Abstract

We offer a Lyme borreliosis (Lyme disease) vaccine. [Solution] The present invention provides a composition comprising an OspA fusion protein of a specific sequence (LipS1D1-S2D1), an OspA fusion protein of a specific sequence (Lip-S4D1-S3hybD1), and an OspA fusion protein of a specific sequence (Lip-S5D1-S6D1) for use in vaccines or in methods for inducing an immune response in humans against Lyme disease.
