Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle seat, and more particularly to a seat cover suspending structure. [Background technology]

[0002] The following Patent Document 1 discloses a trim cord (hanging cloth) that is fixed to a fixed wire within a hanging groove of a pad member when hanging a cover member of a vehicle seat. The hanging cloth is made of nonwoven fabric, and a slightly expanded tip portion is fixed to the fixed wire by a hog ring. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2016-112179 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] In the above prior art, the tip of the hanging cloth is somewhat expanded for reinforcement, but in some cases, a hard material such as a plastic plate is fixed to the tip of the hanging cloth for reinforcement. In addition, a heater may be provided in the pad member, and if the hard material comes into contact with the heater, the heater may break. For this reason, for example, the length of the hard material is set shorter than the length of the hanging cloth so that the hard material does not overlap with the heater. However, if the hard material is shortened, the hanging range of the hanging cloth becomes narrow, and the hanging of the end of the hanging cloth becomes unstable, which causes wrinkles to occur in the skin.

[0005] The present invention takes into consideration the above-mentioned facts and aims to provide an upholstery hanging structure and a vehicle seat that can suppress the occurrence of wrinkles in the upholstery even when the hard material fixed to the tip side of the hanging cloth is shorter than the hanging cloth. [Means for solving the problem]

[0006] The first embodiment of the hanging structure of an upholstery comprises: a padding material constituting a cushioning material of a vehicle seat, the padding material having a hanging groove formed therein and a wire embedded in the bottom of the hanging groove; an upholstery having a long hanging portion that covers the padding material and is placed within the hanging groove; a long hanging cloth that is fixed to the hanging portion and locked to the wire by a locking device; a first hard material that is made of a material harder than the hanging cloth and is shorter in the longitudinal direction of the hanging cloth than the hanging cloth and is fixed to the hanging cloth at the tip side of the hanging cloth; and a second hard material that is made of a material harder than the hanging cloth and is equal to or longer than the first hard material and is fixed to the hanging cloth at a base end side of the hanging cloth than the first hard material.

[0007] According to the first aspect of the hanging structure of the upholstery, the padding constituting the cushioning material of the vehicle seat has a hanging groove formed therein and a wire embedded in the bottom of the hanging groove. The upholstery covered with the padding has a long hanging part disposed in the hanging groove. The hanging cloth fixed to the hanging part is locked to the wire by a locking device. A first hard material formed of a material harder than the hanging cloth and shorter than the hanging cloth in the longitudinal direction of the hanging cloth is fixed to the hanging cloth at the tip side of the hanging cloth. In addition, a second hard material formed of a material harder than the hanging cloth and having a length equal to or longer than the first hard material is fixed to the hanging cloth at the base end side of the hanging cloth than the first hard material. As a result, even if the first hard material fixed to the tip side of the hanging cloth is shorter than the hanging cloth, the hanging cloth is reinforced by the second hard material of a length equal to or greater than that of the first hard material, making it possible to prevent wrinkles from occurring on the surface.

[0008] The second aspect of the skin suspending structure is the same as the first aspect, in which the second hard material is fixed to the suspending cloth on the base end side of the suspending cloth relative to the fastener.

[0009] According to the second embodiment of the skin hanging structure, the second hard material, which is longer than the first hard material, is fixed to the hanging cloth on the base end side (i.e., the skin side) of the hanging cloth relative to the fastener. This allows the hanging cloth to be reinforced by the second hard material near the skin, making it possible to effectively prevent wrinkles from occurring in the skin.

[0010] A third embodiment of the hanging structure for the skin is the same as the second embodiment, in which the second hard material is fixed to a fixing portion of the hanging cloth that is connected to the hanging portion.

[0011] According to the third embodiment of the hanging structure of the skin, the second hard material, which is longer than the first hard material, is fixed to the fixing portion of the hanging cloth that is connected to the hanging portion of the skin. This allows the hanging cloth to be reinforced by the second hard material closer to the skin, making it possible to more effectively prevent wrinkles from occurring in the skin.

[0012] The skin hanging structure of the fourth aspect is any one of the first to third aspects, in which electrical components are arranged on the padding material at a location that does not overlap the first hard material in the thickness direction of the padding material and that overlaps the second hard material in the thickness direction.

[0013] According to the fourth aspect of the skin hanging structure, an electrical component is disposed on the padding. The electrical component is disposed at a location that does not overlap the first hard material fixed to the tip end side of the hanging cloth in the thickness direction of the padding, and overlaps the second hard material fixed to the hanging cloth on the base end side of the hanging cloth relative to the first hard material in the thickness direction of the padding. This prevents the first hard material and the second hard material from coming into contact with the electrical component, thereby preventing disconnection of the electrical component due to such contact.

[0014] The vehicle seat of the fifth aspect comprises a seat cushion on which an occupant sits and a seat back that supports the back of the occupant, and at least one of the seat cushion and the seat back has a hanging structure of any one of the first to fourth aspects.

[0015] In the vehicle seat of the fifth aspect, the back of an occupant seated on the seat cushion is supported by the seat back. The suspending structure of at least one of the seat cushion and the seat back is any one of the first to fourth aspects, so that the above-mentioned effects can be obtained. Effect of the Invention

[0016] As described above, according to the present invention, even if the hard material fixed to the tip side of the nonwoven fabric slit is shorter than the nonwoven fabric slit, the occurrence of wrinkles in the skin can be suppressed. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 7] 7 is a cross-sectional view showing a cut surface along the line F7-F7 in FIG. 6. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0018] <First embodiment> Hereinafter, a vehicle seat 10 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 5. In each drawing, some reference numerals may be omitted in order to make the drawings easier to see. Arrows FR, LH, and UP, which are appropriately written in each drawing, respectively indicate the front, left, and top of the vehicle seat 10. Hereinafter, when the front-rear, left-right, top-bottom directions are simply used in the description, they will indicate directions relative to the vehicle seat 10.

[0019] As shown in Fig. 1, a vehicle seat 10 according to this embodiment is, for example, a front seat of a vehicle, and includes a seat cushion 12 on which an occupant sits, a seat back 14 that supports the back of the occupant, and a headrest 16 that supports the head of the occupant. The seat cushion 12 is connected to a floor portion (not shown) of the vehicle via a well-known slide mechanism 18. A lower end portion of the seat back 14 is connected to a rear end portion of the seat cushion 12 via a well-known reclining mechanism 20. The headrest 16 is connected to an upper end portion of the seat back 14 so that its vertical position can be adjusted.

[0020] The seat cushion 12 includes a cushion frame (not shown), a cushion pad 22 (see FIG. 2) which is a padding material supported by the cushion frame, a cushion skin 26 (see FIG. 1, FIG. 4 and FIG. 5) which is a skin covering the cushion pad 22, and a seat heater 36 arranged between the cushion pad 22 and the cushion skin 26.

[0021] The cushion frame is formed by joining, for example, press-formed metal plates or metal pipes, and constitutes the skeleton of the seat cushion 12. The cushion pad 22 is formed by, for example, a foam such as urethane foam, and constitutes the cushioning material of the seat cushion 12. The cushion skin 26 is formed into a bag shape by sewing together a plurality of skin pieces made of, for example, cloth, leather, synthetic leather, etc., and is placed over the cushion pad 22 from above. The seat heater 36 is formed into a film shape by laminating a wire-, sheet-, or film-shaped heater main body that can generate heat when current is applied. This seat heater 36 corresponds to the "electrical component" in this invention.

[0022] 2, the cushion pad 22 has a main portion 22M that supports the buttocks and thighs of an occupant from below, and left and right side support portions 22S that support the buttocks and thighs of an occupant from the sides. Two hanging grooves 24, one in the front and one in the back that extend in the left-right direction, are formed in the main portion 22M, and these two hanging grooves 24 divide the main portion 22M into a front portion 22MF, a front-rear intermediate portion 22MS, and a rear portion 22MR.

[0023] The seat heater 36 includes a front heater 36F disposed on the upper surface of the front portion 22MF, a middle heater 36S disposed on the upper surface of the middle portion in the front-rear direction, and a rear heater 36R disposed on the upper surface of the rear portion 22MR. The front heater 36F and the middle heater 36S are connected by a pair of left and right connecting parts 36C. Similarly, the middle heater 36S and the rear heater 36R are connected by a pair of left and right connecting parts 36C. The left and right connecting parts 36C are provided at both left and right ends of the seat heater 36, are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction, and are bent in a U-shape when viewed from the left and right direction. The left and right connecting parts 36C connecting the front heater 36F and the middle heater 36S are disposed in the front hanging groove 24, and the left and right connecting parts 36C connecting the middle heater 36S and the rear heater 36R are disposed in the rear hanging groove 24.

[0024] 4 and 5, a hanging portion 26A of the cushion cover 26 is disposed in the rear hanging groove 24. In the hanging portion 26A, two cover pieces 28, 30 constituting a part of the cushion cover 26 are sewn at a sewing portion 32. In the hanging portion 26A, the seam of the cover piece 28 and the seam of the cover piece 30 are folded downward and overlapped in the front-rear direction. The hanging portion 26A is formed long in the left-right direction.

[0025] A nonwoven fabric slit 38, which is a hanging cloth, is fixed to the hanging portion 26A. The nonwoven fabric slit 38 is made of nonwoven fabric and has a long strip shape with the left-right direction as the longitudinal direction, the up-down direction as the width direction, and the front-rear direction as the thickness direction. The longitudinal dimension of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 is set to be slightly shorter than the longitudinal dimension of the hanging portion 26A. The material of the hanging cloth is not limited to nonwoven fabric, and may be any cloth-like material.

[0026] The upper end (one end in the width direction; base end) of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 is sewn together with the hanging portion 26A at the sewing portion 32 described above. A plurality of (three in this example) insertion holes 40 are formed in the vertical middle portion of the nonwoven fabric slit 38. The plurality of insertion holes 40 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction. A hog ring 42, which is a locking device, is inserted into each insertion hole 40. Each hog ring 42 is wound around an insert wire 44 embedded in the bottom of the hanging groove 24. As a result, the nonwoven fabric slit 38 is locked to the insert wire 44 via the plurality of hog rings 42. The insert wire 44 corresponds to the "wire" in the present invention, and is embedded in the cushion pad 22 by, for example, integral foam molding. The locking device is not limited to the hog ring 42, and may be, for example, a resin clip.

[0027] A first hard material 46 is fixed to the lower end (the other end in the width direction; the tip) of the nonwoven fabric slit 38. The first hard material 46 is made of a material (e.g., a resin material) harder than the nonwoven fabric slit 38 and has an elongated shape with the left-right direction as the longitudinal direction. The first hard material 46 is fixed to the nonwoven fabric slit 38 by means of, for example, sewing, bonding, or the like. The first hard material 46 is disposed on the tip side (here, the lower end side) of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 relative to the multiple insertion holes 40. The first hard material 46 is formed shorter in the left-right direction than the nonwoven fabric slit 38 and is provided on the left-right central side of the nonwoven fabric slit 38. The first hard material 46 is not provided at both left-right ends of the nonwoven fabric slit 38.

[0028] A second hard material 48 is fixed to the nonwoven fabric slit 38 on the base end side (here, the upper end side) of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 relative to the first hard material 46. The second hard material 48 is made of a material (e.g., a resin material) harder than the nonwoven fabric slit 38 and has an elongated shape with the left-right direction as the longitudinal direction. The second hard material 48 is sewn together with the hanging portion 26A and the nonwoven fabric slit 38 in a sewing portion 34 different from the sewing portion 32 described above. In other words, the second hard material 48 is fixed to a fixing portion with the hanging portion 26A in the nonwoven fabric slit 38. This sewing portion 34 is disposed slightly lower than the sewing portion 32 described above (the tip end side of the nonwoven fabric slit 38).

[0029] The second hard material 48 is disposed closer to the base end side (here, the upper end side) of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 than the multiple insertion holes 40. The second hard material 48 is formed slightly shorter in the left-right direction than the nonwoven fabric slit 38, and is formed to have the same length as the first hard material 46 (here, longer in the left-right direction than the first hard material 46). As shown in FIG. 4, the cushion pad 22 has a connection portion 36C of the seat heater 36, which is an electrical component, disposed at a location that does not overlap the first hard material 46 in the thickness direction (here, the vertical direction) of the cushion pad 22 and overlaps the second hard material 48 in the thickness direction. The cushion pad 22, the cushion skin 26, the nonwoven fabric slit 38, the first hard material 46, and the second hard material 48 constitute the "skin hanging structure" of the present invention. Although not shown, the same skin hanging structure as described above is also adopted in the hanging groove 24 on the front side of the cushion pad 22.

[0030] According to the vehicle seat 10 configured as described above, the cushion pad 22 constituting the cushion material of the seat cushion 12 has a hanging groove 24 formed therein, and an insert wire 44 is embedded in the bottom of the hanging groove 24. The cushion cover 26 covering the cushion pad 22 has a long hanging portion 26A disposed in the hanging groove 24. The nonwoven fabric slit 38 fixed to the hanging portion 26A has insertion holes 40 through which a plurality of hog rings 42 are inserted, and is engaged with the insert wire 44 by these hog rings 42.

[0031] The first hard material 46, which is made of a material harder than the nonwoven fabric slit 38 and is shorter in the left-right direction than the nonwoven fabric slit 38, is fixed to the nonwoven fabric slit 38 at the tip side of the nonwoven fabric slit 38. The second hard material 48, which is made of a material harder than the nonwoven fabric slit 38 and has a length equal to or greater than that of the first hard material 46, is fixed to the nonwoven fabric slit 38 at the base end side of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 than the first hard material 46. As a result, even if the first hard material 46 fixed to the tip side of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 is shorter than the nonwoven fabric slit 38, the nonwoven fabric slit 38 is reinforced by the second hard material 48, which has a length equal to or greater than that of the first hard material 46, so that it is possible to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles in the cushion cover 26 at the left-right end side of the hanging portion 26A.

[0032] In this embodiment, the second hard material 48, which is longer than the first hard material 46, is fixed to the nonwoven fabric slit 38 on the base end side of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 (i.e., the cushion skin 26 side) relative to the hog ring 42. This allows the nonwoven fabric slit 38 to be reinforced by the second hard material 48 near the cushion skin 26, making it possible to effectively prevent wrinkles from occurring in the cushion skin 26.

[0033] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the second hard material 48, which is longer than the first hard material 46, is fixed to a fixing portion of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 with the hanging portion 26A of the cushion skin 26. As a result, the nonwoven fabric slit 38 is reinforced by the second hard material 48 closer to the cushion skin 26, so that the occurrence of wrinkles in the cushion skin 26 can be more effectively suppressed.

[0034] In this embodiment, the connection portion 36C of the seat heater 36 disposed on the upper surface of the cushion pad 22 is disposed at a location that does not overlap in the thickness direction of the cushion pad 22 with the first hard material 46 fixed to the tip side of the nonwoven fabric slit 38, and overlaps in the thickness direction of the cushion pad 22 with the second hard material 48 fixed to the nonwoven fabric slit 38 closer to the base end side of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 than the first hard material 46. This prevents the first hard material 46 and the second hard material 48 from contacting the connection portion 36C of the seat heater 36, thereby preventing disconnection of the seat heater 36 due to such contact.

[0035] <Second embodiment> Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. Note that the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment are given to the configurations and operations that are basically the same as those in the first embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted.

[0036] Fig. 6 shows a part of the seat cushion of the vehicle seat according to the second embodiment in a cross-sectional view corresponding to Fig. 4. Fig. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of a cut surface along the line F7-F7 in Fig. 6. In this embodiment, the second hard material 48 is not fixed to the fixing portion between the hanging portion 26A of the cushion cover 26 and the nonwoven fabric slit 38, and the second hard material 48 is fixed on the tip side of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 from the hanging portion 26A. The second hard material 48 is disposed on the base end side of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 from the multiple insertion holes 40 of the nonwoven fabric slit 38.

[0037] In this embodiment, the configuration other than the above is the same as in the first embodiment. In this embodiment, the nonwoven fabric slit 38 is reinforced by the second hard material 48 that is longer than the first hard material 46, so that it is possible to suppress the occurrence of wrinkles in the cushion cover 26 at the left and right ends of the hanging portion 26A.

[0038] In each of the above embodiments, the second hard material 48 is arranged closer to the base end of the nonwoven fabric slit 38 (hanging cloth) than the hog ring 42 (fastening device), but this is not limited thereto, and the second hard material 48 may be arranged in an area where it overlaps the fastening device in the thickness direction of the hanging cloth.

[0039] In addition, in each of the above embodiments, the "hanging structure of the upholstery" according to the present invention is applied to the seat cushion 12, but this is not limiting, and the "hanging structure of the upholstery" according to the present invention may be applied to the seat back 14.

[0040] In addition, the present invention can be practiced with various modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Furthermore, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. [Explanation of symbols]
