To provide a printing inkjet ink composition which has good discharge stability and friction fastness of printed matter.SOLUTION: A printing inkjet ink composition contains a pigment, an organic solvent, anionic resin particles, an amine compound, and water, and contains aliphatic amine which has a molecular weight of 100 or more and 170 or less and has a tertiary amino group in the molecule, and has one or more and two or less functional groups selected from the group consisting of a hydroxyl group, a ketone group and an ether group in the molecule, as the amine compound, wherein the total content of the amine compound is 0.2 mass% or more and 2 mass% or less with respect to the total amount of the composition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
