Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a dishwasher of a type incorporated into a system kitchen and a method for installing the dishwasher in the system kitchen.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, this type of built-in dishwasher is stored (built-in) under the kitchen counter that constitutes the system kitchen. Under the kitchen counter, system kitchen structures such as a drawer-type storage unit or a hinged-door storage unit are provided, and it is a common installation form that an oven range and a dishwasher are stored. In such a system kitchen, the surface materials of the structures that make up the system kitchen, such as the storage units constructed under the kitchen counter, are unified in terms of their materials, colors, and patterns, and are especially finished to have a beautiful appearance such that the surface positions in the closed state are substantially on the same plane. In accordance with this, the surfaces of the dishwasher and the oven range are also formed in the same color and pattern, and the surfaces are made to be in the same position as the system kitchen structures so as to obtain a sense of unity.

[0003]

[0004] Also, in such a built-in dishwasher, a front plate portion is provided in front of the washing tub that can be taken in and out from the front opening of the dishwasher main body that opens forward, an operation panel is configured at the upper front portion of the front plate portion, a decorative surface material (surface material) is attached to the lower portion thereof to form a door, and the washing tub is configured such that the user can pull it out freely. Since the same material as the surface materials of the other structures of the system kitchen that houses the dishwasher is applied to the decorative surface material, it is necessary to change the thickness of the decorative surface material when changing the surface material. However, even if the thickness of the decorative surface material changes, there are some in which the decorative surface material is attached to the front plate portion so that the front-rear position adjustment is possible on the front surface of the front plate portion so that the surface position of the decorative surface material can be made approximately constant. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2005-253825 [Overview of the Initiative] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0006] However, when installing a dishwasher in a system kitchen, there is a requirement for the front panel attached to the front of the dishwasher to blend seamlessly with the fronts of other drawers and other parts of the system kitchen when the dishwasher is stored within the system kitchen. Furthermore, vertical position adjustment of the dishwasher is also required, and this requirement cannot be met by adjusting the front-to-back position of the dishwasher alone.

[0007] The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems and aims to improve the design of the dishwasher and other components of the system kitchen by making it possible to make the front surface of the panel attached to the front of the dishwasher substantially flush with the front surface of other components of the system kitchen, such as other drawers, when the dishwasher is installed in the system kitchen. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] To solve the aforementioned conventional problems, the present invention provides a dishwasher in which a washing tank opening upward is housed in a box-shaped enclosure that opens forward, and the washing tank opening upward can be moved in and out in the front-to-back direction from the front opening of the enclosure, wherein a facing material can be attached to the front of the washing tank. A front panel is provided, and housing position adjustment means is provided to adjust the position of the housing in the front-rear and up-down directions. [Effects of the Invention]

[0009] When a dishwasher is installed in a system kitchen, it is possible to make the front surface of the panel attached to the front of the dishwasher nearly flush with the front surfaces of other components in the system kitchen, such as drawers, thereby improving the design of the dishwasher and the other components of the system kitchen. (b) A top view and a partial cross-sectional view of the dishwasher in the middle position. (c) A top view and a partial cross-sectional view of the dishwasher in the rear position. [Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0011] The first invention is a dishwasher in which a washing tank opening upward is housed in a box-shaped enclosure that opens forward, and the washing tank opening upward is housed in such a way that it can be moved in and out from the front opening of the enclosure in the front-to-back direction. The invention provides a front panel portion to which a facing material can be attached in front of the washing tank, and a housing position adjustment means for adjusting the position of the enclosure in the front-to-back and up-to-down directions. This makes it possible to make the front surface of the facing material attached to the front of the dishwasher substantially flush with the front surface of other structures in the system kitchen, such as other drawers, when the dishwasher is installed in a system kitchen, thereby improving the design of the dishwasher and other components of the system kitchen. Because the vertical position of the body can be adjusted, the gap between the top surface of the dishwasher and the top surface of the storage unit in the system kitchen opposite it can be adjusted.

[0012] The second invention is based on the first invention, wherein the housing position adjusting means is installed on the left and right sides of the lower part of the housing, and in a state where the dishwasher is installed on the storage installation surface of the system kitchen, it is possible to perform adjustment by the housing position adjusting means from the front. As a result, even when the dishwasher is stored in the system kitchen with a facing material attached to the front plate portion of the dishwasher, the position of the dishwasher can be adjusted vertically and horizontally.

[0013] The third invention is based on the first or second invention, wherein the housing position adjusting means is installed on the left and right sides of the lower part of the housing, and includes a front-rear adjustment screw for adjusting the position in the front-rear direction. By rotating the front-rear adjustment screw clockwise, the housing can be moved backward, and by rotating the front-rear adjustment screw counterclockwise, the housing can be moved forward. As a result, the positions of the two housing position adjusting means on the left and right of the lower part of the housing can both be adjusted back and forth by rotating the screws in the same direction.

[0014] The fourth invention is based on any one of the first to third inventions, wherein the housing position adjusting means is installed on the left and right sides of the lower part of the housing, and includes an up-down adjustment screw for adjusting the position in the up-down direction. By rotating the up-down adjustment screw clockwise, the housing can be moved upward, and by rotating the up-down adjustment screw counterclockwise, the housing can be moved downward. As a result, the positions of the two housing position adjusting means on the left and right of the lower part of the housing can both be adjusted up and down by rotating the screws in the same direction.

[0015] The fifth invention is based on any one of the first to fourth inventions, wherein the housing position adjusting means has a mark capable of recognizing the position of the housing in the front-rear direction or the up-down direction. By confirming the position of the mark, the adjustment screw of the housing position adjusting member can be adjusted.

[0016] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited by the present embodiments.

[0017] (Embodiment 1) Figure 1 is a perspective view of the dishwasher according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, installed in a system kitchen.

[0018] An operating panel 24b is provided on the surface of the door 24 of the dishwasher 1, and below it, a surface material 28 is attached that is made of the same material as the surface material of the system kitchen structure located under the kitchen counter K, and has the same color tone and pattern. Therefore, when the dishwasher 1 is installed to form a system kitchen, a sense of unity with the surrounding system kitchen structure is achieved, and a system kitchen with a beautiful appearance can be created.

[0019] Figure 2 is a side cross-sectional view of a dishwasher according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.

[0020] As shown in Figure 2, the washing tank 23, which opens upwards, is located inside a box-shaped housing 22 that opens forward. The washing tank 23 moves back and forth through the front opening 21 of the housing 22, allowing dishes 26 to be inserted into and removed from the washing tank 23 by pulling it forward. This is a so-called pull-open type configuration.

[0021] The housing 22 is connected to water supply and drainage piping and power supply, and the washing tank 23 is connected to the washing tank 23 via a water supply valve, water supply pump, and water supply pipe from the housing 22. Washing water or rinsing water mixed with detergent is sprayed from a washing nozzle that is located on the bottom surface of the washing tank 23 and rotated. Then, the dishes 26 stored in the dish basket 27 are washed.

[0022] The cleaning tank 23 can be inserted into and removed from the front opening 21 of the housing 22 by sliding a second slide rail (not shown) attached to its outer surface on a first slide rail (not shown) attached to the inner surface of the housing 22. When the cleaning tank 23 is pushed into the housing 22, the upper opening 25 of the cleaning tank 23 is sealed by an inner lid to prevent the cleaning water from splashing out.

[0023] In front of the washing tub 23, a front panel 24a is provided, which is approximately the same width as the washing tub 23. An operating section 24b is provided above the front panel 24a, and a facing material 28 is provided below it, forming a door body 24. The operating section 24b is equipped with a lock release lever that releases a locking mechanism that holds the washing tub 23 in the stored position when it is stored in the housing 22, allowing the washing tub 23 to be pulled out, as well as an exhaust port for drying air during dish drying, and operation input buttons for operating the dishwasher 1. The facing material 28 is attached to the front panel 24a so that its upper end is in contact with the lower end of the operating section 24b.

[0024] The operating section 24b and the facing material 28 that constitute the door body 24 are formed to a width that can cover the front of the housing 22. Therefore, when the door body 24 of the dishwasher 1 housed in a system kitchen is closed, that is, when the washing tank 23 is housed in the housing 22, as shown in Figure 2, the door body 24 closes the front opening 21 of the housing 22, and as shown in Figure 1, it is installed in a uniform state within the system kitchen structure with a predetermined gap between it and the surrounding system kitchen structure.

[0025] The surface material 28 is the same material as the surface material of system kitchen components such as the pull-out storage unit L and hinged door storage unit M built under the kitchen counter K, or fixed panels. They are formed in the same color tone and pattern, and are attached so that their respective surface positions are located on approximately the same plane.

[0026] When a system kitchen is constructed, the surface design of the system kitchen structure is diverse, and various materials, colors, and patterns are used, so the thickness of the surface material is not uniform. Since the surface material 28 of the dishwasher 1 will be changed to match the surface material of the kitchen system structure, a spacer 40 is provided to accommodate the change in the thickness of the surface material 28, as shown in Figure 3.

[0027] Furthermore, in Figures 2 and 9, a rear regulating member 30 is fixed to the storage installation surface 29 of the system kitchen at the rear lower part of the housing 22 by a plurality of screws (not shown). The rear regulating member 30 is slidably inserted into a locking hole 30a formed in the lower rear of the housing 22 when the housing 22 moves from the front, restricting the housing 22 from moving rearward from a predetermined position, and preventing the rear of the housing 22 from lifting up due to the weight of the washing tank 23 when the washing tank 23 is pulled out.

[0028] Furthermore, on the left and right sides of the lower front, housing position adjustment members 31 are fixed to the storage mounting surface 29 by multiple fixing screws A (not shown), which also restrict the forward movement of the housing 22 and adjust the position of the housing 22 in the front-rear and up-down directions. Note that the housing position adjustment members 31 only need to be configured to adjust the position in at least the front-rear direction.

[0029] The housing position adjustment member 31 and the housing 22 are connected and fixed by fixing the housing 22 to the housing 22 with housing mounting screws 31d via a connecting member 31e, and fixing the housing position adjustment member 31 to the housing position adjustment member 31 with housing position adjustment member mounting screws 31f via the connecting member 31e. The housing mounting screws 31d and housing position adjustment member mounting screws 31f are configured to rotate freely from the front of the housing 22. It may be higher or lower than the lower end position of the facing material 28.

[0030] As will be described later, the housing position adjustment member 31 is positioned at least below the lower end of the facing material 28, and is configured to be rotatable from the front of the housing 22 even after the facing material 28 has been attached to the front panel 24a.

[0031] Figure 3 is an enlarged partial cross-sectional view showing (a) the configuration of the operating section and the vicinity of the front panel when the surface material thickness of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention is "large", (b) an enlarged partial cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the operating section and the vicinity of the front panel when the surface material thickness of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention is "medium", and (c) an enlarged partial cross-sectional view showing the configuration of the operating section and the vicinity of the front panel when the surface material thickness of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention is "small".

[0032] Figure 3(a) shows the state in which the large facing material 28a is attached to the front panel portion 24a via the first facing material mounting member 41a and the second facing material mounting member 41b. The thickness of the large facing material 28a is approximately 21 mm, and the front surface of the operating section 24b and the front surface of the facing material 28a are substantially flush.

[0033] Figure 3(b) shows the state in which the medium facing material 28b is attached to the front panel portion 24a via the spacer 40 and the first facing material mounting member 41a and the second facing material mounting member 41b. The thickness of the large facing material 28a is approximately 18 mm, and the front surface of the operating section 24b and the front surface of the facing material 28a are substantially flush.

[0034] Figure 3(c) shows the state in which the small panel 28c is attached to the front panel 24a via the spacer 40 and the first panel mounting member 41a and the second panel mounting member 41b. The large panel 28a has a thickness of approximately 18 mm, and the front surface of the operating section 24b and the front surface of the panel 28a are substantially flush.

[0035] In this way, depending on the thickness of the surface material 28, the presence or absence of the spacer 40 makes it possible to configure the front surface of the operating section 24b and the front surface of the surface material 28a to be substantially flush.

[0036] Figure 4 is an exploded perspective view of the housing and the facing material when the facing material thickness of the dishwasher is "large" according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. In Figure 4, first, the first facing material mounting member 41a and the second facing material mounting member 41b are screwed to predetermined positions on the facing material (large) 28a, the upper end of the first facing material mounting member 41a located on the upper part of the facing material (large) 28a is hooked into a hole (not shown) provided on the bottom surface of the operating section 24b, and the facing material (large) 28a can be fixed to the front plate section 24a by screwing the screw hole provided on the side of the second facing material mounting member 41b to the side surface of the front plate section 24a.

[0037] Figure 5 is an exploded perspective view of the casing and the facing material when the facing material thickness of the dishwasher is "medium" according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. In Figure 5, first, the first facing material mounting member 41a is fastened together with the facing material (medium) 28b using screws through holes at predetermined positions below the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b. This allows the facing material (medium) 28b, the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b, and the first facing material mounting member 41a to be fixed together.

[0038] Furthermore, the second panel mounting member 41b is fastened together with the panel (middle) 28b using screws through holes at predetermined positions above the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b. This allows the panel (middle) 28b, the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b, and the second panel mounting member 41b to be fixed in place.

[0039] Furthermore, the upper end of the first panel mounting member 41a, located on the upper part of the panel (middle) 28b, can be hooked into a hole (not shown) provided on the bottom surface of the operating section 24b, and the panel (middle) 28b can be fixed to the front panel 24a by screwing the screw hole provided on the side of the second panel mounting member 41b to the side surface of the front panel 24a.

[0040] In this case, the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b are in a nearly symmetrical relationship. Although this example uses the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b to form a total of two spacers, the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b may also be connected at the top or bottom to form a single spacer.

[0041] Figure 6 shows (a) an exploded perspective view of the front panel and spacer when the surface material thickness of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention is "medium", (b) an enlarged exploded perspective view of the upper part of the front panel and spacer, and (c) an enlarged exploded perspective view of the lower part of the front panel and spacer.

[0042] In particular, in Figure 6(b), the side of the first spacer 40a that contacts the central facing material 28b is marked with "L," indicating the left side, suggesting a thickness of 18.0 mm or less for the facing material 28. Furthermore, the side of the first spacer 40a that contacts the front plate portion 24a is marked with "R," indicating the right side, suggesting a thickness of 18.1 mm to 18.9 mm or less for the facing material 28.

[0043] Furthermore, the side of the second spacer 40b that contacts the (middle) surface material 28b is marked with "R," indicating the right side, and this indicates that the thickness of the surface material 28 is 18.0 mm or less. In addition, the side of the second spacer 40b that contacts the front plate portion 24a is marked with "L," indicating the left side, and this indicates that the thickness of the surface material 28 is 18.1 mm to 18.9 mm or less.

[0044] In other words, by displaying indications of the left and right placement positions and the corresponding thickness dimensions of the facing material on both sides of the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b, it is possible to prevent the dishwasher installer from mistakenly installing the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b on the facing material 28 in the wrong left and right positions for a facing material 28 of a certain thickness, or from installing the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b on the wrong surfaces for a facing material 28 of a certain thickness.

[0045] As shown in Figure 6(a), the surfaces of the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b that contact the surface material (middle) 28b have multiple holes, but the surface is substantially flat. On the other hand, as shown in Figure 7, the front view of the second spacer and the front view of the front plate of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention, the surfaces of the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b that contact the front plate 24a are provided with spacer-side ribs 42, and the spacer-side ribs 42 are configured to fit into the front plate-side grooves 43 provided in the front plate 24a.

[0046] In this configuration, the spacer-side ribs 42 of the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b are aligned with the front plate side grooves 43 provided on the front plate portion 24a. As shown in Figure 3(b), when attaching the (middle) surface material 28b to the front plate portion 24a, the thickness of the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b can be reduced, allowing the front surface of the operating section 24b and the front surface of the (middle) surface material 28b to be substantially flush.

[0047] Figure 8 is an exploded perspective view of the housing and the facing material when the facing material thickness of the dishwasher is "small" according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. In Figure 8, first, the first facing material mounting member 41a is fastened together with the facing material (small) 28c with screws through holes at predetermined positions below the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b. This fastens the facing material (small) 28c together with the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b. The spacer 40b and the first surface material mounting member 41a can be fixed together.

[0048] Furthermore, the second panel mounting member 41b is fastened together with the small panel 28c using screws through holes located at predetermined positions above the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b. This allows the small panel 28c, the first spacer 40a, the second spacer 40b, and the second panel mounting member 41b to be fixed in place.

[0049] Furthermore, the small panel 28c can be fixed to the front panel 24a by hooking the upper end of the first panel mounting member 41a, located on the upper part of the small panel 28c, into a hole (not shown) provided on the bottom surface of the operating section 24b, and screwing the screw hole provided on the side of the second panel mounting member 41b to the side surface of the front panel 24a.

[0050] In this case, the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b are in a nearly symmetrical relationship. Furthermore, when attaching the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b to the small surface material 28c, the left-right and front-back orientations of the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b are reversed compared to when attaching them to the medium surface material 28b.

[0051] Although this example uses two spacers, the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b, the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b can also be connected at the top or bottom to form a single spacer. With this configuration, only the front and back of the single spacer need to be reversed. There is no need to worry about the left and right position.

[0052] In the configuration shown in Figure 8, or in the configuration shown in Figure 3(c), the spacer-side ribs 42 of the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b come into contact with the small surface material 28c. As a result, the distance between the small surface material 28c and the front plate portion 24a increases by the thickness of the spacer-side ribs 42, allowing the front surface of the small surface material 28c to be substantially flush with the front surface of the operating section 24b.

[0053] Furthermore, since the first spacer 40a and the second spacer 40b extend almost to the top and bottom edges of the front panel 24a, the gap between the medium facing material 28b and the small facing material 28c and the front panel 24a can be filled as much as possible.

[0054] Figure 9 is a perspective view showing the state in which the housing position adjustment member and the rear regulating member are installed on the storage installation surface for housing the dishwasher in a system kitchen according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. Before installing the dishwasher 1 in the system kitchen, the rear regulating member 30 is fixed with multiple screws at a predetermined position approximately in the rear center of the storage installation surface 29. The housing position adjustment member 31 is fixed with multiple fixing screws A (not shown) at predetermined positions on the left and right sides of the storage installation surface 29.

[0055] The rear regulating member 30 may be configured to be attached to predetermined positions on the left and right rear of the storage mounting surface 29, so as to be opposed to the housing position adjustment member 31.

[0056] Next, while installing the piping and wiring, the dishwasher 1 is slid in from the front so that the rear restricting member 30 is inserted into the locking hole 30a formed in the lower rear of the housing 22, and the dishwasher 1 is assembled into the storage installation surface 29. Then, on the front of the housing 22, the housing position adjustment member 31 is fixed with housing position adjustment member mounting screws 31f via the connecting member 31e, and the housing 22 is fixed to the housing position adjustment member 31 and the housing 22 with housing mounting screws 31d via the connecting member 31e.

[0057] Next, as explained in Figures 4, 5, and 8, the large facing material 28a or the medium facing material 28b and spacer 40 or the small facing material 28c and spacer 40 are fixed to the front panel 24a, and at this point, the front surface of either facing material and the front surface of the operating section 24b are substantially flush. Furthermore, the front position of the front panel 28 is checked against the front of other structures such as storage shelves on the left and right sides of the system kitchen. If the positions do not match, the front-to-back position of the housing 22 is adjusted using the housing position adjustment members 31 fixed to predetermined positions on the left and right sides of the storage installation surface 29.

[0058] In this case, the vertical adjustment screws 31a and the horizontal adjustment screws 31b of the housing position adjustment member 31 are positioned at least lower than the lower end position of the facing material 28, and are configured to be rotatable from the front of the housing 22 even after the facing material 28 has been attached to the front plate portion 24a.

[0059] This makes it possible to make the front surface of the panel 28 attached to the front of the dishwasher 1, the front surface of the operation unit 24b of the dishwasher 1, and the front surfaces of other components of the system kitchen, such as other drawers, nearly flush when the dishwasher 1 is installed in the system kitchen, thereby improving the design of the dishwasher and the other components of the system kitchen.

[0060] Figure 10 shows (a) a front view of a dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention and (b) an enlarged front view of the housing position adjustment member of the same dishwasher. In Figure 10(a), housing position adjustment members 31 are attached to the lower left and right sides of the housing 22 of the dishwasher 1. In Figure 10(b), a front-to-back adjustment screw 31b, a back-to-back adjustment screw 31a, a housing position adjustment member mounting screw 31f, and a housing mounting screw 31d approximately above it are attached to the lower left side of the housing 22 from left to right. The aforementioned screws are also attached to the lower right side of the housing 22 approximately symmetrically to the lower left side.

[0061] Figure 11 shows (a) a partially enlarged front view of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention when the housing position is lowered, (b) a partially enlarged front view of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention when the housing position is raised, (c) a cross-sectional view AA of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention when the housing position is lowered, and (d) a cross-sectional view AA of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention when the housing position is raised.

[0062] By rotating the vertical adjustment screw 31a to the right on either of the left or right lower housing position adjustment members 31 of the housing 22, the height of the housing 22 can be raised from Figure 11(a) to Figure 11(b) (in this example, it is raised by 3 mm, but this is not limited to this). Also, by rotating the vertical adjustment screw 31a to the left on either of the left or right lower housing position adjustment members 31 of the housing 22, the height of the housing 22 can be lowered from Figure 11(b) to Figure 11(a).

[0063] As shown in Figures 11(c) and 11(d), by rotating the vertical adjustment screw 31a to the right, the second mating member 31h rises while the inclined surface of the first mating member 31g and the inclined surface of the second mating member 31h come into contact, thereby raising the height of the housing 22. Conversely, by rotating the vertical adjustment screw 31a to the left, the second mating member 31h descends while the inclined surface of the first mating member 31g and the inclined surface of the second mating member 31h come into contact, thereby lowering the height of the housing 22.

[0064] Figure 12 shows (a) a top view and a partial cross-sectional view of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention with the housing position adjustment member moved to the front position, (b) a top view and a partial cross-sectional view of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention with the housing position adjustment member moved to the middle position, and (c) a top view and a partial cross-sectional view of the dishwasher in Embodiment 1 of the present invention with the housing position adjustment member moved to the rear position.

[0065] In Figure 12, the housing position adjustment member 31 has two sets of triple-loop holes 31j on its base 31i. The housing position adjustment member 31 can be fixed to the storage installation surface 29 of the system kitchen with screws via these two sets of triple-loop holes 31j. Because there are triple-loop holes, the housing position adjustment member 31 can be adjusted in three stages when installed on the storage installation surface 29.

[0066] For example, by rotating the front-to-back adjustment screw 31b to the right, as shown in Figure 12(a) through Figure 12(b) and then Figure 12(c), the outer casing 31c of the housing position adjustment member 31 can be moved backward, thereby allowing the housing 22 to be moved backward (in this example, it moves backward by about 3 mm at a time). Also, by rotating the front-to-back adjustment screw 31b to the left, as shown in Figure 12(c) through Figure 12(b) and then Figure 12(a), the outer casing 31c of the housing position adjustment member 31 can be moved forward, thereby allowing the housing 22 to be moved forward (in this example, it moves forward by about 3 mm at a time).

[0067] The housing position adjustment members 31, which are fixed to predetermined positions on the left and right of the storage installation surface 29, allow the front-to-back position of the housing 22 to be adjusted. As a result, it is possible to make the front surface of the panel 28 attached to the front of the dishwasher 1, the front surface of the operation section 24b of the dishwasher 1, and the front surfaces of other components such as other drawers in the system kitchen nearly flush, thereby improving the design of the dishwasher and other components of the system kitchen.

[0068] Furthermore, by rotating the front-to-back adjustment screw 31b to the right, the outer casing 31c of the housing position adjustment member 31 can be moved backward, thereby moving the housing 22 backward (in this example, it moves backward by about 3 mm at a time). However, as the screw (marker) 31n moves from the front to the back of the housing position adjustment member 31 by rotating the front-to-back adjustment screw 31b to the left, the user can use the position of the screw 31n as a marker to check the front-to-back position of the housing 22 while adjusting the front-to-back adjustment screw 31b of the housing position adjustment member 31.

[0069] Furthermore, by rotating the front-to-back adjustment screw 31b to the right, the housing position adjustment member 31 moves from the rear to the front. This allows the user to use the position of the screw 31n as a guide to check the front-to-back position of the housing 22 while adjusting the front-to-back adjustment screw 31b of the housing position adjustment member 31.

[0070] Furthermore, if a marker 31k, such as a slit or coloring, is placed at a position corresponding to the state in which the screw 31n is in the middle position in the front-to-back direction as shown in Figure 12(b), the user can adjust the front-to-back adjustment screw 31b of the housing position adjustment member 31 while confirming the front-to-back position of the housing 22 based on the relationship between the screw 31n and the marker 31k.

[0071] Furthermore, by rotating the vertical adjustment screw 31a to the right, the height position of the housing 22 can be raised from Figure 11(a) to Figure 11(b) (in this example, it is raised by 3 mm, but this is not limited to this). However, if, for example, a sliding member (marker) 31m is provided located behind the housing position adjustment member 31, and configured so that as the height position of the housing 22 is raised from Figure 11(a) to Figure 11(b), the sliding member 31m located behind the housing position adjustment member 31 moves from rear to front on Figure 12, the user can use the position of the sliding member 31m as a marker to check the vertical position of the housing 22 while adjusting the vertical adjustment screw 31a of the housing position adjustment member 31.

[0072] Furthermore, if the vertical adjustment screw 31a is rotated to the left, causing the sliding member 31m located behind the housing position adjustment member 31 to move from front to back on Figure 12, the user can use the position of the sliding member 31m as a guide to check the vertical position of the housing 22 while adjusting the vertical adjustment screw 31a of the housing position adjustment member 31. [Industrial applicability]

[0073] As described above, the dishwasher according to the present invention, when the dishwasher is installed in a system kitchen, has a front panel attached to the front of the dishwasher, and other pulls in the system kitchen. This design allows for a nearly flush front surface with other components such as cabinets, improving the aesthetics of the dishwasher and other parts of the system kitchen, and can therefore be applied to other built-in microwave ovens and induction cooktops.
