Abstract

As shown in the "Reference Plan View Showing the Transparent Sections and Names of Each Section," this camera controller features multiple transparent physical buttons arranged in the display area. Each physical button functions both as a push button and a small, divided LCD display. The physical buttons feature a transparent window frame that allows the LCD display inside to be viewed. Each physical button can be assigned to a single camera or a group of cameras to be called up, allowing for different functions by changing the LCD display accordingly. As shown in the "Enlarged Cross-Sections B-B' of Sections E-E' and F-F'," the gap between the second and third rows of buttons in the vertical button column is slightly wider than the gap between the first and second rows, indicating that the camera groups in the first and second rows are different from those in the third and fourth rows. By arranging multiple buttons corresponding to multiple camera groups in each group, it is possible to call up a camera group other than the one being controlled, enabling smooth, seamless control of cameras across groups. As shown in the "Reference enlarged cross-sectional view showing the names of each part," physical buttons are located on top of the built-in LCD unit, and unlike touch operation, you get the feeling of pressing a physical button, making it easy to operate even in dark places without having to look at your hands.
