Abstract
This article is a muscle training device that can train various parts of the body. As shown in the reference perspective view indicating the names of each part, this article includes a main body consisting of a base part, a front support column, a rear support column, and a ceiling part, an arm attachment part attached to the front support column, a pair of guide rods fixed to the ceiling part and the base part, and a weight stack, which is a load, attached to the guide rods. The arm attachment part is attached to the front support column in a stepwise height-adjustable manner. A pair of arms extending in the left-right direction are attached to the arm attachment part. Each arm is attached in a stepwise angle-adjustable manner within a range of 180° in the vertical direction. The weight stack is attached to the guide rod so as to be movable in the vertical direction along the guide rod. A cable is arranged between the weight stack and each arm via a plurality of pulleys. The tip of the cable on each arm side is drawn out through a pulley provided at the tip of each arm, and a grip member (not shown) for the user to hold is attached to the tip of the cable. When the user holds the grip members (not shown) in both the left and right hands and moves the arms to pull out the cable, the weight stack rises along the guide rod, and when the arms are returned to the original position, the weight stack descends. The user can train various parts of the body by changing the combination of the height of the pair of arms, the angle of each arm, and the body orientation, and moving the arms as described above while holding the grip member.
