Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0018] Hereinafter, embodiments of a tenya according to the present invention and a fishhook used therefor will be specifically described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The same reference numerals are given to common components in a plurality of drawings. Note that each drawing is not necessarily drawn to an exact scale for convenience of explanation.
[0019] FIGS. 1 and 2 are views showing a tenya 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a view showing a use state in which a bait is fixed to the tenya 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a view showing a state in which a bait is fixed to the second fishhook of the tenya 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The tenya (or fishing tenya) 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is particularly preferably used when fishing for cutlassfish or sea bream, but is not limited to a specific fish (hereinafter referred to as tenya in this specification).
[0020] As shown in the figure, a tenya 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a weight portion 2 that imitates the shape of a fish's head, a fishing needle 3 attached to the weight portion 2 and having a shaft portion 4 (extending in the horizontal direction (the left - right direction of the paper surface in FIGS. 1 and 2)) and a needle portion 5 provided at the tip of the shaft portion 4, a first piercing needle 6 provided on the upper side of the shaft portion 4 (the upper side in the up - down direction of the paper surface of the shaft portion 4 extending in the horizontal direction) and protruding upward to pierce and hold bait 20 such as sardines and saury, and a second piercing needle 10 (details will be described later) provided rotatably on the weight portion 2 with respect to the weight portion 2. Note that the above - mentioned horizontal direction includes not only the direction as shown in the figure but also a substantially horizontal direction.
[0021] Above (the upper side in the up - down direction of the paper surface in FIGS. 1 and 2) and below (the lower side in the up - down direction of the paper surface in FIGS. 1 and 2) the weight portion 3, ring - shaped members (or rings) 7 (7a, 7b, 7c) are provided respectively. Among these, a snap fastened to a fishing line (such as a leader) from a reel is attached to the upper ring 7a, an end portion of the second piercing needle 10 (details will be described later) is attached to the upper ring 7b, and a wire for fixing the weight, the needle, and the bait, or a snap fastened to a fishing line (such as a leader) from a reel with the rig reversed up and down is attached to the lower ring 7c. Note that the ring - shaped member 7 can have various shapes, structures, and dimensions for member attachment and is not limited to a specific embodiment. Also, instead of the ring - shaped member 7, through - holes or the like for member attachment may be provided in the weight portion 3.
[0022] The shaft portion 4 provided on the weight portion 2 is pierced and fixed to the weight portion 3 so as to extend rearward (the right - hand side in the left - right direction of the paper surface in the figure) in the horizontal direction or a substantially horizontal direction, and a needle portion 5 is formed at its tip side. Also, a first piercing needle 6 is provided on the upper side of the shaft portion 4. The first piercing needle 6 may be one or more so as to pierce the bait 20 on the upper side of the shaft portion 4. In the example shown in the figure, three are provided (piercing needles 6a to 6c). In this case, the first piercing needle 6a on the weight portion 2 side is formed in a substantially L - shape and is pierced and fixed to the weight portion 2, and the first piercing needles 6b and 6c on the needle portion 5 side are formed in a substantially U - shape and are fixed to the shaft portion 4 by, for example, welding.
[0023] As materials for forming such a shaft portion 4 and the needle portion 5, for example, steel, stainless steel, etc. are used, but not limited thereto. Particularly, in the case of stainless steel, it is rust-resistant and preferable. Further, regarding the axial length of the needle portion 5, if it is too long, it is likely to catch on the hook or deform when removing the fish, etc., so it is desirable to make it 1 / 2 or less of the axial length of the shaft portion 4.
[0024] The tenya 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention attaches a connecting component such as a snap or a swivel fastened to a fishing line (such as a Harris) to the ring 7a of the weight portion 2, and pierces the bait 20 into the second barbed needle 10 (details will be described later) provided on the weight portion 2 and the first barbed needle 6 provided on the upper side of the shaft portion 5, and is used by winding and fixing a wire material (such as a fishing line or a wire).
[0025] More specifically, the bait 20 is first pierced into the second barbed needle 10 shown in FIG. 1, and then the second barbed needle 10 is rotated in the direction of the first barbed needle 6 with respect to the weight portion 2, so that it is assumed that the bait 20 is pierced into the first barbed needle 6.
[0026] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tenya 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a weight portion 2, a fishing needle 3 attached to the weight portion 2 and having a shaft portion 4 and a needle portion 5 provided at the tip side of the shaft portion 4, a first barbed needle 6 provided on the upper side of the shaft portion 4 for piercing and holding the bait 20, and a second barbed needle 10 rotatably and detachably provided on the weight portion 2 for piercing and holding the bait. The second barbed needle 10 is configured to include a locking portion 11 locked to the weight portion 2, a holding portion 12 into which the bait 20 is pierced, and a connecting portion 13 connecting the locking portion 11 and the holding portion 12.
[0027] According to the tenya 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, by providing a rotatable and detachable fishing hook, it is possible to provide a tenya that can accommodate baits of various sizes and can stably fix the bait. More specifically, by inserting the second fishing hook 10 into the bait 20, the bait 20 is fixed in the horizontal direction (the left-right direction on the paper surface of FIGS. 1 and 2), and further by rotating the second needle 10 and pushing the bait 20 into the first fishing hook 6, the bait 20 is supported from below as well. Therefore, support according to the center of gravity of the bait 20 becomes possible, various sizes of bait 20 are difficult to come off, and displacement in the lateral direction or the like is also suppressed, and it can be stably held. In particular, as shown in FIG. 1, by fixing the bait 20 in an arrangement where the first fishing hook 6a is sandwiched between a pair of linear members 12a and 12b of the second fishing hook 10, stable support becomes possible. Also, by making it detachable, when using a small bait 20 such as saury sashimi, it can be removed and used. As shown in FIG. 1, it is preferable that the axial length of the second fishing hook 10 is longer than the length between the ring-shaped member 7b of the weight portion 2 and the first fishing hook 6a. Thereby, the end portion of the second fishing hook 10 can be arranged between the first fishing hook 6a and the first fishing hook 6b, and the bait 20 can be fixed more strongly.
[0028] Next, with reference to FIG. 3, the overall configuration of the second fishing hook 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention used in the tenya 1 will be described. FIG. 3 shows a perspective view of the second fishing hook 10. As shown in the figure, in the second fishing hook 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the locking portion 11 is formed in a U shape (including a substantially U shape in this specification as a U shape), the holding portion 12 is composed of a pair of linearly extending members 12a and 12b, the connecting portion 13 is composed of a pair of linearly extending members 13a and 13b from the holding portion 12, and the pair of linearly extending members 13a and 13b are configured to be connected to the locking portion 11 so as to intersect each other (while maintaining a predetermined distance). In this way, the second fishing hook 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention can be easily removed from the weight portion 2 of the tenya 1 when necessary while preventing easy detachment from the weight portion 2 of the tenya 1. Thereby, it becomes possible to select fishing hooks corresponding to baits of various sizes and attach them to the weight portion.
[0029] Next, with reference to FIG. 4, a more detailed description will be given of the second fishhook 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention used for the tenya 1. FIG. 4(a) shows the second fishhook 10 as viewed from the front, FIG. 4(b) shows the second fishhook 10 as viewed from above, and FIG. 4(c) shows the second fishhook 10 as viewed from the right side. As shown in FIG. 4(a), in the second fishhook 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the pair of linear members 12a, 12b of the holding portion 12 are configured to extend with a spacing of between 3 mm and 12 mm (the vertical spacing in FIG. 4(b)). By configuring in this way, it is easy to pierce the bait 20 and it can be stably supported. More preferably, by setting the spacing to between 4 mm and 7 mm, in particular, when using a large bait 20 such as a large sardine when fishing for cutlassfish, it can be fixed along the backbone of the bait 20 and can be stably held.
[0030] Also, as shown in FIGS. 4(a), (b), and (c), in the second fishhook 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the pair of linear members 13a, 13b of the connecting portion 13 are configured to extend so as to cross each other with a spacing of between 3 mm and 12 mm (the vertical spacing in FIG. 4(c)). Thereby, the second fishhook 10 has a twisted configuration and is less likely to come off easily once it is locked to the weight portion 2.
[0031] Also, as shown in FIG. 4(b), in the second fishhook 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the holding portion 12 is configured to include a curved portion 14 formed by being curved, and a restricting portion 15 that plays a role of restricting the movement of the bait 20 when the bait 20 is pierced. By configuring in this way, it is easy to pierce the second fishhook 10 into the bait 20, and after piercing, it is difficult to come off, and it is possible to stably hold it. Here, it is preferable that the curvature radius between the curved portion 14 and the restricting portion 15 is, for example, from 2 mm to 3 mm. Thereby, problems such as the second fishhook 10 being too small for the bait 20 and easily coming off from the bait 20, and the second fishhook 10 being too large for the bait 20 and unable to pierce the bait 20 are less likely to occur. Therefore, it is possible to fix corresponding to baits of a wider range of sizes.
[0032] Next, with reference to FIGS. 4(b) and 5, the end structure of the holding portion 11 of the second lancet 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. As shown in the figure, in the second lancet 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the regulating portion 15 is formed as a folded-back portion 16 that is folded back from the curved portion 14. By configuring in this way, while horizontally supporting the bait 20 with the entire second lancet 10, and further by the folded-back portion 16 biting into the bait 20, it becomes possible to make the bait 20 difficult to move.
[0033] In the second lancet 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the folded-back portion 16 is inclined at an angle α, for example, in the range of 5 degrees to 40 degrees with respect to the center line (the direction perpendicular to the end face of the end portion) or the tangent line of the end portion of the curved portion 14. By configuring in this way, it becomes easy to pierce the bait 20 and stable support is possible. More preferably, by setting the angle α in the range of 10 degrees to 30 degrees, it becomes possible to prevent the bait 20 from coming off and from popping out of the bait 20.
[0034] Here, in the second lancet 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the locking portion 11 is locked to the weight portion 2 of the fishing float 1, but a ring-shaped member may be provided on the weight portion 2, and the locking portion 11 may be configured to be locked to the ring-shaped member.
[0035] Also, in the second lancet 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the locking portion 11 is locked to the weight portion 2 of the fishing float 1, but a through hole may be provided in the weight portion 2, and the locking portion 11 may be configured to be locked to the through hole.
[0036] The dimensions, materials, and arrangements of the respective components described in this specification are not limited to those explicitly described in the embodiments, and each of these components can be deformed to have any dimensions, materials, and arrangements that can be included in the scope of the present invention. Also, components not explicitly described in this specification can be added to the described embodiments, or a part of the components described in each embodiment can be omitted.
