Abstract

To provide hair cosmetics that are applied to the hair after dyeing treatment with an oxidative hair dye, wherein the hair cosmetics give the hair settability, moisture, and smoothness, spread well, and are not sticky.SOLUTION: Hair cosmetics contain (A) a C12-24 higher alcohol, (B) methylpolysiloxane with a kinematic viscosity of 50 mm2 / s or less at 25°C, (C) methylpolysiloxane with a kinematic viscosity of 1,000-5,000 mm2 / s at 25°C, (D) a cationic surfactant, and (E) hydroxyethyl cellulose.
