Abstract

The images shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, which represent the changes, are designed to clearly display information within the online cloud service. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the usage state, the images display, for example, the number of users and the number of shared mailboxes within the online cloud service, and users can pre-set conditions 1 or 2 for each item such as users. When an event matching condition 1 occurs for a certain item, the number of events matching that condition appears, and the area around that number is colored. The reference diagram illustrating the usage state shows that events matching condition 1 have occurred for four items. Figure 1, which represents the changes, shows that events matching condition 2 have occurred for all items, and Figure 2, which represents the changes, shows that events matching condition 1 have occurred for four items.
