Abstract

The article relating to the present design is a shiatsu substitute device (hereinafter referred to as "this article"). For example, as shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing an Example of Use," if one lies on their back with the upper part of this article placed on the floor resting against its upper surface, the muscles of the upper back will be stimulated to produce an effect similar to shiatsu. If this article is then rocked from side to side, the effect of relieving muscle stiffness will be further enhanced.
