Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a fastener and a fastening structure using the same. [Background technology]
[0002] For example, in gaming machines such as pachinko machines, game balls stored in a ball tray are guided to the launch position of a ball launching device, and the ball launching device is activated by operating a launch handle provided on the front frame or inner frame, causing the game balls to be launched toward the playing area of the game board. A mechanical panel equipped with a ball dispensing device that dispenses prize balls and loan balls is provided on the rear side of the inner frame. A ball tank that stores a large number of balls dispensed by the ball dispensing device is provided on the rear side of the mechanical panel. A game board and other components are attached to the front side of the mechanical panel. The game board is provided with various accessories, such as a variable display device that variably displays identification information, a windmill, a chucker, a normal winning port from which prize balls are dispensed, a starting winning port where a lottery is started by a pattern display device, and an attacker (big winning port) that opens when a big win occurs.
[0003] When assembling such mounting members such as a game board or a ball tank to a mechanical board, which is a mounting member, it is necessary to detachably mount the game board or the ball tank to the mechanical board or the front frame using a panel fastener (fixing device) such as Nylatch (registered trademark), taking into consideration the maintenance of the mechanical board. In the panel fastener, a button member is inserted coaxially into a cylindrical hole of a cylindrical locking member. When a cylindrical locking member is inserted into an insertion hole of an engagement boss provided on the mechanical board or the front frame, and the button member is pushed into the cylindrical hole of the locking member, the tip of the locking member is deformed so as to spread outward in the radial direction, so that the mounting member such as a game board can be detachably assembled to a mounting member such as a mechanical board (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2001-190788 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2016-14811 A DISCLOSURE OF THEINVENTION [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] The fasteners shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2 mentioned above fasten the mounting member to the attached member by forcing the button member into the insertion hole of the locking member and deforming the tip of the locking member radially outward, so if an overload is applied to the engagement part, the fastener or engagement boss may be damaged or the insertion hole may wear, causing the button member to fall out. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The object of the present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned situation, and is to provide a fastener for use in a fixing structure in which an attachment member is securely and detachably fixed to an attachment receiving member by a simple pressing operation, and a highly versatile fixing structure using the same that can withstand repeated use.
[0007] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is characterized by having the following configuration. A fastener used in a fastening structure in which a mounting member and a mounted member are overlapped and detachably fastened to each other through openings communicating with each other, the fastener having a through hole communicating with the opening The mounting member has a flat base portion that is overlapped and fixed to the mounting member, and a cylindrical guide frame that has a through hole that communicates with the through hole of the base portion and is provided around the through hole of the base portion. a mounting base; a locking piece having one end supported by the mounting base and the other end extending into the opening and capable of being locked with the mounting member; Guide Frame an operating member that is inserted into the through hole and displaces the locking piece between a locking position where the locking piece is locked to the opening edge of the mounting member and a locking release position where the locking piece is released from the opening edge; and a guide portion formed of the left and right inner walls and bottom of the through hole of the guide frame, the operating member is inserted into the through hole of the guide frame, a groove formed in the operating member is fitted into the protrusion, and the operating member is moved forward and backward while being guided by the guide portion to fix or release the mounted member to the mounting member. It is characterized by: As a result, the mounting base attached to the workpiece can be Guide frame provided in By inserting the operating member through the through hole, the other end of the locking piece can be displaced from the unlocked position to the locked position, thereby fixing the attached member to the attaching member. Through the guide frame holeBy pulling out the fastening piece, the other end side of the fastening piece can be displaced from the fastening position to the unlocked position, thereby enabling the attached member to be removed from the mounting member. In addition, since the operating member can be pushed in while being guided by the guide portion provided in the through hole of the guide frame, the posture of the operating member is stable and operation can be performed easily; moreover, since the operating member moves forward and backward while the groove of the operating member remains engaged with the protrusion of the guide frame, the posture of the operating member relative to the mounting base is stable and operability is improved.
[0010] The mounting base may be provided with a movement regulating portion that regulates the movement of the operating member at the front side and the back side of the insertion direction of the through hole, and the operating member may be provided with a plurality of recesses into which the movement regulating portions fit. In this case, the movement restricting portion fits into the recess on the rear side of the operating member in the insertion direction to restrict the movement, thereby preventing the operating member from falling off to the front side of the mounting base. Also, when the operating member is inserted into the through hole of the mounting base, the movement restricting portion fits into the recess on the front side of the operating member in the insertion direction to restrict the movement, thereby maintaining the locking state in which the locking piece is locked to the mounting member.
[0011] It is preferable that the other end of the locking piece is provided so as to be displaceable relative to the mounting base, and that the other end is formed with a locking claw that can enter an opening located on the rear side of the mounting base and engage with the mounting member. As a result, the locking claws enter the openings and lock onto the edge of the openings, thereby firmly fixing the attached member to the attaching member.
[0012] The operating member inserted into the through hole of the mounting base abuts against the locking piece, and by inserting the operating member into the rear side of the through hole, the locking piece is pushed to lock the locking claw into the opening edge of the mounting member. This allows the locking piece to be pushed and the locking claw to engage with the edge of the opening as the operating member is inserted toward the back of the through hole, thereby fixing the attached member to the mounting member, and the locking claw can be released from its engagement with the edge of the opening as the operating member is pulled out toward the front of the through hole, allowing the attached member to be removed from the mounting member.
[0013] The operating member may be provided with a first displacement regulating portion that regulates the displacement of the locking piece at the locking position, and a second displacement regulating portion that regulates the displacement of the locking piece at the unlocked position where the locking piece is released. As a result, the locking piece can be firmly maintained in its locked state because the first displacement restriction portion of the operating member restricts the locking piece from being displaced when the locking piece is in the locked position, and the second displacement restriction portion restricts the locking piece from being displaced when the locking piece is in the unlocked position, preventing the locking piece from falling off the mounting base.
[0014] Specifically, the operating member may have a wedge-shaped inclined portion at the tip in the insertion direction which slides while constantly abutting against the locking piece, and the locking piece may be pressed against a pressing portion provided on the front side of the wedge-shaped inclined portion in the insertion direction to hold it in the locked position, and the inclined surface of the wedge-shaped inclined portion may be brought into contact with the locking piece to hold the locking piece in the unlocked position. As a result, the wedge-shaped inclined portion provided at the leading end of the operating member in the insertion direction and the locking piece slide against each other to change the contact position, so that the locking piece can be held in the locking position and the unlocking position.
[0015] The operating member The gripping part of The above Guide frame When the through hole is moved from a position on the front side in the insertion direction to a position on the rear side in the insertion direction, Guide Frame The opening end of the second insulating film 14 may be flush with the opening end of the second insulating film 14 . As a result, it is possible to confirm that the locking piece has been moved from the unlocked position to the locked position by inserting the operating member. Whether the grip of the operating member is flush with the opening end of the guide frame or not Since it is easy to visually confirm, it is possible to prevent forgetting to fasten the fasteners when fastening the attached member to the mounting member at multiple points using fasteners.
[0016] The operating member may have a grip portion that is gripped by an operator and is provided on the front side of the locking piece. This makes it easier for an operator to grip the grip portion of the operating member and insert or remove it into or from the through hole of the mounting base, thereby improving operability.
[0017] The locking piece may be assembled to the mounting base so as to be swingable about a swing shaft provided on one end side of the locking piece. This allows the locking piece to be pivotally displaced between the locking release position and the locking position depending on the insertion position of the operating member relative to the mounting base, thereby fixing the mounting member to the mounted member.
[0018] The mounting base may be composed of a base portion which is fixed to the workpiece and a cylindrical guide frame which is stacked and assembled around the through hole, and the locking piece may be assembled so that the oscillating shaft is sandwiched between the base portion and the guide frame and capable of swinging. This allows the locking piece to be easily assembled to the mounting base by simply aligning the guide frame with the base portion.
[0019] The mounting base is assembled so as to be separable into upper and lower halves, and shaft grooves for oscillatingly holding the oscillating shaft provided on the locking piece may be provided in multiple locations on at least the dividing surface of either the upper mounting base or the lower mounting base. This allows the locking piece to be locked to the mounting member at an optimal locking position by selecting the shaft groove into which the oscillating shaft fits depending on the thickness of the workpiece to be overlaid on the mounting member.
[0020] The locking piece may have one end formed integrally with the rear surface side of the mounting base and the other end extending toward the rear side of an opening provided in the mounted member and the mounting member. This simplifies the structure of the fastener, allowing the mounting member to be fixed to the mounted member using fewer components.
[0021] In the fixing structure, the workpiece is placed on the mounting member, and one of the above-mentioned fixing devices is placed on top of the workpiece with its mounting base aligned with the workpiece, and the operating member is pushed into the rear side of the opening through the through hole, thereby removably fixing the workpiece to the mounting member. As a result, by inserting the operating member toward the through hole, the locking piece is displaced and locks into the opening drilled in the mounting member, and by pulling the operating member out of the through hole toward the front, the locking piece can be released from its engagement with the mounting member and the member to be attached can be removed, thereby providing a highly versatile fixing structure for the mounting member and the member to be attached that can withstand repeated use.
[0022] When a pair of notches are formed in the opening edge of the mounting member to form an engaging piece to which the locking piece of the fixing device engages, elasticity is imparted to the engaging piece, making the engaging state of the locking piece stronger, thereby providing a fixing structure that can withstand overloads and repeated use. Effect of the Invention
[0023] As described above, it is possible to provide a fastener used in a fixing structure in which an attachment member is securely and removably fixed to a receiving member by a simple pressing operation, and a highly versatile fixing structure using this fastener that can withstand repeated use. [0032] [First Example] Here, the configuration of the fixing device 18 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 3 to Fig. 12. In the following, the fixing device 18 used when the game board 5 (mounted member) is stacked and assembled on the game board mounting frame 3b (mounting member) as shown in Fig. 8 will be described as an example. Note that in the following description, the game board 5 and the game board mounting frame 3b will not be shown in their entirety, but only the fixing parts will be shown and described.
[0033] As shown in Figures 4 and 5, the fixing device 18 comprises a mounting base 18A which is mounted on top of the game board mounting frame 3b (mounting member), a locking piece 18B which has one end supported by the mounting base 18A and the other end extending into a locking hole 3c provided in the game board mounting frame 3b so as to be able to lock with the game board mounting frame 3b, and an operating member 18D which is inserted into and removed from a through hole provided in the mounting base 18A so as to displace the locking piece 18B between an locking position where it locks with the edge of the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b and an unlocked position where it is released from the locking hole 3c. As shown in FIG. 1, the fixing device 18 is pre-attached to the front side of the game board 5, and the game board 5 is placed on the game board mounting frame 3b so that the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b and the opening 5a of the game board 5 are connected to each other.
[0034] As shown in FIG. 3(a), the mounting base 18A has a flat base portion 18A1 having a through hole 18a in the center, and a cylindrical guide frame 18C provided around the through hole 18a. The base portion 18A1 has two positioning bosses 18b protruding from the back side in a diagonal arrangement (see FIG. 3(b)). As shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the game board 5 has an opening 5a communicating with the through hole 18a and a boss hole 5b into which the positioning boss 18b fits. In addition, the opening 5a of the game board 5 may be provided with a guide groove 5c for guiding the forward and backward movement of the operation member 18D described later. The operation member 18D is inserted into the guide frame 18C that is fitted around the through hole 18a provided in the base portion 18A1 so as to be able to advance and retreat.
[0035] As described above, the mounting base 18A is assembled by overlapping the cylindrical guide frame 18C around the through hole 18a provided in the flat base portion 18A1 fixed to a mounting member such as the game board 5. As shown in Fig. 3(c), the through hole 18i of the guide frame 18C has substantially the same shape as the outer shape of the grip portion 18t of the operating member 18D, and a guide portion 18j (guide frame) constituted by the left and right inner walls and bottom of the through hole 18i of the guide frame 18C guides the lower portion of the operating member 18D moving forward and backward through the through hole 18i. In addition, protrusions 18k that guide the upper part of the operating member 18D are provided opposite each other on the upper left and right side walls of the through hole 18i in the forward and backward direction of the operating member 18D (see Figure 4), and a protrusion-shaped movement restricting portion 18n that restricts the movement of the operating member 18D at the front side and the rear side of the insertion direction of the through hole 18i is provided downwardly from the top surface of the inner wall at the front opening end of the through hole 18i.
[0036] 4 and 5, the locking piece 18B is formed in an arm shape, with a swing shaft 18c provided on one end and a locking claw 18d bent upward at a substantially right angle into an L-shape on the other end. A locking projection 18c2 is provided on the swing shaft side end 18c1 of the locking piece 18B in the opposite direction (downward) to the locking claw 18d. As shown in Fig. 3(e), the locking piece 18B is assembled to the mounting base 18A so as to be able to swing about the swing shaft 18c, and the locking claw 18d is extended to the rear side of the mounting base 18A through the through hole 18a and is inserted into the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b and assembled so as to be able to lock to the edge (see Fig. 12). As a result, the locking claw 18d enters the locking hole 3c and locks to the opening edge, so that the game board 5 can be firmly fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b.
[0037] As shown in Fig. 5, the locking piece 18B may be assembled by sandwiching the swing shaft 18c between the base portion 18A1 and a cylindrical guide frame 18C that is assembled by overlapping around the through hole 18a. A shaft accommodating portion 18e capable of accommodating the swing shaft 18c is recessed on the rear side of the guide frame 18C (see Fig. 5). The swing shaft 18c is fitted into this shaft accommodating portion 18e, and the guide frame 18C is assembled by overlapping it on the base portion 18A1 so that the through hole 18i and the through hole 18a communicate with each other, whereby the locking piece 18B is sandwiched so as to be swingable around the swing shaft 18c. The guide frame 18C has positioning bosses 18f protruding from two positions on the rear side that fit into boss holes 18g of the opposing base portion 18A1 (see Figures 3(d) and 5), and hook portions 18h protruding from three positions above and below on the rear side are inserted into through holes 18a of the mounting base 18A and engaged with the rear side of the base portion 18A1, whereby the base portion 18A1 and the guide frame 18C are assembled together to form the mounting base 18A (see Figures 3(e) and (f)). In this way, by assembling the guide frame 18C around the through hole 18a of the mounting base 18A so that the through hole 18i communicates with the through hole 18a, the locking piece 18B can be easily assembled so as to be able to swing while the swing shaft 18c is sandwiched. Note that the guide frame 18C is separate from the base portion 18A1, but they may be formed in advance as one unit as the mounting base 18A.
[0038] 3(a), the operating member 18D is removably fitted into the through hole 18i of the guide frame 18C. As described later, the operating member 18D is inserted into the through hole 18i of the guide frame 18C and the opening 5a of the game board 5 communicating therewith (see FIG. 9), and displaces the locking claw 18d of the locking piece 18B between an engagement position where it is engaged with the edge of the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b and an unlocked position where it is released (see FIGS. 12(a) and (b)). 4 and 5, the operating member 18D is provided with a gripping portion 18t that is gripped by an operator, a pressing portion 18r (first displacement regulating portion) that regulates the displacement of the locking piece 18B from the locking position, and a wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s (second displacement regulating portion) that regulates the displacement of the locking piece 18B from a predetermined unlocked position at the leading end side in the insertion direction of the operating member 18D. The gripping portion 18t is formed as an annular hole with a thin-walled periphery so that the operator can easily pick it up, and when the operator inserts and removes the operating member 18D into and from the through hole 18i of the guide frame 18C, operability is improved, and the game board 5 can be easily fixed or unlocked from the game board mounting frame 3b. Furthermore, a first recess 18p and a second recess 18q into which the movement restricting portion 18n of the guide frame 18C fits are provided at a predetermined interval on the front side and the back side in the insertion direction on the top surface of the operating member 18D. Also, a recessed groove 18m into which the protrusion 18k of the guide frame 18C fits is provided on the upper part of the side surface of the operating member 18D.
[0039] The wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s of the operating member 18D slides while abutting against the locking piece 18B, and the thick end portion 18s1 of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s engages with the locking projection 18c2 protruding from the swing shaft side end portion 18c1 of the locking piece 18B, and the locking piece 18B abuts against the inclined surface 18s2 to hold the locking piece 18B in the unlocked position (see FIG. 12(a)). At this time, the movement restricting portion 18n of the guide frame 18C fits into the second recess 18q of the gripping portion 18t to hold the operating member 18D in the unlocked position. Furthermore, by inserting the operating member 18D, the thick end 18s1 of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s abuts against the lower surface of the locking piece 18B to swing the locking piece 18B, and the pressing portion 18r provided on the front side of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s in the insertion direction presses against the swing shaft side end 18c1 of the locking piece 18B to hold the locking piece 18B in the locking position (see FIG. 12(b)). At this time, the movement restricting portion 18n of the guide frame 18C fits into the first recess 18p of the gripping portion 18t to hold the locking position of the operating member 18D. As a result, with the game board 5 stacked and mounted on the game board mounting frame 3b so that the opening 5a and the locking hole 3c are connected, simply by inserting the operating member 18D through the through hole 18i from the unlocked position to the locked position, the locking piece 18B is displaced and the locking claw 18d is locked to the edge of the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b, and the game board 5 can be assembled and fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b.
[0040] In addition, the locking piece 18B can be swung between the locking position and the unlocking position around the swing shaft 18c in accordance with the forward and backward movement of the operating member 18D, so that the operability is good. In addition, when the locking piece 18B is in the locking position, the swing shaft side end 18c1 of the locking piece 18B is pressed against the pressing portion 18r of the operating member 18D to restrict the swinging displacement, so that the locked state of the locking piece 18B can be firmly maintained. In addition, when the operating member 18D is in the unlocking position, the thick end 18s1 of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s is engaged with the locking protrusion 18c2 of the locking piece 18B to restrict the movement, so that the operating member 18D does not fall off the guide frame 18C.
[0041] In addition, the operating member 18D is fitted along the guide portion 18j of the guide frame 18C, and the protrusion 18k is fitted into the recessed groove 18m, and is inserted so as to be movable forward and backward within the through hole 18i. This stabilizes the posture of the operating member 18D even when the operating member 18D is moved forward and backward within the through hole 18i of the guide frame 18C, improving operability.
[0042] In addition, the movement of the operation member 18D is restricted by the movement restricting portion 18n fitting into the second recess 18q on the back side of the through hole 18i in the insertion direction, so that the operation member 18D can be prevented from falling off the guide frame 18C at the unlocked position (see FIG. 12(a)). In addition, the movement of the operation member 18D is restricted by the movement restricting portion 18n fitting into the first recess 18p on the front side of the through hole 18i in the insertion direction, so that the locking piece 18B can be swung about the swing shaft 18c to maintain the locking position locked to the game board mounting frame 3b (see FIG. 12(b)).
[0043] 12(a) and (b), in this embodiment, the operating member 18D is constantly in contact with the locking piece 18B, and by inserting the operating member 18D into the through hole 18i of the mounting base 18A, the locking piece 18B is pushed and swung about the swing shaft 18c, and the locking claw 18d is locked with the opening edge on the back side of the locking hole 3c. Note that the operating member 18D does not need to be constantly in contact with the locking piece 18B, and may be configured to push the locking piece 18B at a fixed insertion position. As a result, the locking piece 18B is pushed and displaced by inserting the operating member 18D into the through hole 18i, and when the thick end portion 18s1 passes the swing shaft 18c, the arm portion becomes substantially horizontal, and the locking claw 18d is locked to the opening edge of the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b, so that the game board 5 can be attached and fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b. Also, by pulling the operating member 18D out of the through hole 18i, the locking claw 18d is released from the locking hole 3c, and the game board 5 can be removed from the game board mounting frame 3b.
[0044] As shown in Figures 9 and 10, the metal plate 3d and the member to be locked 3e may be stacked in this order and assembled together on the back side of the game board mounting frame 3b. For example, in Figure 10, the member to be locked 3e is stacked on the back side of the metal plate 3d and screwed, and the metal plate 3c is stacked on the back side of the game board mounting frame 3b and fixed with screws. In Figure 9, the locking hole 3f of the metal plate 3d and the locking hole 3g of the member to be locked 3e are assembled so as to communicate with the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b (see Figure 10).
[0045] As a result, when the operating member 18D is pushed into the through hole 18i of the guide frame 18C as shown in Fig. 11(a), the locking piece 18B swings and the locking claws 18d enter the locking holes 3c, 3f, 3g (see Fig. 12(b)) as shown in Fig. 11(b) and lock onto the upper edge of the opening of the locking hole 3g. Therefore, since the locked member 3e to which the locking claws 18d of the locking piece 18B are locked is reinforced by the metal plate 3d, the locking hole 3g is not damaged even if the game board 5 is repeatedly attached to and detached from the game board mounting frame 3b, and durability can be improved.
[0046] In this way, by inserting the operating member 18D toward the through hole 18i, the locking piece 18B is displaced and locked into the locking hole 3g provided in the game board mounting frame 3b, thereby mounting and fixing the game board 5. Also, by pulling the operating member 18D outward from the through hole 18i, the locking piece 18B can be released from the game board mounting frame 3b, allowing the game board 5 to be removed, thereby providing a versatile fixing structure for the game board mounting frame 3b and the game board 5 that can withstand repeated use.
[0047] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 11(a) and 12(b), when the operating member 18D moves from the unlocked position on the front side of the insertion direction of the through hole 18i of the guide frame 18C to the locked position on the rear side of the insertion direction, it is preferable that the gripping portion 18t becomes flush with the opening end of the guide frame 18C. This makes it easy to visually confirm that the operating member 18D has been moved from the unlocked position to the locked position, which makes it possible to prevent forgetting to fasten the fasteners 18 even when the game board 5 is fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b at multiple points using the fasteners 18.
[0048] In addition, in Fig. 13, a pair of notches 3h may be formed on the edge of the locking hole 3g of the locked member 3e, so that the upper edge 3i of the locked member 3e is made elastic. As shown in Figs. 14(a) and 14(b), when the operating member 18D is pushed toward the through hole 18i of the guide frame 18C, the locking piece 18B of the fixing device 18 swings and the locking claw 18d locks with the upper edge 3i of the locking hole 3g. At this time, as shown in Fig. 14(b), the upper edge 3i is elastically deformed, so that the locking claw 18d is firmly locked, and a fixing structure that can withstand overload and repeated use can be provided.
[0049] [Second Example] 15(a) and (b) show a fixing device 18 according to a second embodiment. The mounting base 18A in the first embodiment is configured by assembling the guide frame 18C, which is a separate body, to the front side of the flat base portion 18A1, but these may also be formed integrally. For example, as shown in FIG. 15(a), the mounting base 18A may be formed by integrating the base portion 18A1 and the guide frame 18C, and the pivot shaft 18c of the locking piece 18B may be accommodated in the shaft accommodating portion 18e on the rear side. In this case, a plurality of positioning bosses 18b for positioning the mounting base 18A relative to the game board 5 are protruding from the rear side of the mounting base 18A. Also, a pair of mounting pieces 18u for overlapping with the game board surface of the game board 5 and screwing are provided on the rear side of the mounting base 18A. The operating member 18D is inserted into the through hole 18a of the mounting base 18A with the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s at the front. As shown in FIG. 15(b), the thick end portion 18s1 of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s is engaged with the locking projection 18c2 of the locking piece 18B to restrict rearward displacement, so that the locking piece 18B will not fall off the mounting base 18A.
[0050] [Third Example] 16(a) to (c) are cross-sectional views of a fixture 18 according to a third embodiment. The fixture 18 according to this embodiment has a mounting base 18A in which a base portion 18A1 and a guide frame 18C are integrated, similar to the fixture according to the second embodiment shown in FIG. 15. The locking piece 18B is assembled so as to be swingable about a swing shaft 18c fixed integrally to the mounting base 18A. The difference from the fixture 18 according to the first and second embodiments is that the shapes of the locking piece 18B and the operating member 18D are slightly different. In FIG. 12(a) and (b), the locking claw 18d of the locking piece 18B is bent upward at a substantially right angle, but the locking claw 18d of this embodiment is formed at an acute angle on the swing shaft 18c side. In addition, the movement of the operating member 18D is restricted by the movement restricting portion 18n at two positions, namely, the release position on the front side in the insertion direction of the through hole 18i of the guide frame 18C and the locked position on the rear side in the insertion direction, but the movement may be restricted by the movement restricting portion 18n at three or more positions.
[0051] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 16(a), a protruding piece-like movement restricting portion 18n is provided at the front opening end of the through hole 18a of the mounting base 18A and protrudes from the inner wall top surface. Also, a first recess 18p with which the movement restricting portion 18n engages is provided on the top surface of the operating member 18D at the front side in the insertion direction, a second recess 18q with which the movement restricting portion 18n engages is provided on the rear side in the insertion direction, and an intermediate recess 18v with which the movement restricting portion 18n engages is provided between them. When movement is restricted at three or more positions, the operating member 18D may be further provided with a recess with which the movement restricting portion 18n engages.
[0052] The operating member 18D is provided with a pressing portion 18r for restricting the displacement of the locking piece 18B from the locking position, and a wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s for restricting the displacement of the locking piece 18B at the unlocked position where the locking piece 18B is unlocked. The locking projection 18c2 is provided on the swing shaft side end portion 18c1 of the locking piece 18B in the opposite direction (downward) to the locking claw 18d, as in the first embodiment. Furthermore, a locking portion 3j for locking the locking claw 18d is provided on the rear side protruding from the rear side upper edge of the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b.
[0053] In FIG. 16(a), the movement of the operating member 18D is restricted by the movement restricting portion 18n fitting into the second recess 18q at the rear side of the through hole 18a of the mounting base 18A in the insertion direction, thereby maintaining the unlocked position of the operating member 18D and preventing the operating member 18D from falling off the mounting base 18A.
[0054] 16(b), when the operating member 18D is slightly inserted into the through hole 18a of the mounting base 18A toward the back in the insertion direction, the locking piece 18B is pushed by the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s and swings around the swing shaft 18c in the locking direction. At this time, the locking claw 18d of the locking piece 18B comes into contact with the locking portion 3j, and the movement restricting portion 18n fits into the intermediate recess 18v to restrict movement, so that the game board 5 is temporarily fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b.
[0055] 16(c), when the operating member 18D is inserted into the through hole 18a of the mounting base 18A in the insertion direction so that the front opening end surface of the mounting base 18A and the front surface of the gripping portion 18t are flush with each other, the movement restricting portion 18n fits into the first recess 18P on the near side in the insertion direction to restrict movement. At this time, the pressing portion 18r of the operating member 18D presses the swing shaft side end portion 18c1 of the locking piece 18B located below the swing shaft 18c, causing the locking piece 18B to swing further, the arm portion to tilt upward, and the locking claw 18d to climb over the locking portion 3j and engage with the locking portion 3i.
[0056] According to the above configuration, the locking piece 18B swings around the oscillating shaft 18c, which is a fixed shaft, and the operating member 18D is gradually pushed into the through hole 18a of the mounting base 18A, whereby the movement restricting portion 18n sequentially fits into the second recess 18q, the intermediate recess 18v, and the first recess 18p, causing the locking piece 18B to rotate around the oscillating shaft 18c sequentially from the unlocked position to the temporary locking position and the locked position, and finally the locking claw 18d can be firmly engaged and fixed to the locking portion 3j on the back side of the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b.
[0057] [Fourth Example] Next, the fixing device 18 according to the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to Figs. 17 and 18. As shown in Fig. 17, the schematic configuration of the fixing device 18 is the same as that of Fig. 5 of the first embodiment. That is, the mounting base 18A is assembled by overlapping the guide frame 18C around the through hole 18a of the base portion 18A1, and the operation member 18D is inserted into the through hole 18i. The difference is that one end of the locking piece 18B is integrally provided with the base portion 18A1, and the other end is extended so as to be able to enter the rear side of the base portion 18A1, that is, the opening 5a of the game board 5 and the back side of the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b. The configuration in which the sheet metal 3d and the locked member 3e are overlappingly assembled to the rear side of the game board mounting frame 3b is the same as that of Fig. 13 (see Figs. 18(a)(b)).
[0058] 18(a) shows a state in which the movement of the operating member 18D is restricted by fitting the movement restricting portion 18n of the guide frame 18C into the second recess 18q on the rear side in the insertion direction. At this time, the operating member 18D can be prevented from falling off the guide frame 18C. The locking piece 18B is held in a state in which it abuts against the inclined surface 18s2 of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s of the operating member 18D. The locking claw 18d penetrates the locking hole 3g of the locked member 3e, but is not locked to the upper edge portion 3i.
[0059] 18(b) shows a state in which the operation member 18D is inserted into the through hole 18i, the movement restriction portion 18n of the guide frame 18C fits into the first recess 18p on the front side in the insertion direction, and the movement of the operation member 18D is restricted at a position where it is flush with the opening end of the guide frame 18C. At this time, the locking piece 18B is pressed by the thick end portion 18s1 of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s, and the locking claw 18d is held in a state of being locked with the upper edge portion 3i of the locking hole 3g of the locked member 3e provided on the back side of the game board mounting frame 3b. This simplifies the configuration of the fixing device 18, and the game board 5 can be detachably attached and fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b with a small number of components.
[0060] [Fifth Example] Next, the fixing device 18 according to the fifth embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 19(a) to Fig. 19(g). Fig. 19(a) is a cross-sectional view of the fixing device 18 in an exploded state, Fig. 19(b) and (c) are cross-sectional views showing a state where the position of the swing shaft 18c of the locking piece 18B has been changed and the fixing device 18 has been assembled thereto, and Fig. 18(d)(e) and Fig. 19(f)(g) are cross-sectional views showing the game board 5 with the fixing device 18 attached thereto overlapping the game board mounting frame 3b before and after fixing.
[0061] As shown in FIG. 19(a), the cylindrical mounting base 18A is similar to FIG. 15 in that the base portion 18A1 and the guide frame 18C are integrated, but the upper mounting base 18A11 and the lower mounting base 18A12 are assembled so as to be separable into upper and lower portions. The dividing surface of the lower mounting base 18A12 is provided with a shaft groove 18w at multiple locations (e.g., three locations) for holding the swing shaft 18c in a swingable manner. In addition, a first recess 18p into which the movement restricting portion 18n fits is provided at multiple locations (e.g., three locations) on the upper surface of the operating member 18D on the front side in the insertion direction. The movement restricting portion 18n is provided downwardly at the opening end of the upper mounting base 18A11. The number of shaft grooves 18w may be more or less than three, and the shaft grooves 18w may be provided in the upper mounting base 18A11 or in both the upper mounting base 18A11 and the lower mounting base 18A12.
[0062] 19(b) shows the state in which the pivot shaft 18c of the locking piece 18B is fitted into the shaft groove 18w on the rear side of the lower mounting base 18A12 in the insertion direction and the upper mounting base 18A11 is assembled and held to be pivotable. Since the distance from the mounting base 18A to the locking claw 18d protruding therefrom can be made long, this is suitable for use when the plate thickness of the mounted member (e.g., the game board 5) or mounting member (e.g., the game board mounting frame 3b) is thick. Fig. 19(c) shows the state in which the pivot shaft 18c of the locking piece 18B is fitted into the shaft groove 18w on the front side of the lower mounting base 18A12 in the insertion direction, and the upper mounting base 18A11 is held pivotally by assembly. Since the distance from the mounting base 18A to the locking claw 18d protruding therefrom is shorter than in Fig. 19(b), this is suitable for use when the plate thickness of the mounted member (e.g., the game board 5) or the mounting member (e.g., the game board mounting frame 3b) is thin.
[0063] 19(d) and (e) are cross-sectional views of the game board 5 with the fixture 18 shown in FIG. 19(b) attached to the game board mounting frame 3b aligned and stacked. The metal plate 3d and the locked member 3e shown in FIG. 13 are stacked on the back side of the game board mounting frame 3b. FIG. 19(d) shows the state before the operation of pushing the operating member 18D of the fixture 18 into the mounting base 18A (before the game board 5 is fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b). At this time, the movement restriction portion 18n of the upper mounting base 18A11 fits into the first recess 18p on the back side in the insertion direction among the multiple first recesses 18p of the operating member 18D, restricting the movement of the operating member 18D. In addition, the locking piece 18B is held in a state of abutting against the inclined surface 18s2 of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s of the operating member 18D.
[0064] FIG. 19(e) shows the state after the operating member 18D of the fixing device 18 is operated and pushed into the mounting base 18A (after the game board 5 is fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b). At this time, the movement restricting portion 18n of the upper mounting base 18A11 fits into the first recessed portion 18p in the insertion direction among the multiple first recessed portions 18p of the operating member 18D, and the movement of the operating member 18D is restricted at a position where it is flush with the opening end of the mounting base 18A. In addition, the locking piece 18B is pressed by the thick end portion 18s1 of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s of the operating member 18D, and the locking claw 18d is locked with the upper edge portion 3i of the locking hole 3g of the locked member 3e provided on the back side of the game board mounting frame 3b. At this time, the rocking shaft side end portion 18c1 of the locking piece 18B is pressed against the pressing portion 18r of the operating member 18D, and the locked state is maintained.
[0065] FIG. 19(f) shows a cross-sectional view of the game board 5 with the fixture 18 shown in FIG. 19(c) attached to the game board mounting frame 3b aligned and superimposed. Unlike FIG. 19(d), the back side of the game board mounting frame 3b has a reinforcing sheet metal 3d superimposed thereon, but no locked member 3e. FIG. 19(f) shows the state before the operation of pushing the operating member 18D of the fixture 18 into the mounting base 18A (before the game board 5 is fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b). At this time, the movement restriction portion 18n of the upper mounting base 18A11 fits into the second recess 18q on the back side of the operating member 18D in the insertion direction, restricting the movement of the operating member 18D. Also, the locking piece 18B is held in a state of abutting against the inclined surface 18s2 of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s of the operating member 18D.
[0066] FIG. 19(g) shows the state after the operating member 18D of the fixing device 18 is operated and pushed into the mounting base 18A (after the game board 5 is fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b). At this time, the movement restricting portion 18n of the upper mounting base 18A is fitted into the first recessed portion 18p at the front in the insertion direction among the multiple first recessed portions 18p of the operating member 18D, and the movement is restricted. In addition, the locking piece 18B is pressed by the thick end portion 18s1 of the wedge-shaped inclined portion 18s of the operating member 18D, and the locking claw 18d is inserted into the locking hole 3c of the game board mounting frame 3b and directly locked to the opening end. At this time, the rocking shaft side end portion 18c1 of the locking piece 18B is pressed against the pressing portion 18r of the operating member 18D, and the locked state is maintained.
[0067] The thickness of the game board 5 shown in Fig. 19(d) is thicker than the thickness of the game board 5 shown in Fig. 19(f). As a result, the optimal shaft groove 18w is selected from among the multiple shaft grooves 18w provided in the mounting base 18A depending on the thickness of the game board 5 to be mounted on the game board mounting frame 3b, and the rocking shaft 18c is fitted into the optimal shaft groove 18w, so that the locking claw 18d of the locking piece 18B can be locked and fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b at an optimal position.
[0068] In the above embodiment, the fixing structure in which the game board 5 is stacked on the game board mounting frame 3b and fixed using the fixing device 18 has been described, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the fixing structure may be such that the storage tank 20 is stacked on the mechanism plate 19 and fixed to the mounting piece 20b using the fastener 18, or the fixing structure may be such that the board mounting base 25 is stacked on the mechanism plate 19 and fixed to the mounting piece 25a using the fastener 18. In the above-described embodiment, the fixing device 18 is attached to the workpiece beforehand, and then the workpiece and the mounting member are fixed to each other. However, the workpiece and the mounting member may be overlapped and then fixed to each other using the fixing device 18.
[0069] Also, while a pachinko machine has been described as an example of a gaming machine, the present invention may also be applied to other gaming machines, such as pinball gaming machines that use gaming balls, such as mahjong ball gaming machines and arrange ball gaming machines, and slot machines that use coins, etc.
[0070] In addition, the above-mentioned fixing device 18 has been described as a case where a component is detachably fixed to the game board mounting frame 3b or the mechanism plate 19 of the pachinko machine 1, but is not limited to this. For example, it may be used when overlapping architectural components and detachably fixing them to each other, or when overlapping and detachably fixing a mounting component such as a functional part or a decorative part to a mounting component such as a wall or a pillar.
