521; the lower surface of the rocking base 52 rockably abuts against the base body 51; and by means of the contact between the base body 51 and the arcuate surface structure 521 of the rocking base 52, the function of the rocking base 52 rocking relative to the base body 51 can be realized.

By means of the described structure, in the process of the rocking base 52 rocking relative to the base body 51, the first force transmission rod 55 can be used to compress or stretch the first spring 53, and the second force transmission rod 56 can be used to compress or stretch the second spring 54, and then the first spring 53 and the second spring 54 are used to provide a resilient force, so that the rocking base 52 can automatically return.
[0069] Two ends of the first spring 53 may be directly connected with the lower surface of the first force transmission rod 55 and the upper surface of the base body 51, and may also be indirectly connected with the lower surface of the first force transmission rod 55 and the upper surface of the base body 51. Similarly, two ends of the second spring 54 may be directly connected with the lower surface of the second force transmission rod 56 and the upper surface of the base body 51, and may also be indirectly connected with the lower surface of the second force transmission rod 56 and the upper surface of the base body 51.
[0070] In the present embodiment, the base 50 further has an upper bearing plate and a lower bearing plate provided thereon; two ends of the upper bearing plate are respectively connected with the lower surface of the first force transmission rod 55 and the lower surface of the second force transmission rod 56; the lower bearing plate is arranged on the base body 51; two ends of the first spring 53 are respectively connected with the upper bearing plate and the lower bearing plate, and two ends of the second spring 54 are respectively connected with the upper bearing plate and the lower bearing plate.
[0071] In the present embodiment, when the rocking base 52 rocks forward, when the front end of the rocking base 52 contacts with the base body 51, the front end of the rocking base 52 descends and the rear end of the rocking base 52 ascends, the first force transmission rod 55 compresses the first spring 53, and the second force transmission rod 56 stretches the second spring 54, thus the compressed first spring 53 generates a resilience force, and the stretched second spring 54 also generates a resilience force, such that the rocking base 52 can automatically return. The process of the rocking base 52 rocking backward is opposite the process hereinabove, and is not described herein again.
[0072] As shown in Fig. 13, the first force transmission rod 55 includes a first horizontal section 551, a first inclined section 552, a second horizontal section 553, a second inclined section 554, and a third horizontal section 555 which are sequentially connected; the second horizontal section 553 is located below the first horizontal section 551 and the third horizontal section 555; an angle is formed between the first inclined section 552 and the second inclined section 554; the first horizontal section 551 and the third horizontal section 555 are respectively connected with the corresponding rocking bases 52. By using the first force transmission rod 55 having the described structure, the first inclined section 552, the second horizontal section 553, and the second inclined section 554 can be used to form a recessed structure, thus the recessed structure can provide clearance for the driving member 31, facilitating the arrangement and operation of the driving member 31.
[0073] In the present embodiment, the second force transmission rod 56 is the same structure as the first force transmission rod 55. By means of the described arrangement, both the second force transmission rod 56 and the first force transmission rod 55 can provide clearance for the driving member 31, further facilitating the arrangement and operation of the driving member 31.
[0074] As shown in Fig. 16, the base body 51 is provided with a gravity center adjustment hole 511 and an obround hole 512 arranged at an interval in the front-rear direction; both the gravity center adjustment hole 511 and the obround hole 512 extend in the front-rear direction; the seat frame further includes a first adjustment shaft and a second adjustment shaft; one end of the first adjustment shaft is connected with the front end of the rocking plate 226, and a position of the other end of the first adjustment shaft is adjusting in the gravity center adjustment hole 511; one end of the second adjustment shaft is connected with the rear end of the rocking plate 226, and the other end of the second adjustment shaft is slidably provided in the obround hole 512. By using the described structure, when the electric rocking chair is in different postures, a seat frame of electric rocking chair is provided with different positions of the center of gravity, thus the linkage assembly 22 is provided with different positions of the center of gravity. The position of the rocking plate 226 relative to the rocking base 52 can be adjusted by using the gravity center adjustment hole 511 and the obround hole 512, such that the linkage assembly 22 can be stably positioned on the rocking base 52.
[0075] When the electric rocking chair is located at three different positions, namely a reclining posture, a TV posture, or a sitting posture, the first adjustment shaft is located at different positions of the gravity center adjustment hole 511, and the second adjustment shaft is located at different positions of the obround hole 512.
[0076] It should be noted that there may be one or more obround holes 512. When the base body 51 is provided with a plurality of obround holes 512, the plurality of obround holes 512 are provided at intervals in the front-rear direction on the base body 51, and a plurality of second adjustment shafts are also provided corresponding to the obround holes 512.
[0077] Specifically, the gravity center adjustment hole 511 includes a plurality of arc-shaped holes 5111 arranged in sequence in the front-rear direction and communicating with each other, and a position of the first adjustment shaft is adjusting in one arc-shaped holes 5111 of the plurality of the arc-shaped holes 5111. By using the gravity center adjustment hole with the described structure, the arc-shaped holes 5111 can be used to limit the position of the first adjustment shaft, so that the rocking base 52 and the rocking plate 226 can form a relatively stable positional relationship, and the electric rocking chair is more stable.
[0078] As shown in Fig. 14, the back portion assembly 24 includes a back portion plate 241 and a back portion adapter plate 242; a front end of the back portion plate 241 is hinged to the seat lifting plate 228; a middle portion of the back portion plate 241 is hinged to the rear end of the seat plate 227; an upper end of the back portion adapter plate 242 is hinged to a rear end of the back portion plate 241; a middle portion of the back portion adapter plate 242 is hinged to the rocking plate 226; the back portion assembly 24 is provided with a reclined position in which the back portion plate 241 is inclined backward relative to the seat plate 227 and a restored position in which the back portion plate is restored relative to the seat plate 227; and the driving member 31 is capable of driving the back portion assembly 24 to switch between the reclined position and the restored position.
[0079] Specifically, when the seat lifting plate 228 rotates counterclockwise relative to the seat plate 227, the seat lifting plate 228 drives the back portion plate 241 to rotate clockwise relative to the back portion adapter plate 242, thereby enabling the back portion assembly 24 to move from the restored position to the reclined position.
[0080] As shown in Fig. 14, the seat frame further includes a rocking stop plate 60 and a rocking stop link 61; a front end of the rocking stop link 61 is hinged to the rocking plate 226; a rear end of the rocking stop link 61 is hinged to a middle portion of the rocking stop plate 60; an upper end of the rocking stop plate 60 is hinged to the back portion adapter plate 242; and a lower end of the rocking stop plate 60 is provided with a rocking stop protrusion 62. The rocking stop link 61 can be used to pull the rocking stop plate 60 to rotate relative to the back portion adapter plate 242, and the rocking stop protrusion 62 of the rocking stop plate 60 can be used to limit the rocking range of electric rocking chair.
[0081] Specifically, when the footrest assembly 21 is in the retracting position and the back portion assembly 24 is in the reclined position, the distance between the rocking stop protrusion 62 and the upper surface of the base body 51 is between 65 mm and 79 mm. When the footrest assembly 21 is in the extending position, the distance between the rocking stop protrusion 62 and the upper surface of the base body 51 is between 24 mm and 30 mm. By using the described setting of size, the rocking range of the electric rocking chair in a sitting posture can be limited by using the distance between the rocking stop protrusion 62 and the upper surface of the base body 51.
[0082] In the present embodiment, when the rocking base 52 rocks, the lowermost point of the rocking stop protrusion 62 can be in contact with the upper surface of the base body 51 so as to limit the rocking range of the rocking base.
[0083] When the footrest assembly 21 is in the retracting position and the back portion assembly 24 is in the reclined position, the distance between the rocking stop protrusion 62 and the upper surface of the base body 51 can be 65 mm, 68 mm, 70 mm, 72 mm, or 79 mm, or any value between 65 mm to 79 mm. When the footrest assembly 21 is in the extending position, the distance between the rocking stop protrusion 62 and the upper surface of the base body 51 can be 24mm, 27mm, or 30mm or any value between 24mm to 30mm.
[0084] As shown in Figs. 11 and 18, the linkage assembly 22 further includes a sequence rod 251, a footrest limiting rod 252, and a sequence shaft; the lower end of the back portion adapter plate 242 is hinged to a rear end of the footrest limiting rod 252 by the sequence shaft; a front end of the footrest limiting rod 252 is hinged to the second footrest plate group 212; an upper end of the sequence rod 251 is hinged to the back portion plate 241; and a lower end of the sequence rod 251 is provided with a sequence groove 253, and the sequence shaft is slidably provided in the sequence groove 253 and passes through the sequence groove 253.
