Abstract

A kit (200) comprising: an ornament (201) with a pendant (210), two eyelets (11a, 11b) and two chains (12a, 12b) connecting the pendant (10; 210) to the two eyelets; a necklace (2) suitable for being threaded through one of the two eyelets (11a, 11b) of the ornament (201); an earring (R) comprising a pin (3) having a needle (30) suitable for being inserted into one of the two eyelets (11a, 11b) of the ornament (201) and passing through a hole in the earlobe of a user; said earring (R) further comprising a butterfly clasp (4) suitable for cooperating with the pin (3) to lock the pin (3) in position in the hole in the user's earlobe; said kit (200) further comprising a bracelet (5) suitable for being threaded through one of the two eyelets (11a, 11b) of the ornament (201).

Description

[0001] The present invention relates to a kit for making various types of wearable ornaments, such as bracelets, necklaces, and earrings.

[0002] Nowadays, there is an increasingly wide and varied offer of ornaments and jewelry that are made in different shapes and with all kinds of materials, from the most precious to the most common ones, in order to satisfy an increasing number of demanding users on the lookout for objects with an attractive design.

[0003] As it is known, ornaments such as bracelets, necklaces, and earrings are essential accessories in a woman's outfit. These ornaments not only determine the success or failure of a style, but can also change, enrich, and add character to even a seemingly simple and casual outfit.

[0004] For such a reason, clothing and accessories must be chosen carefully, always paying close attention to style, colors, and the occasion on which they will be worn.

[0005] By way of example, in order to correctly match a necklace to a dress, it is necessary to analyze the type of neckline of the dress. In case of a collared shirt, a thin necklace, perhaps a choker, can be worn, leaving the top button of the shirt open. Conversely, long necklaces with one or more strands are particularly suitable in case of polo necks or turtlenecks.

[0006] Furthermore, if a woman wears a very eye-catching necklace, her earrings should be small and minimal, if not absent. Similarly, eye-catching earrings, in terms of shape and color, should be paired with a necklace with simple and delicate lines.

[0007] Given the importance of completing every outfit with the right accessories, more and more women tend to buy a large number of bracelets, necklaces, and earrings so that they can flaunt different outfits without the risk of not having the right accessories.

[0008] For such a reason, the costume jewelry and jewelry market is experiencing an extremely prosperous period, driven by a growing focus on fashion and its trends.

[0009] However, it is clear that, for a woman, owning a large number of jewelry items can be very expensive. In fact, although the costume jewelry market offers accessories at lower prices than gold or silver jewelry, the possession of bracelets, necklaces, and earrings to match every outfit inevitably involves a significant expense.

[0010] Furthermore, when a woman is traveling, she is often forced to bring the entire jewelry box with her in order to create different outfits.

[0011] The purpose of this invention is to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art by providing a kit that allows various types of wearable ornaments to be made in a simple and practical way, reducing the costs necessary for the purchase of a large variety of ornaments.

[0012] A further purpose of the present invention is to provide such a kit for making various types of wearable ornaments that is versatile and inexpensive.

[0013] These purposes are achieved in accordance with the invention with the features listed in the attached independent claim 1.

[0016] With the aid of the attached Figures, the kit according to the invention, which is generally indicated with reference numeral 200, is described.

[0017] With reference to Fig. 1, the kit (200) comprises an ornament (201) provided with a pendant (210) having three circular rings (203) of different diameters. Preferably, the circular rings (203) are connected to each other by means of elliptical rings (204) arranged between two consecutive circular rings (203). Alternatively, the circular rings (203) may be connected to each other by means of chains or circular or quadrangular connection elements. Each circular ring (203) has an opening that is not wide enough to be passed through by a user's hand. In particular, the pendant (210) of the ornament (201) comprises a first circular ring (203a) with a diameter (d), a second circular ring (203b) with a diameter (d1) greater than the diameter (d) of the first circular ring (203a), and a third circular ring (203c) with a diameter (d2) greater than the diameter (d1) of the second circular ring (203b).

[0018] The ornament (201) further comprises two eyelets (11), namely a first eyelet (11a) connected to the first circular ring (203a) of the pendant (210) by means of a first chain (12a), and a second eyelet (11b) connected to the third circular ring (203c) of the pendant (210) by means of a second chain (12b).

[0020] The kit (200) further comprises a necklace (2) configured to be threaded through one of the eyelets (11) of the ornament (201).

[0021] The necklace (2) has a length of 40-60 cm, preferably 50 cm. The necklace (2) comprises a first end (20) provided with a clasp (21), and a second end (22) provided with at least one ring (23) suitable for cooperating with the clasp (21) to close the necklace around the user's neck. Advantageously, the necklace (2) comprises a plurality of rings (23) that are regularly spaced and arranged at a distance of 0.5-1.5 cm, preferably 1 cm, from each other. In such a way, users can adjust the length of the necklace (2) to their liking.

[0022] Moreover, the kit (200) comprises an earring (R) comprising a pin (3) with a needle (30) configured to be inserted into one of the eyelets (11) of the ornament (201) and suitable for passing through a hole in the user's earlobe. The pin (3) further comprises a head (31) suitable for remaining visible on the user's earlobe. The head (31) of the pin may have a simple shape, such as a quadrangular, or triangular button, or it may have an original profile, possibly embellished with one or more gems.

[0023] Furthermore, the earring (R) comprises a butterfly clasp (4) suitable for cooperating with the pin (3) to lock the pin (3) in position in the hole in the user's earlobe.

[0024] Thanks to the particular shape of the ornament (201) of the kit according to the invention, the kit (200) according to the invention can be worn by the user as an earring, a necklace, a bracelet, or a hand jewel.

[0025] In particular, the kit (200) can be worn as an earring by simply inserting the needle (30) of the pin (3) of the earring (R) into one of the two eyelets (11) of the ornament (201), as shown in Fig. 2A.

[0026] In this way, if the needle (30) of the pin of the earring (R) is inserted into the first eyelet (11a) of the ornament (201), the earring has the three circular rings (203) of the pendant (210) arranged with increasing diameter, moving farther from the user's earlobe. Conversely, if the needle (30) of the pin of the earring (R) is inserted into the second eyelet (11b) of the ornament (201), the earring has the three circular rings (203) of the pendant (210) arranged with decreasing diameter, moving farther from the user's earlobe.

In such a case, in addition to locking the pin (3) of the earring (R) in position in the hole in the user's earlobe, the butterfly clasp (4) is suitable for preventing the ornament (201) from accidentally slipping off the needle (30) of the pin (3).

[0028] Conversely, if the needle (30) of the pin (3) of the earring (R) is inserted into one of the two eyelets (11) of the ornament (201) before passing through the hole in the user's earlobe, the user's earlobe is partially covered by one of the two chains (12a, 12b) of the ornament and the chain (12a, 12b) of the ornament is completely visible. In such a case, the ornament (201) is interposed between the head (31) of the pin of the earring (R) and the user's earlobe. Therefore, the butterfly clasp (4) only serves to lock the pin (3) in position in the hole in the user's earlobe.

[0029] Similarly, the kit (200) can be worn as a necklace by threading the necklace (2) through one of the two eyelets (11) of the ornament (201), as shown in Fig. 2B.

[0030] Also in such a case, if the necklace (2) is threaded through the first eyelet (11a) of the ornament (201), the ornament (201) has the three circular rings (203) of the pendant (210) arranged with increasing diameter, moving farther from the user's neck. Conversely, if the necklace (2) is threaded through the second eyelet (11b) of the ornament (201), the ornament (201) has the three circular rings (203) of the pendant (210) arranged with decreasing diameter, moving father from the user's neck.

[0031] The kit (200) can be worn as a bracelet by inserting the bracelet (5) into both eyelets (11a, 11b) of the ornament (201), as shown in Fig. 2C.

[0032] With reference to Fig. 2D, thanks to the particular shape of the ornament (201), the ornament (201) can also be used to create a hand jewel (6), i.e., a piece of jewelry that combines a bracelet and a ring and is worn on the forefinger or middle finger.

[0033] In fact, by threading the bracelet (5) through the first eyelet (11a) of the ornament (201) and by threading the necklace (2) through the second eyelet (11b) of the ornament, or vice versa, the kit (200) can be worn as a hand jewel (6).

[0034] Therefore, with the kit (200) according to the invention, the user essentially has more than one piece of jewelry, without any significant expense.

[0035] In particular, the kit according to the invention is configured as a true transformable piece of jewelry, that is to say a piece of jewelry capable of performing different functions by means of simple and temporary modifications. In fact, such modifications do not require the intervention of a jeweler because the user can independently perform a manual operation in a few seconds, without the need for special skills or professional tools.

[0036] Moreover, transformable jewelry is a sustainable choice as it guarantees significant savings in the materials used, reducing the impact of production processes.

[0037] In fact, the kit according to the invention can be used as an earring, bracelet, necklace, and even a hand jewel, without the need to make four different pieces of jewelry.

[0038] Transformable jewelry and costume jewelry are also ideal for traveling. In fact, users will not have to pack their entire jewelry box, but only the kit according to the invention, knowing that they will still be able to create different looks as desired.

Claims

1. Kit (200) comprising: - an ornament (201) comprising a pendant (210); said ornament (201) further comprising a first eyelet (11a) connected to said pendant (210) by means of a first chain (12a), and a second eyelet (11b) connected to said pendant (210) by means of a second chain (12b); - a necklace (2) configured to be threaded through one of the two eyelets (11a, 11b) of the ornament (201); - an earring (R) comprising a pin (3) having a needle (30) configured to be inserted into one of the two eyelets (11a, 11b) of the ornament (201) and suitable for passing through a hole in the earlobe of a user; said pin (3) also comprising a head (31) suitable for remaining visible on the user's earlobe; said earring (R) further comprising a butterfly clasp (4) suitable for cooperating with the pin (3) to lock the pin (3) in position in the hole in the user's earlobe; characterized in that said kit (200) further comprises a bracelet (5) configured to be threaded through one of the two eyelets (11a, 11b) of the ornament (201); and said pendant (210) of the ornament (201) comprises a first circular ring (203a), with a diameter (d), a second circular ring (203b) with a diameter (d1) greater than the diameter (d) of the first circular ring (203a), and a third circular ring (203c) with a diameter (d2) greater than the diameter (d1) of the second circular ring (203b).

The kit (200) according to claim 1, wherein the necklace (2) comprises a first end (20) provided with a clasp (21), and a second end (22) provided with a plurality of rings (23) suitable for cooperating with the clasp (21) to close the necklace around the user's neck; said rings (23) being regularly spaced and arranged at a distance of 0.5-1.5 cm, preferably 1 cm, from each other.

3. The kit (200) according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the necklace (2) has a length of 40-60 cm, preferably 50 cm.

4. The kit (200) according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the bracelet (5) has a length of 16-20 cm, preferably 18 cm.
