Abstract

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat including a side frame provided with a plurality of divided members, and provides a side frame having a connecting structure that can accommodate a variety of welding methods and also improve the connection strength after welding when connecting the members to each other.　Each of a pair of side frames (13) of a vehicle seat S includes at least a first member (14) and a second member (16) divided in the longitudinal direction, wherein the first member (14) includes a first connecting part (15) that connects to the second member (16), the second member (16) includes a second connecting part (17) that connects to the first member (14), the first connecting part (15) and the second connecting part (17) include respective planar parts (15a, 17a) extending in the longitudinal direction, and the first member (14) and the second member (16) are connected such that the planar surfaces of the planar part (15a) of the first connecting part (15) and the planar part (17a) of the second connecting part (17) overlap facing each other.
