1. A method for improving the functioning of the vestibular and proprioceptive systems of the body and normalizing emotional regulation, characterized by the sequential performance of massage techniques on the legs, torso, arms, chewing muscles and ears, the hairline area, the spinal column and sacrum area, wherein the massage is performed using at least one of the following techniques: rubbing, kneading, pressing, pulling, circular, spiral, translational or combing movements directed along or across the massaged area, taking into account the individual sensitivity of the patient, wherein the patient is placed on a flat surface, and the procedure is carried out in the morning hours or before afternoon tea.

The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that warming combing movements are performed with a hand clenched into a fist along the surface of the foot from the bottom up, while circular pressing rubbing movements are performed along the foot, then rubbing movements are performed along the lateral outer, lateral inner and upper surface of the foot from the bottom up, and then a kneading movement is performed in the area of the heel from the Achilles tendon to the calcaneus, with the thumb and index finger kneading and pulling movements are performed along each toe, combing movements are also performed along the upper, lateral outer and lateral inner surface of the shin, as well as along the area of the gastrocnemius muscle of the leg, with a hand clenched into a fist, from the bottom up, while the techniques are performed first for the first leg, then for the second leg.

The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that with the palms of both hands, simultaneous circular kneading movements are performed on the thighs, directed inward toward the medial side, then with the palms of both hands, simultaneous rubbing movements are performed from the area of the ankle joint upward and laterally along the shin to the knees and further along the thigh to the groin area, and in the area of the greater trochanters of the thighs, with the hands clenched into fists, circular kneading movements are performed, starting the movement toward the head cranially from the bottom up parallel with both hands.
5. The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that with a hand clenched into a fist, progressive rubbing movements are performed along the lateral surfaces of the chest in the area of the ribs from top to bottom on both sides.

The method according to paragraph 1, characterized in that the thumb and index finger perform kneading and pulling movements on each finger of the hand, rub the upper and lateral surface of the palm of the hand with the hand clenched into a fist, from the bottom up, then with the hand clenched into a fist, perform rubbing movements on the upper, outer lateral and inner lateral surfaces of the forearm and shoulder of the hand, as well as on the outer side of the elbow joint from the bottom up, while the techniques are carried out first for the first hand, then for the second hand.
