Claims

1. 2. The cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein component (A) is glycylglycine or a salt thereof.

3. The cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the content of component (A) is 1% by mass to 2% by mass.

4. The cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the (B) component comprises PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil.

The cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein component (C) comprises at least one selected from the group consisting of polyglyceryl monostearate, polyglyceryl monooleate, polyglyceryl dioleate, polyglyceryl monoisostearate, polyglyceryl diisostearate, and polyglyceryl triisostearate.

6. The cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the content of component (D) is 1% by mass or less.

7. A cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, used in a lotion.
