The present invention relates to a gymnastic exercise machine (1), particularly for Pilates and similar exercises, comprising a frame (2), predominantly extending along a longitudinal direction (Y), and a support bar (3), for a user's support during gymnastic exercises, wherein said support bar (3) has a first end (31) and a second end (32), wherein said gymnastic exercise machine (1). The gymnastic exercise machine (1) also comprises an adjustment device (4), coupled to said first end (31) of said support bar (3) and to said frame (2). The adjustment device (4) is configured to allow the adjustment of the position of said support bar (3) relative to said frame (2), when said support bar (3) is translated in a transverse direction (X) orthogonal to said longitudinal direction (Y) of said frame (2).
