Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a lure tangle prevention cap that covers a lure, split ring, etc., to prevent the hook attached mainly to the rear end of the lure from getting tangled in the main fishing line connected to the reel, causing the lure to turn upside down (this situation is sometimes called "shrimping" in fishing terms). The present invention also relates to a lure tangle prevention cap that covers a lure, split ring, etc., to prevent the fishing line from getting tangled in the hook attached to the front of the lure. A split ring is a metal ring used to connect a line or hook to a lure. The ring has a split that can be opened temporarily to allow the insertion of another ring or other circular object. [Background technology]
[0002] Lures include metal jigs made from materials such as lead and tungsten, designed to increase casting distance and dive quickly. There have been many inventions and ideas to prevent the hook attached to the rear end of the lure from getting tangled in the main fishing line, causing the lure to turn upside down.
[0003] The invention of Patent Document 1 has a hook attachment part for connecting a fishing hook to a lure, and the hook attachment part has a through hole, which is an attachment hole, through which a split ring is inserted. The split ring hits the inside surface of the attachment hole, limiting the swing range of the split ring when rotating around the penetration direction. This is to make the lure itself less likely to get tangled with the fishing line, and is expensive, unlike the present invention, which uses a general lure that is less likely to get tangled with the fishing line.
[0004] The invention of Patent Document 2 is a device that prevents fishing line from getting tangled around a fishing hook, and has a protrusion on the underside of the frame and a through hole through which the hook can be connected. This also differs from the present invention in that it is not used by putting a cap on a general lure.
[0005] The invention of Patent Document 3 is a hook for lures that prevents the hook from getting tangled in the fishing line during lure fishing, and is arranged so that an elastic material extends from the base of the hook toward the bottom of the hook tip, and that the elastic material is positioned closer to the pocket than the tip of the hook under normal conditions, so that the tip protrudes. This also differs from the present invention in that it is not used by putting a cap on a general lure.
[0006] The invention of Patent Document 4, like the inventions in the above documents, is an invention of the lure itself, and is not an invention of a cap that is placed on a general lure.
[0007] The invention of Patent Document 5 is similar to the inventions of the above documents.
[0008] The invention in Patent Document 6 has an artificial tail fin integrally molded into the skirt that is placed over the lure, but this is intended to increase catches, and is not like the present invention, which has an artificial tail fin integrally molded into the tangle prevention cap to prevent the fishing line from getting tangled in the rear hook, so the technical configuration and the effect of the invention are completely different.
[0009] The above-mentioned prior art documents all have significantly different technical configurations, utility values, and application effects from the present invention. The same is true for the attachment of the worm to the tangle prevention cap. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0010] [Patent Document 1] Patent 7161804 [Patent Document 2] Patent Publication No. 2002-176883 [Patent Document 3] Patent Publication No. 2002-017206 [Patent Document 4] Patent Publication No. 2022-121310 [Patent Document 5] Patent Publication No. 2007-330183 [Patent Document 6] Utility model registration number 3242507 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0011] Generally, an eye attached to the rear end of a lure (hereinafter referred to as a rear eye) and a hook attached to the rear of the lure (hereinafter referred to as a rear hook) are connected via one or more split rings or other devices. Generally, the rear hook has a connecting ring formed thereon and is connected to the split ring. Another device, such as a double-axis rotating device for attracting fish, may be connected between the split rings. The double-axis rotating device may be called a swivel or a rolling swivel in the fishing equipment field.
[0012] In the above-mentioned state, when fishing, the lure moves irregularly, and the lightweight rear hook also moves irregularly, and the range of movement becomes wider, which may cause the main fishing line to get tangled in the rear hook. As a result, it is known that the lure becomes upside down relative to the main fishing line, and if that happens, no fish will be caught. This tangle is more likely to occur if the rear hook moves too freely relative to the lure. In addition to the fishing line getting tangled in the rear hook, the fishing line may also get tangled in the front hook of the lure (hereinafter referred to as the front hook). Hereinafter, the rear hook and front hook will be collectively referred to as the rear hook, etc.
[0013] Therefore, in order to prevent the main fishing line from becoming tangled, it is effective to restrict the free movement of the hook, etc. to a certain extent while maintaining the fishing function, and to reduce the range of movement of the hook, etc. in relation to the lure. This reduces the chance of the main line getting tangled on a hook or the like, which is the basic problem to be solved by the present invention.
[0014] In that case, we would like to be able to attach a device (tangle prevention cap) that prevents fishing line from getting tangled on the rear hook, etc., to lures that we own without having to purchase additional expensive lures. Furthermore, we would like to make the device removable, so that it can be used for a variety of purposes, such as being able to be removed from the lure to which it is attached and attached to another lure. Also, lures do not come in the same size, but come in a variety of sizes, so it would be good to have something that can be attached to lures of different sizes to a certain extent. Also, since it will often be used at sea, I wanted the device to be weather-resistant and durable.
[0015] Furthermore, it is desirable for the cap to have both the function of being easy to put on and the function of not coming off easily while fishing. If it is difficult to put on, there is a risk of the cap being damaged when putting it on, and also, while fishing, the cap is likely to come off easily due to the action of water pressure, water current, and during movements such as jerking, so it is desirable to make it difficult to come off. To make the cap more versatile, it is necessary to prevent damage and make it easy to remove without applying excessive force.
[0016] Furthermore, in order to improve the tangle prevention function and also to improve the fishing result, it is desirable to integrally attach an artificial tail fin and a worm to the cap.
[0017] By designing the anti-tangle cap in a special shape, we wanted to make it easy to put on, prevent it from falling off, and minimize irregular movement of the rear hook, etc.
[0018] For example, if you cover the lure with a material of the same inner and outer diameter, such as a silicon tube, you cannot achieve both ease of insertion and attachment and resistance to falling off. If you use a tube with a large inner diameter, it will be easy to insert and attach, but it will fall off easily, and if you use a tube with a small inner diameter, it will not fall off easily, but it will be difficult to insert and attach. Also, if the material is not elastic, it cannot be used universally for other lures with different dimensions. Furthermore, if a heat-shrinkable tube is used, the same problems as those of the tube method described above arise, and the method cannot be used universally for lures of different sizes. [Means for solving the problem]
[0019] When at least the rear eye of a lure is connected to a connecting ring of a rear hook via at least one or more split rings, or when the front eye of a lure is connected to a fishing line leading to a reel via a split ring and a snap which is an openable / closable connecting fitting, the lure has a tangle-preventing cap for lures which is made of a rubber material and has a versatile hole whose inner diameter gradually decreases toward the rear hook side or toward the fishing line side of the reel, or whose hole shape is flattened, so that the lure can be removed and placed over the above-mentioned parts of other lures having different dimensions within the elastic limit, in order to integrally cover at least the split rings attached to the rear eye and the rear eye, or to integrally cover the split rings attached to the front eye and the snap.
[0020] The tangle-prevention cap may also cover the connecting ring of the rear hook. Tangle-proof means that the fishing line is less likely to get tangled on the hook.
[0021] In the case where the lure is connected to the connecting ring of the rear hook only through a plurality of split rings, the anti-tangle cap may be placed on at least the rear eye of the lure and the split ring connected to the rear eye as well as the connected split ring of the connecting ring of the rear hook. In this case, the anti-tangle cap may be further placed on the connecting ring of the rear hook.
[0022] When connecting the rear eye of the lure to the rear hook, not only the split ring but also other devices such as a double-axis rotating device may be connected. That is, when connecting the rear eye of the lure to the connecting ring of the rear hook, a double-axis rotating device may be connected together with the split ring. In this case, a lure tangle-prevention cap may be placed over at least the rear eye of the lure, the split ring connected to the rear eye, and all or a part of the lure-side rotating shaft of the double-shaft rotating device.
[0023] The rubber material includes, but is not limited to, natural rubber, nitrile rubber, silicone rubber, fluororubber, urethane rubber, acrylic rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene rubber, and many other materials. For example, silicone rubber is suitable because it has excellent water resistance and weather resistance.
[0024] The lure tangle prevention cap may be cut and removed at any position between the lure, the rear eye, the split ring, and the rear hook. This allows the user to select how much of the lure's area between the rear of the lure and the rear hook to cover, depending on the fishing conditions and the connection method using a split ring from the rear eye to the rear hook.
[0025] In order to achieve both a secure attachment of the lure entanglement prevention cap to the lure and an easy removal, the inner surface of the entanglement prevention cap that comes into contact with the outer surface of the lure may have a portion with a smaller surface roughness than the other portions. The portion with a smaller surface roughness is a so-called smooth portion that enhances the suction cup-like adhesive force to the lure surface.
[0026] Also, an artificial tail fin may be integrally molded with the tangle-prevention cap. In this case, the lure-side end of the tangle-prevention cap may be extended to the rear of the lure, and a part of the artificial tail fin may be integrally molded across the part of the tangle-prevention cap that covers the lure. In claim 7, "molding the artificial tail fin integrally with the tangle-prevention cap" means that the artificial tail fin may be integrally molded with the part of the tangle-prevention cap that extends from the rear eye to the hook side, or that a part of the artificial tail fin may be integrally molded across the tangle-prevention cap that covers the rear of the lure. Similarly, the lure side end of the tangle prevention cap may be extended to the rear part of the lure side, and an artificial worm may be attached integrally to the part including the rear part. This also means that, like the artificial tail fin, it may be attached to the part of the tangle prevention cap on the hook side of the rear eye, or it may be attached to the tangle prevention part covering the rear part of the lure.
[0027] In addition, when the inner diameter of the hole of the tangle-prevention cap is gradually reduced toward the hook side, recesses may be provided circumferentially at a plurality of positions in the length direction inside the hole.
[0028] When the hole of the tangle prevention cap is flattened, the hole may be substantially rectangular or substantially elliptical.
[0029] In addition, the thickness of the ring-shaped portion of the tangle-prevention cap may be gradually increased from the lure side to the rear hook side. Effect of the Invention
[0030] The split rings connected to the rear eye in a loop can move freely within their range, but if the rear eye and the split rings connected to the rear eye in a loop are covered with a lure tangle prevention cap, the free movement of the split rings is stopped. As a result, the irregular movement and range of movement of the rear hook are reduced. This reduces the chance that the main line will get tangled in the rear hook during jerking or other actions. The lure end of the anti-tangle cap may be attached to extend from the rear eye to the rear of the lure.
[0031] In this case, the tangle prevention cap is a general-purpose product that can be used on other lures of different dimensions, so it is required to be easy to insert and attach, not easily fall off during fishing, and not easily damaged when attaching or removing it. It is easy to come off due to the action of water pressure, water current, jerking, etc. In this regard, the inner diameter of the hole in the tangle prevention cap is gradually reduced toward the rear hook or the fishing line in accordance with the gradual reduction in the outer diameter of the lure, split ring, or other object to be covered with the cap, so that the tangle prevention cap is easy to insert and attach and unlikely to fall off, while also being unlikely to be damaged when inserted, attached, or removed. In other words, the tangle prevention cap strongly presses the split ring, etc., at the rear of the rear hook, etc., so it is unlikely to fall off, and furthermore, due to its shape, it can be easily removed manually without damage.
[0032] Furthermore, by making the shape of the hole flat, the cap can be inserted in a direction that makes it easier to insert according to the shape of the split ring, which is also flat, and when attaching and fixing the cap, it can be rotated, for example, 90 degrees from that position, making it firmly fixed and less likely to come off.
[0033] In addition, since rubber material is used, it can be attached to split rings of other lures having different dimensions within the elastic limit. In other words, it is not a dedicated product for a specific lure, but can be used for general purposes, thereby reducing costs.
[0034] Another split ring may be connected to the split ring in a ring shape and a connecting ring of the rear hook may be connected to it, but even in this case, the movement of the split ring connected to the rear eye is stopped, so the irregular movement and movable range of the rear hook are reduced. In this case, if you extend the cap to the split ring connected to the rear hook, you can further reduce the range of movement of the rear hook and better prevent tangling. In some cases, a device such as a double-axis rotating device is connected between the slip ring connected to the rear eye and the rear hook, but in this case, the irregular movement and range of motion of the rear hook is reduced.
[0035] When a double-shaft rotating device is connected to a split ring connected to the rear eye of a lure, by covering at least the rear eye of the lure, the split ring connected to the rear eye, and all or part of the lure side rotating shaft of the double-shaft rotating device with a lure tangle-prevention cap, it is possible to stop the rotation of the lure side rotating shaft of the double-shaft rotating device while maintaining the rotation of the hook side rotating shaft, thereby contributing to preventing tangles.
[0036] The anti-tangle cap is a separate product from the lure itself, and can be attached to lures you already own to achieve this goal without having to purchase additional, more expensive lures.
[0037] Since the lure tangle-preventing cap of the present invention is primarily used in the sea, the use of silicone rubber material provides even better weather resistance and water resistance.
[0038] By making the rear part of this lure anti-tangle cap on the rear hook side longer in advance and cutting it at any position along the length so that the rear part can be removed, the anti-tangle cap can be placed up to any position, and the irregular movement and range of motion of the rear hook can be adjusted depending on how the various tools are connected from the rear eye to the hook and the fishing conditions.
[0039] Furthermore, by making the surface roughness of a portion of the inner surface of the lure tangle-prevention cap that comes into contact with the lure finer than that of other portions, the suction cup-like adhesive force of that portion to the lure is improved, thereby preventing the tangle-prevention cap from coming off the lure while fishing. In this case, if the surface roughness is made finer and only a portion of the lure has a high adhesive force, the adhesive force will not be too strong and the tangle-prevention cap can be easily removed from the lure, thereby preventing damage to the lure tangle-prevention cap.
[0040] If an artificial tail fin is integrally molded on the reduced diameter part of the rear split ring on the hook side of the tangle prevention cap, the rear hook will be hidden by the artificial tail fin, which, together with the tangle prevention cap, will make it easier to prevent tangles in the fishing line. Also, the artificial tail fin has a smaller outer diameter around the tangle prevention cap, and is closer to the rear hook, making it easier to hide the rear hook, so that when the target fish makes a so-called kiss bite and you try to determine whether it is a real predatory fish or not, it will be easier to bite the rear hook, improving your catch. In addition, a part of the artificial tail fin may be molded to extend over the portion of the tangle prevention cap that covers the lure.
[0041] If the end of the lure side is extended from the rear eye to the rear part of the lure side and an artificial worm is attached integrally to the part including the rear part, the worm protects the rear hook from getting tangled with the fishing line, and in combination with the tangle prevention cap, the fishing line is less likely to get tangled with the rear hook. The worm also contributes to improving fishing results. This is different from inserting a worm into the hook and attaching it, as the tangle prevention cap is extended and attached to the lure side, which has the same effect as attaching a worm to a heavy lure, making the worm's movement more natural.
[0042] When the inner diameter of the cap hole is gradually reduced toward the rear hook side, if circumferential recesses are provided at multiple locations along the length of the inside of the hole, the split ring will fit into the groove when the cap is attached, making it less likely to fall off.
[0043] In the case where the shape of the hole in the cap is flattened, making the shape of the hole rectangular or approximately elliptical makes it easier to insert and attach, and by rotating the cap by, for example, 90 degrees after attachment, the cap will firmly press down on the split ring, etc., making it less likely to fall off.
[0044] By gradually increasing the thickness of the ring-shaped portion of the tangle prevention cap toward the rear of the lure, the rear eye, and the split ring or rings, the inner diameter of the tangle prevention cap gradually decreases in response to the gradually decreasing outer diameters of the rear of the lure and the split ring or rings, and the increased thickness makes it harder to bend, restricting the freedom of movement of the split rings, thereby further restricting the irregular movement of the rear hook, improving tangle prevention performance, and also making it easier to attach and remove. [0046] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The embodiment is not limited to the present embodiment, and can be modified as appropriate within the scope of the present invention.
[0047] FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram of a first embodiment of an anti-tangle cap for lures according to the present invention attached to a lure. A rear eye side split ring 4 is connected to the rear eye 3, and a rear hook 6 side split ring 5 is connected to the split ring 4. The rear hook 6 is connected to the rear hook 6 side split ring 5 by a connection ring 7 formed on the rear hook 6. Here, the lure tangle prevention cap 1 covers the rear of the lure 2, the rear eye 3, the split rings 4 and 5, and a part of the connecting ring 7. The connecting ring 7 may be connected to the split ring 4 without the split ring 5 being interposed therebetween.
[0048] The lure tangle prevention cap 1 is drawn with a two-dot chain line (imaginary line) assuming that it is being put on. In this case, the lure side end 18 of the lure tangle prevention cap 1 may be at position A, or at position B which covers the rear eye 3, and the hook 6 side end may be at position C which covers part of the split ring 4, or at position D which covers part of the split ring 5 and the connecting ring 7, and the position may be selected as appropriate. In addition, the lure tangle prevention cap 1 may cover the entire connecting ring 7.
[0049] The lure tangle prevention cap 1 is not a rigid body, but is made of rubber, an elastic material, so some of the action of jerking is absorbed by the lure tangle prevention cap 1 and transmitted to the rear hook 6. As a result, irregular and sudden movements of the rear hook 6 are made gentler, which also contributes to reducing tangling of the main fishing line 10 on the rear hook 6. This is one of the benefits of using rubber, an elastic material.
[0050] In the case where there is no split ring 5, even if the split ring 4 is not entirely covered by the lure tangle prevention cap 1, if it is partially covered, the movement of the split ring 4 relative to the lure 2 can be prevented to some extent. Furthermore, when a split ring 5 is provided, even if the lure tangle prevention cap 1 does not cover the entire ring 5, it will still be effective if it covers only a portion of the ring. The position of the lure end 18 of the lure tangle prevention cap 1 may be at any position toward the eye 9.
[0051] A front eye 8 is attached to the front of the lure 2, and also has eyes 9 that resemble small fish. The front eye 8 is connected to a reel via a main fishing line 10. The lure tangle prevention cap 1, which is depicted as an imaginary line with two dots covering it, covers the rear of the lure, the rear eye 3, the rear eye side split ring 4, the hook side split ring 5, and even a part of the connection ring 7. This restricts the movement of the split rings 4 and 5, so that the irregular movement and range of movement of the rear hook 6 when jerking, etc., is limited, and the main fishing line 10 is less likely to get tangled in the rear hook 6. Furthermore, the rear hook 6 is covered with a part of the connecting ring 7, so that the irregular movement of the rear hook 6 is further restricted.
[0052] The type of rubber for the lure tangle-prevention cap 1 is not limited, but may be, for example, silicone rubber or other rubber materials. In some cases, a hook may be attached to the front eye 8 of the lure. This also applies to the following embodiments. The inner diameter of the tangle prevention cap 1 gradually becomes smaller from the lure 2 side to the rear hook 6 side, making it easier to insert and attach to the lure 2, split rings 4, 5, etc., and also making it less likely to fall off during fishing. It prevents damage and can be easily removed when manually removing it, preventing damage. It is important that the shape prevents damage because it is a general-purpose product that can be used for other lures. The rear side of the lure tangle prevention cap 1, which has a longer rear portion, is extended to cover the rear hook side split ring 5 and a part of the connection ring 7. This further reduces the irregular and wide-ranging movement of the rear hook 6 during jerking, etc., and makes it even more difficult for the main fishing line 10 to become entangled on the rear hook 6. Even if the split ring 5 is not entirely covered by the lure tangle prevention cap 1 having a longer rear portion, if it is partially covered, the movement of the split ring 5 relative to the lure 2 can be prevented to some extent.
[0053] FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment in which another embodiment of the lure tangle-preventing cap of the present invention is attached to a lure. A split ring 4 is connected to the rear eye 3, and a double-shaft rotating device, also called a swivel or rolling swivel in fishing equipment terms, consisting of a lure-side rotating shaft 12(A) and a hook-side rotating shaft 12(B) is connected to the split ring 4. A split ring 5 is connected to the hook-side rotating shaft 12(B), and a rear hook 6 and a plate-shaped blade 14 are connected to the split ring 5. This allows the rear hook 6 and the blade 14 to rotate around 12(A) as the rotating shaft by the rotation of 12(B). Similarly, the lure-side rotating shaft 12(A) can also rotate around the rotating shaft 12(B). This is a device to increase the catch by giving the rear hook 6 etc. a rotating function. This allows the hook 6 to rotate, making it easier to get tangled in the main fishing line 10. However, in this embodiment, the lure tangle prevention cap 1 covers the lure side rotating shaft 12(A), so rotation of 12(A) is suppressed. This suppresses rotation of one side of the double-shaft rotating device, reducing the chance of the main line 10 getting tangled on the rear hook 6.
[0054] In this case, in order to utilize the functions of the double-shaft rotating devices 12(A) and 12(B), it is preferable to cover the lure tangle prevention cap 1 up to the split ring 4 and the lure side rotating shaft 12(A), and in that case, the position of the hook 6 side end 19 of the lure tangle prevention cap 1 can be determined appropriately. In fishing situations, it is also possible to disable the function of the double-shaft rotating device and extend the lure tangle prevention cap 1 so that it covers the split ring 5. Note that the lure tangle prevention cap 1 also has a certain effect when it is covered up to the split ring 4. In this case, the lure tangle prevention cap can stop the movement of the split ring 4 to some extent even if it does not cover the entire split ring 4.
[0055] The blade 14 is a plate-like member for attracting fish, and the blade 14 may be connected to the rear hook 6 in the same manner in the embodiments of FIGS. Furthermore, the double-shaft rotating devices 12(A), 12(B) do not need to be connected if they are not necessary in the fishing situation, and lure tangle prevention caps 1 may be placed over both 12(A), 12(B) to prevent them from moving.
[0056] FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of the inner surface roughness of the tangle-prevention cap for lures of the present invention. FIG. 1A is a front view of an embodiment of an anti-tangle cap for lures, FIG. 1B is a left side view, and FIG. 1C is a right side view. FIG. 1D is a front view of another embodiment of a tangle-prevention cap for lures. The lure tangle prevention cap 1 or 15 is made of a rubber material having an appropriate elasticity and is molded to have an appropriate thickness. Although the figure (B) has an oval shape, this represents the shape when it is placed on the lure, assuming the cross-sectional shape of the lure. Since it is made of rubber material, the shape when it is removed from the lure 2 is not limited to the shape of the figure (B). Figure (C) also assumes one shape when the lure is attached to a split ring or the like, and is not limited to this shape when removed from the lure.
[0057] The dashed hatched portion 16 is the portion of the lure tangle prevention cap 1 or 15 that comes into contact with the outer surface of the lure 2 that has a small surface roughness (fine portion) on the inner surface, i.e., is a smooth portion, and this allows the lure tangle prevention cap 1 to adhere well to the outer surface of the lure 2 like a suction cup and prevent it from falling off. This further improves the ability of the lure tangle prevention cap 1 to prevent it from falling off. The portion of the inner surface of the lure tangle prevention cap 1 or 15 other than the portion 16 hatched with a dashed line has a normal surface roughness, and has a surface roughness higher than that of the portion 16 . The presence of this normal surface roughness portion prevents the lure tangle prevention cap 1 or 15 from being too strongly attached to the outer surface of the lure 2, and prevents damage to the lure tangle prevention cap 1 without applying excessive force when inserting, attaching, or removing it.
[0058] Figure (D) shows a rear extension type tangle prevention cap 15 for lures, which has a longer rear section 17 extending from the rear eye 3 to the rear hook 6. If necessary, the rear section 17 can be cut to an appropriate length with scissors or the like. There are various ways to connect the rear eye to the hook, and this allows you to adjust how much of the split ring 4 etc. the tangle prevention cap 1 covers. This allows the irregular movement and range of motion of the hook 6 to be adjusted, and allows the degree of balance between the fishing function and the lure tangle prevention function to be appropriately achieved.
[0059] The lure tangle prevention cap 1 of the present invention is not a dedicated product to be placed over a specific lure, but is a general-purpose product that can be removed and placed over another lure, so it is desirable to have a variety of sizes available so that the appropriate size can be selected according to the lure being used and the conditions at the fishing spot. Furthermore, since rubber, an elastic material, is used, the lure can be attached to any lure shape and size within the elastic limit, even if the lure has different dimensions.
[0060] If necessary, a lubricant may be applied to the inner surface of the tangle prevention cap 1, which is the sliding part when attaching and detaching, in order to facilitate the attachment and detachment of the tangle prevention cap 1 and the lure 2. Since it is used underwater, if the lubricant is a semi-solid or semi-liquid grease, it will have excellent water resistance and last a long time.
[0061] In order to enhance the fish-attracting effect, a fish attractant may be mixed into the lubricant. Furthermore, several holes may be drilled through the surface of the lure that comes into contact with the lure surface, so that the fish attractant can flow out to the outside of the lure tangle-prevention cap 1, thereby enhancing the fish-attracting effect.
[0062] FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of various shapes of tangle-prevention caps for lures. FIG. 1A is a front view of the first shape, FIG. 1B is a plan view showing an end portion thereof, and FIG. 1C is a bottom view showing the end portion thereof. The anti-tangle cap of this shape has an outer diameter that is approximately circular and gradually decreases from top to bottom, and an inner diameter that is approximately elliptical L and decreases from top to bottom. It is easy to insert into a split ring, etc., and if you rotate it by 90 degrees after insertion, it will be firmly attached and will not easily fall off. FIG. (D) is a front view of the second shape, FIG. (E) is a plan view of the upper end face thereof, and FIG. (F) is a bottom view of the lower end face thereof. The outer shape and the hole shape are both roughly rectangular, and both rectangles become gradually smaller from top to bottom. Like the first shape, it is easy to insert, and by rotating it, for example, 90 degrees after insertion, it is attached more firmly and is prevented from falling off.
[0063] FIG. (G) is an explanatory diagram of the third shape as seen from the front, FIG. (H) is an explanatory diagram as seen from the top, and FIG. (I) is an explanatory diagram as seen from the bottom. The outer shape and the shape of the holes are almost circular, and the diameter of both circles gradually decreases from top to bottom. There are three internal depressions J along the length of the hole. This makes it difficult for split rings, etc., to fall into these depressions when attached, making them less likely to fall off. Note that K, shown by the two-dot chain line, indicates that the outer shape expands outward at the depression, but this is not a requirement. If the outer shape expands in this way, the thickness of the rubber in that area will not become thinner, and sufficient attachment and retention force can be ensured. Figure (N) is a front view of the fourth shape, Figure (P) is an explanatory diagram seen from above, and Figure (Q) is an explanatory diagram seen from the bottom. Both the outer shape and the hole are almost circular, and gradually get smaller from top to bottom. There are two parts R along the length of the hole where the outer shape is recessed inward. Because the wall thickness in these parts is thinner, the inner diameter can easily expand, making it easier to insert and install. In any of the embodiments, the lure is inserted and attached so that the side with the larger outer diameter and inner diameter in the figure is the lure side. In any of the embodiments, damage can be prevented when inserting, attaching, or manually removing the lure, and the lure can be used as a general-purpose product with other lures.
[0064] Figure 5 is an explanatory diagram of the tangle prevention cap with an integrally molded artificial tail fin attached to a lure. The artificial tail fin 20 of a small fish that is preyed upon by the target fish of fishing is mainly molded in the part of the tangle prevention cap 1 that encloses the lure eye 3, split ring 4, and split ring 5 at the rear of the hook 6 side, but a part of it may be molded across the part of the tangle prevention cap 1 that covers the lure 2. It is molded integrally by compression molding, but is not limited to this and may be molded by other methods such as injection molding and extrusion molding. The artificial caudal fin 20 is composed of a number of rod-shaped portions 20 (A) and a membrane portion 20 (B) which joins them and the cylindrical portion of the tangle-prevention cap 1. Since the artificial tail fin 20 is integrally formed, it envelops the rear hook 6 to some extent, which has the effect of preventing the fishing line 10 from getting tangled in the rear hook 6. At the same time, it also has the effect of improving the catch.
[0065] Figure 6 is an illustration of an artificial worm attached to a tangle-prevention cap and attached to a lure. An artificial worm 21 is attached to the anti-tangle cap 1 at the attachment portion 21(A), but it may be integrally molded. This worm 21 has the function of protecting the rear hook 6 from getting tangled in the fishing line 10. Furthermore, since the worm 21 is attached to the heavy lure 2, its movement becomes gentle and stable, similar to the movement of an actual worm, and the catch is improved. The shape of the worm 21 is flat near the attachment portion 21(A), but the cross section toward the outside is almost circular. However, the shape is not limited. The worm means a long, legless insect used in fishing. If the anti-tangle cap 1 also covers the lure 2, the artificial worm 21 may be attached across the covered portion.
[0066] FIG. 7 is an explanatory diagram of a tangle prevention cap with a thickness that gradually increases from the lure toward the rear hook when attached to a lure. The tangle prevention cap 11 has an inner diameter that gradually decreases from the lure 2 to the rear hook 6, and a ring-shaped portion that gradually increases in thickness. In general, the outer diameter of the lure 2 decreases from the rear end of the lure 2 through the rear eye 3 to the split rings 4 and 5, so the inner diameter of the tangle prevention cap 11 is gradually decreased and the thickness is increased accordingly. This makes it easier to attach the tangle prevention cap 11 to the lure 2 via the split rings 5 and 4, and because it is thick, it has a strong force that holds the split rings, etc., and can better suppress the movement of the split rings 4 and 5, etc., resulting in more effective suppression of irregular movement of the rear hook 6, making it less likely for the rear hook 6 to become tangled in the fishing line.
[0067] FIG. 8 is an explanatory diagram of an anti-tangle cap when using a hook attached to the front of the lure. The tangle prevention cap 13 is inserted and attached to the part connected to the front eye 8, split ring 22, and snap 23, which is an openable connector. In this case, too, the inside diameter of the tangle prevention cap 13 is gradually made smaller from the front eye 8 to the snap 23, just as when it is attached to the rear side of the lure. The effect is that it is easy to insert and attach and difficult to fall off, similar to the rear side entanglement prevention cap 1. In this case, the rear hook 6 is not attached to the rear side. Although the illustration shows the tangle prevention cap 13 separated from the split ring 23 and other parts, it is also possible to provide U-shaped grooves 25 in two opposing locations. This is because a part of the front eye 8 enters the groove, allowing the tangle prevention cap to enter further into the lure 2 side of the front eye 8. [Industrial Applicability]
