Abstract

A management device 10 manages a plurality of nodes N0 to N3 disposed in an optical fiber network provided with a higher-level loop network LP0 and at least one lower-level loop network LP1 to LP3, and is provided with: a first management table that stores, for each node, the usage state and connection destination network of each port provided in the node; a second management table that stores, for each node, adjacent nodes connected to the node; and a generation unit 11 that, using the first management table and the second management table, generates route candidates connecting two points in the optical fiber network or two points that are a point in the optical fiber network and a point in another network NW. The generation unit 11 rearranges and presents the route candidates on the basis of a predetermined policy.
