Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a fixture. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fixture that is easy to attach to and detach from a stoma appliance and is difficult to come off from the stoma appliance.

Background Art

[0002] Treatment is being carried out to form an artificial excretory opening (stoma) in the abdominal wall of the human body to enable excretion of feces. Since the person with the stoma cannot control the timing of excretion according to their own will, a stoma appliance is attached to the abdomen to collect the excreta. The stoma appliance is composed of a storage bag for storing excreta, a base for attaching the storage bag, an adhering part that spreads on the abdomen, a clamped part for attaching a belt, and the like. In order to use the stoma appliance without causing any inconvenience in daily life, it is necessary to attach a belt to the stoma appliance and wear it stably on the abdomen. In order for the person with the stoma to wear the stoma appliance stably on the abdomen, various fixtures and belts have been proposed, and the conventional technology will be described based on patent documents.

[0003] The belt mount for a stoma appliance in Patent Document 1 describes a technique in which a hook element 44 formed on a base plate 43 to which a strap 41 is attached engages with an attachment opening. However, since the belt mount only has the hook element 44 engaged, there is a problem that it may easily come off depending on the movement of the person with the stoma. The ostomy pouch fixing belt in Patent Document 2 describes a technique in which clips 301 and 302 are sandwiched between tabs 421 to fix the ostomy pouch and prevent irregular movement. However, since the tabs 421 only have the clips 301 and 302 engaged, there is a problem that it may easily come off depending on the movement of the person with the stoma.

[0011] 〔Stoma Appliance 100〕 The stoma appliance 100 is a device for managing excrement by being attached around the stoma S. The stoma appliance 100 in this example is composed of an adhering part 110, a storage bag 120, and a clamped part 130.

[0012] 〔Adhering Part 110〕 As shown in Fig. 2(a), the adhering part 110 is a member for attaching the stoma appliance 100 around the user's stoma S, and is arranged on the upper side of the storage bag 120. The adhering part 110 is formed of, for example, a soft and elastically deformable synthetic resin, and has an adhering surface so that the front side can be attached to the body. The adhering surface may be formed of a known adhesive, and only one type may be used, or two or more types may be used in combination.

[0013] The adhering part 110 is composed of an adhering main body 111, a stoma peripheral part 112, and an adhered piece 113. When observed from the front as shown in Fig. 2(a), the adhering main body 111 is a substantially elliptical plate-shaped adhering surface. A stoma peripheral part 112 is formed at the center of the adhering main body 111. When observed from the front as shown in Fig. 2(a), the stoma peripheral part 112 is formed in a circular shape, and when observed from the side as shown in Fig. 2(b), it is a spherical crown-shaped adhering surface with a predetermined thickness on the front side and a hollow inside.

[0014] In this example, the stoma peripheral part 112 is formed with a thickness of about 10 mm, but those with different thicknesses may be appropriately prepared so as to correspond to the size and length of the user's stoma S. At the center of the stoma peripheral part 112, a circular through-hole 112h for inserting the stoma S is formed. An adhered piece 113 is formed on the upper side of the adhering main body 111. When the adhering part 110 is not in use, a separator having substantially the same shape as the adhering part 110 is attached to protect the adhering surface (not shown).

[0015] 〔Storage Bag 120〕 The storage bag 120 is a bag for storing excreta such as feces and urine discharged from the stoma S. As shown in Fig. 2(a), an attachment portion 110 is arranged on the upper side. The storage bag 120 is formed of, for example, a soft and elastically deformable synthetic resin and is formed in a bag shape so as to be able to store a predetermined amount of excreta. The storage bag 120 may be formed of a known synthetic resin. For example, it is preferably formed of a synthetic resin with low permeability to gases (such as hydrogen sulfide and methyl mercaptan) that cause the odor of excreta.

[0016] The storage bag 120 may be double-layered, may be opaque so that the stored excreta cannot be seen, or may be transparent or translucent so that all or part of it can be seen. Note that the storage bag 120 may be formed to be connected to an external urine storage bag with a large capacity at night or the like via a tube or the like.

[0017] 〔Clamped portion 130〕 The clamped portion 130 is a portion for attaching the fixture 1 to which the belt is attached, and is arranged between the attachment portion and the storage bag as shown in Figs. 2(b) and 2(c). The clamped portion 130 is formed of, for example, a soft and elastically deformable synthetic resin, for example, in a plate shape with a thickness of 2 mm. As shown in Fig. 2(c), the clamped portion 130 is integrally formed with a clamped main body 131 and ear portions 132. As observed from the front as shown in Fig. 2(c), the clamped main body 131 is formed in a substantially elliptical plate shape with a major axis of about 75 mm and a minor axis of about 65 mm. A part of the elliptical arc in the major axis direction of the clamped main body 131 is formed to be the same as or substantially the same as the recess 11a of the mounting plate 11. A through hole (not shown) for inserting the stoma S is formed at the center of the clamped main body 131.

[0018] As shown in Fig. 2(c), the held body 131 is formed with four ear portions 132. The ear portions 132 are respectively arranged one by one above and below on both the left and right sides of the held body 131. The two ear portions 132 arranged on the left side of the held body 131 are used in pairs, and the two ear portions 132 arranged on the right side of the held body 131 are used in pairs. As shown in Fig. 2(c), when observed from the front, the ear portions 132 are formed so as to protrude from the circumference of the held body 131 in the left and right outer directions. The ear portions 132 are formed in a mountain shape protruding from the held body 131 so as to draw a predetermined arc or parabola etc. on the outside. Through holes 133 are formed in each of the ear portions 132 so as to penetrate the ear portions 132.

[0019] As shown in Fig. 2(e), the through hole 133 is a through hole formed by joining a substantially circular inner hole 134 and a substantially circular outer hole 135 side by side in the left and right directions to form a substantially snowman shape. The through holes 133 are formed in pairs of two formed in the two ear portions 132 on the left side and in pairs of two formed in the two ear portions 132 on the right side and are used. The pairs of through holes 133 are arranged along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the belt. The width dimension w1 of the two opposing insertion ports 16 is formed to be the same as or slightly smaller than the width dimension w2 of the two opposing pivot portions 25.

[0028] 〔Clamping portion 20〕 It is a member that is swingably attached to the main body portion 10, is disposed on the other surface side of the clamped portion 130, has a convex portion 22 that passes through the through hole 133 and the positioning portion 12, and clamps the clamped portion 130 together with the main body portion 10. As shown in Fig. 4(b1), the clamping portion 20 is integrally formed with a clamping plate 21, a convex portion 22, a pressing portion 23, an inner standing portion 24, and a pivot portion 25, and is formed in a vertically symmetric shape. The main body portion 10 is integrally formed by injection molding. In this example, the clamping portion 20 is formed of a hard synthetic resin such as transparent or translucent polycarbonate so that the positions of the convex portion 22, the through hole 133, and the positioning portion can be grasped when the clamping portion 20 is used.

[0029] The clamping plate 21 is a thin plate-shaped member that is inserted between the clamped portion 130 and the storage bag 120. The clamping plate 21 is formed in an elongated plate shape vertically so as to sandwich two paired left (or right) ear portions 132 (see FIG. 8). As shown in FIG. 4(b2), the clamping plate 21 is formed to have a thickness with a predetermined thickness from the outer standing portion 14 side toward the tip side (right side). In this example, as shown in FIG. 4(b1), the clamping plate 21 is formed in an isosceles trapezoid shape with the left side as the upper base and the right side as the lower base, and a concave portion 21a is formed on the lower base (right side of the clamping plate 21) so as to be concave inward (left side). The concave portion 21a is formed to be the same or substantially the same as a part of an elliptical arc in the major axis direction of the clamped main body 131. Two convex portions 22 are formed on the clamping plate 21 so as to protrude from the clamping plate 21 on the back side.

[0030] As shown in FIG. 4(b3), the convex portion 22 is formed in a substantially rounded square shape. The convex portions 22 are used in pairs, with two formed above and below the clamping plate 21. The outer shape of the convex portion 22 is formed to be smaller than the outer shape of the inner hole 134. The outer shape of the convex portion 22 is formed to be substantially the same as the outer shape of the outer hole 135. The outer shape of the convex portion 22 is formed to be substantially the same as the outer shape of the positioning portion 12. As shown in FIG. 4(b2), the convex portion 22 is formed to protrude toward the rear side from the clamping plate 21, and as shown in FIG. 5(b2), it is formed to protrude toward the positioning portion 12. As shown in FIG. 4(b2), a curved surface 22c is formed on the convex portion 22 so as to draw a predetermined arc or parabola or the like outward such that the thickness gradually becomes thinner from the left side to the right side.

[0031] The pressing portion 23 is a member that serves as a base for the clamping portion 20, and is formed in a substantially rectangular plate shape. As shown in FIG. 4(b1), the clamping plate 21 is attached to the right side of the pressing portion 23. As shown in FIG. 4(b3), the inner standing portions 24 are attached to the upper and lower sides. As shown in FIG. 4(b2), the anti-slip portion 26 is attached to the front side, and the energized portion 27 is attached to the back side.

[0032] The inner standing portion 24 is a member that restricts the vertical movement of the clamping portion 20, and is formed one on each of the upper side and the lower side (two in total) of the pressing portion 23. As shown in FIG. 4(b3), the inner standing portion 24 is formed in a plate shape having a predetermined thickness, and as shown in FIG. 4(b2), it is formed to have a greater thickness than the clamping plate 21 and the pressing portion 23. The pressing portion 23 and the two inner standing portions 24 define a second accommodation section s2 for accommodating the biasing portion 30 in a state where the rear side is open. As shown in FIG. 4(b2), on the right side of the inner standing portion 24, there is formed an inclined portion 21t that slopes downward toward the clamping plate 21, and on the left side, it slopes gradually downward toward the left end of the pressing portion 23. The inclined portion 21t is a part that determines the angle at which the clamping portion 20 opens with respect to the main body portion 10, and its angle can be appropriately changed according to the thickness of the clamped portion 130 and the like. Pivot portions 25 are formed on the two outer standing portions 14, respectively.

[0033] The two pivot portions 25 are shafts formed in a substantially cylindrical shape, and are formed on the inner standing portion 24 such that the centers of each are arranged on the same axis. As shown in FIG. 4(b2), the diameter of the pivot portion 25 is formed to be the same as or slightly smaller than the diameter of the shaft contact portion 15 as shown in FIG. 4(a2). The width dimension w2 of the two opposing pivot portions 25 is formed to be the same as or slightly larger than the width dimension w1 of the two opposing insertion openings 16. As shown in FIG. 4(b2), the pivot portion 25 is formed with an obliquely cut cross-sectional surface 25c. The cross-sectional surface 25c is formed so as to notch the rear side surface from the planar portion of the pivot portion 25.

[0034] The anti-slip portion 26 is a member that restricts the slipping of the hand when the user presses the pressing portion 23, and is formed on the left side of the front side of the pressing portion 23. As shown in FIG. 4(b1), the anti-slip portion 26 is formed in three rod shapes having a predetermined thickness, and as shown in FIG. 4(b2), it is formed to protrude forward from the pressing portion 23.

[0035] The energized part 27 is a member that receives the biasing force from the biasing part 30, and is formed at the left end on the rear surface of the pressing part 23. As shown in Fig. 4(b3), the energized part 27 is formed in a rod shape with a predetermined thickness, and as shown in Figs. 5(a1)(a2), it is formed so as to protrude to the rear side of the pressing part 23.

[0036] 〔Biasing part 30〕 It is a member formed on the main body part 10 and biasing the clamping part 20 toward the main body part 10 side. As shown in Fig. 4(a1), the biasing part 30 is attached to the right side of the base part 13 and is disposed inside the square hole 13h. As shown in Fig. 5(a1), the biasing part 30 is a plate-shaped member formed so as to draw a predetermined arc, parabola, etc. protruding forward. As shown in Figs. 5(a1) and 5(a2), the biasing part 30 is formed so as to elastically deform to the rear side with a predetermined force from the front side to the rear side with respect to the portion attached to the base part 13.

[0037] 〔Belt connection part 40〕 The belt connection part 40 is a member formed on the main body part 10 for attaching the belt 200. As shown in Fig. 4(a1), the belt connection part 40 is formed in an angle channel shape so that the belt can be inserted. The belt connection part 40 is attached to the left side of the base part 13 and the outer standing part 14.

[0038] 〔Method for assembling fixture 1〕 Next, a method for assembling the fixture 1 configured as described above will be described. Prepare the main body part 10 and the clamping part 20, and apply the pivot part 25 of the clamping part 20 to the insertion port 16 of the main body part 10. With the pivot part 25 applied to the insertion port 16, by pushing the clamping part 20 into the main body part 10 with a force equal to or greater than a predetermined value, the outer standing part 14 elastically deforms and expands to the front side and the rear side.

[0039] Since the pivot portion 25 has a cut surface 25c formed thereon, it is easy to insert into the insertion port 16. Further, when the clamping portion 20 is pushed into the main body portion 10, the pivot portion 25 is disposed on the shaft contact portion 15, and the widened outer standing portion 14 returns to its original state, and the elastic deformation of the outer standing portion 14 is released (see FIGS. 3 and 5). Since the pivot portion 25 has a cut surface 25c formed thereon, it is easy to insert into the shaft contact portion 15.

[0040] 〔Usage method of the fixture 1〕 As shown in FIG. 3, the assembled fixture 1 can switch the clamping portion 20 between a closed state and an open state in the main body portion 10 around the pivot portion 25 attached to the shaft contact portion 15 of the outer standing portion 14. As shown in FIGS. 5(a1) and 5(b1), the fixture 1 is in a closed state in which the energized portion 27 receives the biasing force of the biasing portion 30, the pressing portion 23 side of the clamping portion 20 is lifted, and the clamping plate 21 side is closed. When the fixture 1 is in the closed state, since the convex portion 22 has a curved surface 22c formed thereon, the convex portion 22 can easily pass through the positioning portion 12. When the fixture 1 is in the closed state, as shown in FIG. 5(a1), the convex portion 22 passes through and engages with the positioning portion 12, and the tip of the convex portion 22 protrudes from the rear surface of the mounting plate 11.

[0041] As shown in FIGS. 5(a2) and 5(b2), when the pressing portion 23 is pressed with a predetermined force, the biasing portion 30 is elastically deformed, the pressing portion 23 side of the clamping portion 20 is pushed down, and the fixture 1 is in an open state in which the clamping plate 21 side is opened. When the fixture 1 is in the open state, since the convex portion 22 has a curved surface 22c formed thereon, the convex portion 22 can easily come out of the positioning portion 12. When the fixture 1 is in the open state, as shown in FIG. 5(a2), the convex portion 22 is separated from the mounting plate 11 by a certain distance, so it is easy to insert the clamped portion 130.

[0042] 〔Method of attaching the fixture 1 to the stoma appliance 100〕 FIG. 6(a) is a diagram showing a state in which the separator is peeled off from the stoma appliance 100, and FIG. 6(b) is a diagram showing the stoma appliance 100 attached to the body. FIG. 7(a) is a diagram showing a state in which the belt is prepared, and FIG. 7(b) is a diagram showing a state in which one attachment tool 1 is attached to the stoma appliance 100. FIG. 8(a) is a diagram showing a state in which two attachment tools 1 are attached to the stoma appliance 100, and FIG. 8(b) is a diagram showing a state in which a part of the stoma appliance 100 is broken.

[0043] First, as shown in FIG. 6(a), the user peels off the separator of the stoma appliance 100 and attaches the attachment portion 110 around the stoma S as shown in FIG. 6(a). By attaching the stoma appliance 100 to the body, the stoma S can pass through the hole 101h and the excrement can be stored in the storage bag 120. Next, as shown in FIG. 7(a), the user prepares a belt with the attachment tool 1 attached to both ends.

[0044] The user presses the pressing portion 23 of the attachment tool 1 to open the clamping portion 20 and inserts the mounting plate 11 between the attachment portion 110 and the clamped portion 130. At this time, the user aligns the positions of the inner hole 134 and the positioning portion 12. Since the clamping plate 21 is transparent, the user can easily grasp the positions of the inner hole 134 and the positioning portion 12. When the user releases the pressing of the pressing portion 23 of the attachment tool 1, the clamping portion 20 closes, the convex portion 22 passes through the inner hole 134 and the positioning portion 12, and the tip of the convex portion 22 protrudes from the rear surface of the mounting plate 11. Since the convex portion 22 has a curved surface, the ear portion 132 can be easily inserted between the mounting plate 11 and the clamping plate 21.

[0045] When the user pulls the attachment tool 1, the convex portion 22 moves from the inner hole 134 to the outer hole 135. As shown in FIG. 7(b), the attachment tool 1 is in a state where the clamped portion 130 is clamped between the main body portion 10 and the clamping portion 20, and the convex portion 22 is hooked on the outer hole 135 having substantially the same outer shape. The attachment tool 1 firmly fixes the clamped portion 130 and is difficult to come off from the stoma appliance 100.

[0046] As shown in Fig. 8(a), the user attaches the other fixture 1 to the ear portion 132 of the other clamped portion 130 in the same process. After the user attaches the two fixtures 1 to the stoma appliance 100, the user can adjust the wearing comfort by adjusting the length of the belt. In this example, as shown in Fig. 8(b) and Fig. (9), the fixture 1 is attached such that the main body portion 10 is on the body side and the clamping portion 20 is on the outside of the body, but it may be attached conversely.

[0047] 〔Second Embodiment〕 The second embodiment will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Fig. 9 is a view showing the fixture 201 of the second embodiment. In the second embodiment, the same parts as those in the first embodiment described above are given the same reference numerals and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted. Different from the first embodiment, the fixture 201 has a convex portion 212 formed on the mounting plate 11 of the main body portion 10, and a positioning portion 222 formed on the clamping plate 21 of the clamping portion 20.

[0048] The convex portion 212 is formed in substantially the same shape as the convex portion 22 of the first embodiment, and as shown in Fig. 9(a2), it is formed so as to protrude forward from the main body portion 10 and so as to protrude toward the positioning portion 222. As shown in Fig. 9(a4), two positioning portions 222 are formed on the clamping plate 21 so as to recess the clamping plate 21. The positioning portion 222 is formed in substantially the same shape as the positioning portion 12 of the first embodiment, except that it is formed without penetrating. As shown in Fig. 9(a2), the main body portion 10 is gradually rounded forward from the mounting plate 11 to the belt connecting portion 40 so as to draw a predetermined arc or parabola. As shown in Fig. 9(b2), the clamping portion 20 is gradually rounded forward from the clamping plate 21 to the pressing portion 23 so as to draw a predetermined arc or parabola.

[0049] 〔Method of Attaching the Fixture 201 to the Stoma Appliance 100〕 The user presses the pressing portion 23 of the fixture 1 to open the clamping portion 20, and inserts the mounting plate 11 between the sticking portion 110 and the clamped portion 130. At this time, the user inserts the convex portion 212 through the inner hole 134 so that the clamped portion 130 is hooked on the mounting plate 11. When the user releases the pressing of the pressing portion 23 of the fixture 201, the clamping portion 20 becomes closed, the convex portion 212 passes through the positioning portion 12, and the convex portion 22 and the positioning portion 12 are engaged. When the user pulls the fixture 201, the convex portion 212 moves from the inner hole 134 to the outer hole 135. The fixture 201 is in a state where the clamped portion 130 is clamped between the main body portion 10 and the clamping portion 20, and the convex portion 212 is hooked on the outer hole 135.

[0050] In the fixture 201 of the second embodiment, since the positioning portion 222 does not penetrate the clamping plate 21, the front side of the clamping plate 21 is flush, and the aesthetics are improved compared with the fixture 1 of the first embodiment. Different from the fixture 1 of the first embodiment, in the fixture 201 of the second embodiment, it is not necessary to continuously align the positions of the through hole 133 and the positioning portion 12 until the user releases the pressing of the pressing portion 23, so the engagement operation is easy. In the fixture 201 of the second embodiment, since the main body portion 10 and the clamping portion 20 are rounded, they fit well with the user's body.

[0051] As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been described. However, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments, and can be modified without departing from the object and gist of the present invention. The main body portion 10 and the clamping portion 20 may be made of other synthetic resins as long as they are hard and elastically deformable members. In this example, the through hole 133 is a through hole formed in a substantially snowman shape, but the shape of the through hole may be round, square or other shapes. In addition, an engaging portion (not shown) in which a part of the base of each of the convex portions 22 and 212 is cut out may be formed. The engaging portion is preferably cut out from the left side to the right side of the convex portions 22 and 212 so that the through hole 133 of the clamped portion 130 can be hooked, and is cut out to a height equal to or substantially equal to the thickness of the clamped portion 130.
