Abstract

A method for changing the state of a user terminal between a boarding state and an alighting state is disclosed. This method includes the steps of setting the state of the user terminal to a first state and changing the state of the user terminal from the first state to the second state based on the result of comparing the difference between the reception frequency of a second type beacon signal and the reception frequency of a first type beacon signal with a predetermined critical value.
