Abstract

Ash fiber cement panels manufactured according to the proposed invention can be widely used in the construction and renovation of buildings and structures for various purposes. These panels ensure durability and high performance of façade systems, offering a sustainable and cost-effective solution for the modern construction industry. The technical challenge is to ensure uniform distribution of all components and produce a homogeneous, high-quality material suitable for mass production with increased strength and resistance to external influences. The technical result of this invention is as follows: 1. the composition of ash-fiber cement panels for facades containing Portland cement CEM I 42.5, pozzolanic additive - fly ash, graded sand, plasticizer "Neolit ​​203", cellulose fiber and water with the following content of ingredients, wt., %: Portland cement 30-40, fly ash 20-30, graded sand 20-30, plasticizer "Neolit ​​203" 0.5-1.5, cellulose fiber 5-10, water 10-15. 2. A preparation method that involves thoroughly mixing fly ash, Portland cement, and graded sand until a homogeneous mass is obtained, followed by the gradual addition of water containing the dissolved plasticizer "Neolit ​​203." The mixture is stirred until the desired consistency and homogeneity are achieved. The resulting mixture is compacted in a mold under pressure to form the shape and hardens through the pressing process. As a result of using the proposed invention, ash-fiber cement panels for facades containing the addition of thermal power plant ash in a proportion of 20-30% demonstrate the following technical advantages: • Environmental friendliness and cost-effectiveness: The use of fly ash reduces the need for cement, which reduces the carbon footprint and reduces production costs. • High strength and durability: Fiber cement panels are highly resistant to mechanical damage, aggressive environments, and climatic influences. • Reduced shrinkage deformation: The addition of fly ash and anti-shrinkage additives minimizes the risk of cracks and deformations during hardening. • Aesthetic possibilities: The ability to add pigments allows you to create panels with a variety of colors and decorative effects.
