[0050] The worker information verification unit (310) calls and outputs worker information corresponding to the identification code recognition result in the first mode, and verifies the worker information based on the input signal input to the output worker information.
[0051] Worker information corresponding to the identification code recognition result may be obtained from the control device (200), but is not necessarily limited thereto, and may also be information already stored in the worker data collection device (100).
[0052] The worker information verification unit (310) can output worker information using a separate output module (e.g., a display module). Here, the worker information may include information regarding name, phone number, date of birth, gender, nationality, occupation, blood type, presence of disease, affiliated company, work experience, work history information, etc.
[0053] The worker information verification unit (310) can verify whether the worker information is authenticated based on an input signal resulting from the worker's operation or input. Here, the input signal may be an input to a 'confirm button' that is output along with the worker information.
[0054] The work selection unit (320) performs the action of selecting the work to be performed by the worker on the day of work.
[0055] The work selection unit (320) according to the present embodiment may include a work type selection unit (322), a work type selection unit (324), and a work section selection unit (326).
[0056] The work type selection unit (322) selects one work type from a pre-set list of work types.
[0057] The work type selection unit (322) may select one work type from the work type list based on an input signal resulting from the worker's operation or input, but is not necessarily limited thereto, and may also automatically select a work type for the next process of the previous work type included in the worker's work history information.
[0058] The work type selection unit (324) selects one work type from a pre-set list of work types in the selected work type.
[0059] The work type selection unit (324) may select one work type from the list of work types based on an input signal resulting from the worker's operation or input, but is not necessarily limited thereto, and may also automatically select a work type for the next process of the previous work type included in the worker's work history information.
[0060] The work section selection unit (326) selects a work section for performing the selected type of work. The work section selection unit (326) selects one work section from a pre-configured list of work sections where the selected type of work can be performed.
[0061] The work section selection unit (326) may select one work section from the work section list based on an input signal resulting from the worker's operation or input, but is not necessarily limited thereto, and may also automatically select a work section for the next section of the previous work section included in the worker's work history information.
[0062] In the work selection section (320), the work type, work category, and work section can be selected by the worker or automatically selected using the worker's work history information.
[0063] In addition, the work selection unit (320) may select the optimal work type, work type, and work section by matching work progress information regarding the overall work schedule, real-time work progress rate, etc., with the worker's work history information.
[0064] The worker risk verification unit (330) verifies the worker risk for the selected work.
[0065] The worker risk verification unit (330) can obtain and output a worker risk corresponding to the work type, work category, and work section from the control device (200), but is not necessarily limited thereto.

[0067] The worker risk level verification unit (330) can verify whether the worker has recognized the worker risk level based on an input signal resulting from the worker's operation or input. Here, the input signal may be an input to a 'confirm button' that is output along with the worker risk level.
[0068] Meanwhile, the worker risk verification unit (330) can calculate the worker risk based on environmental sensing information (temperature, humidity, airflow, etc.) for the work section, gas sensing information, and information on the presence of hazardous materials.
[0069] The worker risk verification unit (330) can calculate an initial risk for each of the environmental sensing information, gas sensing information and information on the presence of hazardous materials, and calculate the worker risk by comparing the sum of the initial risk values with a preset threshold.
[0070] The worker risk verification unit (330) calculates a first initial risk using environmental sensing information, a second initial risk using gas sensing information, and a third initial risk using information on the presence of hazardous materials, and can assign weights to each of the environmental sensing information, gas sensing information, and information on the presence of hazardous materials according to a pre-set risk priority.
[0071] The worker risk verification unit (330) assigns different weights that are pre-set to each of the first initial risk level, the second initial risk level, and the third initial risk level. Here, the different weights can be assigned by multiplying the initial risk levels.
[0072] The worker risk level verification unit (330) can determine the risk level by comparing the sum of the first initial risk level, the second initial risk level, and the third initial risk level, which are weighted, with a preset threshold, and calculate the worker risk level for the determined risk level.
[0073] The worker risk verification unit (330) can verify requests for refusal of work, improvement of work environment, or changes to work based on the calculated worker risk. The worker risk verification unit (330) can transmit the verified requests to the control device (200), obtain a response to the request, and provide it to the worker.

[0075] The safety rule guidance unit (340) can provide guidance to workers by outputting a pre-set list of safety rules using a separate output module (e.g., a display module).
[0076] The safety rule guide section (340) can check whether the worker has mastered the safety rules based on an input signal resulting from the worker's operation or input. Here, the input signal may be an input to the 'master button' displayed along with the safety rule list.
[0077] Meanwhile, the safety rule guidance unit (340) may perform verification of wearing safety devices without outputting separate safety rules if there are no safety rules to guide or if guidance on safety rules can be omitted due to workplace policy.
[0078] The safety equipment wearing verification unit (350) performs the operation of verifying whether the worker is wearing safety equipment before starting work.
[0079] The safety equipment wearing verification unit (350) can photograph a worker through a separate recognition module (e.g., camera, sensor, etc.) and recognize the safety equipment worn by the worker to verify whether the safety equipment is being worn.
[0080] The safety equipment wearing verification unit (350) can photograph the upper and lower body of the worker, respectively. For example, the safety equipment wearing verification unit (350) can verify whether a safety helmet, safety vest, safety gloves, etc. are worn using the upper body photograph, and can verify whether safety shoes, knee pads, etc. are worn using the lower body photograph.
[0081] FIG. 4 is a block diagram schematically showing the second mode processing unit of a worker data collection device according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The second mode processing unit (140) of FIG. 4 is according to one embodiment, and not all blocks shown in FIG. 4 are essential components, and some blocks included in the second mode processing unit (140) in other embodiments may be added, changed, or deleted.
[0083] The second mode processing unit (140) performs the selection, verification, and provision of work-related information for the worker based on the second mode, which is the departure mode.
[0084] The second mode processing unit (140) checks work information corresponding to the identification code recognition result and checks information regarding entry and exit history during work. Afterward, the second mode processing unit (140) performs the consent processing of the pledge and outputs worker data based on the second mode.
[0085] Hereinafter, each component included in the second mode processing unit (140) will be described.
[0086] The work information verification unit (410) calls and outputs worker work information corresponding to the identification code recognition result in the second mode, and verifies the worker work information based on the input signal received for the output worker work information. Here, the worker work information may be obtained from the control device (200), but is not necessarily limited thereto, and may also be information already stored in the worker data collection device (100).
[0087] The work information verification unit (410) can output worker work information using a separate output module (e.g., a display module). Here, the worker work information may include information regarding name, work type, work category, work section, etc.
[0088] The work information verification unit (410) can verify whether the worker's work information is authenticated based on an input signal resulting from the worker's operation or input. Here, the input signal may be an input to a 'confirm button' that is output along with the worker's work information.
[0089] The access history verification unit (420) outputs and verifies access history information regarding the worker's access to multiple work areas during the work period.
[0090] The access history verification unit (420) can output access history information for the space that a worker has entered within the entire workspace or a pre-selected work section using a separate output module (e.g., display module).
[0091] The access history verification unit (420) can verify whether the access history information is authenticated based on an input signal resulting from the worker's operation or input. Here, the input signal may be an input to a 'confirm button' that is output along with the worker's work information.
[0092] The pledge consent processing unit (430) prints out a pledge confirming that there have been no accidents during the worker's working hours and confirms the consent processing from the worker.
[0093] When the confirmation of worker work information and entry / exit history information is completed, the pledge consent processing unit (430) can output the previously written accident-free pledge using a separate output module (e.g., display module).
[0094] The pledge consent processing unit (430) can check whether consent to the accident-free pledge is given based on an input signal resulting from the worker's operation or input. Here, the input signal may be an input to the 'agreement button' that is output along with the accident-free pledge.
