Abstract

The present invention provides a terminal, a wireless communication method, and a base station that appropriately determine the priority of power allocation for uplink transmissions. [Solution] In a next-generation mobile communication system, a user terminal includes a transmitting unit that transmits capability information, and a control unit that performs a function if the capability information indicates a function that prioritizes random access channel transmission on serving cells other than the primary cell over semi-persistent sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission and periodic SRS transmission in power allocation to either two uplink carriers of a single cell or multiple cells in carrier aggregation.

Claims

1. A transmission unit that transmits capability information, A terminal having, if the capability information indicates a function that prioritizes random access channel transmission on serving cells other than the primary cell over semi-persistent sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission and periodic SRS transmission in power allocation to either two uplink carriers of a single cell or multiple cells in carrier aggregation, a control unit that performs the said function.

2. The terminal according to claim 1, wherein the control unit performs the function when the capability information indicates the function and a setting related to the function is received.

3. The terminal according to claim 1, wherein the semi-persistent SRS transmission and periodic SRS transmission are transmitted on a primary cell.

4. The terminal according to claim 1, wherein the semi-persistent SRS transmission and periodic SRS transmission are transmitted on a secondary cell.

5. The steps include: transmitting capability information, A wireless communication method for a terminal, comprising the step of performing a function if the capability information indicates a function that prioritizes random access channel transmission on serving cells other than the primary cell over semi-persistent sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission and periodic SRS transmission in power allocation to either two uplink carriers of a single cell or multiple cells in carrier aggregation.

6. A receiving unit that receives capability information, A base station having, if the capability information indicates a function that prioritizes random access channel transmission on serving cells other than the primary cell over semi-persistent sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission and periodic SRS transmission in power allocation to either two uplink carriers of a single cell or multiple cells in carrier aggregation, a control unit that controls the transmission of the setting of said function.
