[0016] [Fig.4] illustrates at least one step of the method according to the invention. Detailed description of the invention
[0017] In [Fig.l] a motor vehicle 1 according to the invention is schematically illustrated. This is conventionally equipped with a human-machine interface 2, which comprises at least one touch screen 3 on which a graphical interface is broadcast. Advantageously, this graphical interface contains a pictogram 4 which provides information about the sharing of private data from the vehicle, for example by means of two arrows which light up in a particular color when such data is transmitted. Preferably, the pictogram 4 is positioned within a status bar 5, which is for example displayed at the top of the graphical interface. The vehicle 1 according to the invention also incorporates a radiofrequency signal communication system 6 in order to be able to communicate (i.e. transmit and receive data) by means of conventional mobile communication networks and protocols (egV2X, ITS-G5, 3 / 4 / 5G) with remote communicating entities.
[0018] Advantageously, the vehicle 1 according to the invention also carries a device 100 for managing the operation of a touch screen of a human-machine interface of a motor vehicle on which a graphical interface is broadcast within the meaning of the present invention, as described below, which implements a method for managing the operation of a touch screen of a human-machine interface of a motor vehicle on which a graphical interface is broadcast within the meaning of the present invention, as briefly summarized below and described in detail below.
[0019] When implementing the method according to the invention, the device 100 according to the invention advantageously causes the display of the pictogram 4 in the status bar 5, then it continuously monitors whether tactile interactions are carried out at the level of the pictogram 4. And when it establishes that this occurs, it then causes, depending on the type of press carried out, short or long, either the display on the screen of interactive visual content, which allows the user to know the functionalities of the vehicle 1 which use or have used private data and which makes it possible to activate or deactivate the sharing of this data with regard to one or other of these functionalities, or the prevention or authorization of the sharing of private data. The user of vehicle 1 can thus easily control the sharing of private data from vehicle 1, whether globally or partially, by simply pressing pictogram 4. This is the . way that the ergonomics of the human-machine interface 2 of the vehicle 1 is significantly improved in terms of managing the sharing of private data.
[0020] The device 100 for managing the operation of a touch screen of a human-machine interface of a motor vehicle on which a graphical interface according to the invention is broadcast is illustrated in [Fig. 2]. It is essentially a computer device, which comprises at least one information processing unit 101, comprising one or more processors, a data storage medium 102, on which is recorded in particular a program which comprises program code instructions for the execution of the steps of the method according to the invention described below, and an input and output interface 103 allowing the reception and transmission of data.
[0021] Preferably, the device 100 according to the invention is hosted on an independent computer and it interacts via its input and output interface 103 and by means of a wired communication network of the vehicle (e.g. CAN, Ethernet, MOST) - shown in [Fig.l] by the two-way arrows - with the human-machine interface 2 of the vehicle 1, in particular its screen 3, and with the radiofrequency signal communication system 6. Alternatively, the device 100 according to the invention is partially or fully part of one or other of these components of the vehicle 1. As a result, the device 100 according to the invention can, in particular, determine whether a press is made at the pictogram 4, it can cause the display on the screen 3 of interactive visual content and it can cause the prevention or authorization of the sharing of private data in a global or partial manner.
[0022] According to the invention, all the elements described above contribute to enabling the implementation of a method for managing the operation of a touch screen of a human-machine interface of a motor vehicle on which a graphical interface is broadcast, as described below in connection with figures 3-4.
[0023] [Fig.3] illustrates by means of a flowchart the steps of the method according to the invention.
[0024] According to a first step 301 of the method according to the invention, the device 100 according to the invention advantageously causes the display on the screen 3 of the pictogram 4 which provides information about the sharing of private data from the vehicle 1. According to an exemplary embodiment, the pictogram 4 thus displayed takes the form of two arrows which light up in a particular color when such data is transmitted from the vehicle 1. Preferably, the two arrows are displayed in a first color when the sharing of private data is not authorized and in a second color when the sharing of private data is authorized. And to implement this step, the device 100 according to the invention interacts with the radio frequency signal communication system 6, which conventionally knows the types of data that are transmitted from the vehicle 1.
[0025] Then, according to a second step 302 of the method according to the invention, the device 100 according to the invention determines whether a press is made at the pictogram 4. In other words, the device 100 according to the invention continuously interacts with the screen 3 or the human-machine interface 2 to determine whether a press is made at the pictogram 4. And when it establishes that this occurs, it then carries out the following step of the method according to the invention described below.
[0026] According to a third step 303 of the method according to the invention, the device 100 according to the invention causes, depending on the type of support carried out, the prevention of the sharing of private data from the vehicle, the authorization of the sharing of private data from the vehicle or the display in the graphical interface of interactive visual content.
[0027] Preferably, when it establishes that it is a long press which is carried out at the level of the pictogram 4, the device 100 according to the invention causes the prevention or the authorization of the sharing of private data from the vehicle 1, and this according to an operating state at the current time. Thus, if the operating state at the current time is such that the sharing of private data from the vehicle 1 is prevented, the device 100 according to the invention then causes the authorization of the sharing of private data from the vehicle 1. Conversely, if the current operating state is such that the sharing of private data from the vehicle 1 is authorized, the device 100 according to the invention then causes the prevention of the sharing of private data from the vehicle 1.In other words, a long press on the pictogram 4 advantageously allows the sharing of private data from the vehicle 1 to be authorized or prohibited in a global manner. And to implement this step, the device 100 according to the invention interacts with the radiofrequency signal communication system 6, the latter being configured to accept a command to authorize or prevent the sharing of private data from the vehicle when data characterizing an authorization or prevention instruction are transmitted to it by the device 100 according to the invention.
[0028] Conversely, if it establishes that it is a short press which is carried out, the device 100 according to the invention then causes the display in the graphical interface of an interactive visual content, as is illustrated schematically in [Fig. 4]. Advantageously, such content identifies a functionality of the vehicle 1 which uses at the current time or which has previously used private data, and it contains an interactive zone 7 which advantageously makes it possible to prevent or authorize the sharing of private data from the vehicle 1 with regard to the function identified. The driver can thus easily become aware of the functionalities of the vehicle 1 which use private data, and he can, on a case-by-case basis, prevent or authorize the sharing of such data with regard to one or other of these functionalities by pressing in the corresponding interactive zone 7. And to implement this step, the device 100 according to the invention interacts again with the radiofrequency signal communication system 6, which is conventionally able to determine at any time one or more functionalities of the vehicle 1 which use private data.
[0029] Thus, thanks to the method and the device according to the invention described above, a more ergonomic alternative is provided for controlling the sharing of private data from a motor vehicle. The invention therefore significantly improves the ergonomics of the human-machine interfaces of motor vehicles in terms of managing the sharing of private data from the vehicles.
