Community physical exercise apparatus

Abstract

The present invention relates to the field of physical exercise, specifically to a community physical exercise apparatus. The apparatus comprises a plurality of support legs; a support frame is arranged between the tops of the support legs; a first support plate is arranged on one side of the support frame; a sliding assembly is installed on the inner wall of a placement hole; a stretching assembly is installed on the support frame; a limiting assembly is installed on the sliding assembly via an installation block; and an extension assembly is installed on the sliding assembly via a first moving rod. The movement of a second moving rod drives the first moving rod and a moving column to move, thereby enabling exercise activities such as the sit-and-reach. Pulling a second support plate drives limiting rods and a limiting column to move, completing the fixed limitation of the second support plate. The angle of the second support plate can be adjusted to find the most comfortable position. A connecting post and blocking posts are arranged at the bottom of an arc-shaped plate, enabling the apparatus to perform both exercise activities like the sit-and-reach and exercise activities like sit-ups.
