Abstract
To provide a building information modeling (BIM) model system that includes a novel configuration.SOLUTION: A BIM (building information modeling) model system 100 comprises: a DB10 (BIM model storage means) that stores existing BIM models; a BUF module 13 (extraction means) that extracts a BUF (an aggregate) serving as recyclable modules and consisting of a plurality of components from the existing BIM models; and a DB1 (aggregate storage means) that stores information on the BUF. Using a BIM enables using a design asset as a family (BUF: a block unit family). A building is classified into fields (elements) of a structure (a building frame), design, and installation, structure parts are designed integrally (as a whole), and thus, a duration of a design is shortened by making effective use of the design asset undergoing the BUF, and quotation accuracy increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
