Abstract

This invention provides a jig that can improve the reliability of shock testing of electronic equipment. [Solution] The jig is a jig for holding an electronic device with respect to an impact testing device for performing impact tests on the electronic device, and comprises a base plate fixed to the impact testing device, having a contact surface against which the first side surface of the electronic device abuts; a first side wall member that stands upright on the base plate; a second side wall member that stands upright on the base plate opposite to the first side wall member and is supported so as to be movable relative to the base plate, thereby forming a width-adjustable gap between itself and the first side wall member for holding the electronic device in an inverted state; and a pressing member that is provided so as to cross over the electronic device held in the gap and presses against the second side surface of the electronic device opposite to the first side surface.
