Abstract

To provide a data management apparatus which can improve convenience of an FAQ system.SOLUTION: A data management apparatus for managing a question sentence and an answer sentence to the question sentence includes a control unit 110 and a communication unit 140. The control unit is configured to: acquire multiple pieces of sentence data; vectorize the multiple pieces of sentence data to generate multiple sentence vectors; extract, based on the multiple sentence vectors, multiple question sentences from the multiple pieces of sentence data; cluster the extracted multiple question sentences into question clusters each including question sentences similar to each other, on the basis of the multiple question vectors which are multiple sentence vectors corresponding to the multiple question sentences; and determine, for each question cluster, a representative question sentence that represents question sentences belonging to a question cluster corresponding to the center of the question cluster. The communication unit transmits registration recommendation information for recommending to register the determined representative question sentence on a storage device, to a manager terminal used by a manager who manages the data management apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
