2. The hair conditioning composition according to claim 1, wherein the unneutralized (A) is behenamidopropyldimethylamine or (PPG-1 / PEG-1)behenamine.
3. The hair conditioning composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the ratio of (B) to unneutralized (A) is 0.5 to 50.
