Abstract

A computerimplemented system for managing the lifecyde of medical equipment maintenance is provided. The system comprises a health facility module for cataloging and tracking equipment inventory and operational data. The AI engine analyzes aggregated equipment data to predict potential failures and determine optimal (predictive and preventive) maintenance schedules. Upon predicting a failure or identifying a maintenance need, the system generates a service request that is made available through a job management subsystem. The system connects health facilities with a network of qualified independent biomedical technicians via a dedicated technician portal, facilitating job discovery, bidding, and payment management through an integrated payment escrow process. This transitions maintenance from a reactive to a proactive model, minimizing equipment downtime by intelligently connecting predictive analytics with a technician marketplace
