Abstract

The images shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, which show the changes, are designed to display information within the online cloud service in an easy-to-understand manner. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the usage state, the images display, for example, the number of users and the number of shared mailboxes within the online cloud service, and users can pre-set conditions 1 or 2 for each item such as users. When an event matching condition 1 occurs for a certain item, the number of events matching that condition appears, and the area around that number is colored. The reference diagram illustrating the usage state shows that events matching condition 1 have occurred for four items. Figure 1, which shows the changes, is an image showing that events matching condition 2 have occurred for all items, and Figure 2, which shows the changes, is an image showing that an event matching condition 1 has occurred for the leftmost item.
