Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to an oily cosmetic containing stearyl glycyrrhetinate.
Background Art
[0002] Stearyl glycyrrhetinate is a compound in which stearic acid is ester-bonded to the hydroxyl group of glycyrrhetinic acid. Stearyl glycyrrhetinate is a compound having anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic effects and is used in skin external preparations and cosmetics. Stearyl glycyrrhetinate is liposoluble but has low solubility, and it needs to be dissolved in a large amount of oil agent for use as a cosmetic, so stickiness occurs in the cosmetic. If the amount of the oil agent is reduced, the stickiness can be reduced, but stearyl glycyrrhetinate may precipitate over time. In addition, silicone-based oil agents have little stickiness, but stearyl glycyrrhetinate is hardly soluble in silicone oil, and even if it is dissolved, it may precipitate over time. In Patent Documents 1 and 2, an emulsified composition has been proposed in which precipitation of stearyl glycyrrhetinate over time is suppressed by using an ester oil, and stickiness is suppressed by further making it an O / W type.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] An object of the present invention is to provide an oily cosmetic in which precipitation of stearyl glycyrrhetinate is suppressed.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0005] The means for solving the problems of the present invention are as follows. 1. An oily cosmetic containing the following (A) to (D), wherein the ratio of (B) to the sum of (C) and (D) (B / (C+D)) is 0.25 or more. (A) Stearyl glycyrrhetinate (B) Cross-linked methylpolysiloxane (C) Phenyl-modified silicone oil (D) Linear or cyclic dimethylpolysiloxane 2. An oily cosmetic composition as described in 1, containing 0.01% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or less of (A). [Effects of the Invention]
[0006] The oily cosmetic composition of the present invention can suppress the precipitation of stearyl glycyrrhetinate over time and has excellent stability. Because the oily cosmetic composition of the present invention contains silicone oil, it is less sticky despite being an oily cosmetic composition. [Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0007] The oily cosmetic composition of the present invention contains (A) stearyl glycyrrhetinate, (B) cross-linked methylpolysiloxane, (C) phenyl-modified silicone oil, and (D) linear or cyclic dimethylpolysiloxane, wherein the ratio of (B) to the sum of (C) and (D) (B / (C+D)) is 0.25 or more.
[0008] • Oil-based cosmetics In the present invention, an oily cosmetic composition is a cosmetic composition having an oily component, which is a liquid, semi-solid, or solid oil or oil-soluble compound, as a continuous phase, and may contain aqueous components such as water or polyhydric alcohol in an amount of 10% by mass or less of the total cosmetic composition.
[0009] (A) Stearyl glycyrrhetinate Stearyl glycyrrhetinate is a compound in which stearic acid is esterified to the hydroxyl group of glycyrrhetinic acid. Glycyrrhetinic acid can be obtained by hydrolyzing glycyrrhizic acid, which can be obtained from plants such as those of the genus Glycyrrhiza glabra in the legume family. The amount of component (A) blended into the total oily cosmetic composition is preferably 0.01% by mass or more and 1.0% by mass or less, more preferably 0.05% by mass or more, even more preferably 0.1% by mass or more, even more preferably 0.8% by mass or less, and even more preferably 0.5% by mass or less.
[0010] (B) Cross-linked methylpolysiloxane Crosslinked methylpolysiloxane is a solid compound at room temperature having a crosslinked structure in which methylpolysiloxane is three-dimensionally crosslinked, and it swells in liquid oil. Crosslinked methylpolysiloxane can be any compound commonly used in cosmetics, such as (dimethicone / vinyl dimethicone) crosspolymer, (dimethicone / phenyl vinyl dimethicone) crosspolymer, (vinyl dimethicone / lauryl dimethicone) crosspolymer, etc., which have phenyl groups or alkyl groups in their side chains, or polyether-modified compounds such as (dimethicone / (PEG-10 / 15)) crosspolymer, and can be used individually or in mixtures of two or more. Among these, (dimethicone / vinyl dimethicone) crosspolymer is preferred from the viewpoint of stability.
[0011] The amount of component (B) in relation to the total oily cosmetic composition is preferably 5% by mass or more and 30% by mass or less, more preferably 10% by mass or more, even more preferably 12% by mass or more, even more preferably 25% by mass or less, and even more preferably 23% by mass or less.
[0012] (C) Phenyl-modified silicone oil, (D) Linear or cyclic dimethylpolysiloxane Components (C) and (D) are liquid oils that are liquid at room temperature. (C) Phenyl-modified silicone oil is a compound in which at least a portion of the side chain of a silicone oil having a siloxane bond is substituted with a phenyl group. Phenyl-modified silicone oil can be used by mixing one or more of the following: diphenyl dimethicone, phenylpropyldimethylsiloxysilicate, bisphenylpropyl dimethicone, phenyl trimethicone, trimethylpentaphenyltrisiloxane, diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone, trimethylsiloxyphenyl dimethicone, etc. Among these, diphenylsiloxyphenyl trimethicone is preferred from the viewpoint of stability. The amount of component (C) in relation to the total oily cosmetic composition is preferably 0.1% by mass or more and 20% by mass or less, more preferably 0.2% by mass or more, more preferably 15% by mass or less, and even more preferably 10% by mass or less.
[0013] (D) Examples of linear or cyclic dimethylpolysiloxanes include dimethicone, methyl trimethicone, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, dodecamethylcyclohexasiloxane, etc., and one or more of these can be used in combination. Among these, dimethicone is preferred from the viewpoint of stability. The amount of component (D) in relation to the total oily cosmetic composition is preferably 30% by mass or more and 85% by mass or less, more preferably 40% by mass or more, even more preferably 45% by mass or more, even more preferably 75% by mass or less, and even more preferably 70% by mass or less.
[0014] The oily cosmetic of the present invention has a ratio of (B) to the total of (C) and (D) (B / (C + D)) of 0.25 or more. Although the detailed mechanism is unclear, it is presumed that the (B) crosslinked methylpolysiloxane swollen in the liquid oil contributes to preventing the precipitation of (A) stearyl glycyrrhetinate dissolved in the liquid oil. The ratio of (B) to the total of (C) and (D) (B / (C + D)) is preferably 0.26 or more, more preferably 0.27 or more. The upper limit of this ratio is not particularly limited as long as the dosage form as an oily cosmetic can be maintained, but it is preferably 0.35 or less.
[0015] In the oily cosmetic of the present invention, the ratio of the (B) component to the (A) component (B / A) is preferably 20 or more, more preferably 50 or more, still more preferably 100 or more, and even more preferably 150 or more. In the oily cosmetic of the present invention, the total blending amount of (C) and (D) with respect to the whole oily cosmetic is preferably 40% by mass or more, more preferably 50% by mass or more, and still more preferably 60% by mass or more.
[0016] · Other Blending Components The oily cosmetic of the present invention can use any components used as oily cosmetics other than (A) to (D) within a range that does not adversely affect the effects of the invention. For example, solid oils, semi-solid oils, other liquid oils, organic powders, extender pigments, pearl pigments, coloring pigments, water, water-soluble polymers, alcohols, polyhydric alcohols, saccharides, sugar alcohols, surfactants, thickeners, preservatives, sequestering agents, fragrances, bactericides, blood circulation promoters, anti-inflammatory agents, cooling agents, skin activators. Also, plant extracts and other medicinal components can be contained.
[0017] Examples of the dosage form of the oily cosmetic of the present invention include gel-like, paste-like, solid, stick-like, liquid, etc.
Examples
[0018] The components (A) and (C) were mixed in the formulation shown in Table 1 (the numerical values are in mass %), and heated and dissolved at 80°C. Then, it was gradually cooled at room temperature. After cooling to room temperature, the components (B) and (D) were added and uniformly mixed to prepare an oil-based cosmetic. · Storage stability 40 ml of the prepared oil-based cosmetic was placed in a transparent glass lightweight standard 6K bottle with a body diameter of 40.5 mm, a height of 74.0 mm, and an inner mouth diameter of 24.7 mm, and the lid was tightened. It was stored in a constant temperature chamber set at 25°C, and the samples were periodically visually judged and evaluated according to the following criteria. 〇: No precipitation occurred and it remained transparent. ×: Precipitation occurred.
