Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] In the above-described technology, the flap cannot be bent unless the outer box is removed from the inner box.

[0005] This specification provides a technology that enables a support piece disposed on an inner plate to be bent inside a packaging container without removing an outer plate in a packaging container having a side wall in which a plurality of side plates are arranged overlappingly.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] The first aspect disclosed in this specification relates to a packaging container. The packaging container includes a side wall including an inner plate and an outer plate that overlaps the inner plate on the outside of the packaging container. The inner plate includes an inner main body and a support piece that is connected to the inner main body and is movable from a first position to a second position that protrudes inside the packaging container more than the first position. The outer plate may include an outer main body and a pressing piece that is disposed outside the support piece located at the first position and is movable inside the packaging container with respect to the outer main body.

[0007] According to this configuration, by pressing and moving the pressing piece of the outer plate toward the inside of the packaging container, the support piece of the inner plate can be moved from the first position to the second position. Thereby, the support piece can protrude inside the packaging container and support the object inside the packaging container.

[0008] In the second aspect disclosed in this specification, in the above first aspect, the support piece may be arranged on the same flat plate as the inner main body at the first position, and the pressing piece may be arranged on the same flat plate as the outer main body.

[0009] According to this configuration, in a state where the support piece is arranged at the first position, it is possible to avoid the support piece protruding inside the packaging container. Also, it is possible to avoid the pressing piece protruding outside the packaging container.

[0010] In the third aspect disclosed in this specification, in the above first or second aspect, the inner plate and the outer plate are adhered in a first adhesion region, and at least one of the inner plate and the outer plate may be provided with a first slit portion surrounding the first adhesion region.

[0011] In this configuration, the inner plate and the outer plate are adhered to each other by the first adhesion region. By arranging the first slit portion surrounding the first adhesion region in at least one of the inner plate and the outer plate, the first slit portion can be broken and the first adhesion region can be separated from at least one of the inner plate and the outer plate.

[0012] In the fourth aspect disclosed in this specification, in the above third aspect, the pressing piece may include the first adhesion region, and the outer plate may be provided with the first slit portion.

[0013] According to this configuration, by pressing the pressing piece toward the inside of the packaging container, the first slit portion can be broken and the support piece can be moved to the second position.

[0014] In the fifth aspect disclosed in this specification, in the above fourth aspect, the pressing piece is surrounded by the first slit portion, the inner plate includes the first adhesion region, and is connected to the inner main body, and is movable to a third position and a fourth position protruding inward of the packaging container from the third position. It may be provided with a first adhesive piece.

[0015] In this configuration, the pressing piece is adhered to the first adhesive piece even when the first slit portion is broken and separated from the outer plate. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the pressing piece separated from the outer plate from being separated from both the inner plate and the outer plate.

[0016] In the sixth aspect disclosed in this specification, in the above fifth aspect, the inner plate and the outer plate are adhered to each other in a second adhesion region, and the inner plate includes a second slit portion surrounding the second adhesion region. The outer plate includes a third slit portion surrounding at least a part of the second adhesion region, and the third slit portion may be connected to the first slit portion.

[0017] According to this configuration, the inner plate and the outer plate can be firmly adhered by the first adhesion region and the second adhesion region. Since the first slit portion and the third slit portion are connected, the first slit portion and the third slit portion can be continuously broken. Thereby, the first adhesion region can be smoothly separated from the outer plate, and the second adhesion region can be separated from the inner plate.

[0018] In the seventh aspect disclosed in this specification, in any one of the above first to sixth aspects, the inner plate may include a plurality of the support pieces arranged in a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction.

[0019] According to this configuration, an object can be supported by each of the plurality of support pieces.

[0020] In the eighth aspect disclosed in this specification, in any one of the first to seventh aspects described above, it further includes a bottom portion located at the lower end of the side wall, and the bottom portion may include a convex portion protruding upward inside the packaging container.

[0021] According to this configuration, the convex portion can prevent the object from sliding on the bottom and falling down.

[0022] In the ninth aspect disclosed in this specification, in the eighth aspect described above, the bottom portion includes a plurality of bottom plates, and the convex portion may be formed by bending at least one of the plurality of bottom plates.

[0023] According to this configuration, the convex portion can be easily formed.

[0024] The developed body for manufacturing the above-described packaging container is also novel and useful.

[0035] Each of the pair of support pieces 86, 86 is connected to the inner main body 80 via a bending line at the lower end edge. The support piece 86 extends to the slit portion 88 beyond the bending line with the inner main body 80 at the lower end edge. The support piece 86 is separated from the inner main body 80 at the slit portions 88, 89 and the slit portion 87 located at the edge opposite to the adhesive piece 84. The support piece 86 is inclined such that the length in the front-rear direction gradually shortens upward from the lower end edge, and extends substantially parallel in the vertical direction at the upper end portion. The pair of support pieces 86, 86 are formed symmetrically with respect to a plane perpendicular to the front-rear direction at the central position in the front-rear direction of the pair of support pieces 86, 86.

[0036] The inner plate 66 includes an inner main body 90, a separation piece 92, an adhesive piece 94, a pair of support pieces 96, 96, and slit portions 97, 98, 99 having the same configuration as the inner main body 80, the separation piece 82, the adhesive piece 84, the pair of support pieces 86, 86, and the slit portions 87, 88, 89.

[0037] The bottom wall 70 has four bottom plates 72, 74, 76, 78. Each of the bottom plates 72, 76 is connected to the lower end of each of the inner plates 62, 66 via a bending line. The bottom plate 74 is connected to the lower end of the inner front plate 64 via a bending line. The bottom plate 78 is connected to the lower end of the inner rear plate 68 via a bending line.

[0038] (Configuration of the lid portion) In the packaging container 10, the lid part 20 that covers the storage container 60 is assembled by bending a single corrugated paper developed body BL1 shown in FIG. 3 along the bending lines. In FIG. 3, the adhesion areas where the adhesive is applied are represented by lattice-like thin lines. The bending lines are drawn as thin broken lines. The bending lines have the same configuration as the developed body BL2. Note that the material of the lid part 20 is not limited to corrugated paper. The lid part 20 includes outer plates 22, 26, an outer front plate 24, an outer back plate 28, and an upper wall 30.

[0039] Each of the pair of outer plates 22, 26 has a rectangular flat plate shape. An outer front plate 24 having a rectangular flat plate shape is disposed between the pair of outer plates 22, 26. The outer front plate 24 is connected to each of the pair of outer plates 22, 26 via a bending line. An outer back plate 28 is connected to the edge of the outer plate 26 on the side opposite to the outer front plate 24 via a bending line. An adhesive piece 21 that is adhered to the outer surface of the outer plate 22 is connected to the edge of the outer back plate 28 on the side opposite to the outer plate 26 via a bending line.

[0040] Notches 20a, 20b are disposed between the outer front plate 24 and each of the pair of outer plates 22, 26. The notch 20a is disposed across the outer front plate 24 and the outer plate 22. The notch 20b is disposed across the outer front plate 24 and the outer plate 26.

[0041] The upper wall 30 includes four upper plates 32, 34, 36, 38. Each of the upper plates 32, 36 is connected to the upper end of each of the outer plates 22, 26 via a bending line. The upper plate 34 is connected to the upper end of the outer front plate 24 via a bending line. The upper plate 38 is connected to the upper end of the outer back plate 28 via a bending line.

[0042] The outer plate 22 includes an outer main body 40, a separation piece 42, and an adhesive piece 44. The outer main body 40 is connected to the outer front plate 24 via a bending line. The outer main body 40 constitutes the entire outer plate 22 excluding the separation piece 42 and the adhesive piece 44. The separation piece 42 and the adhesive piece 44 are disposed adjacent to each other in the lower part of the outer main body 40 from the center.

[0043] The separation piece 42 is arranged on the same flat plate as the outer body 40. The separation piece 42 is connected to the outer body 40 via a slit portion 46. The slit portion 46 is formed over the entire circumference of the separation piece 42. The separation piece 42 is arranged to overlap with the adhesive piece 84. The separation piece 42 is adhered to the adhesive piece 84 by an adhesive applied to the adhesion region 100. Thereby, an adhesion region overlapping with the adhesion region 100 is formed on the adhesive piece 84. The separation piece 42 is longer than the adhesive piece 84 in the front-rear direction. The separation piece 42 protrudes from the adhesive piece 84 in each of the front-rear directions. The separation piece 42 protrudes from the adhesive piece 84 and is arranged outside each of the pair of support pieces 86, 86. The lower end of the separation piece 42 is located above the lower end of the adhesive piece 84. The upper end of the separation piece 42 is located at substantially the same height as the upper end of the adhesive piece 84.

[0044] Below the separation piece 42, an adhesive piece 44 is adjacent via a slit portion 46. The adhesive piece 44 is arranged on the same flat plate as the outer body 40. The adhesive piece 44 is surrounded by a slit portion 48 except at the lower end portion. The lower end of the adhesive piece 44 is connected to the outer body 40 via a bending line. The adhesive piece 44 is arranged to overlap with the separation piece 82. The adhesive piece 44 is adhered to the separation piece 82 by an adhesive applied to the adhesion region 102. The adhesive piece 44 is longer than the separation piece 82 in the front-rear direction and the up-down direction. The adhesive piece 44 protrudes from the separation piece 82 over the entire circumference of the edge.

[0045] The outer plate 26 includes an outer body 50, a separation piece 52, an adhesive piece 54, and slit portions 56, 58 having the same configuration as the outer body 40, the separation piece 42, the adhesive piece 44, and the slit portions 46, 48. Further, adhesion regions 104, 106 similar to the adhesion regions 100, 102 are arranged on the outer plate 26. An adhesion region overlapping with the adhesion region 106 is formed on the separation piece 92, and an adhesion region overlapping with the adhesion region 104 is formed on the adhesive piece 94.

[0046] (Method for assembling and opening a packaging container) The packaging container 10 is produced from the developed bodies BL1 and BL2. Specifically, the developed body BL1 is disposed on the outer surface of the developed body BL2, and the developed bodies BL1 and BL2 are adhered to each other in the adhesion regions 100, 102, 104, and 106. Next, the developed body BL1 is bent along the bending lines disposed on the developed body BL1, and the developed body BL2 is bent along the bending lines disposed on the developed body BL2, thereby being configured. In the developed body BL1, each of the outer side plates 22 and 26 is bent backward with respect to the outer front plate 24 along the respective bending lines at both end edges of the outer front plate 24. The outer back plate 28 is bent with respect to the outer side plate 26 along the bending line between the outer side plate 26 and the outer back plate 28. The adhesive piece 21 is adhered to the outer surface of the outer side plate 22. Each of the upper plates 32, 34, 36, and 38 is bent with respect to each of the outer side plates 22, 26, the outer front plate 24, and the outer back plate 28, thereby constituting the upper wall 30.

[0047] In the developed body BL2, each of the inner side plates 62 and 66 is bent backward with respect to the inner front plate 64 along the respective bending lines at both end edges of the inner front plate 64. The inner back plate 68 is bent with respect to the inner side plate 66 along the bending line between the inner side plate 66 and the inner back plate 68. The adhesive piece 69 is adhered to the inner surface of the inner back plate 68. Each of the bottom plates 72, 74, 76, and 78 is bent along the bending lines with respect to each of the inner side plates 62, 66, the inner front plate 64, and the inner back plate 68. The bottom plate 72 is adhered to the bottom plate 74, and the bottom plate 76 is adhered to the bottom plate 78, thereby constituting the bottom wall 70.

[0048] A protruding piece 74a is disposed on the bottom plate 74. The protruding piece 74a is bent upward by a bending line 74b. As shown in FIG. 7, the protruding piece 74a is raised substantially perpendicular to the bottom wall 70. The protruding piece 74a includes a lower end edge 74c disposed on the extension of the bending line 74b. The bottom plate 78 includes a protruding piece 78a similar to the protruding piece 74a. The bottom plate 78 includes a bending line 78b and a lower end edge 78c similar to the bending line 74b and the lower end edge 74c.

[0049] As shown in FIG. 7, in the bottom wall 70, the protruding pieces 74a and 78a are arranged to overlap each other in a raised state. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the protruding pieces 74a and 78a from falling down. The lower end edge 74c of the protruding piece 74a is in contact with the corner 78d of the bottom plate 78, thereby suppressing deformation. The same applies to the protruding piece 78a.

[0050] As shown in FIG. 5, at the time of opening, the user presses the separation piece 42 inwardly of the packaging container 10 as indicated by the arrow Y. Thereby, the separation piece 42 is separated from the outer main body 40 while being adhered to the adhesion piece 84. The adhesion piece 84 is pressed inwardly of the packaging container 10 and bent along the bending line with respect to the inner main body 80. The separation piece 42 rotates with respect to the inner main body 80 together with the adhesion piece 84. As a result, the pair of support pieces 86, 86 are pressed by the separation piece 42 and protrude inwardly of the packaging container 10. Similarly, the pair of support pieces 96, 96 are pressed by the separation piece 52 and protrude inwardly of the packaging container 10. Further, since the separation pieces 42 and 52 are held in a state of being adhered to the adhesion pieces 84 and 94, it is not necessary to dispose of the separation pieces 42 and 52 individually.

[0051] The user inserts a finger into the packaging container 10 in the direction of the arrow Y shown in FIG. 5, hooks the finger on the inner surface of the separation piece 82 from the inside of the packaging container 10, and tilts the separation piece 82 and the adhesion piece 44 outward. As a result, as shown in FIG. 6, the separation piece 82 is separated from the inner main body 80 while being adhered to the adhesion piece 44, and rotates with respect to the outer main body 40 together with the adhesion piece 44, and is tilted outward of the packaging container 10. Similarly, the separation piece 92 and the adhesion piece 54 are tilted outward. Thereby, the lid portion 20 and the storage container 60 are separated. According to this configuration, the operator can smoothly perform the operation of separating the separation pieces 42 and 52 from the outer plates 22 and 26 and separating the separation pieces 82 and 92 from the inner plates 62 and 66. The lid portion 20 is moved upward with respect to the storage container 60 to open the packaging container 10. Since the separation pieces 82 and 92 are held in a state of being adhered to the adhesion pieces 44 and 54, it is not necessary to dispose of the separation pieces 82 and 92 individually.

[0052] (Display method using a storage container) As shown in FIG. 8, the storage container 60 can be placed on a display shelf or the like in a store to display the object X stored in the storage container 60. When the object X is transported using the packaging container 10, a plurality of objects X that can be stored in the packaging container 10 are stored. In this case, when the packaging container 10 is opened, the plurality of objects X are arranged side by side in the front-rear direction in the storage container 60. In this state, the plurality of objects X can be arranged upright in the storage container 60. Thereby, the object X can be easily visually recognized from the front of the storage container 60.

[0053] When several objects X are taken out from the storage container 60 among the plurality of objects X, a gap is generated in the front-rear direction of the storage container 60. When the object X is like a bag-shaped article and cannot stand on its own, if the object X is lying down in the storage container 60, it becomes difficult to visually recognize the object X from the front from the front of the storage container 60. The storage container 60 includes a pair of support pieces 86, 86 and a pair of support pieces 96, 96 on each of the inner side plates 62, 66 on both the left and right sides. Thereby, the object X can be supported by the support pieces 86, 96 from both the left and right ends. According to this configuration, the object X can be held in an upright state in the storage container 60. The pair of support pieces 86, 86 and the pair of support pieces 96, 96 are arranged at intervals in the front-rear direction. For this reason, one of the pair of support pieces 86, 86 and one of the pair of support pieces 96, 96 can be used to make the object X stand upright, and the other of the pair of support pieces 86, 86 and the other of the pair of support pieces 96, 96 can also be used to make the object X stand upright. According to this configuration, the position of the object X can be adjusted in the front-rear direction.

[0054] The pair of support pieces 86, 86 and the pair of support pieces 96, 96 can be projected inside the packaging container 10 by pressing the separation pieces 42, 52 against the inside of the packaging container 10 when the packaging container 10 is opened. Thereby, the work of directly projecting the pair of support pieces 86, 86 and the pair of support pieces 96, 96 can be omitted.

[0055] In addition, before the packaging container 10 is opened, each of the pair of support pieces 86, 86 and the pair of support pieces 96, 96 is arranged on the same flat plate as each of the inner bodies 80, 90. Therefore, at the stage of storing the object X in the packaging container 10, the pair of support pieces 86, 86 and the pair of support pieces 96, 96 do not hinder the storage of the object X.

[0056] Protruding pieces 74a and 78a are arranged on the bottom wall 70. The object X is supported by the support pieces 86 and 96 and abuts against the protruding pieces 74a and 78a, thereby preventing the object X from sliding on the bottom wall 70 and falling down.

[0057] Note that the convex portions arranged on the bottom wall 70 are not limited to the configuration of the protruding pieces 74a and 78a. For example, as shown in FIG. 9, convex portions 172a arranged on the bottom plate 72 and convex portions 176a arranged on the bottom plate 76 may be used. The convex portions 172a and 176a may protrude from the bottom wall 70 by being bent upward in the storage container 60.

[0058] As shown in FIG. 7, when the pair of support pieces 86, 86 protrude inside the packaging container 10, the separation piece 42 is arranged above the pair of support pieces 86, 86. The support piece 86 is formed wide in the front-rear direction at the intermediate position. Further, the separation piece 42 is formed wide in the front-rear direction so as to be located above the support piece 86. According to this configuration, when the support piece 86 attempts to rotate with respect to the inner body 80 from the state where the support piece 86 protrudes inside the packaging container 10, the separation piece 42 contacts the support piece 86, thereby suppressing the rotation of the support piece 86. The same applies to the pair of support pieces 96, 96. Thereby, it is possible to avoid a situation where the support pieces 86, 96 that support the object X do not protrude inside the packaging container 10.

[0059] (Corresponding relationship) The separation piece 42 is an example of a "pressing piece". The position of the support pieces 86 and 96 when each of the support pieces 86 and 96 is located on the same flat plate as each of the inner main bodies 80 and 90 is an example of a "first position", and the position of the support pieces 86 and 96 that are pressed and protrude inside the storage container 60 is an example of a "second position".
