Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] An object of the present invention is to solve the problems of lack of production and sense of presence, low degree of freedom in the configuration of the pattern plate, and simplicity of operation in the prior art. Specifically, by selectively using pattern plates having different patterns, it is an object to easily realize various production effects by different patterns, and further to realize synchronous control and simple operability of the light emitting means and the acoustic reproduction means.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0005] The structure of this invention is as described in the following items. Item 1
[0006] The display stand of this invention comprises a base for placing an object to be displayed (figure, stuffed animal, mascot, or other three-dimensional ornament), a light-emitting means disposed on the inner bottom surface of the base, a pattern plate disposed on the upper surface of the base, and an outer frame that protects the sides of the base. Item 2
[0007] The pattern plate is positioned so that light from the light-emitting means is shone on it from below, and the pattern formed on the pattern plate glows and becomes visible due to the light shone on it from the light-emitting means. This allows for a visually integrated presentation effect with the exhibited items (figures, stuffed animals, mascots, and other three-dimensional decorations). Item 3
[0008] The aforementioned pattern plate is positioned on the base in a manner that does not anticipate the user attaching or detaching it under normal use conditions, and it is possible to adopt multiple product specifications with different patterns on the pattern plate. Item 4
[0009] The base is equipped with sound reproduction means, which is configured to reproduce music or sounds corresponding to the exhibited object. The sound reproduction means operates in combination with the light-emitting means to provide both visual and auditory effects simultaneously. Item 5
[0010] The base is provided with an operating means for controlling the start of operation of the light-emitting means and the sound-reproducing means, and is configured to start and stop the operation of at least one or both of the light-emitting means and the sound-reproducing means in response to the operation of the operating means.
[0011] According to this invention, by illuminating the pattern formed on the pattern plate from below while the pattern plate is placed on the display stand body, a high visual effect can be obtained that is integrated with the display object (figure, stuffed animal, mascot, or other three-dimensional decoration). Furthermore, by adopting a product specification that includes pattern plates with different designs, it becomes possible to provide display stands with a wide variety of presentation options. Furthermore, by making the light-emitting means and sound-reproducing means controllable for starting and stopping, it is possible to achieve a highly immersive experience that combines visual and auditory effects, thereby improving user satisfaction.
[0012] The pattern plate has a transparent or translucent image, such as an animation, printed on the base material, and is fixed to the top surface of the base by adhesive or screws or other fastening means. A light-emitting LED is positioned on the bottom surface inside the base, and the light from the LED is uniformly irradiated onto the pattern plate via a light-diffusing member. The base has a built-in speaker that can play music or sound effects related to the displayed object (figure, stuffed animal, mascot, or other three-dimensional decoration). The operating means consists of a push button, and the operation of at least one or both of the light-emitting means and the sound-playing means is controlled in response to the operation of the push button. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0014] The display stand of the present invention can be applied to a wide range of markets including the toy and hobby industries, as it enhances the background effect in the display of display objects (figures, stuffed toys, mascots, and other three-dimensional ornaments) and contributes to improving the added value of products.
[0015] Hereinafter, a display stand according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Note that this embodiment is an example that embodies the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0016] The display stand of this embodiment includes a pedestal 1 for placing a display object (figure, stuffed toy, mascot, or other three-dimensional ornament), a pattern plate 3 disposed on the upper surface of the pedestal 1, a light-emitting means 6 disposed on the inner bottom surface of the pedestal 1, an acoustic reproduction means 7 disposed inside the pedestal 1, and an operation means 4 for controlling the operations of the light-emitting means 6 and the acoustic reproduction means 7. In addition, an outer frame 5 is provided on the upper peripheral edge of the pedestal 1. The outer frame 5 is formed with a substantially L-shaped cross section and is arranged to surround the upper peripheral edge of the pedestal 1 to cover the entire side surface of the pedestal 1, and by pressing the side surfaces and a part of the upper surface of the pattern plate 3 and the light diffusion member 2, it is configured to hold the pattern plate 3 and the light diffusion member 2. Further, an insertion portion 9 for detachably attaching the suspension support means 10 may be formed on the outer frame 5. The insertion portion 9 is formed as an insertion hole or slit into which the lower end portion of the suspension support means 10 can be inserted.
[0017] The pedestal 1 has a hollow structure capable of accommodating various components inside and is formed with rigidity capable of stably placing a display object (figure, stuffed toy, mascot, or other three-dimensional ornament). The outer shape of the pedestal 1 in plan view is not limited to a specific shape, and for example, it can be configured as a circular shape, a polygonal shape, or any other geometric shape.
[0018] The handle plate 3 is made of a transparent, translucent, or opaque base material, and a pattern such as a character, background, logo, etc. is printed or formed on its surface or inside. The handle plate 3 is disposed on the upper surface of the pedestal 1 and is fixed to the pedestal 1 by screwing, bonding, or fixing means equivalent thereto.
[0019] The handle plate 3 is structured such that it is not assumed to be detached by the user in the normal usage state, and it is possible to adopt a plurality of product specifications with handle plates having different patterns.
[0020] The light-emitting means 6 is composed of, for example, a light-emitting diode (LED) and is disposed on the inner bottom surface of the pedestal 1. The light from the light-emitting means 6 is irradiated downward toward the handle plate 3, and the light diffusing member 2 diffuses the light over the entire handle plate 3, and by transmitting or reflecting the pattern formed on the handle plate 3, a light-emitting effect is achieved.
[0021] The sound reproduction means 7 includes a speaker and sound source data and is disposed inside the pedestal 1. The sound reproduction means 7 is configured to be able to reproduce music, sound effects, or voices related to the display object (figure, plush toy, mascot, or other three-dimensional ornament).
[0022] The operation means 4 is configured as, for example, a push button, switch, or touch-type operation section, and is provided at a position where it can be operated from the outside of the pedestal 1. By operating the operation means 4, it is possible to control the start and stop of the operation of at least one or both of the light-emitting means 6 and the sound reproduction means 7.
[0023] For example, when the operation means 4 is pressed, the light-emitting means 6 lights up, and the sound reproduction means 7 reproduces a predetermined music or voice, and a configuration can be adopted in which an effect corresponding to the worldview of the display object (figure, plush toy, mascot, or other three-dimensional ornament) is started.
[0024] As described above, the display stand of this embodiment allows for the combination of luminescence and sound effects with different pattern plates 3 for each product, without being restricted by the shape of the base 1, thereby enhancing the presentation effect and product value of the displayed items (figures, stuffed animals, mascots, and other three-dimensional decorations).
[0025] The insertion portion 9 can be configured to allow a suspension support means 10 capable of supporting an object to be suspended to be detachably inserted into it. The suspension support means 10 comprises a base portion and a suspension portion, and the base portion is fixed by being inserted into the insertion portion 9. In another embodiment of the present invention, the insertion portion 9 is formed in the outer frame 5.
[0026] The object to be suspended may be a mascot, ornament, keychain, charm, three-dimensional object, two-dimensional object, or any other article that can be suspended.
[0027] The light-emitting means 6 and the sound-reproducing means 7 can be powered by a battery, a rechargeable battery, or an external power source.
[0028] For external power supply, a USB power supply method can be used, and a USB connection terminal can be provided on the side or back of the base 1.
[0029] The USB connection terminal may be Type-A, Type-B, Type-C, Micro-USB, or other standard, and is not limited to any particular standard.
[0030] The power supply configuration may be configured to allow switching between battery operation and external power supply. [Explanation of Symbols]
