Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0006] However, in the memo pad described in Patent Document 1 above, since the memo written in the memo pad body is likely to be seen by an unspecified number of people, there is a disadvantage that the content of the memo will be immediately known to others. For this reason, there is a problem that it is difficult to ensure the secrecy of the content of the memo.

[0007] The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a memo pad capable of ensuring the secrecy of the content of a memo.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0008] To achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows.

[0009] (1) The memo pad of the present invention has a memo entry surface on which a memo is entered, a memo part that can be folded so as to conceal the memo entered on the memo entry surface, a support part that swingably supports the memo part, and an attachment part for attaching the support part to an article. A holding part for holding the memo entry surface in a folded state is provided on the memo entry surface of the memo part.

[0010] According to the above configuration, since the holding part provided on the memo entry surface can hold the memo entered on the memo entry surface in a concealed state, an unspecified number of people cannot easily see the memo entered on the memo entry surface. As a result, it is possible to suppress the content of the memo from being known to others, and thus it is possible to ensure the secrecy of the content of the memo. Further, according to the above configuration, by providing a swing part, the memo part can be swung in a random direction with respect to the attachment part, so that the movement of the memo pad can be made interesting.

[0011] (2) In the memo pad of the present invention, it is preferable that the holding part is provided at an edge of the memo entry surface. With this configuration, it is possible to hold the edge of the memo entry surface in a closed state while maximizing the area where a memo can be entered on the memo entry surface.

[0012] (3) In the memo pad of the present invention, the holding portion provided on the memo writing surface is a first adhesive portion formed by an adhesive, and in a state where the memo writing surface is folded, it is preferable that the first adhesive portion can adhere to the opposing memo writing surface. With this configuration, since the opposing memo writing surfaces can be adhered to each other by the first adhesive portion, it is possible to suppress the memo writing surface from easily opening from the folded state. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the contents of the memo from being known to others.

[0013] (4) In the memo pad of the present invention, the memo portion is laminated in this order with a base material, the first adhesive portion, and a release portion that can be peeled off from the first adhesive portion. By peeling off the release portion from the first adhesive portion to expose the first adhesive portion, it is preferable that the first adhesive portion can adhere to the opposing memo writing surface. With this configuration, since the first adhesive portion can be easily exposed simply by peeling off the release paper, it is possible to easily conceal the memo written on the memo writing surface by adhering the memo writing surface.

[0014] (5) In the memo pad of the present invention, it is preferable that the memo portion is formed in a shape resembling a creature having wings, and the first adhesive portion is provided at a portion corresponding to the wings of the creature. With this configuration, regarding the state where the memo writing surface is adhered by the first adhesive portion, it is possible to express the appearance of a creature having wings closing its wings.

[0015] (6) In the memo pad of the present invention, it is preferable that the first adhesive portion is provided at the edge of the portion corresponding to the wings of the creature. With this configuration, while securing the area where the memo is written on the memo writing surface, it is possible to express the appearance of the edge of the wings of the creature being closed.

[0016] (7) In the memo pad of the present invention, it is preferable that the creature having wings is a butterfly. With this configuration, when the attachment portion of the memo pad is attached to a wall or the like, it is possible to visually appeal the appearance of a butterfly stopping on the wall or the like.

[0017] (8) In the memo pad of the present invention, it is preferable that a second adhesive portion formed by an adhesive is provided on the surface of the attachment portion that is attached to the article. With this configuration, since the second adhesive portion provided on the attachment portion can be easily adhered to a desired article such as a wall or a personal computer, the memo pad can be easily attached to the desired article.

[0018] (9) In the memo pad of the present invention, it is preferable that the attachment portion is formed in a U-shape or an O-shape in a plan view. With this configuration, for example, a U-shaped or O-shaped attachment portion can be easily attached to the neck portion of a plastic bottle beverage or the like.

[0019] (10) In the memo pad of the present invention, the memo portion, the attachment portion, and the support portion are integrally formed. With this configuration, the configuration and manufacturing process of the memo pad can be simplified as compared with the case where the memo portion, the attachment portion, and the support portion are formed separately.

Effects of the Invention

[0020] According to the aspect of the present invention, it is possible to provide a memo pad capable of ensuring the confidentiality of the content of the memo.

Thereby, it is possible to conceal the memo written on the memo entry surface 11 by folding the memo entry surface 11 inward.

[0030] Here, with reference to FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b), the layer structure of the memo pad 100 will be described. The memo pad 100 is formed by laminating, in this order from the back surface to the front surface, a second printing layer 40, a base material 50, an adhesive layer 60, a silicon layer 70, a release layer 80, and a first printing layer 90.

[0031] The base material 50 is a layer made of a sheet-like paper or film. The second printing layer 40 is provided on the back surface side of the base material 50 and is a layer printed with patterns (such as patterns of "butterflies" and "flowers" in this embodiment). The adhesive layer 60 is a layer formed by an adhesive and is provided on the front surface side of the base material 50. A silicon layer 70 is formed on the surface of the release layer 80 on the side of the adhesive layer 60. Thereby, the release layer 80 can be peeled from the adhesive layer 60. A first printing layer 90 is provided on the front surface side of the release layer 80. The first printing layer 90 is a layer printed with patterns (such as a pattern of "butterfly" in this embodiment) and constitutes the memo writing surface 11 in the memo part 10.

[0032] As shown in FIG. 2, on the memo writing surface 11 of the memo part 10, a cut C1 is formed in the edge 14a (a position away from the body part 12) of the right rear wing part 14 in a direction crossing the right rear wing part 14. As shown in FIG. 4(b), the cut C1 penetrates the first printing layer 90, the release layer 80, and the silicon layer 70. Thereby, the first release part 80a in the right rear wing part 14 can be peeled from the adhesive layer 60, and the first adhesive part 60a can be exposed.

[0033] Also, with the first adhesive part 60a exposed, the right front wing part 13 and the right rear wing part 14 are bent so as to overlap the left front wing part 15 and the left rear wing part 16 with respect to the folding line F1 and the folding line F2. As a result, the first adhesive part 60a of the right rear wing part 14 is adhered to the edge 16a of the left rear wing part 16 (the hatched area surrounded by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 2). As a result, the memo written on the memo writing surface 11 is concealed.

[0034] (Support part) As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the support portion 20 is formed in a sheet shape extending along the longitudinal direction. Further, the support portion 20 can support the memo portion 10 so as to swing in a random direction. In particular, it is possible to swing the memo portion 10 back and forth on the front side and the back side of the paper surface with respect to the attachment portion 30.

[0035] A folding line F3 extending along the short side direction is provided at the boundary portion between the support portion 20 and the memo portion 10. This folding line F3 is provided for folding the memo portion 10 with respect to the support portion 20. A folding line F4 extending along the short side direction is provided at the boundary portion between the support portion 20 and the attachment portion 30. This folding line F4 is provided for folding the attachment portion 30 with respect to the support portion 20. Note that the folding line F3 and the folding line F4 are parallel to each other.

[0036] (Attachment portion) The attachment portion 30 can attach the memo portion 10 and the support portion 20 to an article 200 such as a wall or a personal computer. As shown in FIG. 2, when viewed from the front side, cuts C2, C3, C4, and C5 are formed in the attachment portion 30. The cut C2 is formed so as to extend along the short side direction and overlaps the folding line F4. The cut C3 is formed so as to extend along the longitudinal direction and extends from one end portion of the cut C2 to the vicinity of the central portion of the attachment portion 30. The cut C4 is formed so as to extend along the longitudinal direction and extends from the other end portion of the cut C2 to the vicinity of the central portion of the attachment portion 30. The cut C5 is formed so as to extend along the short side direction passing through the vicinity of the central portion of the attachment portion 30 and is connected to the end portions of the cut C3 and the cut C4.

[0037] The release layer 80 of the attachment portion 30 is separated (partitioned) by each of the cuts C2 to C5. Specifically, the release layer 80 is separated into a second release portion 80b, a third release portion 80c, a fourth release portion 80d, and a fifth release portion 80e.

[0038] The second peeling portion 80b is separated by the cuts C2, C3, C4, and C5. Thereby, the second peeling portion 80b can be peeled from the adhesive layer 60. The third peeling portion 80c is separated by the cuts C3 and C5. Thereby, the third peeling portion 80c can be peeled from the adhesive layer 60. The fourth peeling portion 80d is separated by the cuts C4 and C5. Thereby, the fourth peeling portion 80d can be peeled from the adhesive layer 60. The fifth peeling portion 80e is separated by the cut C5. Thereby, the fifth peeling portion 80e can be peeled from the adhesive layer 60.

[0039] Note that, as shown in FIG. 4(a), the cuts C2 to C5 penetrate the peeling layer 80 and the silicon layer 70. Although the cuts C3 and C4 are not shown in FIG. 4(a), they have the same configuration as the cuts C2 and C5.

[0040] As described above, by arbitrarily peeling any one of the second peeling portion 80b, the third peeling portion 80c, the fourth peeling portion 80d, and the fifth peeling portion 80e, the second adhesive portion 60b is exposed. Then, by adhering the second adhesive portion 60b in the mounting portion 30 to an article 200 such as a wall, the mounting portion 30 can be adhesively fixed to the article 200.

[0041] According to the present embodiment described above, the following effects (1) to (7) can be obtained.

[0042] (1) In the notepad 100 according to this embodiment, an attachment portion 30 for holding the memo entry surface 11 in a folded state is provided on the memo entry surface 11 of the memo portion 10. According to the above embodiment, the attachment portion 30 provided on the memo entry surface 11 can hold the memo written on the memo entry surface 11 in a concealed state. Therefore, a large number of unspecified people cannot easily view the memo written on the memo entry surface 11. As a result, it is possible to suppress the content of the memo from being known to others, and thus the confidentiality of the content of the memo can be ensured. Further, according to the above embodiment, by providing the attachment portion 30, the memo portion 10 can be swung in a random direction with respect to the attachment portion 30, so that the movement of the notepad 100 can be made interesting.

[0043] (2) In the notepad 100 according to this embodiment, the attachment portion 30 is provided at the edge portion 14a of the right rear wing portion 14 on the memo entry surface 11. Therefore, while maximizing the area where it is possible to write a memo on the memo entry surface 11, the edge portion 14a of the right rear wing portion 14 can be held in a closed state.

[0044] (3) In the notepad 100 according to this embodiment, in a state where the memo entry surface 11 is folded, the first adhesive portion 60a on the right rear wing portion 14 of the memo entry surface 11 is made adhesively attachable to the edge portion 16a on the left rear wing portion 16 of the opposing memo entry surface 11. Therefore, since the opposing memo entry surfaces 11 can be adhered by the first adhesive portion 60a, it is possible to suppress the memo entry surface 11 from easily opening from the folded state. As a result, it is possible to suppress the content of the memo from being known to others.

[0045] (4) In the notepad 100 according to this embodiment, by peeling the first release portion 80a from the first adhesive portion 60a to expose the first adhesive portion 60a, the first adhesive portion 60a is made adhesively attachable to the opposing memo entry surface 11. Therefore, since the first adhesive portion 60a can be easily exposed simply by peeling the first release portion 80a, the memo entry surfaces 11 can be adhered to easily conceal the memo written on the memo entry surface 11.

[0046] (5) In the memo pad 100 according to this embodiment, the memo section 10 is formed in a shape resembling a butterfly, and the first adhesive section 60a is provided at the edge 14a among the portions corresponding to the butterfly wings. Therefore, while securing the area where memos are written on the memo writing surface 11, it is possible to express the state where the edge 14a of the butterfly wing is closed. Further, according to the above embodiment, when the attachment section 30 of the memo pad 100 is attached to a wall or the like, it is possible to visually convey the state where a butterfly is resting on the wall or the like.

[0047] (6) In the memo pad 100 according to this embodiment, a second adhesive section 60b formed by an adhesive is provided on the surface of the attachment section 30 that is attached to the article 200. Therefore, since the second adhesive section 60b provided on the attachment section 30 can be easily adhered to a desired article 200 such as a wall or a personal computer, the memo pad 100 can be easily attached to the desired article 200.

[0048] (7) In the memo pad 100 according to this embodiment, the memo section 10, the attachment section 30, and the support section 20 are integrally formed. Therefore, the configuration and manufacturing process of the memo pad 100 can be simplified as compared with the case where the memo section 10, the attachment section 30, and the support section 20 are formed separately.

[0049] The above embodiment can also have the following modified configurations.
