Abstract

A game table reading system (100) comprises: a game table (6004) having a plurality of read areas including a plurality of betting areas (41); a plurality of read antennas (511) installed corresponding to each of the plurality of read areas and for reading RFID tags (831) embedded in game tokens (83) placed in the corresponding read areas; a read-restricted antenna (512) that restricts reading by the read antennas (511) so that the read antennas (511) do not read the RFID tags (831) of the game tokens (83) in the read areas other than the read area corresponding to the read antennas (511); a read control device (561) that acquires the information stored in the RFID tag (831) from the read antenna (511); a read restriction control device (562) that controls the read restriction antenna (512); a database (57) that stores information on RFID tags (831) in association with related information; and a management control device (56) that updates the database (57) based on the relationship between the information on the RFID tag (831) read by the read antenna (511) and the read area where the RFID tag (831) was read.
