Abstract

The images shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, which represent the changes, are intended to display information within the online cloud service in an easy-to-understand manner. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the usage status, the images display, for example, the number of rooms and resources within the online cloud service, and users can pre-set conditions 1 or 2 for each item such as rooms. When an event matching condition 1 occurs for a certain item, the number of events matching that condition appears, and the area around that number is colored. The reference diagram illustrating the usage status shows that events matching condition 1 have occurred for four items. Figure 1, which represents the changes, shows that events matching condition 2 have occurred for all items, and Figure 2, which represents the changes, shows that an event matching condition 1 has occurred for the item on the left.
