Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a wearable apparatus, for use when throwing an item, including disclosure of where the item is retained in the wearable apparatus after the item is thrown. Disclosure is provided of wherein the item that is thrown is a ball. Terms / Definitions ‘Arrangement’: The term arrangement is a technical term which means a feature, or combination of features, (usually with a given purpose). For example, a 'measuring arrangement’ is a feature or features, to facilitate measuring. A 'holding arrangement’ is a feature or features, to facilitate holding. ‘Feature’: The term 'feature' is a broad term that includes within its scope any feature under the Sun. A feature may, for example, be an element, body, member, or may even be an aperture (eg opening / hole / gap or the such like). Thus the term 'holding feature’ includes within its scope, for example, any element, body, member, or even aperture, to facilitate holding. A ‘feature’ may also be a ‘part’ of a broader feature; for example, if a part of an invention is disclosed / claimed as comprising a 'padding feature’, this does not limit the padding feature to being a separate feature that is added to the invention (eg a sponge element, adhered to the invention); the invention, for example, may have a part made of sponge, or have an inner sponge (or soft) layer- in such a case, if that part of the invention is clearly of a material / nature that provides padding, then this falls within a scope of what is defined in the present application as a ‘padding feature’. ‘Substantially’: It is known, to those with skill in the art of patenting, that the word ‘substantially’ can, in some instances, be used to broaden a term. It should be stated that, in the present application, use of the word ‘substantially’ with a term, to define a (characterizing) feature(s), gets all the benefit (ie the benefit of any broadening) afforded by use of the word ‘substantially’, and also includes within its scope the feature(s) being that term exactly, (without broadening). For example, if two features are described / defined in the present application as being ‘substantially parallel’, then that includes, within its scope, the features being ‘close’ to parallel (in so far as the word ‘substantially’ is deemed to broaden the term 'parallel’), and also includes within its scope the features being 'exactly’ parallel). ‘Velcro®’ And ‘Velcro®-type’: It will be known that the term ‘Velcro®’ has become synonymous (in layman’s terms) for hook-and-hook, hook-and-loop, loop-and-loop, and all such similar attachment solutions. In the present application, where the term ‘Velcro®’ is used, in includes within its scope all of the above, and whatever solutions would be considered to be, from a layman’s point of view, ‘Velcro®’. Thus it is a broad term. The term Velcro®’, or Velcro®-type’, may be used, (in the disclosure generally, and may also be used in a claim(s)), and is thus a broad term which includes within its scope any solutions / features which would be considered, from a layman’s point of view, to be 'Velcro®'. The term 'hook-and-loop type attachment’ may also be used as a broad term and this term should be interpreted as broadly as the everyday laymen’s use of the term Velcro®’. Thus the term ‘hook-and-loop type attachment, (and the term 'hook-and-loop type’) is a broad term. (The term 'hook-and-loop type securing’ may be used. (The term 'hook-and-loop type securing element(s)’ may be used)). ‘Attached’ And ‘Connected’: If a feature (or two features) are defined in a claim as being attached, that would include within its scope the feature (or two features) being permanently attached, (of course), and would also include within its scope the feature (or two features) being removably attachable, (because, if removably attachable, the feature (or two features) can be attached, and therefore, when attached, would be within a scope of being 'attached’). Furthermore, the feature (or two features) being defined in a claim as being 'attached’ would also include within its scope the feature that is defined as being 'attached’ being formed as one part with a portion or a whole of the other feature it is defined as being ‘attached’ to. For example, if a table leg is defined in a claim as being ‘attached’ to a table top, that would include within its scope the table leg being formed as one part with a whole of the table top (eg if the table leg and table top were formed as one piece of plastic, for example) and would also include within its scope the table leg being formed as one part with a portion (rather than a whole) of the table top (eg if the table top was formed of more than one part, and the table leg was formed as one part with a part of the table top, but not a whole of it). (It would also include within its scope a portion (rather than a whole) of the feature that is defined as being ‘attached’ being formed as one part with a portion (or a whole) of the other feature it is defined as being ‘attached’ to. Thus if the table leg had a separate top half and bottom half, for example, (that are attached together, in use), an embodiment where the top half of the leg is formed as one part with a portion (or a whole) of the table top would also be within a scope of the table leg being ‘attached’ to the table top). It should be noted, some (few) patent offices require structural connection / relationship terms (in claims), to define structural connection / relationship between features of the claim. With this in mind, (and if it should be required, although it often is not), the term ‘connected’, if used in a claim, is a broad term, which includes within its scope direct connection, and also includes within its scope indirect connection. ('Direct’ connection would be where two features, for example, are directly connected to each other (eg an arm is ‘directly’ connected to a shoulder). 'Indirect’ connection would be where two features, for example, are connected, but via intermediate feature(s) (eg a person’s foot is ‘connected’ to their head, but 'indirectly’, (via their leg, torso, etc, which are 'intermediate features’)). Where the term ‘connected’ is used in a claim, it includes within its scope ‘direct’ connection, and also includes within its scope ‘indirect’ connection. The term may be used in a claim, (and is deemed supported), whether ‘direct’ and / or 'indirect' connection embodiment(s) is ( / are) disclosed in the present application, and, as stated, includes within its scope 'direct' connection, and also includes within its scope ‘indirect’ connection. Furthermore, if a feature(s) is ( / are) defined as being ‘connected’, that would include within its scope the (or any- ie more than one of the said) feature(s) being removably attachable, if, when attached, the feature(s) is ( / are) in a state of being 'connected’, (directly or indirectly). Thus if a first feature is defined as being 'connected’ to a second feature, it would include within its scope the first feature and / or the second feature being removably attachable, if, when attached, the first feature is connected to the second feature, (directly or indirectly). Furthermore, of course, (and similarly to the word 'attached’), if a feature (or two features) are defined in a claim as being 'connected’ it would also include within its scope the feature that is defined as being 'connected' being formed as one part with a portion or a whole of the other feature it is defined as being ‘connected’ to. (With reference to what has been stated relating to ‘direct’ and 'indirect' connection, so the same is the case for the term 'attached'. Thus if a feature(s) is / are defined as being 'attached' to another feature, that includes within its scope being 'directly' attached to that other feature and includes within its scope being 'indirectly' attached to that other feature. (Thus, if a feature(s) is / are defined as being 'removably attachable’ to another feature, that includes within its scope being removably attachable to that other feature ‘directly’ and includes within its scope being removably attachable to that other feature ‘indirectly’). (As stated with reference to the term ‘connected’, the term ‘attached’ may be used in a claim, (and is deemed supported), whether ‘direct and / or ‘indirect’ attachment embodiment(s) is ( / are) disclosed in the present application, and, as stated, includes within its scope being ‘directly’ attached, and also includes within its scope being ‘indirectly’ attached). ‘The Or Each’And ‘The Or Any’: The term 'the or each’ (either in disclosure and / or a claim) can refer back to a single feature / thing, and / or can refer back to a plurality of features / things. When the term is read as referring back to a plurality of features / things, it should be taken as meaning, and including within its scope, ‘at least one, or more, or all (ie each)’ of the said features / things. Thus, to give an example, if a square is referred to / disclosed that has four corners, if the term ‘the or each corner’ is used, it includes within its scope 'one of the corners, (or two, or three, or all of the corners)’. When any one feature / thing is afforded any feature(s) / definition in the present application, it is taken as read that, where a plurality of the said feature / thing is provided, 'the or each’ said feature / thing may be provided / claimed comprising the said feature(s) / definition (ie at least one, or more or all). Similarly, wherever a plurality of the said feature / thing are afforded any feature(s) / definition, it is taken as read that 'the or each’ said feature / thing may be provided / claimed comprising the feature(s) / definition (ie at least one, or more, or all of the plurality), and / or that even just one said feature / thing may be provided / claimed comprising the feature(s) / definition in an embodiment / claim wherein an invention is defined as comprising ‘a’ (eg singular) said feature / thing. (The term 'the or any’ may be used (again including within its scope, 'at least one, or more, or all (ie each)’, instead of the term ‘the or each’). ‘User Means’: It will be well known that, in certain patenting territories, (for example, the United States), use of the term 'means’ or 'means for’, if used in a (granted) patent claim, can be seen as a limiting term, limited to only giving the applicant / proprietor of the patent protection of means that are disclosed in the granted patent, or ‘equivalent’ means. This is not the case with the term ‘user means’ as it is used in the present application. The term 'user means’ is a very broad term that is used in the field of product design / user-interface, and defines any means under the sun, provided for a user, for whatever action / result the user means is provided for. For example- a 'user means’ to turn on a television could be provided by way of an ON / OFF button on the television. But it could also be provided by a button on a remote control which turns on the television when pressed. Both of these would fall (in the technical field of product design / user-interface) under the scope of the term 'user means’ to turn on the television. Similarly, with certain inventions / products, a ‘user means’ may be provided to ‘initiate’ an action, for example. Thus, in the present application, a claim that defines an invention which comprises a 'user means’ for [a particular action / result] is not subject to any 'means for’ limitations that certain patent office territories (such as the United States) may appropriate to the term ‘means for’, but should be read as (and given protection for, if granted) any means under the sun, provided for a user, for [that particular action / result defined], ‘User means’ is a technical term in the field of product design / user-interface. Reference To Multiple Similar Elements In Plural In the present application, there may be provided / numbered features wherein the same primary number is used, with a suffix. For example, a first side of the / an invention may be numbered 600’, and a second side of the / an invention numbered 600”. In any such case, (or where any other suffix is used, such as 1’ and ‘R’ to denote ‘left’ and ‘right’, or 'a' and ‘b’, for example), when such features are referred to together (Ie 'the sides’), the plural may be numbered / referred to with the primary number (without the suffix). Thus the first side 600’ (or 600a, for example) and second side 600” (or 600b, for example) may, for example, be referred to simply as 'the sides 600’. Furthermore, if a side is referred to (not specifying which one of the sides), the primary number (ie 600, for example) may be used, without any suffix. Background Many sports include the discipline of throwing a ball as part of the sport. These include, (but are not limited to), baseball, softball, cricket, and American Football. (Since the term 'football’ is used in most territories around the world for the originally UK-based sport of that name, the term ‘American Football’ will be used in this application for the sport that is referred to as ‘football’ in America and which involves / includes regular throwing of a ball (referred to in America as the ‘football’) by a quarter-back, for example). (There are also various derivatives and / or similar games to these that involve throwing a ball. For example, the sport ‘rounders’ is an example). Baseball, softball, and cricket and fairly important / relevant examples, and are similar in that they include two main types of throwing- a more ‘standard’ throwing, and a more ‘specialized’ throwing. In baseball, for example, there is a more ‘specialized’ type of throwing, called ‘pitching’, (which it is here made clear is considered to be within the scope of the broad term ‘throwing’), and a more standard type of throwing, (ie by just a person in the field (which may be referred to as a fielder), doing a more normal / standard throw). (Standard throwing can be done over-arm or under-arm, and it will be known to those with skill in the art of throwing (and / or knowledge of the relevant sport(s)), that standard throwing can be done with an action that looks mid-way between ‘over-arm’ and ‘under-arm’, and this technique is often used by high quality throwers since it can be a good way to throw quickly and with a lot of ball speed). In cricket, similarly, more ‘standard’ throwing is often done, (ie just a fielder either throwing the ball over-arm or under-arm, (and. Similarly to as mentioned in baseball, standard throwing can be done with an action that looks mid-way between ‘over-arm’ and ‘under-arm’), and a more ‘specialized’ type of throwing, called ‘bowling’. There are clear parallels between the sports in that, in both baseball and cricket, it is the more ‘specialized’ throwing, (ie pitching / bowling), that starts each ‘play’. Baseball and cricket may be mentioned significantly in this application. However, it is made clear, as stated, that many sports include the discipline of throwing a ball as part of the sport, and these are just two examples, in no way limiting the scope of any apparatus / method disclosed in the present application. Throwing can be useful / important in these sports, not just during actual play, but also in terms of training / practice. (In the present application, the term ‘training’ is considered to include within its scope the term ‘practice’). Thus if the term ‘training’ is used, it includes with its scope ‘practice’). Throwing can also be important in terms of sports therapy / rehabilitation for those injured in such a way that affects their throwing. Thus throwing can play a role in injury management and / or rehabilitation, (eg training biomechanical changes in throwing technique to prevent further injury). Thus throwing can be useful for training and / or rehabilitation pirposes. (Note: A specialist may teach such things, (ie whether just generally to do with throwing technique, or more specifically to do throwing technique with regard to injury management and / or rehabilitation). This is also considered to be within the scope of 'training'. (Thus the term 'teaching’ [someone], (in such things), for the sake of the present application, is considered to be within the scope of ‘training’ [someone], (in such things))). In summary, (put in broad terms), if can be desirable to throw a ball, even when not actually playing the sport. However, there are some obvious problems with this. For example, throwing a ball anywhere near full power / effort by the user can result in the ball being thrown a very long way. If there is no one to immediately gather the ball from where it finishes (or goes to, (eg being caught, for example), then it may or would be very time consuming to gather the ball(s) once thrown. (As part of this problem, it may be necessary to have many balls to throw, otherwise the thrower may spend more time gathering the ball(s) than actually throwing them). This also creates the problem that a wide expansive space will be needed (for long throwing). This will tend to mean only an outdoor space is appropriate. And if an indoor place was used, (especially if it was a space / environment not made for throwing in, eg just a normal house or room, for example), there would be a high risk of doing significant damage to the surrounding area, whether it be damage to the space / room itself and / or to items contained within the space / room. In fact, it may be inevitable that such damage would take place. And it could even do damage to the thrower (and any people in the place / space), eg due to the ball bouncing off a surface(s), (eg a wall(s)), and re-bounding and hitting someone. Attempts have been made to provide a solution to this. For example, SUPPAN (US2011 / 0172036 A1) discloses a 'baseball / softball training pouch’ that is 'adapted to be worn on the wrist of the throwing hand of a user’, and which has a 'dosed end’. Thus a ball that is thrown by the user is retained by the apparatus. However, there are inherent issues with such an apparatus. For example, being worn merely on the wrist is not a design that lends itself to being highly stable. It goes without saying that the apparatus sliding / slipping when worn is not desirable. It could significantly affect the thrower, (and the thrower’s technique). There have been attempts to solve this problem to some extent. For example, STOUFFER (US2020 / 0282280) teaches there being a "compression sleeve ... such that generally constant contact is formed with the user’s arm along a length of the compression sleeve”, and discloses that "The compression sleeve may extend to above the user’s elbow”. However, anyone who themselves is skilled in any sport that involves powerful, co-ordinated and complex movement of the arm, (either in order to throw a ball, or to hit a ball, for example), will know that 'compression’ of the arm is highly undesirable. Not only may it cause significant discomfort, it could even impede blood-flow, either creating simply 'numbness’ in the user, (which itself would be highly undesirable), or worse. Furthermore, when there is compression around a joint, (eg the elbow), this is particularly undesirable, and clearly could impede the thrower from being able to fully carry out their normal throwing technique, (or may even make it impossible to carry out their normal throwing technique). The act of powerful pitching / bowling or over-arm throwing includes all kinds of co-ordination and levers (of the arm and body) being used by the thrower, some of them unconsciously. The moment any limitation is put on movement of joints, tensing of muscles, etc, not only will it inevitably lead to annoyance and / or discomfort from the thrower, it may well make them either intentionally not throw the ball as powerfully and / or naturally as normal, or may make it impossible for them to throw the ball as powerfully and / or naturally. Worse still, because it may affect their form / technique, (and / or even just make them 'hold back’ a little), it could, ironically, even lead to far greater chance of injury, because this can result in abnormal musde / joint movements, (compared to normal (unimpeded) throwing). Thus it is highly, highly undesirable, (for many reasons), to have the throwers in any way hampered / affected by any apparatus that is worn by the user. (Compression even of muscles is also not at all desirable for not un-similar reasons). (ARNOLD (US20120052990) suffers from similar problems, teaching ‘A fastener is attached to the sleeve and adapted for compressive attachment of the sleeve to the arm”). It would be desirable if a wearable apparatus could be provided that retains a ball when thrown, and that is designed to cause as little hindrance to the arm as possible. (It would also be desirable if the apparatus provided some sort of feedback to gauge how well the ball was thrown). Summary An invention(s) is defined by the accompanying claims, to which reference should now be made. Examples of the present invention seek to provide a solution to any or all of the above problem(s) by providing, according to one aspect of what is invented: a method of retaining a ball after throwing the ball, comprising: a wearable apparatus being worn by a user, the wearable apparatus itself comprising: an arm portion, for a throwing arm of the user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion to prevent the ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion; and a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user; the ball being held by the throwing arm of the user; the ball being thrown by the throwing arm of the user; and the ball being retained in the wearable apparatus after having been thrown by the user Preferably the securing portion travels around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to a torso of the user. Preferably the securing portion travels around a torso of the user, at the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso. Most preferably, the securing portion travels around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso, and also travels around the side wearing the arm portion, lower than where the arm wearing the arm portion is attached to the torso of the user. (The user may also be referred to as the ‘wearer’). (Preferred embodiments will be shown and disclosed wherein the securing portion travels around a torso of the user, at the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso, and the securing portion also travels around the torso of the user at the side wearing the arm portion, lower than where the arm wearing the arm portion is attached to the torso). The wearable apparatus travelling around the reverse side of the body of the user opens up all kinds of possibilities for ‘freeing up’ the throwing arm of the user, when throwing. (This is particularly relevant in various preferred embodiments, where the securing portion travels around both sides of the torso of the user, various embodiments of which will be explored). This opens up the possibility of hugely improving on, or completely eliminating, problems mentioned such as lack of stability, compression of the arm, (which could create discomfort and / or even impede blood-flow, and could even limit range of movement of joint(s)). The net result is that the user can throw the ball far more naturally, (with the intent being that the user can throw the ball completely naturally). Benefits to this can include any of the following- that the apparatus becomes a better practice / training tool since it allows the user to use their normal throwing technique; that the user is less likely to incur injury to self by using unnatural throwing form / technique, (which may itself make the apparatus more useful, in terms of use during rehabilitation from injury, for example); and that the user is able to throw with full power, unimpeded. Preferably, the method comprises using auditory feedback from sound of the ball impacting the hand end of the arm portion when thrown. This can be used to assess the throw. This can be useful for various reasons. For example, auditory feedback could be used to assess quality of the throw. (Like a 'sweet spot’ on a tennis racquet or ‘bat’ of any sort, for example, creates a particular sound, (or less of a sound), denoting, (at least to those with skill / understanding in such sports), that the ball has been struck with the 'sweet spot’, so a particular sound, (when the ball is thrown and impacts the hand end of the arm portion, internally), may denote a better quality throw. This can come as a result of the user 'timing’ the throw better, for example. It can denote a better ‘release’ of the ball, for example. With regard to another reason, for example, auditory feedback could be used to assess power of the throw. (A louder sound (when the ball is thrown and impacts the hand end of the arm portion, internally), can denote a more powerful throw, for example). (Structural definition / feature(s) to facilitate this will be explored). Preferably the arm portion is increasably and decreasably adjustable in length. (This can have several benefits, including, for example, the apparatus fitting users of different shapes / sizes). Preferably the securing portion is increasably and decreasably adjustable in tightness, around the user. (This may be particularly useful / beneficial for embodiments where the securing portion travels around both sides of the user, under each arm of the user, for example). (This can have several benefits, including, for example, the apparatus fitting users of different shapes / sizes). According to another aspect of what is invented, there is provided: a wearable apparatus for retaining a ball when throwing the ball, comprising: an arm portion, for a throwing arm of a user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion to prevent a ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion; and a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user. According to another aspect of what is invented, there is provided: (a wearable apparatus for retaining a ball when throwing the ball, comprising:) an arm portion, for a throwing arm of a user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion to prevent the ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion. (Note: According to this aspect of what is invented, the 'arm portion’ may be the whole of the apparatus. Thus the term ‘portion’, (with respect to the term ‘arm portion’), should not be seen as overly limiting, for example and should not be seen as meaning that there must be other 'portion(s)7’part(s)’). (According to this aspect of what is invented, the wearable apparatus may or may not comprise a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user). According to another aspect of what is invented, there is provided: a method, comprising: a wearable apparatus being worn by a user, the wearable apparatus itself comprising: an arm portion, for a throwing arm of the user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion to block a ball from exiting the arm portion when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion; and a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user; the ball being held by the throwing arm of the user; the ball being thrown by the throwing arm of the user; and the ball being blocked from exiting the arm portion, when thrown, by virtue of the arm portion being enclosed at the hand end. (It is here made clear that, according to this aspect of what is invented, it is not required that the ball cannot escape after having been thrown by the user. For example, according to this aspect the ball may be able to escape- for example, (according to this aspect of what is invented), an embodiment(s) may be provided where there is space for the ball to escape. For example, (as will be explored), according to this aspect of what is invented, an embodiment could be provided where the user could point their arm upwards, and there may be space for the ball to simply 'fall out’ of the apparatus, for example. (However, according to this aspect of what is invented, preferably the wearable apparatus is operable in a mode wherein the ball cannot escape out of the wearable apparatus. (Guaranteeing that the ball cannot escape out of the wearable apparatus after having been thrown can be extremely beneficial)). (Thus, it should be stated, according to an aspect of what is invented, there is provided: a wearable apparatus, comprising: an arm portion, for a throwing arm of a user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion to block a ball from exiting the arm portion when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion; and a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user). (Thus, it should be stated, according to an aspect of what is invented, there is provided: (a wearable apparatus, comprising:) an arm portion, for a throwing arm of a user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion to block a ball from exiting the arm portion when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion. (In line with what has been previously mentioned, according to this aspect of what is invented, the 'arm portion’ may be the whole of the apparatus. Thus the term 'portion', (with respect to the term 'arm portion’), should not be seen as overly limiting, for example and should not be seen as meaning that there must be other 'portion(s)7’part(s)’). (According to this aspect of what is invented, the wearable apparatus may or may not comprise a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user)). According to another aspect of what is invented, there is provided: an invention as defined anywhere else in the present application, but where, rather than use of the term ‘ball’, the term ‘projectile’ is used. To explain, the present application includes significant disclosure relating to ‘throwing’. A ‘ball’ is referenced many times as the thing being thrown. However, it is here stated that, wherever the term ‘ball’ is used, an invention may be claimed not limited to use of the term ‘ball’, but instead using the term ‘projectile’. A ball is a ‘thing to be thrown’, (and thus is a projectile). However, it is feasible a projectile could be used that is not a ball. Detailed Description Referring to the drawings, there is shown a wearable apparatus 10, comprising: an arm portion 12, for a throwing arm 13 of a user, the arm portion 12 being enclosed at a hand end 14 of the arm portion 12; and a securing portion 16 that travels around a reverse side R1 of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion 12 to the user. To make particularly clear what is intended by 'reverse side’ (of the user), (reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion), Fig 1 is provided. Fig 1 shows a basic image of a person, (female, in the example). It is shown from a ‘perfect’ front view. Dashed line A1 ‘splits’ the person, right down the middle. It is clear that, (since the representation of the person is facing towards the view of Fig 1), the person’s right side (including their right arm) is shown on the left side of the image (and the left side of dashed line A1), and the person’s left side (including their left arm) is shown on the right side of the image, (and the right side of dashed line A1). Let us now imagine, for this example, that this person is right-handed, and that their throwing arm is therefore their right arm, in this example. (Whilst a right-handed person could throw left-handed, let us imagine, for the sake of this example, that the person depicted in Fig 1 is going to use the wearable apparatus 10 for throwing with their right arm, and that therefore their right arm, (shown on the left side in Fig 1 due to the view shown), is their throwing arm. Thus their right arm is numbered ‘13’ as being the 'throwing arm’ in this example. (Please see Fig 2 for a very good (and more realistic / true-to-life) depiction / example of a person whose throwing arm 13 is their right arm, wearing the example arm portion 12 of an example embodiment of the wearable apparatus 10 around their right arm). Therefore, again looking at Fig 1, if their right arm is their'throwing arm’, (as suggested / made clear by its numbering with feature number ‘13’ in Fig 1), then, from the view shown in Fig 1, everything on the right side of the dashed line A1 is the ‘reverse side’ of the user from the ‘throwing arm side’ of the user. This side is numbered 'RT in Fig 1, (clearly denoted). Thus meaning of ‘reverse side’ of the user (reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion), is made clear. (It should also be stated therefore, (from this), that, in such an example as described, (with reference to the example shown in Fig 2, for example), all that is left of the dashed line A1 in Fig 1 would be the 'side wearing the arm portion’). Again with reference to what is shown in Fig 2, the side wearing the arm portion 12 may be referred to as a 'throwing arm side’, (if desired). (Thus, in such an example as described, (with reference to the example shown in Fig 2, for example), all that is left of the dashed line A1 in Fig 1 would be the 'throwing arm side’ of the user). In Fig 2, an example is shown, being worn. An example securing portion 16 of the example wearable apparatus 10 can be seen connected to an example arm portion 12 of the example wearable apparatus. The example is shown simply by way of example, but is thought to be helpful in understanding what is disclosed. In the example, it can be seen how the example securing portion 16 secures the example arm portion to the user. It can be seen how the example securing portion is useful in providing stability. (It should be stated, the term being ‘enclosed’ at a hand end 14 of the arm portion 12 has been used. It should be stated, such language would include within its scope embodiments where the hand end is 'permanently' enclosed, and would also include within its scope embodiments where the hand end could be opened, and then enclosed. An enclosable embodiment such as that is therefore clearly stated as being within a scope of the language used. (Thus an embodiment where the hand end could be opened, and then could be enclosed, (in order to then use the apparatus to prevent the ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion 12), would be within the scope of the arm portion 'being enclosed’ at a hand end 14 of the arm portion 12, (and that is here made clear). Preferably the securing portion 16 travels around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to a torso of the user. This is clearly the case in the example of Fig 2, which shows, (generally around a general area denoted as area X1), the example securing portion travels around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso. (The embodiments disclosed in Figs 3-6 are also considered to be (and are) within the scope of 'wherein the securing portion 16 travels around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso’, because, when worn, this will clearly be the case. (The examples are within a scope of being configured for the securing portion to travel around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso). (The examples are within a scope of being shaped for the securing portion to travel around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso). (Further explanation / attention will be provided with regard to the embodiments shown in Figs 3-6)). The reason this, (ie travelling around the reverse side of the user, 'lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso’), is important is that it provides significant benefits in terms of securing and / or stability, (as opposed to the securing portion travelling around the reverse side of the user, but not lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso). To explain, Fig 1 (and the description of Fig 1), made clear that all that is to the right of line A1, (in the example, (and particularly with reference to Fig 2), is the 'reverse side’ of the user, (to side wearing the arm portion). And whilst the examples in Figs 2-6 show good examples of examples where the securing portion 16 travels around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso, it should be stated, even a sling-type arrangement, where the securing portion merely travels around a reverse side of the user, but not under the arm of the user, would be within the scope of wherein the securing portion travels around the reverse side of the user. Thus, even in such an example, where the securing portion travels around the reverse side of the user, but only around the neck / shoulder area, for example, would still be within the scope of wherein the securing portion travels around the reverse side of the user. However, there are significant benefits of the securing portion travelling around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso. (These significant benefits will be explored). (The term 'lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso’ (of the user) simply means anywhere from the armpit or lower. For example, even something travelling around reverse side of the user, around the leg, (eg as low as the ankle, for example), would be with a scope of travelling around the reverse side of the user, under the arm of the user. Thus the term lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso’ is a broad term. However, as seen best in Fig 2, there are particular benefits of the securing portion travelling around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso, at waist level or higher. (To make clear then, travelling around the neck / shoulder and / or head is not considered to be within the scope of 'under an arm’). (Note: An embodiment where the securing portion comprises a portion that travels around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso, at waist level, and also comprises a portion that travels around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso, at higher than waist level is, for the sake of the present application, considered to be within a scope of wherein securing portion travels around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso, at waist level or higher. Therefore the term ‘at waist level or higher’ is used inclusively)). (Fig 2 is clearly within a scope of wherein the securing portion travels around a torso of the user, at the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso, and the securing portion also travels around the torso of the user at the side wearing the arm portion, lower than where the arm wearing the arm portion is attached to the torso). Preferably the securing portion 16 also travels around the side wearing the arm portion, lower than where the arm wearing the arm portion is attached to the torso. This is clearly the case in the example of Fig 2, which shows, (generally around a general area denoted as area X2), the example securing portion travels around the side wearing the arm portion, under the arm of the user. Again, (as should be clear by viewing the example in Fig 2), this produces still further benefits, in terms of securing / stabilizing. (The examples are within a scope of being configured for the securing portion to also travel around the side wearing the arm portion, lower than where the arm wearing the arm portion is attached to the torso). (The examples are within a scope of being shaped for the securing portion to also travel around the side wearing the arm portion, lower than where the arm wearing the arm portion is attached to the torso). (The embodiments disclosed in Figs 3-6 are also considered to be (and are) within the scope of ‘wherein the securing portion also travels around the side wearing the arm portion, lower than where the arm wearing the arm portion is attached to the torso’, because, when worn, this will clearly be the case. (Further explanation / attention will be provided with regard to the embodiments shown in Figs 3-6)). Preferably a portion or a whole of the arm portion 12 is provided by way of a removably attachable arm portion attachment 18, removably attachable to the securing portion 16, the arm portion attachment comprising the hand end 14 of the arm portion. (Disclosure is provided in the present application within a scope of wherein at least a portion of the arm portion is removably attachable to the securing portion, the at least a portion of the arm portion comprising the hand end 14 of the arm portion). (The examples of Figs 2-6 are all examples within a scope of this, (although the / an example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 is not shown in Figs 5 and 6, simply to provide more focus / clarity as to what is being shown with regard to the example securing portion). However, this is particularly well shown / denoted in Figs 3 and 4, and is also denoted well in Fig 2. Examples are shown within a scope of wherein a portion or a whole of the arm portion is provided by way of a removably attachable arm portion attachment, removably attachable to the securing portion, the arm portion attachment comprising the hand end of the arm portion, and spanning at least half length of the arm portion. (Although, it should be stated, a removably attachable arm portion attachment could be provided that does not span at least half length of the arm portion). (Disclosure is provided in the present application within a scope of wherein at least a portion of the arm portion is removably attachable to the securing portion, the at least a portion of the arm portion comprising the hand end 14 of the arm portion, and spanning at least half length of the arm portion). (Figs 2, 3 and 5 clearly show good examples of this). (Note: Rather than the term 'spanning’, (simple) terms such as 'being’ may be used. Other terms may be used. For example, rather than the term 'spans’, the term 'travels along’ (or the like) may be used, for example. All these terms are deemed supported, and it will be apparent that there is a significant amount of disclosure in the present application). It should also be stated, whilst, in the example, the arm portion attachment surrounds the arm of the user, (when worn), at all points along its (ie the arm portion attachment’s) length, this need not be the case- embodiments can be provided where this is not the case. For example, an embodiment could be provided where an arm portion attachment, (and note, this disclosure is not limited only to embodiments that comprise a removably attachable arm portion attachment- this disclosure is relevant also generally to an 'arm portion’, (whether there be a removably attachable arm portion attachment or not), is provided that comprises the hand end of the arm, and it could go around the hand of the user, but, for example, could then go around the wrist eg 'non-loosely' enough to stop the ball escaping when thrown and non-loosely enough, for example, to at least provide some benefit of playing a role in the hand of the user not easily falling back out. (Thus disclosure has been provided of this. And disclosure is here provided, (with reference to this), of the securing portion preventing the hand from falling back out, when the ball is thrown). (It has been disclosed how a benefit of the / a securing portion is that it can lessen or eliminate the need for any ‘tightness’ / ’compression’ being applied to the throwing arm itself). For example, it could elastically fit around the wrist (or any (relevant) part(s) of the arm)), in such a way that the hand (and ball) can go into it, with it being 'non-loose’ enough, (around the wrist, for example), to stop the ball escaping when thrown and ‘non-loose’ enough, for example, to at least provide some benefit of playing a role in the hand of the user not easily falling back out, (unless it is elastically deformed (by the user) to get the hand out, for example). (Elasticity is only one way to achieve this- other ways may include some sort of arrangement to make it ‘non-loose’ enough, to stop the ball escaping when thrown and ‘non-loose’ enough, for example, to at least provide some benefit of playing a role in the hand of the user not easily falling back out. One example might be hook-and-loop type element(s), (eg strap(s)), which can be used to make it 'un-loose’ enough around the wrist, for example, (or any (relevant) part(s) of the arm)). A similar method could be used but with buttoning, (to enclose the hand, for example), rather than hook-and-loop type element(s), for example- any way(s) / method(s) / feature(s) may be used, (to enclose the hand, for example). Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible, the examples provided simply by way of example only). In a possible embodiment, rest of the arm portion could then attach to such an example removably attachable arm portion attachment, (generally at the wrist, for example, (or at any relevant place(s), depending on length of the arm portion attachment). It should also be stated, in another possible embodiment, from the wrist area, (or any relevant area), the arm portion attachment could then comprise an elongate element(s), eg a strap(s), for example. This could travel much or all the way up the rest of the arm, for example, (eg to the shoulder area, for example), thus facilitating the arm portion attachment being attached to the securing portion. Eg, looking at Fig 2, for example, if one imagines such an embodiment, and that, rather than the arm portion attachment surrounding the arm, there is, for example, an elongate element, (eg a strap, for example), that runs generally from around the wrist area up generally to where the example arm portion attachment attaches to rest of the arm portion / to the shoulder area, for example), then this will also be within the scope of wherein the arm portion attachment spans at least half length of the arm portion. (In such an embodiment, it might benefit the embodiment if there is another elongate element, (eg travelling up the other side of the arm / arm portion), which may provide greater stability of the hand end, (especially in use), for example. (Thus there may be a plurality of elongate elements). (It should also be stated, embodiments could be provided where the elongate element(s), (and / or relevant feature(s)), do not attach to another part(s) of the arm portion, but instead attach directly to the securing portion- for example, looking at Fig 2, if it is imagined that feature 26 is not present, the the elongate element(s), (and / or relevant feature(s)), could attach / connect directly to the securing portion much higher up, to the torso area around the shoulder, rather than at a higher point up the arm. Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible). (It should be stated, an embodiment eg such as one mentioned / alluded to, where a portion of the arm portion encloses the hand, for example, (eg being 'non-loose’ enough to stop the ball escaping when thrown and ‘non-loose’ enough, for example, to at least provide some benefit of playing a role in the hand of the user not easily falling back out), and, for example, where there are then elongate elements that either connect to / attach to portion 26, or even directly to the securing portion, for example, (with there not being a portion 26 to connect / attach to, for example), would be within the scope of the arm portion being an arm portion for being worn around at least a portion of the arm. (Thus such disclosure would be within the scope of the arm portion being an arm portion for being worn around a portion or a whole of the arm). (Thus disclosure is provided within a scope of the arm portion being an arm portion for being worn around at least a portion of the throwing arm). (Thus disclosure is provided within a scope of the arm portion being worn around the hand of the throwing arm). Looking, by way of example only, particularly at Fig 3, (since Fig 3 shows various portions of the / an example arm portion 12 so clearly), in the example, (provided simply by way of example only), the example arm portion comprises an example top portion 26. In the example, (provided simply by way of example only), the example arm portion comprises an example portion 38. In the example, example portion 38 comprises netting. (This is clearly visible both in Figs 3,4, and also in Fig 2). (Note: It should be stated, the term ‘netting’ is used in the present application. Some people may use the term ‘mesh’, for example. It should be stated, for the sake of the present application, the term ‘netting’ will be used as a broad term, and is considered to include within its scope the term ‘mesh’. (Note: The term 'netting' is used to imply where there are holes, (and thus that there are 'apertures’). It will be apparent that materials that do not have holes can have 'mesh’ type material / structure embedded within them or onto a surface(s) of theirs. (Such material(s) could be used, (eg for example portion 38), but may not provide benefit(s) that netting provides, (especially, as will be mentioned, in terms of aeration, for example)). However, the term 'netting’ is used in the present application meaning / implying netting structure where there are apertures, (which is clearly denoted in the Figures where netting is depicted)). Netting is here particularly useful. One of the reasons it is useful is because it allows at least a portion of the user’s throwing arm to be viewable / visible. (ie As opposed to not being visible, eg in an embodiment where not any of the throwing arm is visible through the arm portion, for example). This can have significant benefits. For example, the user’s throwing technique can be analysed. Thus, if a professional, (either carrying out general sports training, and / or rehabilitation from (arm) injury, for example), is able to view the throw, (either live, or, even better still, retrospectively via video footage), being able to see at least a portion of the user’s arm could be extremely important, in analysing technique. (Whilst it is technically feasible that the whole of the user’s throwing arm may be visible, preferably a portion (but not the whole) of the user’s throwing arm is visible, (and this is particularly well shown by / in Fig 2). It is thought that ability to see the user’s elbow is particularly important, with reference to analysing throwing technique, (since position / bending of the elbow can be a big factor in good / bad technique). Thus preferably at least the elbow joint of the user’s arm can be seen, through the arm portion. However, (as shown in the examples of Fig 2 and Figs 3, 4), preferably at least (or more than) half length of the user’s arm can be seen through the arm portion. In the example embodiments, (provided simply by way of example), at least (or more than) half length of the arm portion can be seen through. (This is particularly well demonstrated by what is shown in Fig 2). (It should be stated, viewing of any part(s) / side(s) of the / an elbow is considered to be within scope of being able to view the / an elbow. In the example of Fig 2, for example, (and Figs 3,4), the elbow of the user is viewable (can be seen) from all sides. (This is particularly well demonstrated by what is shown in Fig 2), However, even if just one side, (eg the 'inner side’ of the elbow (the side where the elbow bends Inwards’), and / or the 'outer side’ of the elbow), is visible, that is considered to be within scope of the elbow of the user being visible. (Even if the elbow is visible at any point, (eg from one or both of what could be called the 'lateral' side(s) of the elbow, that is still considered to be within scope of the elbow of the user being visible. Thus is any portion(s) of the elbow is visible, that is considered to be within scope of the elbow of the user being visible / viewable). Thus it will be noted that, in the example embodiments, at least a portion of the arm portion can be seen through. (Thus, preferably, at least a portion of the arm portion can be seen through). For example, in the example of Fig 2, which shows a very good example of this, whilst being worn, it can be seen that generally example portion 38 of the example arm portion 12 is made of netting. (Thus it can be seen that example portion 38 comprises netting (and is within a scope of being a portion that ‘comprises netting’)). It can be seen that the user’s throwing arm 13 can be seen through this. This can be useful for analysis of technique. For example, a trainer could monitor arm position(s) of the user, when throwing. As mentioned, of particular attention may be position (eg bending) of the elbow. Thus preferably the / an elbow area / portion of the arm portion can be seen through. (It should be stated, netting is just one example of how a portion(s) can be seen-through. Another example would be the use of transparent material(s), for example. (Thus another possibility would be a portion(s) being transparent. (Note: the terminology 'at least partially transparent’ may be used. (A material(s) could be used that is not fully transparent, but is transparent enough to be able to see relevant (portion(s) or whole) of the arm through it. Thus the term ‘at least partially transparent; may be used, and it should be stated, wherever there is disclosure in the present application of the term ‘transparent’, it is here clearly stated that the terminology / definition 'at least partially transparent is supported. Thus this has been made clear)). For example, transparent plastic(s) of the like could be used. However, netting is heavily preferred, because it also allows for aerating. If transparent plastics were used, aeration may be a problem, which could lead to increased sweating for example. This could even lead to increased risk of hygiene problems. Furthermore, netting is more likely to be light in terms of weight, which may well also be desirable. (Use of transparent plastics may be heavier). Furthermore, transparent plastics may not flex well, and therefore may create some problems / resistance for the thrower during the throwing action. Netting, on the other hand, tends to be extremely good at not creating resistance, and simply changing shape. It should also be stated, broadly speaking, netting is an example of wherein there are a plurality of apertures. Embodiments could be provided where there is an aperture(s) that allows for visibility of at least a portion of the arm of the user, but without netting. For example, there could be larger aperture(s). However, as stated, (for the reasons given above and / or any other reason(s)), it is thought netting is significantly advantageous. One of the other benefits of netting is that netting can easily be provided with many apertures that are far too small for there to be any possibility that the ball can escape through them. (Thus there being aperture(s) has been disclosed. Thus transparency has been disclosed. Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible, (with regard to being able to see a portion(s) of the throwing arm of the user). (Thus disclosure has been provided of being able to see at least a portion of the throwing arm of the user)). (Note: The holes / apertures, (of the netting, in the example), in Fig 2 may, for example, in a preferred embodiment, be approximately half the size of how they are represented in Fig 2. (Double as many lines, generally upward, could have been used, for example, to denote as such). The example holes / apertures in Fig 2 are shown / represented as larger simply for clarity / simplicity sake, (especially to make sure items such as the throwing arm can be seen with extremely good clarity). Nevertheless, it is stated, the holes / apertures may be smaller than what is denoted, in a preferred embodiment. (Similarly, the holes / apertures, (of the netting, in the example), in Figs 3, 4 and 7 (and Figs 10-13) may, for example, in a preferred embodiment, be approximately a quarter the size of how they are represented in Figs 3,4 and 7 (and Figs 10-13). The example holes / apertures are shown / represented as larger simply for clarity / simplicity sake. Thus it is stated, the holes / apertures preferably are smaller, for example, than what is shown in Figs 3, 4 and 7 (and Figs 10-13))). In the example, (provided simply by way of example only), the example arm portion comprises an example portion 40. In the example, the (provided simply by way of example only), the example arm portion comprises an example portion 19. It should be stated, these portions could be provided as one part. However, in the example embodiments, (provided by way of example only), they are provided as two parts. (They are attached together, as will be explained). To explain, portion 19 is provided as a separate part, for reasons of helping with auditory feedback, when the ball is thrown. To explain, at the hand end of the arm portion, there is a contact portion, where the ball contacts when it is thrown. As is disclosed in the present application, the nature of the sound created can give feedback with respect to the throw. For example, generally the louder the sound, generally the more powerful the throw. But the nature of the sound can also give feedback as to the quality of the throw. To explain why the embodiments are provided with portion 19 being a separate part to portion 40, (which are then attached together in the examples), if portions 40 and 19 are provided as one part, eg a band of material that is then 'crimped’ and attached together (eg sewn) right at the end of the arm portion, that can lead to little or no sound being produced when the ball, internally, hits the hand end of the arm portion. Thus when the ball contacts the contact portion, such a version can lead to little or not sound being produced. Even if sound is produced, it may be dulled and / or mottled, for example. However, in the examples shown, (and at least in part due to that reason), portion 19 is provided as a separate part. In the examples, it is shown attached at basically denoted example line / stitching 42, but may be attached in any way, (the example provided simply by way of example only). (Eg it could be stapled, heat-bonded, connector(s) may or may not be used, (and any combination of these is possible), etc, etc, with these just being some examples of how it could be attached). This allows for portion 19 to be provided being of a shape / nature that produces a better sound, when the ball hits the contact portion / area. For example, in the examples shown, (shown by way of example only), this allows for a louder sound. For example, in the examples shown, (shown by way of example only), this allows for a clearer sound. This can allow for better auditory feedback, because when a loud(er) sound is achieved, it can help the user known they have performed a good throw. This can allow for better auditory feedback, because when a dear(er) sound is achieved, it can help the user known they have performed a good throw. (Even if the user has not thrown the ball ‘harder’, they may thus be able to achieve, (relatively to a throw where they threw the ball just as ‘hard’), a louder sound, due to performing a better quality throw. Thus feedback can be received as to quality of the throw. Thus feedback could be received with regard to 'timing' for example. (Those who play sports such as tennis, golf, baseball, softball, cricket, (and generally 'ball-striking’ sports), or even actions such as throwing, will know how important ‘timing’ can be. Good timing tends to lead to a better result. (In throwing, good timing could lead to more accurate throwing. In throwing, good timing could lead to more powerful throwing). Thus auditory feedback can be provided / received. In the examples shown, portion 19 being provided separately gives more options in terms of what shape the hand end of the arm portion is, (and also how the hand end will react / distort, when the ball, internally, is thrown against it). In the examples shown, it allows for a ‘flatter’ end portion / contact portion / area. This creates a shape that could be described as more of a ‘wall’ for the ball to engage with / against, when thrown. Again, this can be beneficial in terms of the sound generated. For example, it may allow a louder sound to be generated when the ball is thrown. For example, it may allow a clearer sound to be generated when the ball is thrown. Thus this can help with auditory feedback. (It should also be stated, providing portion 19 as a separate part can help avoid any seam / sewing being in the area that the ball engages, when thrown. Again, this can be beneficial in terms of auditory feedback. For example, it may allow a louder sound to be generated when the ball is thrown. For example, it may allow a clearer sound to be generated when the ball is thrown). (A portion or a whole of the hand end, (where the ball engages when thrown), may be made of stiffer material than a portion or a whole of rest of the arm portion. Stiffer material may be useful in producing the sound effect desired, (when the ball is thrown). A portion or a whole of the hand end, (where the ball engages when thrown), may be thinner than a portion or a whole of rest of the arm portion. (Appropriately thin and stiff material may be particularly useful). Broader speaking, a portion or a whole of the hand end, (where the ball engages when thrown), may be constituted differently than a portion or a whole of rest of the arm portion. (A portion or a whole of the hand end, (where the ball engages when thrown), may be constituted differently most or all of rest of the arm portion)). (It should be noted, in the example embodiment of Fig 2, there is shown an example portion 36. In the example, the example connector 20a (shown in Fig 2), attaches to this portion / area. (This is shown simply by way of example). In the example, this portion travels around the whole of the arm of the user. However, in other embodiments, it may travel around a portion (but not a whole) of the arm of the user. It is feasible it may travel around at least (or more than) half the way around the arm of the user. It is feasible it may travel around at least (or more than) two thirds the way around the arm of the user. It is feasible it may travel around at least (or more than) three quarters the way around the arm of the user. In the example, example portion 36 is stretchy. (The term ‘elastic’ may be used). This can be helpful to cater for people with larger (thicker) arms, (ie where ‘girth’ of the arm is greater, with example portion 36 being able to stretch, to accommodate the arm). In the example, given shape of the example portion 36, (provided by way of example only), portion 36 may be referred to as a ‘band’. (As stated, the example is provided simply by way of example only, and in other examples, this may or may not be the case). This is simply one example of a portion of the arm portion (whether or not a portion or a whole of the arm portion is provided by way of a removably attachable arm portion attachment), being stretchy / elastic. Broadly speaking, this is within a scope of wherein a portion or a whole of the arm portion is stretchable to a greater girth. (As stated, the term ‘elastic’ may be used). (And, as has been stated, this can be useful, to accommodate bigger / larger arms, (in terms of ‘girth’ of arm). Example portion 36, (and the example embodiment provided), is simply one example of this, not limiting such disclosure / concept. Thus this has been made clear). In the example of Fig 2, it will be seen how there is a portion 44. It is shown generally at area X7. In the example embodiment, this can be said to be ’beyond’ example portion 36. In the example embodiment, example portion 44 is 'higher up’ than example portion 36, (with reference to position, regarding the example arm portion). It has been found that this can decrease the chance of damage to the removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 (eg by ‘ripping’). To explain, in the example embodiment, portion 44 comprises netting. In the example embodiment, portion 44 is actually part of portion 38. It has been found that example portion 38 continuing ‘past’ example portion 36 ('higher up’ the arm / arm portion), lessens the chance of ripping (ie either portion 38 itself ripping, or portion 38 and portion 36 partially or wholly ripping apart from each other). It has been found that, by portion 44 extending 'past’ portion 36, this can eliminate or at least significantly reduce chance of ripping. Thus this may be important / beneficial. (Note: In the example, (provided simply by way of example only), portion 38 comprises netting. Thus, (in line with what portion 38 is made out of), portion 44 comprises netting. However, in other embodiments, portions 38 and 40 may not be made out of netting. Thus netting is simply shown by way of example only. It has been made clear that different materials may be used. Thus, for example, if portion 38 was provided as a fabric, for example, that is not provided as netting, then portion 44 may not comprise netting. Portion 38 and portion 44, (portion 44 being part of portion 38), could be made of any material(s), for example, not limited to netting, which is provided simply by way of example. It is even feasible the portion of portion 38 that is visible in Fig 2, for example, and portion 44 may be made out of different material(s). (They could be attached together, for example). Thus various options and / or embodiments, (including any possible combination(s) / permutation(s)), are possible, and this has been made clear. (In the example, example portion 36 is attached to example portion 38. (ie Portions 36 and 38 are attached to each other). This may be done by sewing, or any other relevant / appropriate method. (Various ways / methods of attachment have been disclosed in the present application). Preferably the wearable apparatus comprises a connector 20a, to removably attach the removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 to the securing portion 16, the connector 20a being separately removably attachable to the removably attachable arm portion attachment and to the securing portion. (Figs 2,3 and 4 show good examples of this. The example of Figs 5 and 6 is also an example that functions in this way, but, as stated, the removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 is not shown in Figs 5 and 6, to provide more clarity and focus regarding the example securing portion shown. Similarly, in Figs 5 and 6, the / a connector 20a is not shown, (again, to provide more clarity and focus regarding the example securing portion shown)). In Fig 2, the / an example connector 20a is shown in action, (facilitating removable attachment of the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 to the example securing portion 16). In Figs 3 and 4, the / an example connector 20a is shown separately, (not in action). However, it will be clear from what is shown in Figs 3 and 4 how the example connector 20a could be used much in the same way as shown in Fig 2, in action / in use. (It should be stated, there could be more than one connector 20a, to removably attach the arm portion attachment to the securing portion, the connector being separately removably attachable to the removably attachable arm portion attachment and to the securing portion). However, the use of just one is preferred, because it is thought this makes attachment more simple / as simple as possible). Preferably the wearable apparatus utilizes hook-and-loop type attachment to removably attach the connector 20a to the removably attachable arm portion attachment and to removably attach the connector 20a to the securing portion 16. (This is the case in the examples shown). Before explaining, the term 'hook-and-loop type attachment’ is used here to include within its scope any hook-and-loop, hook-and-hook, loop-and-loop type attachment, and anything that would fall within a scope of what is often called, in laymen’s terms, 'Velcro®'. As will be known, Velcro® is a registered trademark, and therefore should not be used as a broad patenting term. This provides a problem, because, (despite any protestations of those that own the trademark), people generally refer to these types of attachment / securing solutions / features as 'Velcro®’. I have decided not to use the term 'hook-and-loop' as the broad term, because it is sometimes considered that ‘hook-and-hook’ or ‘loop-and-loop’ can be used to much the same effect. Therefore I have used the term ‘hook-and-loop type attachment’, and I here state that this should be interpreted as broadly as the every day laymen’s use of the term ‘Velcro®’. Thus the term ‘hook-and-loop type attachment’, (and the term 'hook-and-loop type’) is a broad term. (The term 'hook-and-loop type securing’ may be used. (The term 'hook-and-loop type securing element(s)’ may be used)). To explain, (regarding the wearable apparatus utilizing hook-and-loop type attachment to removably attach the connector 20a to the removably attachable arm portion attachment and to removably attach the connector 20a to the securing portion, example connector 20a is shown. (See Fig 2 and Figs 3,4). Looking at Fig 2, the example connector is attaching / connecting the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 and the example securing portion 16 together. (It is facilitating removable attachment of the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18). In the example, the example connector 20a is doing this via being attached to the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 via hook-and-loop type attachment. (In other embodiments, an attachment method(s) other than hook-and-loop type attachment may be used, but it is thought hook-and-loop type attachment is particularly un-cumbersome and elegant, in use). (Note: It is feasible embodiments could be provided where hook-and-loop type attachment is used, and there is also provided another type of attachment method(s), (which can either be used instead of hook-and-loop type attachment, or perhaps even also with when hook-and-loop type attachment is used, (eg to create even further assurance, with regard to attachment)). Such embodiments are still considered within a scope of wherein hook-and-loop type attachment is ‘provided’ / ’utilized’. Such embodiments are still considered within a scope of wherein attachment is occurring 'via hook-and-loop type attachment’). It is also removably attached to the example securing portion 16, (albeit 'indirectly’, in the example). (The nature and meaning of 'indirect’ as opposed to 'direct’ attachment / connection will be explored / explained in the present application). In the example, (more precisely, it is attached to example portion 26 of the example arm portion. Because portion 26 is connected to the securing portion, the example connector 20a, in being attached to the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 and example portion 26, (and attaching example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 and example portion 26 together), is attaching the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 to the example securing portion 16. In the example, the example connector 20a is directly attached to the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18. In the example, the example connector 20a is directly attached to the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 via hook-and-loop type attachment. In the example, the example connector 20a is directly attached to example portion 26. In the example, the example connector 20a is directly attached to example portion 26 via hook-and-loop type attachment. (Hook-and-loop type attachment is just one possibility for attachment. Any attachment method(s) may be used. (For example, strap(s), could be used. For example, clip(s) could be used). However, it is thought hook-and-loop type attachment is particularly beneficial, especially in terms of quickness and ease of use). (It should be stated, whilst example connector 20a is shown being 'indirectly' attached to example securing portion 16 in the example of Fig 2, in other examples, it is possible connector 20a could be directly attached to securing portion 16. For example, if the whole arm portion is provided by way of being removably attachable, (which would be an example of wherein the / a removably attachable arm portion attachment comprises the whole of the arm portion), then a connector 20a could be used much in the same way as shown in Fig 2, but attaching directly to the arm portion, (and thus the removably attachable arm portion attachment, in such an embodiment), and attaching directly to the securing portion. (Such an example, (provided simply by way of example only) would be within a scope of wherein the wearable apparatus comprises a 'separate' connector, to facilitate connecting the arm portion and the securing portion). Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible. (In the example shown in Fig 2, it can be seen that example portion 36 is usable for hook-and-loop type attachment. It should be stated, various options and / or embodiments are possible, in terms of design of an arm portion / removably attachable arm portion attachment, and the example shown is provided simply by way of example only. In other embodiments, (eg that generally use similar such function / attachment), the / a portion that a connector 20a is attached to may be very differently shaped / designed / sized, etc. Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible and the embodiment(s) shown are provided simply by way of example only). (Note: Much the same as stated above with regard to connectors) 20a, (with regard to any disclosure relating to attachment / connection), may be the case / afforded to connector(s) 20b, (and vice versa). Thus any option(s) disclosed with regard to connector(s) 20a, (with regard to nature of attachment / connection) may be afforded to connector(s) 20b. Thus this has been made clear. (Further disclosure will be provided with reference to connector(s) 20b)). Preferably attachment position of the arm portion attachment is adjustable, to adjust length of the arm portion. (This is clearly the case in the examples of Figs 2,3 and 4, for example). To explain, looking at Fig 3, for example, the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 could be attached, (using the example connector 20a, in the example), in the position it is shown in Fig 3. However, if a user wanted the arm portion to be shorter in length, they could attach the removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 higher up. (They could position it higher, and then use the example connector 20a to attach it in that position. Thus an example is shown of wherein the attachment position of the arm portion attachment is adjustable, to adjust length of the arm portion. Preferably the wearable apparatus comprises a visual aid 21, to denote attachment position of the arm portion attachment to the user. (This is best seen in Figs 3 and 4. Fig 2 also comprises a visual aid 21, (numbered in Fig 2), but much of it is not visible due to the view / angle shown, (and also that example connector 20a is over much of it). In the example so clearly shown in Figs 3 and 4, the visual aim comprises a plurality of visual aid elements. In the example, the visual aid element are lines. (However, this is provided simply by way of example only, and in other embodiments, a visual aid element(s) may be any shape, for example). In other embodiments, there may only be one visual aid element, rather than a plurality. For example, an embodiment could be provided where there is only one 'line’ (as opposed to multiple lines, as in the example visual aid shown). This would still be within the scope of a visual aid, and could be significantly effective. Looking at Fig 3, for example, it is clear the visual aid can help the user get the attachment position of the example removably attachable arm portion attachment good, for their needs. For example, if the user has attached the removably attachable arm portion attachment in the position shown in Fig 3, but feels the arm portion is just slightly too long, they may choose to adjust the attachment position of the removably attachable arm portion attachment so that it is level with (or perhaps slightly higher than) the example bottom visual aid element, (which is a line, in the example). They could then use the connector 20a, to attach the removably attachable arm portion attachment to the securing portion. (It should be stated, there may be situations where a user, if they have the removably attachable arm portion attachment attached with a connector 20a, may not need to fully remove the connector 20a, (Ie may not need to detach the connector from being the removably attachable arm portion attachment and the securing portion). For example, they could keep the connector 20a attached to the one or the other, (ie the removably attachable arm portion attachment or the securing portion), and could then adjust position of the removably attachable arm portion attachment, and then reattach the connector 20a to whichever of the removably attachable arm portion attachment or the securing portion that they had detached the connector 20a from). The visual aid could be provided in various ways. For example, it may not be a different 'part’ and may just be differently coloured. (For example, imagining, for example, that the area of the wearable apparatus where the visual aid in Fig 3 is provided is generally black, for example, the example visual aid element(s) could be white, but be the same 'part' as the area where they are provided. In other embodiments, a visual aid element(s) may be provided by way of a separate 'part(s)’. For example, looking at the example of Fig 3, the example visual aid element(s), (three visual aid elements being clearly visible in the view shown in Fig 3), could be separate part(s), (eg three pieces of material), and could then be attached. For example, they could be heat-bonded in place. Or they could be sewn / stitched in place, for example. Or glued, for example. (These are only given by way of example in terms of how attachment could be achieved, and various options and / or embodiments are possible, the examples being provided simply by way of example only). (Furthermore, any combination(s) of these methods of attachment may be provided / possible). (It should be stated, all this is possible if there is only one visual ain element- the example of there being a plurality of visual aid elements) is provided simply by way of example). (It should also be stated, more than one visual aid element could be provided wherein more than one visual aid element is provided together with another visual aid element(s), as a separate part. To explain, looking at Fig 3, for example, the example visual aid elements could be provided together as one separate part. For example, they could be provided as an attachment, (being provided / functioning as a ‘patch’, for example) that is then attached where they are shown attached in Fig 3, for example, (or at any position that is desired / relevant / appropriate). Thus more than one visual aid element can be provided as a single attachment. (And, as made clear, it should also be stated that visual aid elements could be provided as separate attachments, (rather than as a single attachment). (And any combination of these options is possible). Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible. A visual aim elements) could feasibly simply be provided by way of sewing, (ie by sewing simply of thread). Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible. It is thought to be significantly helpful for a visual aid element(s) to be a colour that stands out from the area is it provided / positioned. Being a different colour can be helpful in highlighting it, and therefore making it easier to see. Thus, broadly speaking, examples have been disclosed and described of wherein a visual aid utilizes different colouring. (It has been stated how this can be useful, to aid visibility). (It should be noted, Fig 5 shows clearly that there are two visual aids 21. (One is used for left-handed use, and one is used for right-handed use). However, it will be apparent, rather than two clearly delineated visual aids like this, the visual aids could ‘meet’, (and therefore be provided as a ‘single’ or ‘joined’ visual aid. For example, if the example aperture 28 in Fig 5, (which is provided in a ’slit’ shape, in the example, (simply by way of example only)), was not provided / present, it can be imagined that the example top ‘lines’ of the visual aid could go the whole way across, (provided as one line). It can be imagined that the example middle ‘lines’ of the visual aid could go the whole way across, (provided as one line). It can be imagined that the example lower 'lines’ of the visual aid could go the whole way across, (provided as one line). This would, of course, be within a scope of there being a visual aid. (It would also be within the scope of there being a visual aid for right-handed use; and a visual aid for left-handed use. Thus there could be a visual aid for right-handed use; and a visual aid for left-handed use; wherein the visual aids are provided separately, (with Fig 5 showing a clear example of this). But it should also be stated, there could be a visual aid for right-handed use; and a visual aid for left-handed use; wherein they are provided by way of one visual aid, (as has been described). (Another way of putting this might be a visual aid for right-handed use; and a visual aid for left-handed use; wherein they use at least one same visual aid element. (Both are within scope of wherein there is a visual aid for right-handed use; and a visual aid for left-handed use). (It is feasible a combination of delineation and non-delineation is provided, (ie where at least one visual aid element(s) is ‘shared’ by the visual aids for left-hand use and right handed use, and at least one visual aid element s) is not ‘shared’ by the visual aids for lefthand use and right handed use. Thus this supports the language "wherein they use at least one same visual aid element.”. And, (in an embodiment where the visual aids comprise more than one visual aid element), (as has been mentioned / alluded to), it is possible all the visual aid elements are 'shared’ by the visual aids for left-hand use and right handed use Preferably there is provided more than one said removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing sizes, each said removably attachable arm portion attachment being interchangeably attachable to the securing portion. (And thus interchangeably usable). Preferably there is provided more than one said removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing lengths, each said removably attachable arm portion attachment being interchangeably attachable to the securing portion. (And thus interchangeably usable). (Length, as will be explained, in one possible factor, in terms of being a different 'size'. ('Girth1, for example, is another)). To explain, an example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 is clearly shown in Fig 2, for example. (And significant disclosure has been provided with reference to this). If it is imagined, however, (looking at Fig 2), that the same apparatus is worn by a different user, who has very long arms, it will be apparent they may ideally want the arm portion 12 to be longer. (It could even hinder their ability to throw the ball with their natural throwing action if the arm portion is too short). In such a situation, they may therefore be able to detach the removably attachable arm portion attachment 18, and then attach a different removably attachable arm portion attachment that is longer. Thus they can use a different removably attachable arm portion attachment, to suit their needs. The term 'more than one’ of course includes within its scope any number from 'two' or any more than two. There being more then one removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing lengths, can be particularly useful if the wearable apparatus is being used in a teaching / training environment, where the wearer does not own the wearable apparatus, and where the teacher / trainer may be teaching / training many different people (of many different sizes) and therefore it may be highly desirable to be able to cater in this way for people with different length arms. (It should also be stated, there being more than one removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing lengths, could be very useful if a person wants to own the wearable apparatus, (eg by buying it), and wants to make the wearable apparatus fit them as perfectly as possible. For example, they could try different sizes, and buy the one that fits them best). (Note: Preferably each removably attachable arm portion attachment that is longer in length is slightly larger in circumference / girth (for a portion or a whole of the arm portion attachment), (ie preferably circumference / girth increases (and decreases) as length increases (and decreases). However, it is feasible a removably attachable arm portion attachment(s) could be provided that is longer (than another removably attachable arm portion attachment(s)), but that has no increase in circumference / girth (of any portion or whole of the arm portion attachment). Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible. Furthermore, it should be stated, it is even feasible that a removably attachable arm portion attachment(s) could be provided where a portion or a whole of the removably attachable arm portion attachment is of greater circumference / girth (than another removably attachable arm portion attachment(s)), but where the removably attachable arm portion attachment is not longer. Such an embodiment could even be made bespokely, for example, eg for a sports professional, such as a major league baseball pitcher, for example. (It should also be stated, the terms ‘circumference’ and ‘girth’ do not rely upon the shape of the arm portion (attachment) being generally cylindrical. Although the arm portion is preferably generally cylindrical, embodiments may be provided where the shape could, for example, be more cubic. However, it is preferred that the arm portion is generally cylindrical. (The same goes for the / a removably attachable arm portion attachment as is mentioned for the / an arm portion here, (ie preferably being generally cylindrical, but not limited to this). The examples shown are within a scope of wherein a portion or a whole of the arm portion (attachment) is generally cylindrical. The examples shown are within a scope of wherein at least half length of the arm portion (attachment) is generally cylindrical. The examples shown are within a scope of wherein at least two thirds length of the arm portion (attachment) is generally cylindrical. Thus this has been made dear)). (It should be noted, in the example embodiment of Fig 2, there is shown an example portion 36. (And, as has been stated, this can be useful, to accommodate bigger / larger arms, (in terms of 'girth’ of arm). Example portion 26, (and the example embodiment provided), is simply one example of this, not limiting such disclosure / concept. Thus this has been made clear). Preferably there is provided more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, to which the / a removably attachable arm portion attachment(s) is removably attachable. As will be explained, it can be beneficial for there to be more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, to which the / a removably attachable arm portion attachment(s) is removably attachable, each said securing portion being interchangeably usable with said removably attachable arm portion attachment(s). It has already been mentioned how there being more than one removably attachable arm portion attachment may be useful. So the same can be said for if there is more than one securing portion. Again, then, looking at the example being worn in Fig 2, the example fits the user well. However, it will be known, people can be many different shapes and sizes. For example, a person may be of diminutive stature. On the other hand, a person may be significantly large in stature. On these grounds alone, it may be useful for there to be more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, to which the arm portion attachment is removably attachable. However, there are other considerations. For example, dimensions around the chest area for women, especially, can differ significantly. Comfort, (and generally fitting well), is an important consideration, (especially since constriction during the throwing action is undesirable for several reasons- eg affecting technique of the thrower, the apparatus ripping, etc, etc). Furthermore, fitting well can be an important factor in the securing portion 16 doing its job. In the embodiments shown, for example, if the securing portion 16 is too loose, it can lead to the arm portion being loose in the sense of too much movement up and down the arm of the user, for example. There could be too much movement around the shoulder area, for example. Thus there being provided more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, can be extremely useful / important. Looking then, at Fig 2, (in light of Figs 5 and 6), if there is provided more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, a user / wearer can select which one fits them best. In the embodiments shown, (and other embodiments), this can be an important factor in the arm portion not moving too much, (especially in the process of throwing). It will be apparent, in the embodiment of Fig 2, (in light of Figs 5 and 6), that a user could select a different securing portion, and attach the / a removably attachable arm portion attachment to it. (Note: It will be apparent, in the example embodiments shown, that the securing portion 16 is provided with a portion of the arm portion, (see example portion 26), permanently attached. (This may, or may not, be the case in other embodiments). Nevertheless, whether a portion of the arm portion is permanently attached, if different sizes of securing portion are provided, that is within a scope of wherein more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, is provided). With regard to sizing of the securing portion, (and possible benefits), it has been alluded to that different ‘girth’ may be particularly useful. However, what may be referred to as vertical ‘height’ may also be an important consideration. (This may also be referred to as 'frontal height’). (Note: Rather than terms such as 'vertical’ or ‘frontal’ height, (with regard to the / a securing portion(s)), this may be referred to as ‘length’ (of the securing portion). Thus terms ‘length’ and ‘girth’ may be used, both with regard to the / an arm portion(s) / arm portion attachment(s), and with regard to securing portion(s)). Thus there may be provided more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, with regard to ‘girth’. Thus there may be provided more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, with regard to ‘height’. (And, of course, a different size may have both different ‘girth’ and different ‘height’. For example, a different size securing portion could be provided that is both greater in girth, and greater in ‘height’. However, any combination is possible. (And it should be stated, bespoke sizing for a particular person(s) may be possible))). (Note: Whilst example embodiments are shown of a securing portion that travels around the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso, and wherein the securing portion also travels around the side wearing the arm portion, lower than where the arm wearing the arm portion is attached to the torso, there being provided more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, (to which the arm portion attachment is removably attachable), is not at all limited to such embodiments. (For example, a 'sling’-type embodiment is disclosed in the present application, (eg where a securing portion simply goes around the reverse side of the person, generally around the neck / shoulder area on the reverse side of their body). Even in such a basic embodiment, where the securing portion only goes around the reverse side of the person, generally around the neck / shoulder area on the reverse side of their body, for example, nevertheless, there may be provided more than one such securing portion, of differing sizes, (to which the arm portion attachment is removably attachable). Thus there being provided more than one said securing portion, of differing sizes, (to which the arm portion attachment is removably attachable), is not at all limited only to the embodiments shown in the Figures. It may be the case for any embodiment. (It may be the case for any 'securing portion’ design, of any type). Thus this has been made clear). (Preferably there is provided more than one said removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing sizes, and there is provided more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, to which the removably attachable arm portion attachments are removably attachable. (Disclosure is herein provided of there being provided more than one said removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing sizes, and there being provided more than one securing portion, of differing sizes, to which the removably attachable arm portion attachments are removably attachable, each said securing portion being interchangeably usable with each said removably attachable arm portion attachment. This therefore gives significant options for the user / wearer). (It should be stated, it has already been mentioned that a removably attachable arm portion attachment could be provided that does not span at least half length of the arm portion. So it should be stated, there being provided more than one said removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing sizes, each said removably attachable arm portion attachment being interchangeably attachable to the securing portion and thus interchangeably includes this within its scope, (ie where a removably attachable arm portion attachment could be provided that does not span at least half length of the arm portion). And this could still be useful / effective, (at least to an extent). For example, even such an embodiment of a removably attachable arm portion attachment as stated, (ie if / where merely the portion of the arm portion that comprises example portion 40 and example portion 19 was removably attachable), could be provided in different lengths, and this could thus change length of the arm portion. (Note: The term ‘size’ is not limited to ‘length’, as has bene mentioned / explained). However, clear disclosure is provided of a removably attachable arm portion attachment(s) 18 that span at least half length of the arm portion. (Of course, embodiments could be provided where no portion of the arm portion is removably attachable, and yet where there are different sizes available. For example, the securing portion and / or the arm portion could come in different sizes. For example, there could be small, medium, and large versions, where the securing portion is provided in three sizes in that way, (with no portion of the arm portion being removably attachable). And / or there could be different sizes with regard to length of the arm portion, (even where no portion of the arm portion is removably attachable), (eg Small, medium, and large length versions, for example, where the arm portion is three sizes in that way). Thus different sizes can be provided, whether or not there is any removable attachability with regard to a portion or a whole of the arm portion). (As has been stated, ‘size’ is not limited to being only about ‘length’. Different length and / or girth, with reference to the / an arm portion / arm portion attachment, for example, has been mentioned). (It should be stated, in the examples in the Figures, the securing portion 16 comes with a top portion 26 of the / an arm portion. This is perhaps best shown in Figs 5 and 6, but is also shown well in Fig 2, for example, as is also shown in the example embodiment of Figs 3 and 4. (See clearly in Fig 2 how this portion is part of the example arm portion 12). That end of the arm portion, (as opposed to the 'hand end’ of the arm portion), may be referred to as the 'shoulder end’ of the arm portion. It may be referred to as the ‘top end’ of the arm portion. Nevertheless, what is shown in Figs 5 and 6 clearly shows an embodiment of a 'securing portion’ 16. And it should be stated, a securing portion could be provided that is not permanently attached to any part of the arm portion 12. For example, looking at Figs 5 and 6, the securing portion 16 could be provided without there being any top portion 26 of the / an arm portion 12. It could then be, for example, that the whole of the arm portion is removably attachable to the securing portion. Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible, and that is made clear here. It should also be stated, it has been stated, in the example embodiments, that the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 is removably attachable to the example securing portion 16. It is here made clear that this includes within its scope being removably attachable ‘directly’, and includes within its scope being removably attachable ‘indirectly’. To explain, in the example embodiments, we can say that the removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 is ‘removably attachable indirectly’ to the securing portion. What is meant / intended by this is that, in the examples, the removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 is removably attachable to the securing portion, but via the example top portion 26 of the arm portion, (ie with the top portion of the arm portion, (which is permanently attached to the example securing portion, in the examples), as an ‘intermediate feature(s)’. If there are any 'intermediate feature(s)’, then that is considered to be ‘indirect’ attachment. However, as stated, an embodiment can be provided where the / a securing portion is not permanently attached to any portion of the arm portion. Imagining then that the whole arm portion is then removably attachable to the securing portion, (which could be an example of a removably attachable arm portion attachment that comprises the whole of the arm portion), then that would be an example of where the removably attachable arm portion attachment, (which, in such an example, could simply be referred to as ‘the arm portion’), is removably attachable to the securing portion, 'directly'. Thus it is made clear that both ‘direct’ and ‘indirect’ attachment are considered to be within the scope of the term attachment, (and any relevant terms to do with the term ‘attached’, (eg such as 'removably attachable’, for example). This, (ie 'direct and ‘indirect’ attachment being within the scope of the term attachment / attached), applies for the whole of the present application, with respect to such terms, (ie attached / attachment, etc). Thus this has been made clear. (Note: In the embodiments shown, the example securing portion 16 comprises a 'torso portion’. (The 'torso’ of a person is here defined as the body, not including the arms, legs and head). (Thus, in the example of Fig 2, for example, it can be said that the user is wearing a torso portion). (Thus, in the embodiments shown, it can be said that the wearable apparatus comprises a ‘torso portion’). (In the examples shown, the wearable apparatus 10 comprises a torso portion and an arm portion. However, it should be stated that varying embodiments of a securing portion can be provided. For example, a ‘sling’-type embodiment will be disclosed, and it will even be disclosed that an embodiment of a securing portion that merely goes around the head of the user, (around a reverse side to the arm portion), would be within the scope of being a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, and thus the examples shown are provided by way of example only. (A statement(s) of invention is included in this application including disclosure / definition of a securing portion 'that travels around a reverse side of the user,... to secure the arm portion to the user’. It should be stated, if opportunity arises to define in a claim [a feature], (whatever that feature may be or may be defined as being), ‘that travels around a reverse side of the user,... to secure the arm portion to the user’, then the claim may be filed without using the term 'securing portion’, (if, as stated, definition that [the feature] 'travels around a reverse side of the user,... to secure the arm portion to the user’ is provided with [that feature]). (It is feasible, in other embodiments, that the wearable apparatus could comprise other (area) portion(s)- for example, it is feasible the wearable apparatus could comprise a head portion, (eg comprising a hood, for example). It is feasible the wearable apparatus could even comprise a legs portion, (functioning as a trousers area, with a leg portion for each leg). These are merely stated to show it is possible that further area portion(s) could be provided)). Preferably the arm portion is increasably and decreasably adjustable in length. (Figs 2,3 and 4 are within a scope of this). It has been shown that, in the example embodiment(s) shown, attachment position of the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 is adjustable, to adjust length of the arm portion 12. However, it should be stated, an arm portion 12 can be increasably and decreasably adjustable in length, even in an embodiment where there is not a removably attachable arm portion attachment. To explain, an embodiment(s) could be provided where no portion of the arm portion 12 is removably attachable, for example. However, there could be a hook-and-loop type solution, for example, where there is an area for attachment / securing eg high up on the arm portion. The arm portion could then be ‘crimpable’, and where when crimped, a securing area (hook-and-loop type) could be attached / secured to said area for attachment / securing eg high up on the arm portion. Thus by crimping the arm portion, and securing it when crimped (in the way described), the arm portion could be made less long, (Ie decreased in length). By crimping the arm portion less, (or even fully uncrimping it), the arm portion could be increased in length. Such a solution could be used, if so needed / desired, around more than half of the circumference of the arm portion, (or may not). The example provided of hook-and-loop type attachment is provided simply by way of example only, and various other options and / or embodiments are possible. For example, the solution could use attachable buttoning, (ie similar or same as what many / most duvet covers use for closing at their open end once put around a duvet. Thus there could be a buttoning element (eg high up on the arm portion, for example). However, again, this could cause issues. For example, it could pull on the head. This could be very uncomfortable. As stated, this could get even worse when the ball is actually thrown, causing more of a pulling action on the head. It could also potentially be highly susceptible to flying off the user, and / or falling out of place. (A head harness, (eg as worn by some rugby players, for example), may eliminate the potential problem of the securing portion flying off the user or out of place, but it is still thought this would be cumbersome, potentially uncomfortable, and could pull on the user’s head when the ball is thrown. To make clear, these embodiments are mentioned simply to state that they are within the scope of being 'a wearable apparatus for retaining a ball when throwing the ball, comprising: an arm portion, for a throwing arm of a user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion, to prevent a ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion; and a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user’. The example securing portion shown in Fig 2, for example, is thought to be significantly more effective. In fact, mention of such embodiments could be argued to highlight how effective the embodiment shown in Fig 2 is. In the example embodiment of Fig 5, it can clearly be seen that there is an example aperture 28. (Preferably there is provided an aperture 28). In the example, this can help the apparatus fit for people with different thickness of arms. Whilst, in the example, the example aperture 28 runs to the end of example portion 26, in other embodiments, it might not. For example, it could be an aperture that does not go to the end of portion 26. It may still provide at least some benefits in catering for people with arms that would otherwise perhaps be too tightly surrounded. It should also be stated, such a feature(s) may be provided, even in an embodiment(s) where no portion of the arm portion is removably attachable, (or where an arm portion attachment is not removably attachable so high up), (or even where the whole arm portion is removably attachable). Thus, whatever such embodiment is provided, an aperture(s) may be provided. As stated, this can help the apparatus cater for people whose arm would otherwise be too tightly surrounded. Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible. (Embodiments may, of course, be provided that do not comprise such an aperture(s) as aperture 28. The example(s) is provided by way of example only. Nevertheless, it has benefits, as have been explained). (It should be stated, the embodiments shown in Fig 2 and Figs 3 and 4 also comprise the / an aperture 28, but it is not visible due to angle / view shown). (Note: In the example(s), example aperture 28 is provided in a generally linear shape. (In the example shown in Figs 5 and 6, it is provided in what could be considered to be a ‘slit’ type shape). However, this is provided by way of example only, and it is feasible aperture 28 could be provided in any relevant shape. It could be provided in other shapes, and nevertheless be at least significantly effective. However, the shape shown in Figs 5 and 6 is a preferred shape. (Note, whilst an aperture is shown, (see feature 28), it should be stated, a similar or same effect could be achieved in another way(s). For example, where aperture 28 is shown, instead of an aperture, elastic material could be used, for example. ‘Webbing’ could be used, for example, allowing that area (the aperture / webbed area) to expand. All of these are possibilities, with regard to this part / area being able to expand. (‘Expanding’, here, is within a scope of ‘increasing’). 'Excess material’ could be provided there, for example. All of these are possibilities. Thus it is able to increase in size around the arm. This can be very useful, for larger / thicker arms, (ie with reference to ‘girth’ of the arm). Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible. Thus, broadly speaking, this is within a scope of wherein a portion or a whole of the arm portion is increasable in size (around the arm). (Examples have been provided within a scope of wherein a portion or a whole of the arm portion is expandable). (Terms such as ‘girth’ may be used. Terms such as ‘circumference’ may be used). It may thus be stated that what has been disclosed is within a scope of wherein size around the arm of a portion or a whole of the arm portion is increasable. (When example connector 20a is used, it can even have the effect of ‘binding’ both sides of example aperture 28, (which, in the example, (provided by way of example only), is in the shape of a slit), together. Thus the connector can even play a role in creating a ‘tightening’ effect). Similarly, it can be seen, (best shown in Fig 6 and also well shown in Fig 5), that there is provided an aperture(s) 30. (Again, this is shown by way of example only, and embodiments can be provided where there is no aperture(s) 30. However, in the embodiment, it can be very helpful, (especially for comfort), for there to be an aperture(s) here. It can play an important role in allowing free and full movement of the arm. Thus it can be extremely important in allowing the user to carry out a normal throwing action. (Thus preferably there is provided an aperture 30). The example aperture 30 is shown in Fig 2. This can be very helpful for facilitating full mobility of the arm. The example aperture(s) 30 provided is provided generally in an armpit area of the user. (It may even be referred to as an 'armpit aperture(s)’). In the example embodiment, (provided simply by way of example only), it clearly creates a significant void between the example front portion and the example back portion of the example securing portion. What is shown is within a scope of wherein the securing portion comprises an aperture in an armpit area, under the arm portion 12. As stated, the example aperture 30, in the example, frees up full movement of the arm for the user. (In the example, the example aperture is within a scope of being an aperture that is at least two centimetre in at least one direction. In the example, the example aperture is within a scope of being an aperture that is at least two inches in at least one direction. In the example, the example aperture is within a scope of being an aperture that is at least five centimetres in at least one direction. In the example, the example aperture is within a scope of being an aperture that is at least three inches in at least one direction. The fingers, in the example, are ‘free’, within the arm portion). Furthermore, (as has been disclosed), preferably, in use, there is a gap between where the user’s hand is, (holding the ball to be thrown), and the end, (internally), of the arm portion. (This could be referred to as an 'end space’). (This, again, differentiates from apparatuses that comprise finger portion(s)). One reason for this is to allow the user to release the ball from the hand, (when throwing), with the hand having space to fully release. If there was not such an ‘end space’, it could disrupt the action of release of the ball. This could therefore lead to the user not being able to fully carry out their normal throwing action, (particularly with respect to how the hand releases the ball). (For overarm throwing, the 'end space’ is preferably approximately five inches to six inches. However, this could increase significantly when a ball, having been thrown, impacts the hand end of the arm portion. For example, it could approximately double, for example. (For example, see Fig 9, where the 'end space’, (between the user’s hand and the end (internally), of the arm portion, could, for example, be approximately 12 inches in what is shown in Fig 9. (The ball is shown, in Fig 9, at moment of impacting the example end, (internally), of the example arm portion)._For under-arm throwing, the 'end space’ is preferably approximately three inches. (Excess flapping about may affect the thrower more with underarm throwing. This is why preferably the 'end space’ is less for underarm throwing). (Again, this could increase significantly when a ball, having been thrown, impacts the hand end of the arm portion. For example, it could approximately double, for example). (Note: Looking at the example of Fig 2 simply as an example, the user may be able to make this adjustment. For example, if they are doing underarm throwing and the 'end space’ is at about three inches, if they then want to do overarm throwing, they may then adjust length of the arm portion so that end space is more, (eg end space of approximately five to six inches). (And vice versa, if they switch from overarm throwing to underarm throwing). (It should also be stated, when first putting on the apparatus, they may adjust length of the arm portion, (if adjustment is needed). Thus they can adjust to try to get the end space that they want / is appropriate. (And, as stated, this (ie what they want / is appropriate) may be affected by what type of throwing they want to do)). Note: Definition that the arm portion is 'enclosed’ at the hand end, (to prevent a ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion), does not require that there are no apertures at all. For example, netting, (that does not allow the ball through), to give an example, (eg similar or same to the example netting shown in Fig 2 that the example arm portion comprises), could feasibly be used at the hand end of the arm portion. It would clearly prevent the ball from exiting at the end of the arm portion, when thrown, and such an embodiment would clearly be considered to be (and would be) within the scope of the arm portion being ‘enclosed’ at the hand end. (to prevent a ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion), (However, with regard to features like providing auditory feedback, such an embodiment may not be as effective, for example). (It should also be stated that it will be known that many materials, (such as fabric(s), for example) have small holes in them, for example. This does not preclude such materials from use (with regard to the hand end of the arm portion being enclosed, to prevent a ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion). (Disclosure is provided of examples of a securing portion that are within a scope of wherein portions of the securing portion are releasably connectable in a manner that facilitates the securing portion being increasably and decreasably adjustable in tightness, around the user. (In the examples shown, disconnecting is required, to adjust tightness. In other examples, adjusting tightness may be possible, without having to disconnect. For example, there could be a tightenable dial, which, with the portions connected, can be used, (eg rotating the dial), to tighten and untighten the securing portion around the user. Turning the dial could tighten and untighten (depending on direction turned) a cord element that is wound around the dial, for example, with the cord element being in relationship with the portions such that tightening of the cord element tightens the securing portion around the user, and untightening of the cord element tightens the securing portion around the user. Thus this is an example, (provided by way of example only), of wherein adjusting tightness may be possible, without having to disconnect portions of the securing portion (that could be releasable connected together). Thus embodiment(s) can be provided where there is no constriction / compression of the arm. (Of course, an embodiment(s) can be provided where there is constriction / compression of the arm, (anywhere(s) along the arm), if so desired. However, (looking at Fig 2 as a good example, for example), the example securing portion 16 secures the arm portion to the user, without ay need for the example arm portion itself constricting / compressing the arm of the wearer. It is thought this is beneficial for various reasons). (Fig 2 thus shows a good example, in use, of where the securing portion is keeping the arm portion in place). (Note: It has been stated in the present application that, according to one aspect of what is invented, there is provided a method of a ball being retained after having been thrown, comprising: a wearable apparatus being worn by a user, the wearable apparatus itself comprising: an arm portion, for a throwing arm of the user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion to prevent the ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion; and a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user; the ball being held by the throwing arm of the user; the ball being thrown by the throwing arm of the user; and the ball being retained in the wearable apparatus after having been thrown by the user. It should be stated, if so desired, a claim may be provided that defines this in a more 'first person’ point of view. In line with this, there is thus provided: a method of retaining a ball after throwing the ball, comprising: wearing a wearable apparatus, the wearable apparatus itself comprising: an arm portion, for a throwing arm of a user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion to prevent the ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion; and a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user; holding the ball with the throwing arm; throwing the ball; and the ball being retained in the wearable apparatus after having been thrown. (In line with this, there are shown examples within a scope of being, (and thus disclosure is provided in the present application within a scope of wherein there is provided): a wearable apparatus for retaining a ball when throwing the ball, comprising: an arm portion, for a throwing arm of a user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion to prevent the ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion; and a securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user). (With regard to ‘the ball being retained in the wearable apparatus after having been thrown by the user’, Fig 2 provides good understanding of this, by virtue of what is shown. (It can clearly be seen, in the example of Fig 2, that, if the ball is thrown, it will be retained in the wearable apparatus after having been thrown, due to the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion)). (In the example of Fig 2, provided by way of example only), the ball is retained in the arm portion after having been thrown. Whilst it is technically feasible an embodiment(s) could be provided where the ball is able to escape the arm portion (after having been thrown), up the arm portion and then being retained in the securing portion, (which could be shaped / worn in such way that the ball cannot escape and thus is retained in the wearable apparatus after having been thrown by the user, albeit not limited to definitely having to be retained in the arm portion), it will be apparent that it is highly desirable for the ball to be retained in the arm portion, after having been thrown. Amongst other things, this can make it very easy for the user to then grab the ball again, and do another throw, if so desired). (In the example shown in Fig 2, for example, after having been thrown, the ball cannot escape the example arm portion. Therefore it does not go into the securing portion. (In the example, given how the example arm portion attachment 18 is attached, it will be clear that, after having been thrown, the ball cannot escape from the arm portion. However, it should be stated, even in embodiments where there is not a removably attachable arm portion attachment, nevertheless, it may be impossible, (after having been thrown), for the ball to escape from the arm portion. (For example, the arm portion may fit to the arm in such a way that there just is not room for the ball to travel out of it, into the securing portion. For example, generally near / around the shoulder area, the arm portion may fit the user in such a way that precludes the ball being able to get through (and out of the arm portion). Thus this has been made clear). (Disclosure has been provided within a scope of wherein the arm portion comprises a removably attachable arm portion attachment, removably attachable to the securing portion, the arm portion attachment comprising the hand end of the arm portion. (Disclosure has been provided relating to removably attaching the / a removably attachable arm portion attachment to the / a securing portion). (Note: It is here stated that, whenever disclosure is provided, in the present application, of there being a connector, to connect two portions of the / an apparatus, where the connector is a ‘separate’ connector, (separate to the two portions), a connector(s) that is not separate (not separate to one portion of the portions, or not separate to both portions) may be provided / used. Furthermore, broadly speaking, wherever, in the present application, disclosure is provided of there being a connector, to connect two portions of the / an apparatus, where the connector is a ‘separate’ connector, (separate to the two portions), any connecting arrangement may be provided. Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible. This is made clear in the present application). (Anywhere in the present application where connection utilizes hook-and-loop type attachment / securing may thus be referred to as a connecting arrangement, (to facilitate connecting), that utilizes hook-and-loop type attachment). (Ie Such language may be used)). According to one aspect of what is invented, there is provided a method of retaining a ball after throwing the ball, comprising: a wearable apparatus 10 being worn by a user, the wearable apparatus itself comprising: an arm portion 12, for a throwing arm of the user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end 14 of the arm portion to prevent the ball from escaping when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion; and a securing portion 16 that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user; the ball being held by the throwing arm of the user; the ball being thrown by the throwing arm of the user; and the ball being retained in the wearable apparatus after having been thrown. (The example(s) shown are shown by way of example only). An example ball 15 is shown being held by the user in the example of Fig 2. When the ball is thrown by the user, it is retained in the wearable apparatus. (Most preferably, it is retained in the arm portion 12 of the wearable apparatus, although it is feasible embodiments could be provided where the ball is able to exit the arm portion 12, (at the top / shoulder end of the arm portion), and nevertheless be retained in the wearable apparatus. (For example, the ball could exit the arm portion 12, (at the top / shoulder end of the arm portion), and, dependent on design of the securing portion, could be retained in the securing portion. This would be within scope of being 'retained in the wearable apparatus’. However, preferably the ball is retained in the arm portion. Thus the wearable apparatus may be designed so the ball cannot exit the arm portion, (at the top / shoulder end). For example, it may be designed so that, in use, there is not enough space for the ball to be able to exit the arm portion, (at the top / shoulder end). (Whether the 'not enough space’ is right at / dose to the end of the arm portion, (at the top end), or is further down the arm portion, (eg if, even around halfway along the arm portion, there is not enough space for the ball to ‘get through’ any higher up the arm portion), that is within scope of there not being enough space for the ball to be able to exit the arm portion, (at the top / shoulder end of the arm portion). (Note: The term ‘adjusf / ’adjustable’ / ’adjustability’ etc is used at various points in the present application. It should be stated, eg with reference to adjusting ‘length / girth / tightness’, that if a portion(s) must be subtracted or added (to decrease / increase ‘length / girth / tightness’), then this is not within a scope of being ‘adjustable’, (in ‘length / girth / tightness’). It is within the scope of ‘length / girth / tightness’ being ‘changed’, but is not within a scope of being ‘adjustable’. (And broad disclosure is here provided of ‘changing’, (not limited to ‘adjusting’). If a thing is 'adjustable' (in 'length / girth / tightness’, then that is within a scope of wherein ‘length / girth / tightness’ can be ‘changed’. Wherever adjustability (of ‘length / girth / tightness’) is disclosed, it is deemed to be an example of wherein 'length / girth / tightness’ can be changed. To explain more about how ‘changing’ (of ‘length / girth / tightness’, or any relevant parameter(s)) is possible, not limited to 'adjusting’, looking at Fig 2, let us now imagine, looking generally around area X7, that there was provided, (eg initially separate to rest of the apparatus), a circumferential addable 'band’, for example, 5cm in length, for example, and able to be 'added’ generally at area X7. Let us imagine then, looking at the example of Fig 2, for example, that it could be added between the example arm portion attachment 18, and example portion 26. Let us imagine that those parts / portions (including the imagined 'circumferential band’) can then be connected / attached together, (in any way(s), (eg hook-and-loop type attachment, for example, and / or any other way(s)). The addition of this imagined example 'circumferential band’ would therefore increase the length of the arm portion. Similarly, if that example imagined ‘circumferential band’ was ‘subtracted’ (not being used to add length), then the length of the arm portion would ‘decrease’, (relative to when it is used to add length). Thus this would be an example of wherein length of the arm portion has been ’changed’. But this would not be considered to be 'adjusting’ length. Thus the term 'changing' is broader than 'adjusting’. The term ‘changing is fully supported in the present application. (Note: The term 'circumferential band’ is used, however, broader terms such as 'removable portion(s)’ may be used, and it should be stated, the term 'circumferential band’ is used simply by way of example only. A 'removable portion(s)’ could be provided, not limited to being shaped in such a way as mentioned- it may be any shape. It may not wholly go around the arm. It may not resemble an arm ‘band’. (It should also be stated, it is possible there could be more than one 'removable portion(s)’). (It should also be stated that, whilst the example for 'changing' (not limited to adjusting) is here provided with reference to changing length of the arm portion, so the same is the case with reference to changing / adjusting tightness of the securing portion, (around the user). (And thus so the same is the case for changing / adjusting ‘girth’ of the securing portion. Thus, whilst various examples are provided in the present application of adjusting tightness of the securing portion (around the user), it should be stated, it is feasible that tightness could be ‘changed’ (not limited to being adjusted). For example, (similarly to as described with reference to changing length of the / an arm portion, there could be provided ‘removable portion(s)’ that can be added (and subtracted) to increase / decrease tightness of the securing portion around the user. Thus this has been disclosed and made clear). (Simply to aid understanding, a depiction of a ‘circumferential band’ (and thus of an example embodiment, (provided by way of example only), of a ‘removable portion’) is denoted in Fig 2, shown in dashed lines, with the feature number being 99). Thus disclosure has been providing of ‘changing’, (with disclosure explaining increasing and decreasing), not limited to ‘adjusting’. Thus this has been disclosed. (Note: The example shown in Fig 2, for example, (with regard to the arm portion being 'adjustable in length’), is within a scope of the arm portion being 'adjustable in length’. (In the example, the example connector connects example portions 18 and 26. The example connector 20a may be removed to do this and then re-attached. The act of removing and then re-attaching, in this example, is here not considered to be 'subtracting’ or 'adding' because the connector 20a, if removed, is only temporarily removed with a view to re-attaching it with it then, again, fulfilling its function of connecting portions 18 and 26. In other words, in the end result, in this example, it is always used. (It is not left detached, in the example)). Preferably the method comprises adjusting length of the arm portion by adjusting attachment position of the arm portion attachment. (This has been explained). Preferably there is provided more than one said removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing size (eg length, but the term 'size’ is not limited to length, as has been explained), each said removably attachable arm portion attachment being interchangeably attachable to the securing portion and thus interchangeably usable. The method may thus comprise detaching a said arm portion attachment from the securing portion, and re-attaching a different said arm portion attachment, of differing size, to the securing portion. (It has been explained why this may be useful). (As has been stated with reference to 'changing’ / ’adjusting' (eg in 'length’ / ’tightness’, etc), it should be stated, it should broadly be understood that acts such as 'detaching’ and / or 're-attaching' may be carried out whilst an item(s) / apparatus is being worn, or whilst it is not worn, (or whilst part(s) of the apparatus is being worn and part(s) is not). Thus a claim that includes the term 'detaching' and / or the term 're-attaching’(or the like) is not limited to any of these options- all these options, (any option), is possible. Thus such act(s) can occur whilst item(s) / thing(s) are being worn. Thus such act(s) can occur whilst item(s) / things are not being worn). Thus such act(s) may feasibly be possible whilst one item(s) is being worn and another is not, for example. Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible and a claim that includes definition of such act(s) includes all possibilities within its scope. Thus this has been made clear). Preferably there is provided more than one said removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing length, each said removably attachable arm portion attachment being interchangeably attachable to the securing portion and thus interchangeably usable. (The method may thus comprise detaching a said arm portion attachment from the securing portion, and re-attaching a different said arm portion attachment, of differing length, to the securing portion. (It has been explained why this may be useful). Preferably there is provided more than one said securing portion, of differing sizes, to which the (or any) arm portion attachment is removably attachable, each said securing portion being interchangeably usable with the arm portion attachment. The method may thus comprise detaching a said securing portion from the (or any) arm portion attachment, and re-attaching a different said securing portion, of differing size, to the (or any) arm portion attachment. (Another way this may be said is that the method may thus comprise detaching the arm portion attachment from a said securing portion, and re-attaching the arm portion attachment to a different said securing portion, of a differing size). However, it should be stated, it may be detaching (of the arm portion attachment / securing portion to each other is not required- for example, user may put the securing portion on first. If it is the ‘wrong’ size, they may take the securing portion off, and put a different one of, (off a different size). If that one is the right size, it may be that, only then, they attach the / an arm portion attachment. ((That said, it is possible they could put a securing portion on that already has the / a removably attachable arm portion attachment attached, and then feel the securing portion is the wrong size. In such situation, they may take off the securing portion (before or after detaching the arm portion attachment / securing portion from each other), detach the arm portion attachment / securing portion from each other, and then attach the arm portion attachment to a different securing portion (of a different size), and then out the securing portion on, (or pout the securing portion on and only then attach the arm portion attachment to it). (Any order of doing / achieving this is possible, the options for order of doing things disclosed being provided simply by way of example only). (It has been explained why this may be useful). Preferably the method comprises adjusting tightness of the securing portion around the user, the securing portion being increasably and decreasably adjustable in tightness, around the user. (Being adjustable in tightness can be useful. For example, one day, a user may be wearing just a shirt, for example. Another day, they may be wearing much thicker clothing. Also, this may be useful for the wearable apparatus to fit people of different sizes). Preferably the method comprises adjusting length of the arm portion, the arm portion being increasably and decreasably adjustable in length. (It has been explained why this may be useful). Preferably the method comprises using auditory feedback from sound of the ball impacting the hand end of the arm portion when thrown. This can be used to assess the throw. For example, sound of the ball impacting the hand end of the arm portion when thrown can be used to assess quality of a throw. For example, a more ‘compact’ sound can suggest a better quality throw. (This may be achieved, for example, from the ball impacting a certain area of the hand end of the arm portion. (Thus it could work not completely dissimilarly to a 'sweet spot’, which is a term used in many ball-striking sports. For example, in tennis, a tennis racquet is considered to have a 'sweet spot’, and the sound and feel of hitting the sweet spot is a phenomenon know to tennis players. (Hitting a ball with the sweet spot can also lead to a more powerful shot, (and / or even a more ‘controlled’ shot, eg when hitting a drop shot, or lob, or any particular spin shot, for example). Similarly, in sports like cricket and baseball, the bat in considered to have a 'sweet spot’, and it is clearly know to the user, (and often to those watching / hearing), when a ball has been hit with the sweet spot, (which is often referred to as 'good timing’). So, similarly, there may be an area of the hand end of the arm portion that functions not completely dissimilarly to a 'sweet spot’, perhaps creating a particular sound and / or feel. Thus it could be obvious to the user (and perhaps to person(s) watching / hearing), whether the throw has been timed well. Particular material(s) may be used, (for the hand end), potentially to aid in this process, (ie creating auditory feedback). This could help make it clear when the throw has been done well’. (It should be stated, for example, sound of the ball impacting the hand end of the arm portion when thrown can be used to assess power of a throw. Thus a more powerful throw may generate a more powerful sound when the ball impacts the hand end of the arm portion when thrown. Thus auditory feedback could be useful, in terms of assessing power of the throw. The user themselves can therefore benefit from using auditory feedback. Using auditory feedback could, it should be said, be useful for a trainer(s) who is assessing the thrower. It will be noted that, in the example embodiments, at least a portion of the arm portion can be seen through. For example, in the example of Fig 2, which shows a very good example being worn, it can be seen that generally the middle portion, (in the example), of the example arm portion 12 is made of netting. As has been mentioned, it can be seen that at least a portion of the user’s throwing arm 13 can be seen through this. As has been mentioned, this can be useful for analysis of technique. For example, a trainer could monitor arm position(s) of the user, when throwing. As has been mentioned, of particular attention may be position (eg bending) of the elbow. Thus potentially an elbow area / portion of the arm portion can be seen through. (As has been discussed, netting is just one example of material(s) / constitution that takes to being able to see through. (As has been mentioned, another example would be the use of transparent material(s), for example). Preferably, a portion or a whole of the throwing arm can be seen, (whilst the arm portion is worn). This can be used, for example, to analyse technique. For example, a relevant person(s) could analyse throwing technique. To give an example, this could be done live, for example, by a person other than the thrower, (eg a trainer, for example). Such a person may be a professional(s), (eg a professional throwing trainer and / or sports rehabilitation professional / specialist, for example). In another case, the throwing may be recorded by a device. The throwing technique could then be analysed via the / a recording(s). Thus the thrower themselves and / or any other person(s), (eg a professional(s), eg a throwing trainer and / or sports rehabilitation professional(s) / specialist(s), for example). The ability to see a portion or a whole of the elbow may be particularly important. For example, seeing how the elbow bends during throwing may be particularly important. Thus preferably the arm portion allows for being able to see of a portion or a whole of the elbow (of the throwing arm) of the user. (As mentioned in the present application, this, (Ie being able to see), could be achieved via a gap(s). As mentioned in the present application, this, (Ie being able to see), could be achieved via material(s) that are transparent. (Thus a portion or a whole of the arm portion could feasibly be transparent). It should be stated, a combination is possible, (Ie gap(s) and transparency). Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible. Thus the (or any) method may comprise seeing a portion or a whole of the throwing arm, during throwing. Thus the (or any) method may comprise seeing a portion or a whole of the elbow of the throwing arm, during throwing. Thus the (or any) method may comprise seeing bending of the elbow of the throwing arm of the user during throwing. ('During throwing’, as mentioned earlier here, does not preclude analysis after the act, (eg via a recording device). This could be done via 'frames’ ('freeze-frames’) being recorded and / or vis video footage. Thus a camera, (eg video camera) could be used). The term 'during throwing’ (eg with reference to bending of the elbow, for example, is referring simply to how the elbow bends during the act of throwing). (Whilst the elbow is of particular importance, the term 'a portion or a whole of the throwing arm’ is broad, and not limited to the elbow. It should also be stated, seeing of the elbow could be provided without the elbow being visible for all angles / sides. For example, just one angle / side, (eg seeing just of the inner side of the elbow joint, or just of the outer side of the elbow joint), could be enough to be able to analyse throwing technique appropriately. However, it is possible the elbow may be visible from multiple or all angles / sides. Thus various options and / or embodiments are possible). (It should also be stated, whilst seeing a portion or a whole of the elbow has been mentioned, any portion (or whole) of the arm may be see-able / viewable / seen. For example a portion or a whole of a wrist may be see-able / viewable / seen. For example, a portion or a whole of the arm below the elbow may be see-able / viewable / seen. For example, a portion or a whole of the arm above the elbow may be see-able / viewable / seen. (Any combination of these may be the case). It should also be stated, a portion or a whole of the shoulder may be see-able / viewable / seen. It should also be stated, bending of the shoulder (during the act of throwing) may be see-able / viewable / seen. Any combination of these things is possible. Thus this has been made clear). (Thus disclosure is provided of a portion or a whole of the throwing arm being visible during throwing. (Thus disclosure is provided of a portion or a whole of the throwing arm being visible whilst the arm portion is worn). (Fig 2 is an embodiment within a scope of wherein of a portion or a whole of the throwing arm is visible whilst the arm portion is worn, during throwing). The / a method may comprise analysing an elbow of the user, a portion or a whole of the elbow being visible when wearing the arm portion. (Disclosure is thus here provided of an elbow of the throwing arm of the user being analysed, a portion or a whole of the elbow being visible during throwing). (Fig 2 is an embodiment within a scope of wherein of a portion or a whole of the elbow is visible whilst the arm portion is worn, during throwing). As has been stated (in the present application), analysing the elbow may be of particular importance / usefulness. (Note: If so desired, terms such as ‘monitoring’ may be used, rather than 'analysing’. All such terms are supported). (As stated, such analysing could be done ‘live’, by a person(s) watching the thrower throwing, and / or the throwing could be recorded. If it is recorded, the recording could be used, to analyse the elbow, (and / or any aspects of the user’s throwing action and / or arm and / or body)), Monitoring of the arm, (which can broadly be described as monitoring throwing technique, (although the term 'throwing technique could also refer to other part(s) of the body, other than the arm), could potentially be done via video. Thus a throw could be recorded, and the footage could be analysed. Again, ability to see the throwing arm, (or at least to see a portion(s) of the throwing arm), could be very important / beneficial in this. As stated the elbow of the throwing arm may be particularly important / beneficial. Thus monitoring may take place. Thus analysis may take place. This can potentially be done by the thrower themselves, (eg vis video), and / or another person(s), (eg a trainer(s), and / or any relevant professional(s)). Disclosure has been / is provided in the present application within a scope of wherein the / a wearable apparatus is operable with there being no openings in the arm portion that are of a dimension that the ball can get / escape through. (Note: This is stated not taking into account any change(s) (eg pulling / deforming, etc) that may occur during the throwing action and especially from the ball impacting the hand end of the arm portion, after having been thrown. To explain, looking at Fig 9, it can be seen that quite a large 'gap’, (denoted as feature 50), has opened up. This is because the ball has been thrown, in the example, with quite a significant amount of force. This has had the effect of ‘pulling’ on the arm portion. (In the example, it has had the effect of ‘pulling’ on the example arm portion attachment. Example connector 20a is still doing its job, but it has led to gap 50 opening up). As alluded to, the ball impacting the hand end when thrown can have a significant amount of effect, with regard to such things. Other parts of the throwing action can potentially have an effect, (in terms of creating opening(s) / larger opening(s)). However, it is thought the ball impacting the hand end can have the greatest effect. Thus it may be possible for an embodiment to be provided that is within a scope of where the wearable apparatus is operable with there being no openings in the arm portion that are of a dimension that the ball can escape through, (even during the throwing action up to release of the ball, for example), but then, (eg similarly to as shown in Fig 9), the ball impacting the hand end of the arm portion can, (temporarily at that time / moment), open up opening(s), (eg potentially to quite significant size). However, it should be stated, looking at the example of Fig 9, opening 50 is not relevant in terms of the ball being able to escape because, in the example, the ball cannot escape out of the example removably attachable arm portion attachment 18 by itself, (eg after being thrown, (or at any time)). (Note: in the example, (especially if the user’s arm is skinny and / or the size (ref girth) of the removably attachable arm portion attachment is big for them, it is possible a person (eg the user or a different person), (eg especially if, (looking at Fig 9, for example), the example removably attachable arm portion attachment goes around the user’s arm elastically at its top, (by example opening 50, in the example / view shown in Fig 9), may be able to get part or all of their hand into the example removably attachable arm portion attachment, (whilst it is being worn by the user, eg as shown), and 'fish' the ball out, (due to the elasticity, in the example mentioned, for example). (This could be easier if the wearer holds their arm upwards, whilst this is being done). Thus disclosure has been provided of wherein the ball cannot escape by itself, but wherein the ball could feasibly be fished out). Note, for the sake of the present application, an arm portion comprising an opening that is of a shape and size (ie dimension) that the ball cannot escape through, but where the opening is elastically enlargeable so that it can be enlarged to a shape and size (ie dimension) that the ball can escape through), is still considered to be in line with being, (and not against the apparatus being) operable with there being no openings in the arm portion, (in use), that are of a dimension that the ball can escape through, because the ball cannot escape unless the opening is elastically adjusted (enlarged) by a user. (Thus this is in line with (and not against) being ‘operable in a mode wherein the ball cannot escape’). (And, it should be stated, disclosure of such an embodiment(s) is here provided). (Thus disclosure is also provided of method of removing a ball from the arm portion in such way, (and / or method of inputting the ball into the arm portion in such way). Disclosure has been provided in the present application relating to how, preferably, a portion or a whole of the elbow of the user is visible whilst the arm portion is worn. It has been explain how, analysing of (a portion or a whole of) the elbow, (eg position / bend during the act of throwing, for example), can be useful. It could be beneficial for analysing of throwing technique reasons. Analysing (and improving) throwing technique can be good for improving the throwing action of the user. Aside from the benefits in terms of better throwing, this can be important for rehabilitation purposes, (eg to change / avoid bad throwing technique(s) that may increase chances of further injury and / or prevent full or as-rapid-as-possible healing / rehab from injury). (Various disclosure has been provided, in the present application, with regard to an arm portion, for being worn by a throwing arm of the user). Fig 9 shows a side view of a person using the wearable apparatus, after an example ball 15 has been thrown / released by the user and as the example ball has impacted the example hand end 14 of the example arm portion 12. As can be seen in the example of Fig 9, the example portion 26 does not quite go up to the armpit of the user. (Preferably it is approximately two to three inches short of the armpit). This can be important for comfort of the user. It could negatively impact the thrower if portion 26 extends all the way to the armpit. (Thus, broadly speaking, it is an example within a scope of where the wearable apparatus / arm portion is configured / designed / shaped to not go up to the armpit of the user). It could cause significant discomfort by engaging that area of the user. (This could affect the user’s throwing action). In the example, the ball 15 impacting the hand end creates a significant ‘pulling’ force on the arm portion. However, example connector 20a, (provided simply by way of example only), can be seen doing its job. (The example securing portion is shown doing its job). (An example shirt 51 is shown being worn by the user, in the example. (This can generally simply be described as an item of clothing. (An item of clothing, (more like a ‘hoodie’), is being worn by the user in Fig 2)). (An example back portion 24 can be seen, from the angle / view shown). (It should be noted, ‘netting’ / ’mesh’ is not denoted in Fig 9. (This is simply to aid clarity). However, preferably this is the case, with the embodiment preferably being the same as shown in Fig 2, (which denotes this). However, as has been stated, various options and / or embodiments are possible). The user’s throwing arm is denoted in basic fashion in the example arm portion, (denoted with dashed lines). At such a moment after release, the user’s finders may even be ‘extended’, after having thrown the ball. Fig 9 is a good demonstration of just how effective (and beneficial) the example wearable apparatus can be. (In the example, the ball could have been thrown extremely hard, for example). 4Claims:
1. A method, for throwing, comprising:a wearable apparatus being worn by a user, the wearable apparatus itself comprising:an arm portion, for a throwing arm of the user, the arm portion being enclosed at a hand end of the arm portion to block a ball from exiting the arm portion when the ball is thrown by the user from inside the arm portion; anda securing portion that travels around a reverse side of the user, reverse with respect to side wearing the arm portion, to secure the arm portion to the user;the ball being held by the throwing arm of the user;the ball being thrown by the throwing arm of the user; andthe ball being blocked from exiting the arm portion, when thrown, by virtue of the arm portion being enclosed at the hand end.
2. A method, for throwing, as claimed in claim 1, wherein the securing portion travels around a torso of the user, at the reverse side of the user, lower than where a reverse side arm of the user is attached to the torso.
3. A method, for throwing, as claimed in claim 2, wherein the securing portion also travels around the torso of the user at the side wearing the arm portion, lower than where the arm wearing the arm portion is attached to the torso.
4. A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein a portion or a whole of the arm portion is provided by way of a removably attachable arm portion attachment, removably attachable to the securing portion, the arm portion attachment comprising the hand end of the arm portion.
5. A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of claims 1 to 3, wherein a portion, not a whole, of the arm portion is provided by way of a removably attachable arm portion attachment, removably attachable to the securing portion, the arm portion attachment comprising the hand end of the arm portion, and wherein another portion of the arm portion, at an upper end of the arm portion, is permanently connected to a portion or a whole of the securing portion, said other portion of the arm portion being shaped to travel around an underside of the throwing arm of the user.
6. A method, for throwing, as claimed in claim 4 or claim 5, wherein the method comprises:adjusting length of the arm portion by adjusting attachment position of the arm portion attachment.

A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of claims 4 to 6, wherein there isprovided more than one said removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing sizes, each said removably attachable arm portion attachment being interchangeably attachable to the securing portion and thus interchangeably usable.

A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of claims 4 to 6, wherein there is provided more than one said removably attachable arm portion attachment, of differing lengths, each said removably attachable arm portion attachment being interchangeably attachable to the securing portion and thus interchangeably usable.

A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of claims 4 to 8, wherein there is provided more than one said securing portion, of differing sizes, to which the arm portion attachment is removably attachable, each said securing portion being interchangeably usable with the arm portion attachment.14 11 2410. 12. A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of claims 1 to 5, wherein the arm portion is increasably and decreasably adjustable in length.
13. A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the method comprises:using auditory feedback from sound of the ball impacting the hand end of the arm portion when thrown.
14. A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the method comprises:an elbow of the throwing arm of the user being analysed, a portion or a whole of the elbow being visible whilst the arm portion is worn, during throwing.
15. A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the securing portion is substantially symmetrical designed, from back-to-front, in order to be substantially as comfortable both for right-handed throwing and left-handed throwing.
16. A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of the preceding claims, wherein the wearable apparatus is operable in a mode wherein the ball cannot escape out of the wearable apparatus.
17. A method, for throwing, as claimed in any of claims 1 to 15, wherein the arm portion comprises an opening through which the ball can be removed whilst the arm portion is being worn by the user, to remove the ball out of the wearable apparatus.
18. A method, for throwing, as claimed in claim 17, wherein the opening has a mode wherein the ball cannot get through the opening.
19. A method, for throwing, as claimed in claim 18, wherein the opening is a closable opening.
20. A method, for throwing, as claimed in claim 17 when dependent on any of claims 4 to 9, wherein the removably attachable arm portion attachment comprises said opening, the opening being usable to remove the ball out of the removably attachable arm portion attachment whilst the removably attachable arm portion attachment is attached and being worn by the user.
21. A method, for throwing, as claimed in claim 20, wherein the opening has a mode wherein the ball cannot get through the opening.
22. A method, for throwing, as claimed in claim 21, wherein the opening is a closable opening.
23. A method, for throwing, as claimed in claim 20, wherein the opening does not go all the way to a top end of the removably attachable arm portion attachment.CM24.
