Abstract
The invention relates to an artificial insemination device (1) for livestock, particularly pigs, comprising a tubular body (2) and a tip (3) attached to one end (6) of the tubular body (2) and configured to be inserted and positioned in the cervix of a female animal, characterized in that the tubular body (2) is formed of an inner sheath (20) made of paper and at least partially delimiting a flow channel (7) in the tubular body (2) for the flow of male animal semen, and an outer sheath (27) made of a biopolymer material and covering the inner sheath (20).
