To provide a bottom concrete structure removal method that enables a bottom concrete structure, which is continuously arranged at the side edge part of a pavement body formed at the bottom of a tunnel, to be removed by works performed at the upper face part.SOLUTION: A bottom concrete structure removal method comprises: a cutter-cutting process in which cutter grooves 11a, 11b, 11c are cut and formed extending in the axis direction X of a tunnel 50; a core-drilling process in which multiple core-removing holes 12 are drilled at adjacent positions in a crossing direction Y to form a cross-direction hole-linked groove 13 at both end parts of a removal-executing span S; a disconnect process in which a jack is mounted inside the cross-direction hole-linked groove 13 formed at one end part of the removal-executing span S and a pressing force is applied to disconnect a concrete block 14 of the part surrounded by the cutter grooves 11a, 11b, 11c and the cross-direction hole-linked groove 13 from the foundation part 52; and a lift-up removal process in which the concrete block 14 is lifted up with wire members 34 and removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
