Aquarium for ornamental fish

Abstract

The article relating to the present design (hereinafter referred to as "the Article") is an ornamental fish tank used for raising aquatic organisms such as medaka. The Article has a roughly rectangular opening that opens upwards, and a roughly L-shaped rim that extends roughly horizontally outward from the periphery of this opening before bending downwards. At the four corners of the periphery of the opening of the Article, there is a pair of drainage holes on the left and right, cut vertically from the rim to near the stepped portion. In addition, one of the edges in the shorter direction of the Article has a longer outward length than the other edge. This one edge in the shorter direction has a recessed drainage groove with a roughly arc-shaped cross-section used when tilting to drain water. On the other hand, the other edge in the shorter direction of the Article has a retaining hole for holding aquarium equipment such as air pump hoses and heater cords, as well as a hook for hanging a commercially available net and a claw for fixing the hose when filling with water.
