Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a filter retaining device. [Background technology]

[0002] When a container containing a liquid such as an acidic or alkaline chemical is transported to a factory or the like for use, a known method of removing the liquid from the container and providing it to the user is to pump a gas such as nitrogen gas into the container, forcing the liquid out of the container and transporting and supplying it through piping or the like (pressurized pumping), or to draw the liquid from the container using a pump or the like and supply it (pumped pumping).

[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 describes a chemical liquid supply device that temporarily stores chemical liquid from a returnable container in a relay tank, pressurizes the chemical liquid into the relay tank by injecting gas into the returnable container, and supplies the chemical liquid from the relay tank to a point of use using a liquid supply pump.

[0004] Furthermore, Patent Document 2 describes a chemical liquid supply device having an intake flow path, a discharge flow path, and a circulation flow path, in which a filter is provided in the circulation flow path to filter the chemical liquid returned to the pump chamber via the circulation flow path, and the filtered chemical liquid in the circulation flow path is discharged to a discharge nozzle by a pump.

[0005] Not only in this type of pressure-fed chemical liquid supply device, but generally, when liquid is removed from a container that contains liquid, the pressure inside the container may be reduced, so by removing the liquid from one outlet and simultaneously introducing gas from the other inlet to ensure ventilation, deformation of the container can be prevented. [0006] [Patent Document 1] JP 11-121422 [Patent Document 2] Patent Publication No. 2011-101851 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] When removing liquid from a container, there is a problem that foreign matter may enter through an inlet that is open for ventilation, contaminating the liquid inside the container. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a device that can prevent foreign matter from entering the container while ensuring ventilation into the container when removing liquid from the container. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] The inventors of the present invention conducted extensive research to solve the above problems and discovered that when removing liquid from a container, it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering the container by removing the liquid from one outlet and simultaneously introducing gas through a filter from the other inlet. This discovery led to the completion of the invention.

[0009] That is, the present invention relates to the following. [1] A device for fixing a filter to a liquid medicine container having an inlet and an outlet, the device including an annular body, and by attaching the filter to the inlet of the liquid medicine container with the filter placed on the opening of the body, the device can prevent foreign matter from entering the liquid medicine container while ensuring ventilation for liquid removal. [2] The device described in [1], further comprising an annular fixture, configured to sandwich the filter between the annular body and the annular fixture. [3] A device according to [1] or [2], having a plurality of holes in the main body, at least some of which are configured to be able to engage with a plurality of engaging portions of the main body tightening jig.

[0010] [4] The device according to [2] or [3], wherein at least one hole is provided near the boundary between the main body and the fastener. [5] The device described in [4], wherein at least one hole is formed by matching a notch provided in the main body with a notch provided in the fastener. [6] The device according to any one of [1] to [5], wherein the main body has a threaded portion that can be threadedly engaged with an inlet of a liquid medicine container. [7] A device described in any one of [1] to [6], wherein the main body is configured as a ring-shaped member having a shape similar to that of a lid attached to the entrance of a drug solution container and having an opening in the center. [Effects of the Invention]

[0011] According to the present invention, by ensuring ventilation into a container containing a liquid while preventing the intrusion of foreign matter, the liquid can be taken out without deforming the container. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0012] [Figure 1] FIG. 1 is a conceptual diagram of a device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. [Figure 2] FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating how the device of FIG. 1 can be used. [Figure 3] FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of use of the device of FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0013] Hereinafter, the device according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, showing embodiments thereof. Note that in each drawing, the size of each component is appropriately exaggerated for ease of explanation, and the illustrated components do not represent their actual size.

[0014] [First embodiment] A device according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 3. Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a device according to a first embodiment of the present invention.

[0015] As shown in Figure 1a, the device of the present invention includes a main body 1 that can be attached to the gas inlet of a container. The main body 1 is an annular member having an opening 11, and by placing a filter F in the opening 11 and attaching it to the gas inlet of the container, this simple mechanism ensures ventilation into the container while preventing the intrusion of foreign matter into the container.

[0016] An annular groove 13 may be provided on the top surface of the main body 1 so as to surround the opening 11, and by placing the filter F in this groove 13, it is possible to prevent the filter F from shifting position. Also, a notch 12 may be provided that protrudes in the outer circumferential direction of the groove 13 (toward the edge 14 of the main body 1). The filter F can then be removed by inserting a stick or the like into this notch 12 and hooking it.

[0017] A threaded portion 15 can be provided on the side of the main body 1, and by threading the threaded portion 15 onto the gas inlet of a container containing a liquid, the main body 1 can be securely fixed to the container. In other words, a lid with a threaded portion is generally attached to the gas inlet of a container containing a liquid, and after removing the lid, the main body 1 with the filter F placed thereon can be attached by screwing it on. The main body 1 can then be used as a lid with the filter F attached.

[0018] The device of the present invention can further include a fixture 2 for fixing the filter F to the main body 1. The fixture 2 is an annular member having an opening 21, and can be sized to fit into the groove 13 of the main body 1. In other words, by fitting the filter F into the main body 1 so that it is covered by the fixture 2, the filter F is sandwiched between the main body 1 and the fixture 2 (FIG. 1b), and problems such as detachment of the filter F can be prevented.

[0019] A notch 22 can be provided on the periphery of the fixture 2 at a position adjacent to the notch 12 of the main body 1. As shown in Fig. 1c, the fixture 2 can be configured so that when the fixture 2 is attached to the main body 1, the notch 12 and the notch 22 combine to form a hole H (12, 22). By forming a hole H that is larger than the notch 12, the fixture 2 can be easily removed.

[0020] If the usage environment requires frequent replacement of the filter F, it is preferable to always have the notch 12 and the notch 22 adjacent to each other. Therefore, as shown in Figure 1c, a protrusion 16 that fits into one of the notches 22 of the fixture 2 can be provided in the groove 13 of the main body 1, and the fixture 2 can be prevented from rotating by fitting the protrusion 16 into the notch 22. The number of notches 22 and the number of protrusions 16 can be freely set.

[0021] If the filter F does not need to be replaced frequently, the protrusion 16 may not be provided, and the fixture 2 may be made rotatable relative to the main body 1. This allows, for example, when replacing the filter F, the notch 12 and the notch 22 to be aligned to form the hole H, and at other times, the fixture 2 may be rotated relative to the main body 1 to eliminate the hole H and prevent unintentional filter replacement.

[0022] Figure 2 is a diagram showing how to use the device of Figure 1. As shown in Figure 2a, when attaching the main body 1 to a container, an attachment jig 3 can be used. The attachment jig 3 can include a substrate 31, an engagement portion 32 protruding from the lower surface of the substrate 31, and an elongated body 33 attached to the substrate 31. A plurality of engagement portions 32 can be provided on the substrate 31 so as to correspond to the plurality of holes H of the device.

[0023] When attaching the main body 1 to the container, the engaging portion 32 of the attachment jig 3 is inserted into the hole H of the device, and the long body 33 is gripped and the substrate 31 is rotated, thereby firmly tightening the threaded portion 15 of the main body 1 into the gas inlet of the container. In order to rotate the main body 1 appropriately, it is preferable to configure the main body 1 so that two or more holes H are provided radially from the opening 11 of the main body 1 as the center.

[0024] After tightening the main body 1, the liquid can be removed from the liquid outlet, ensuring ventilation into the container while preventing the entry of foreign matter into the container. As shown in Figure 2b, when replacing the filter F, insert the removal rod 4 into the hole H and remove the fixing device 2 using the principle of leverage. In this case, tilt the removal rod 4 outward and use the notch 12 in the main body 1 as a fulcrum to hook the fixing device 2 onto the tip (point of application) of the removal rod 4 and remove it.

[0025] The filter F can be removed by hooking it with the removal rod 4 as described above, but it can also be configured so that, for example, a recess is provided in the groove 13 adjacent to the notch 12 of the main body 1, and the filter F can be removed by lifting it from below the recess with the removal rod 4. Therefore, the hole H can also be provided as a recess that crosses the groove 13 and edge 14 of the main body 1.

[0026] Figure 3 is a diagram showing an example of how the device of Figure 1 can be used. The device of the present invention can be attached to a container having an inlet and an outlet. For example, as shown in Figure 3a, a drum D generally has two openings (D1, D2). For example, the lid attached to opening D1 is removed, and the main body 1 of the device of the present invention is attached. While ensuring ventilation at opening D1 (inlet), liquid is extracted from opening D2 (outlet) using a pump or the like.

[0027] 3b, the tank T generally has an opening T1 (inlet) for refilling the liquid and taking in air, and an opening T2 (outlet) with a valve for removing the liquid. In the case of the tank T, the main body 1 is attached to the opening T1, and the liquid is removed by opening the valve at the opening T2. In factories and other places where large amounts of liquid stored in containers need to be removed frequently, the use of the device of the present invention can eliminate the need to remove and attach the lid.

[0028] Therefore, by creating the main body 1 of the present invention so that it has the same shape as the lid used for a container containing a liquid and providing an opening 11 in its center, it can be provided as a highly versatile device that does not require modifications to the container. That is, the threaded portion 15 of the main body 1 can also be configured as a fitting portion when the lid of the container is fitted into the inlet. Also, the threaded portion 15 can be provided on the inside of the annular main body 1 to match the container.

[0029] Examples of containers that can be used with the device of the present invention include composite drums (chemical drums), plastic drums, composite containers, IBC containers, and polyethylene tanks. The capacity of the container is not particularly limited, but is typically 20 L to 1000 L. The liquid to be stored in the container is not particularly limited, but examples include chemical liquids that should not be contaminated with foreign matter, such as chemicals for the electronics industry. The diameter of the main body 1 is not limited, but can typically be 50 mm to 100 mm, and preferably 59 mm to 65 mm.

[0030] The materials for the main body 1 and the fixture 2 can be selected from PP, PE, fluororesin, metal, and other materials suitable for the application. For example, if the liquid is an electronics chemical, it is preferable to use fluororesin. For the filter F, it is preferable to use a highly breathable and dustproof material such as mesh, nonwoven fabric, or filter paper.

[0031] While the device according to the present invention has been described above based on the first embodiment, the present invention is not limited to this and can have various other modifications. For example, the threaded portion 15 on the side of the main body 1 can be omitted. That is, as shown in Fig. 1a, the main body 1 has a plug-like shape with a circumferential edge 14 of the annular member protruding in the circumferential direction, so that it can be inserted into the inlet of a container and fixed by hooking the edge 14 onto the inlet opening.

[0032] The hole (engagement hole) for engaging the engaging portion 32 of the mounting jig 3 is advantageous when the main body 1 has the threaded portion 15 as described above, and may be provided anywhere on the main body 1 as long as it allows the main body 1 to rotate. For example, the engagement hole only needs to be provided on the edge portion 14 on the outside of the groove portion 13. In the above, the engagement hole and the hole (insertion hole) for inserting the removal rod 4 are described as being the same hole, but they can also be provided as separate holes.

[0033] At least one insertion hole may be provided near the boundary between main body 1 and fixing device 2. As described above, the insertion hole is a hole into which removal rod 4 is inserted to apply force to fixing device 2 using main body 1 as a fulcrum, and notch 12 alone, notch 22 alone, or both notch 12 and notch 22, as described above, can be used as the insertion hole.

[0034] Hole H described in the first embodiment is described as having a round shape where half-moon cutout 12 in main body 1 and half-moon cutout 22 in fixing device 2 come together, but it is not limited to this and can have various shapes such as a square or polygonal shape. For example, by making the engagement hole or insertion hole a special polygonal shape and then shaping engagement portion 32 of mounting jig 3 and removal rod 4 to match it, it is possible to prevent main body 1 and fixing device 2 from being easily removed.

[0035] In the present invention, the term "hole" refers to an engagement hole and / or an insertion hole, and "multiple holes" includes engagement holes and / or insertion holes. At least one insertion hole may be provided near the boundary between the main body and the fastener. The engagement hole may be omitted. For example, the main body 1 may have a hexagonal outer shape, and the main body 1 may be attached to the container by rotating it with a hexagonal wrench. The outer shape of the main body 1 may be freely selected, such as a circle, a square, or a polygon. [Explanation of symbols]
