[0030] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0031] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in the present invention, a toy gun 1 comprises a barrel portion 11 and a gas valve base 12 arranged inside the barrel portion 11, and a gas cartridge replacement structure mainly comprises:

[0032] a thrust support 2, which is movably arranged inside the barrel-forming part 11 and which is in communication with the gas valve-forming base 12;

[0033] an opening 21 of the support, which is formed in the thrust support 2;

[0034] a gas cartridge holder 3, which is arranged inside the thrust holder 2 and is detachable therefrom through the opening 21 of the holder and which receives a pressurized gas cartridge 4 therein, the gas cartridge holder 3 comprising a gas cartridge portion 31 and an outlet portion 32;

[0035] a support magnetic attraction part 5, which is arranged at a rear end of the gas cartridge part 31 of the gas cartridge holder 3; a magnetic element 6, which is movably arranged inside the thrust support 2 and is magnetically connected to the magnetic attraction part 5 of the support; and an elastic element 7, the elastic element 7 having one end fixed inside the thrust support 2 and an opposite end abutting and bearing against a side of the magnetic element 6 opposite the cartridge support 3.

[0036] A large-sized toy gun 1, such as a rifle, a submachine gun, a sniper rifle, and a shotgun, is taken as an example to illustrate the toy gun 1. The gas valve base 12 serves to supply pressurized gas to components related to firing bullets and to establish communication between the thrust holder 2, the gas outlet portion 32 of the gas cartridge holder 3, and the pressurized gas cartridge 4. In the present embodiment, the magnetic attraction portion 5 of the cartridge holder is a metal cap that is attractable by the magnetic member 6 to close the gas cartridge portion 31. The elastic member 7 is a compression spring.However, the configurations / structures of the components listed above are provided as examples of preferred embodiment and any other configurations / structures having similar functions are considered to be within the scope of the present invention, and not only limited to the examples listed above.

[0037] As shown in Figures 1 to 5, the present invention provides an arrangement that uses magnetic attraction to hold and fix the gas cartridge holder 3 inside the thrust holder 2, the magnetic member 6 being arranged inside the thrust holder 2 to attract and hold the support magnetic attraction portion 5 at one end of the gas cartridge holder 3 in position, and the elastic member 7 is arranged on a side of the magnetic member 6 that is opposite the gas cartridge holder 3 to use the spring force thereof to firmly support the magnetic member 6 so that the magnetic member 6 is firmly fixed to the support magnetic attraction portion 5, and attracts the same, and this, together with a wall of the thrust holder 2, fixes the gas cartridge holder 3 gas inside the thrust holder 2, thereby simplifying the structural arrangement and combination of the gas cartridge holder 3 and the thrust holder 2, and the arrangement of the opening of the thrust holder 21 is used to facilitate its removal for replacement.

[0038] To replace the pressurized gas cartridge 4, a user only needs to move, by pulling, the push holder 2 by means of the barrel portion 11 to expose the cartridge holder opening 21 to the outside of the toy gun 1, so that the gas cartridge holder 3 can be pushed inward and the magnetic member 6 is caused to compress the elastic member 7 to allow the gas cartridge holder 3 to move toward the holder opening 21, and the user is thus allowed to grasp, with his bare hand, the gas cartridge holder 3 through the holder opening 21, thereby separating or detaching the gas cartridge holder 3 from the magnetic member 6.Then, the magnetic attraction portion 5 of the holder is rotated so as to detach from the gas cartridge portion 31 to allow easy replacement of the pressurized gas cartridge 4 therein, thereby allowing the pressurized gas cartridge 4 to be easily and efficiently replaced.

[0039] As shown in [Fig. 6], a difference of the embodiment concerned is that the gas cartridge holder 3 comprises a gas cartridge part 31, a gas outlet part 32 arranged at a front end of the gas cartridge part 31, and a closure member 33 arranged, in a screwed manner, at a rear end of the gas cartridge part 31, and the magnetic attraction part 5 of the holder is mounted outside the closure member 33, and the magnetic member 6 comprises a main body part 61, a magnetic attraction recess 611 formed in a front end of the main body part 61, and a magnetic attraction part 62 arranged in the magnetic attraction recess 611. Based on the structure described above, a magnetic attraction structure between the gas cartridge holder 3 and the magnetic member 6 is arranged in a separable configuration from the main body.For example, the supporting magnetic attraction part 5 is removably attached, by forceful insertion, to an end wall 33 of the closure member and the magnetic attraction part 62 is removably mounted, by forceful insertion, in the magnetic attraction recess 611, which means that the supporting magnetic attraction part 5 is further mounted outside the closure member 33 and the magnetic attraction part 62 is further mounted in the magnetic attraction recess 611. In this way, the gas cartridge part 31 and the main body part 61 can be made of materials that are stronger or less expensive and do not exhibit magnetism, so that the flexibility of material selection is increased and the . ease of combination between gas cartridge holder 3 and thrust holder 2 is maintained.

[0040] As shown in [Fig.7], a difference of the embodiment concerned is that the pushing bracket 2 has a withdrawal assisting portion 211 arranged on one side of the bracket opening 21, and a length of the bracket opening 21 is less than a length of the gas cartridge bracket 3. In the present embodiment, the withdrawal assisting portion 211 is a curved notch formed on one side of the bracket opening 21 away from the magnetic member 6.To remove the cartridge holder 3, the user similarly moves the gas cartridge holder 3 to compress the elastic member 7 so as to expose one end of the gas cartridge holder 3 associated with the gas outlet portion 32 in the holder opening 21; a finger can be placed in the removal assistance portion 211 to pick up the gas cartridge holder 3, and the removal operation is easy and does not require the entire gas cartridge holder 3 to be located within the range of the holder opening 21, so as to be applicable to different sizes of the gas cartridge holder 3 and the pressurized gas cartridge 4.

[0041] As shown in Figures 8 to 10, a difference of the embodiment in question is that Flour-toy 1 has a gun barrel cover 14 for closing and covering the opening 21 of the holder. In the present embodiment, the gun barrel cover 14 is pivotally mounted on one side of the opening 21 of the holder. Based on the difference of the types of the toy gun 1, in the case where the toy gun 1 is provided with an opening portion 13 for imitating an ejection opening, the gun barrel cover 14 can be arranged on one side of the opening portion 13, so that the gun barrel cover 14 can normally function for dust protection, while to replace the pressurized gas cartridge 4, the user can simply open the gun barrel cover 14 and cause the opening 21 of the thrust support 2 to correspond, in position,to the opening portion 13 of the toy gun 1 (for some types of the toy gun 1, the opening portion 13 is normally aligned with the opening 21 of the holder and, in such a case, there is no need to move the push holder 2, to enable the gas cartridge holder 3 to be easily extracted or removed through the opening 21 of the holder and the opening portion 13, so that there is no need to remove the entire gas cartridge holder 3 or to reduce a range of movement of the gas cartridge holder 3, thereby further simplifying the operation of replacing the pressurized gas cartridge 4. ,

[0042] As shown in [Fig.l 1], which provides a sectional view of the thrust support 2, the embodiment concerned, which is similar to the previous embodiments, is different in that a positioning member 71 is arranged inside the thrust support 2 for receiving the elastic member 7 so as to be inserted thereon, and a receiving portion 63 is formed in the magnetic member 6 for receiving the positioning member 71 and the elastic member 7 therein. The positioning member 71 is an umbrella structure or a pillar structure for receiving the elastic member 7 for insertion thereon to prevent distortion during compression when a spring outer diameter is smaller than an inner diameter of the thrust support 2.The receiving portion 63 is formed as a cavity having an opening in a direction toward the positioning member 71, so that when constructing the magnetic member 6, it is possible to simultaneously form the receiving portion 63 in the magnetic member 6 so as to receive the positioning member 71 and the elastic member 7. An inner wall of the receiving portion 63 can be used to position and constrain the elastic member 7, and a longitudinal space required for the magnetic member 6 and the elastic member 7 (a longitudinal direction being defined as a mobility direction of the thrust support 2) can be reduced.
