Abstract

Assembly (1) in the form of a joinery (2) of the type door or window associated with a roller shutter box (3), which joinery (2) comprises a top rail of the joinery frame (21) having an upper face of the top rail (22), and which roller shutter box (3) comprises a lower wall (33) of the box having an external face of the lower wall of the box (332), which assembly (1) comprises means of joining (4) between said top rail of the joinery frame (21) and said lower wall (33) of the box, characterized in that said means of joining (4) consist of at least one tenon structure (5) which extends projecting from one of the elements among said upper face of the top rail (22) and said external face of the lower wall of the box (332),and at least one mortise structure (6) formed in a recess in the other element between said upper face of upper cross member (22) and said outer face of lower chest wall (332), which tenon structure (5) and which mortise structure (6) are designed to achieve the desired assembly, by penetration of said tenon structure (5) into said mortise structure (6).

2. Assembly (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said tenon structure (5) extends from said upper face of upper cross member (22), and in that said mortise structure (6) is made in said outer face of lower chest wall (332).

3. Assembly (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that said tenon structure (5) extends from said outer face of lower chest wall (332) and in that said mortise structure (6) is made in said upper face of upper cross member (22).

4. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said top rail of joinery frame is made in one piece, with said one-piece tenon structure projecting out from said top face of top rail, or with said mortise structure made in one piece in said top face of top rail.

Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that said top rail of joinery frame (21) comprises two structural profiles (23, 24) assembled by a thermal break profile (25), and in that said thermal break profile (25) comprises said tenon structure (5) or said mortise structure (6).

Assembly (1) according to claim 5, characterized in that said tenon structure (5) is made in one piece with the thermal break profile (25) and extends over the entire length of the latter, and in that said mortise structure (6) is in the form of a longitudinal groove formed over the entire length of the external face of the lower wall of the box (332).

Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that said tenon structure (5) comprises a longitudinal hook (51) with an L-shaped cross-section comprising a hook foot (511) which extends at a right angle by a hook arm (512) the free end of which terminates in a locking lip (513), and in that said mortise structure (6) comprises an entry opening (61) which extends into a first housing (62), itself extended on one side by a second housing (63) comprising a locking rib (64), which first housing (62) is arranged to receive said hook foot (511) of said longitudinal hook (51) by a translational movement perpendicular to the upper face of the upper cross member (22) and to the outer face of the lower chest wall (332),said hook foot (511) then having a possibility of movement in said first housing (62) parallel to said upper face of upper cross member (22) and to the external face of lower wall of chest (332), said second housing (63) being arranged to receive said hook arm (512) of said longitudinal hook (51) by a translational movement parallel to the upper face of upper cross member (22) and to the external face of lower wall of chest (332), and said locking rib (64) of said second housing (63) being arranged to cooperate with said locking lip (513) of said hook arm (512), to obtain the desired assembly, of the interlocking type.

8. Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that said tenon structure (5) comprises a longitudinal sealing joint (66) adapted to complete the sealing with the lower wall (33) of the chest.

Assembly (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the external face of the lower wall of the chest (332) comprises a plurality of mortise structures (6, 6a, 6b, 6c) arranged parallel to each other, to allow adaptation of the positioning of the joinery (2) relative to the lower wall (33) of the chest.

Assembly (1) according to claim 9, characterized in that the inlet opening (61) of each of the mortise structures (6, 6a, 6b, 6c) is closed by a portion of sealing material (67) constituting a portion of the external face of the lower wall of the chest (332), and in that the portion of sealing material (67) of the mortise structure (6, 6a, 6b, 6c) chosen for said assembly means (4) is arranged to be removed for the implementation of the desired assembly.
