Electric dental floss

Abstract

Electric dental floss is an innovative device for faster and more efficient oral hygiene, based on the principle of vibration, i.e. motor that produces vibrations and transmits them to the thread (2) itself. The device consists of a body (3), which includes a housing (4) for the battery and a light indicator (5). The upper part of the body (3) forms a tip (1) with a thread (2) that is connected to a motor that makes vibrations, which is located inside the housing (4). The motor is also connected to a pressure sensor. The device is equipped with a battery with a USB-C port (8) for charging. Because of the indicator light (5), users can easily monitor the battery charge level. The pressure sensor detects excessive pressure on the teeth and gums, while two operating speeds of 10.000 and 15.000 revolutions per minute provide adjustable cleaning intensity. The device has a replaceable tip (1), making it a practical and long-lasting solution for daily dental care.
