Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle seat, and more particularly to a vehicle seat having a movable body that is movable to project a part of the seat body toward a seat occupant from a normal position. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, vehicle seats have been known that are attached to the inside of the seat body on which an occupant sits and have a movable body (e.g., a side support member) that can move to protrude a part of the seat body (e.g., a side portion) toward the occupant from a normal position (see, for example, Patent Document 1). By providing this movable body, the holding ability of the vehicle seat can be improved according to the physique and preferences of the seated occupant. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2014-148235 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, in a vehicle seat such as that described in Patent Document 1, when the movable body causes a part of the seat body to protrude towards the seat occupant, wrinkles or folds may unintentionally form on the surface of the seat body (specifically, in the covering material), which may detract from the appearance of the vehicle seat. For example, if a vehicle seat is equipped with a movable body (lumbar support member) for protruding the central portion of the seat body toward the occupant, and a second movable body (side support member) for protruding the side portion of the seat body toward the occupant, and these movable bodies are arranged side by side in the width direction of the seat, forces will be applied to the surface of the seat body from multiple directions as these movable bodies move, which could make the seat more susceptible to wrinkles and sagging.

[0005] Furthermore, for example, when the second movable body protrudes the side portion of the seat body toward the occupant, there was a risk that wrinkles or folds in the upholstery material would occur noticeably at the boundary between the center and side portions of the seat body (specifically, the portion corresponding to the upholstery hanging groove).

[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat that is capable of preventing wrinkles and folds from occurring on the surface of the seat body even when a part of the seat body protrudes toward the seat occupant. Another object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat that is capable of suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles and sagging of the upholstery material at the boundary between the center and side portions of the seat body (the portion corresponding to the upholstery hanging groove). [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The above problem is solved by the vehicle seat of the present invention, which comprises a seat body on which an occupant sits, a movable body attached inside the seat body and movable to cause a central portion of the seat body in the seat width direction to protrude toward the occupant from its normal position, and a second movable body attached inside the seat body at a position outer in the seat width direction than the movable body and movable to cause a part of the seat body to protrude toward the occupant from its normal position, wherein when the movable body causes the central portion of the seat body to protrude most toward the occupant, the end portion of the second movable body opposite the occupant is positioned closer to the occupant than the seating surface of the central portion of the seat body. With the above configuration, it is possible to realize a vehicle seat that is capable of suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles and folds on the surface of the seat body. Specifically, when the movable body protrudes the center of the seat body most toward the seat occupant, the end of the second movable body opposite the seat occupant side is disposed closer to the seat occupant side than the seating surface of the center of the seat body. Therefore, the movable body and the second movable body are disposed at different positions in the seat width direction and at different positions in the protruding direction. As a result, even if these movable bodies move simultaneously, the directions and positions of the forces applied to the surface of the seat body can be made different. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles and sagging on the surface of the seat body.

[0008] In this case, the seat body is constructed by covering a cushion material with a skin material, the movable body is provided on the back surface of the cushion material in the center of the seat back in the seat width direction and is movable to protrude the center of the seat back, and the second movable body is provided on the back surface of the cushion material in the side portion of the seat back and is movable to protrude the side portion of the seat back. The above-mentioned configuration can prevent the occurrence of wrinkles and folds in the upholstery material of the seat back, particularly in the boundary portion between the center portion and the side portion of the seat body (the portion corresponding to the upholstery hanging groove).

[0009] In this case, the second movable body has a plurality of bag bodies that expand when a fluid is sealed inside, and the plurality of bag bodies are arranged at different positions in the fore-and-aft direction of the seat, and when the movable body protrudes the central part of the seat body furthest toward the occupant, the plurality of bag bodies are arranged forward of the seat than the seating surface of the central part of the seat body. In addition, it is preferable that the second movable body has a plurality of bag bodies that expand when a fluid is sealed therein, the plurality of bag bodies being arranged at different positions in the front-to-rear direction of the seat, and that a first bag body among the plurality of bag bodies that is located furthest to the front of the seat is configured to have a smallest capacity compared to the other bag bodies. With the above configuration, by inflating a plurality of bags having different positions and sizes, it is possible to adjust the protruding direction and protruding amount of the seat back caused by the second movable body. Furthermore, with the above-described configuration, by adjusting the protruding direction and the protruding amount of the side portion of the seat back, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of wrinkles and folds in the covering material of the seat back.

[0010] In this case, the seat back has a back frame that serves as a skeleton, the back frame having back side frames arranged on the left and right sides in the width direction of the seat and extending in the vertical direction, the second movable body having a base member supported by the back side frames and the multiple bag bodies arranged at a position forward of the base member and supported by the base member, and the multiple bag bodies bulge out to cause the side portions to protrude toward the front of the seat. In addition, it is preferable that the base member be attached to a front surface of the back side frame and extend in the seat width direction along the front surface of the back side frame. With the above-mentioned configuration, the second movable body is suitably supported by the back side frame. As a result, the movable movement of the second movable body (inflating and deploying the plurality of bags) can be stabilized. In addition, since the movable movement of the second movable body is stabilized, it is possible to adjust the seat back cover material so as to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles and sagging.

[0011] In this case, the second movable body has a rotating member that is positioned at a position forward of the base member and is attached so as to be rotatable relative to the base member via a rotation axis, the multiple bag bodies are positioned between the base member and the rotating member, and the rotating member rotates so as to cause the side portion to protrude toward the front of the seat by the multiple bag bodies expanding. By providing the rotating member as described above, the movable action of the second movable body can be further stabilized.

[0012] In this case, a skin hanging groove for hanging an end of the skin material is formed on the surface of the cushion material, the skin hanging groove is provided at a position that divides the central portion and the side portion of the seat back and extends in the vertical direction, and a cushion deformation suppression portion is formed in a portion of the back surface of the cushion material corresponding to the skin hanging groove for suppressing deformation of the cushion around the skin hanging groove. Also, it is preferable that the cushion deformation suppression portion is disposed at a position rearward of the seat relative to a rear end portion of the second movable body. Also, it is preferable that the cushion deformation suppression portion be disposed on the inner side in the seat width direction than an inner end portion in the seat width direction of the second movable body. By providing the cushion deformation suppression portion as described above, deformation of the cushion material in a predetermined portion of the seat back can be suppressed, and the occurrence of wrinkles and sagging in the covering material of the seat back can be suppressed. In particular, it is known that when the second movable body protrudes the side portion of the seat body toward the seat occupant, wrinkles and folds occur significantly in the upholstery material at the boundary between the center and side portions of the seat body (the portion corresponding to the upholstery hanging groove). Therefore, measures can be taken to prevent wrinkles and folds from occurring in the upholstery material at the boundary portion.

[0013] In this case, the movable body is a lumbar support member attached to a lower portion of the seat back for supporting the lower back of the seat occupant, the second movable body is a side support member attached to a side portion of the seat back for supporting the seat occupant from the side, and further includes a shoulder support member attached to an upper portion of the seat back inside the seat back for supporting the shoulders of the seat occupant, the shoulder support member being attached to a skeletal back frame so as to be rotatable in the fore-and-aft direction of the seat via a pivot axis, and the second movable body is positioned on the seat occupant side of the pivot axis of the shoulder support member. With the above configuration, it is possible to operate the second movable body (side support member) and the shoulder support member while suppressing interference between these support members. Effect of the Invention

[0014] According to the present invention, it is possible to realize a vehicle seat that is capable of suppressing the occurrence of wrinkles and folds on the surface of the seat body. Specifically, even when multiple movable bodies are moved simultaneously, the directions and positions of the forces applied to the surface of the sheet body can be made different, thereby preventing wrinkles and folds from occurring on the surface of the sheet body. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the occurrence of wrinkles and folds in the upholstery material of the seat back can be suppressed, particularly at the boundary between the center and side portions of the seat body (parts corresponding to the upholstery hanging grooves). According to the present invention, by inflating a plurality of bags having different positions and sizes, the protruding direction and protruding amount of the seat back caused by the second movable body can be adjusted, and as a result, the occurrence of wrinkles and sagging in the covering material of the seat back can be suppressed. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the movable action of the second movable body (inflation and deployment of the plurality of bags) can be stabilized, and as a result, the occurrence of wrinkles and sagging in the covering material of the seat back can be suppressed. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the movable operation of the second movable body can be further stabilized. Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to suppress deformation of the cushion material in a predetermined portion of the seat back, and to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles or folds in the seat back skin material, particularly in the boundary portion between the center portion and the side portion of the seat body (the portion corresponding to the skin hanging groove). Also, according to the present invention, it is possible to operate the second movable body (side support member) and the shoulder support member while suppressing interference between these support members. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0016] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. This embodiment relates to an invention for a vehicle seat comprising a seat body, a movable body attached inside the seat body and movable to protrude the central portion of the seat body in the seat width direction towards the seat occupant (towards the front of the seat), and a second movable body attached inside the seat body at a position further outboard in the seat width direction than the movable body and movable to protrude a side portion of the seat body towards the seat occupant, the main feature of which is that when the movable body protrudes the central portion of the seat body to the maximum, the end portion of the second movable body opposite the seat occupant side is positioned towards the seat occupant side rather than the seating surface of the central portion of the seat body. In addition, the side of the vehicle seat on which a seat occupant sits relative to the seat back is the front side of the seat.

[0017] As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle seat S of this embodiment is a vehicle seat, and includes a seat body having a seat cushion 1, a seat back 2, and a headrest 3, a movable body 30 (lumbar support member) attached to the inside of the seat back 2 and movable to protrude a central portion 2A of the seat back 2 toward the seat occupant from its normal position, a second movable body 40 (side support member) attached to the inside of the seat body and movable to protrude a side portion 2B of the seat back 2 toward the seat occupant from its normal position, and an actuator 50 (fluid supply device) that operates to move the movable body 30 and the second movable body 40.

[0018] As shown in FIG. 1, the seat cushion 1 is a seating portion that supports a seated person from below, and is configured by placing a cushion material 1a on a cushion frame 10 shown in FIG. 2, which serves as a skeleton, and covering it with a cover material 1b. The seat cushion 1 is composed of a central portion 1A located in the center in the seat width direction, and left and right side portions 1B (side bolster portions) located outside the central portion 1A in the seat width direction. The cushion material 1a is a pad member made of urethane foam or the like. On the surface of the cushion material 1a, left and right skin hanging grooves 1aa are formed which extend in the front-rear direction of the seat so as to separate the central portion 1A from the left and right side portions 1B.

[0019] As shown in FIG. 1, the seat back 2 is a backrest portion that supports the back of a seated occupant from behind, and is configured by placing a cushion material 2a on a back frame 20 shown in FIG. 2, which serves as the skeleton, and covering it with a skin material 2b. The seat back 2 is composed of a central portion 2A located in the center in the seat width direction, and left and right side portions 2B (side bolster portions) located outside the central portion 2A in the seat width direction. On the surface of the cushion material 2a, left and right skin hanging grooves 2aa are formed which extend in the vertical direction so as to separate the central portion 2A from the left and right side portions 2B.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 1, the headrest 3 is a head portion that supports the head of an occupant from behind, and is configured by placing a cushion material 3a on a pillar 3c that serves as a core material and covering it with a skin material 3b. In addition, a pillar mounting member 26 for mounting a pillar 3c that supports the main body of the headrest 3 is attached to the upper portion of the back frame 20.

[0021] As shown in FIG. 2, the cushion frame 10 is a substantially rectangular frame-like body and is mainly composed of cushion side frames 11 arranged on the left and right sides, a plate-shaped pan frame 12 (mounting frame) mounted on the front end portion of each cushion side frame 11, a rear connecting frame 13 connecting the rear portions of each cushion side frame 11, and a number of elastic springs 14 (elastic support members) hooked onto the pan frame 12 and the rear connecting frame 13 and extending in a snake-like shape in the fore-and-aft direction of the seat.

[0022] The cushion side frame 11 is a plate-shaped frame that is long in the front-rear direction of the seat. A reclining device 4 is attached to the rear portion of the cushion side frame 11, and a rail device 6 is attached to its lower portion via a height link device 5.

[0023] As shown in Figures 2 and 3, the back frame 20 is a roughly rectangular frame-like body and is mainly composed of back side frames 21 arranged on the left and right sides, an inverted U-shaped upper frame 22 connecting the upper end portions of each back side frame 21, a plate-shaped lower frame 23 connecting the lower end portions of each back side frame 21, a plurality of wire members 24 (elastic wires) that are hooked onto each back side frame 21 and extend in a snake-like shape in the seat width direction, and a support plate 25 that is held by the plurality of wire members 24 and supports the seated occupant. The back frame 20 is attached to the center portion of the upper frame 22 in the seat width direction, and further includes a pillar attachment member 26 for attaching the pillar 3c of the headrest 3.

[0024] The back side frame 21 is a sheet metal member that extends in the vertical direction and has a generally C-shaped cross section. In the above configuration, the back frame 20 is capable of rotating relative to the cushion frame 10.

[0025] In the above configuration, a movable body 30 is attached to the front surface of the lower portion of the support plate 25, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, left and right second movable bodies 40 are attached to the front surfaces of the lower portions of the left and right back side frames 21.

[0026] As shown in Figures 2-5A and B, the movable body 30 has a bag (air cell) that expands when a fluid is sealed inside, and expands toward the occupant (protruding from the normal position to the protruding position) when compressed air is sealed inside as the fluid, and contracts (returns to the normal position) when the sealed compressed air is released. Specifically, the movable body 30 is a lumbar support member that supports the lower back of a seated occupant, and is disposed between the cushion material 2a and the support plate 25 in the central portion 2A of the lower portion of the seat back 2. The movable body 30 is a member that moves to project the central portion 2A (cushion material 2a) toward the seated occupant. The movable body 30 is attached to the front surface of the support plate 25 in a folded state.

[0027] The movable body 30 has an approximately rectangular shape that is elongated in the sheet width direction, and is mainly composed of a base member 31 (base plate) supported by the support plate 25, and a bag body 32 supported on the front surface of the base member 31. The bag body 32 can expand toward the front side of the seat when compressed air is enclosed in the folded state.

[0028] As shown in Figures 2-4, the second movable body 40 has a bag body (air cell) that expands toward the occupant when compressed air is enclosed therein (protruding from the normal position to the protruding position) and contracts (returns to the normal position) when the enclosed compressed air is released. Specifically, the second movable body 40 is a side support member that supports the seated occupant from the side, and is disposed between the cushion material 2a and the back side frame 21 in the side portion 2B in the lower portion of the seat back 2. The second movable body 40 is a movable member that causes the side portion 2B (cushion material 2a) to protrude toward the seated occupant (toward the front of the seat and inward in the seat width direction). The second movable body 40 is attached to the front surface of the back side frame 21 in a folded state.

[0029] The second movable body 40 has an approximately pentagonal shape that is elongated in the vertical direction, and is mainly composed of a base member 41 supported by the back side frame 21, a rotating member 43 that is positioned further forward in the seat than the base member 41 and is attached so as to be rotatable relative to the base member 41 via a rotating shaft 42, and a plurality of bag bodies 44 that are positioned between the base member 41 and the rotating member 43 and supported on the front surface of the base member 41.

[0030] The base member 41 is attached to the front surface of the back side frame 21 and extends so as to protrude in the seat width direction along the front surface of the back side frame. The pivot shaft 42 is attached to the inner end portion in the seat width direction of the front surface of the base member 41 . The rotating member 43 is attached to the base member 41 so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction of the seat, and can protrude (push out) the side portion 2B of the seat back 2 toward the front side of the seat by rotating toward the front of the seat. The rotating member 43 is a plate body having a curved shape that is slightly curved toward the front of the seat, which makes the contact area between the rotating member 43 and the cushion material 2a somewhat smaller, so that the pushing force of the rotating member 43 is efficiently transmitted to the cushion material 2a. When the seat back 2 is in the normal position, the rotating member 43 is disposed at a position shifted toward the base member 41. The rotating member 43 may be biased toward the base member 41 by a biasing spring (biasing member) (not shown).

[0031] The plurality of bags 44 are supported by the base member 41, and when compressed air is enclosed therein, the bags 44 expand toward the front side of the seat, and can push the rotating member 43 toward the front of the seat. In other words, the rotating member 43 can be rotated toward the front of the seat.

[0032] The plurality of bags 44 are arranged at different positions in the seat front-rear direction and the seat width direction, and are configured to have different sizes. More specifically, the plurality of bag bodies 44 is composed of three bag bodies, and among the plurality of bag bodies 44, the first bag body 44a located at the frontmost side of the seat is configured to have the smallest capacity compared to the other bag bodies. The second bag body 44b is configured to have the largest capacity, and the third bag body 44c is configured to have a medium capacity. With the above-described configuration, by inflating a plurality of bags 44 having different positions and sizes, it is possible to adjust the protruding direction and protruding amount of the seat back 2 (side portion 2B). In addition, by adjusting the protruding direction and the protruding amount of the side portion 2B of the seat back 2, the occurrence of wrinkles and folds in the covering material 2b of the seat back 2 can be suppressed.

[0033] As shown in Figs. 2 and 4, the actuator 50 is attached inside the seat body, and is a fluid supply device for supplying compressed air to the movable body 30 (bag body 32) and the second movable body 40 (bag body 44). The operating device 50 is mainly composed of an air control unit 51 attached to the outer surface of the back side frame 21, an air pump 52 attached to the back surface of the cushion frame 10 (pan frame 12) for supplying (air supply) and discharging (exhaust) compressed air, and an air piping 53 connecting the air pump 52 and the movable body 30 (second movable body 40).

[0034] The air control unit 51 receives a predetermined control signal, for example, by accepting a selection of a predetermined user operation by the seat occupant, and controls the air pump 52 to supply compressed air to the bag bodies 32, 44 and to exhaust the compressed air from the bag bodies 32, 44. This makes it possible to adjust the range of motion of the movable body 30 and the second movable body 40 according to the physique of the seated occupant.

[0035] In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 3, when the movable body 30 protrudes the central portion 2A of the seat back 2 to the maximum extent toward the front of the seat, the rear end portion of the second movable body 40 is positioned toward the front of the seat further than the seating surface of the central portion 2A of the seat back 2. In other words, the plurality of bags 44 are disposed on the seat front side of the seating surface of the central portion 2A of the seat back 2. Therefore, the occurrence of wrinkles or folds in the covering material 2b of the seat back 2 can be suppressed. More specifically, the movable body 30 and the second movable body 40 are disposed at different positions in the seat width direction and at different positions in the seat front-rear direction. As a result, even if these movable bodies 30 and 40 move simultaneously, the directions and positions of the forces applied to the upholstery material 2b of the seat back 2 can be made different. Therefore, the occurrence of wrinkles and sagging in the upholstery material 2b of the seat back 2 can be suppressed.

[0036] Next, the operation of the second movable body 40 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 5A and 5B. The second movable body 40 is capable of moving (expanding) to move the side portion 2B of the seat back 2 from the "normal position" shown in FIG. 5A to the "protruding position" shown in FIG. 5B.

[0037] FIG. 5A is a cross-sectional view of the seat back 2, showing a state in which the side portion 2B of the seat back 2 is in the "normal position." The second movable body 40 is disposed between the back frame 20 and the covering material 2b in the seat front-rear direction. Specifically, the second movable body 40 is attached to the front surface of the back side frame 21, and is disposed on the rear surface of the cushion material 2a.

[0038] FIG. 5B is a diagram showing a state in which the second movable body 40 (the rotating member 43) protrudes toward the front of the seat and the side portion 2B of the seat back 2 moves from the "normal position" to the "protruding position." Specifically, when compressed air is supplied from the actuator 50, the folded bag body 44 expands and unfolds toward the front of the seat, pushing the rotating member 43 toward the front of the seat, and the side portion 2B moves toward the front of the seat. As a result, the side portion 2B moves to the "protruding position." When the operating device 50 discharges the compressed air from inside the bag body 44, the inflated bag body 44 contracts and the side portion 2B moves downward toward the rear of the seat. As a result, the side portion of the seat back 2 returns from the "protruding position" to the "normal position."

[0039] In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 5B, the second movable body 40 (the bag body 44) is configured so that the side portion 2B of the seat back 2 protrudes forward of the seat and inward in the seat width direction. This can improve the seating feeling for the seat occupant.

[0040] <Modifications 1 and 2 of the second movable body> Next, first and second modified examples of the "second movable body" will be described with reference to Figs. It should be noted that explanations of the contents that overlap with those of the vehicle seat S described above will be omitted.

[0041] The second movable body 40 of the first modification is composed of a base member 41 supported by the back side frame 21 and a plurality of bags 44 supported on the front surface of the base member 41. The plurality of bags 44 are supported by the base member 41, and when compressed air is enclosed in the bags 44, they can expand toward the front side of the seat from a folded state. The plurality of bags 44 are attached to the base member 41 by attachment members 45 provided on the inner end portion in the seat width direction of the front surface of the base member 41.

[0042] FIG. 6 is a diagram showing a state in which the second movable body 40 (the bag body 44) protrudes toward the front of the seat and the side portion 2B of the seat back 2 moves from the "normal position" to the "protruding position." Specifically, when compressed air is supplied from the actuator 50, the folded bag body 44 inflates and deploys in front of the seat, directly pushing the side portion 2B in front of the seat. As a result, the side portion 2B of the seat back 2 moves to the "protruding position."

[0043] In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 6, a cushion deformation suppressing portion 46 for suppressing deformation of the cushion material 2a around the skin hanging groove 2aa is attached to a portion of the back surface of the cushion material 2a corresponding to the skin hanging groove 2aa. Strictly speaking, the "periphery of the skin hanging groove 2aa" refers to a position on the outer side of the skin hanging groove 2aa in the sheet width direction. The cushion deformation suppression portion 46 is a resin plate attached to the rear surface of the cushion material 2a, and is positioned rearward of the rear end portion of the second movable body 40 and further inward in the seat width direction than the inner end portion of the second movable body 40 in the seat width direction. This can prevent wrinkles and furrows from occurring in the skin material 2b of the seat back 2. In particular, this can prevent wrinkles and furrows from occurring in the skin material 2b at the boundary between the center portion 2A and the side portion 2B of the seat back 2 (the portion corresponding to the skin hanging groove 2aa). The cushion deformation suppressing portion 46 may be a cloth-like member such as a nonwoven fabric instead of a resin plate.

[0044] The second movable body 40 of the second variant example is composed of a base member 41, a rotating member 43 attached to the base member 41 so as to be rotatable via a rotating shaft 42, and a bag body 44 disposed between the base member 41 and the rotating member 43 and supported on the front surface of the base member 41. FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a state in which the second movable body 40 (the bag body 44) protrudes toward the front of the seat and the side portion 2B of the seat back 2 moves from the "normal position" to the "protruding position."

[0045] In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 7, a cushion deformation suppressing portion 46 for suppressing deformation of the cushion material 2a around the skin hanging groove 2aa is attached to a portion of the back surface of the cushion material 2a corresponding to the skin hanging groove 2aa. The cushion deformation suppression portion 46 is a thick cushion portion provided on the back surface of the cushion material 2a, and is positioned rearward of the seat from the second movable body 40 and further inward in the seat width direction than the second movable body 40. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of wrinkles or sagging of the upholstery material 2b at the boundary portion (the portion corresponding to the upholstery hanging groove 2aa) between the central portion 2A and the side portion 2B of the seat back 2. The cushion deformation suppressing portion 46 may be formed as a portion having high hardness (cushion high hardness portion) instead of the cushion thick portion.

[0046] <Second embodiment of vehicle seat> Next, a vehicle seat S2 according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. It should be noted that explanations of the contents that overlap with those of the vehicle seat S described above will be omitted. The vehicle seat S2 comprises a seat body, a movable body 130 (lumbar support member), a second movable body 140 (side support member), an actuation device 150 (fluid supply device), a third movable body 160 (shoulder support member) that moves to protrude the upper portion of the seat back 2 toward the occupant from its normal position, and a drive device 170 that drives the third movable body 160.

[0047] The third movable body 160 is a shoulder support member for supporting the shoulders of a seated occupant. Specifically, the third movable body 160 comprises a movable main body part 161 arranged in the upper portion of the back frame 120, and a rotating shaft 162 that connects the movable main body part 161 and the back frame 120 and is attached to the back frame 120 so as to be rotatable together with the movable main body part 161. The driving device 170 is an actuator that is fixed to the rear surface of the back side frame 121 and drives the rotating shaft 162 to rotate. With the above-described configuration, by driving the driving device 170, the third movable body 160 can be rotated relative to the back frame 120 in the front-rear direction of the seat.

[0048] In the above configuration, as shown in FIG. 9, second movable body 140 is disposed on the seat front side relative to third movable body 160. In other words, the second movable body 140 is disposed on the seat front side relative to the rotation shaft 162 of the third movable body 160 . Therefore, it is possible to stably operate the second movable body 140 (side support member) and the third movable body 160 (shoulder support member) while suppressing interference between these support members 140, 160.

[0049] <Other embodiments> In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, the movable bodies 30, 40 are attached to the seat back 2, but are not particularly limited thereto, and may be attached to the seat cushion 1.

[0050] In the above embodiment, as shown in Figs. 5A and 5B, the movable bodies 30 and 40 are configured as bags (air cells) and the actuator 50 is configured as a fluid supply device, but this is not particularly limited and can be modified. For example, the "movable body" and the "actuating device" may be configured by mechanical mechanisms. Specifically, the "movable member" may be configured to be movable by a link mechanism, a hinge mechanism, or the like, and the "actuating device" may be configured by a motor-type or hydraulic drive device, or the like.

[0051] In the above embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, the movable bodies 30 and 40 are disposed on the back surface side of the cushion material 2a, but this is not particularly limited and they may be disposed on the front surface side of the cushion material 2a.

[0052] In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5B, the second movable body 40 causes the side portion 2B of the seat back 2 to protrude toward the front of the seat and inward in the seat width direction, but this is not particularly limited, and the second movable body 40 may protrude only toward the front of the seat, or may protrude only inward in the seat width direction.

[0053] In the above embodiment, a vehicle seat used in an automobile has been described as a specific example, however, without being limited thereto, the present invention can be used for various seats such as two-wheeler seats, vehicle seats for trains and buses, seats for vehicles such as airplanes and ships, as well as office chairs for work, wheelchairs, and child seats in shopping carts.

[0054] In this embodiment, the vehicle seat according to the present invention has been mainly described. However, the above embodiment is merely an example for facilitating understanding of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention can be modified or improved without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the present invention naturally includes equivalents thereof.
